Abstract

本发明公开了一种生物碱溶解纳他霉素的生物溶剂及其应用,所述生物溶剂按照质量百分比计由生物碱溶液50~55%、冰乙酸1~3%、DL‑苹果酸0.5~1.5%、乳酸2~4%、饮用纯净水40~45%制成,其中:所述生物碱溶液按照质量百分比计由皂角荚粉25~35%、皂角树叶干粉10~20%、乙醇50~60%制成。上述生物溶剂可以用于溶解钠他霉素和烘焙食品。本发明的生物溶剂属复配食品酸度调节剂I型,采用《食品添加剂使用卫生标准》GB2760‑2014中的生物碱和冰乙酸、DL‑苯果酸、乳酸、饮用纯净水为原料多元合一,大大降低了生产成本,单纯用皂角叶和皂角荚提取生物碱成本十分昂贵,以复配的方式解决了成本高的问题。

Description

一种生物碱溶解纳他霉素的生物溶剂及其应用
技术领域
本发明涉及一种液体皂角碱溶剂,可作为酸度调节剂使用,用于溶解纳他霉素。
背景技术
纳他霉素是一种无臭、无味、低剂量且安全性高的食品防腐剂,在《国家食品安全使用标准》GB2760–2014中有11个食品类别应用,防腐防霉效果十分显著,特别对食品表面真菌效果明显。可是,食品企业在使用纳他霉素时因为不溶于水而迫于无奈,悬浊状液‘体在食品表面很难控制残留量<10mg/kg。
在国家食品添加剂使用手册中,纳他霉素可采用甲醇溶解,溶解性能差,悬浊状,损耗原料,成本增加。使用稀盐酸、稀碱液、冰乙酸和二甲基酰胺溶解,又具有表1所示缺点:

鉴于上述溶剂都有特殊的气味,不适合在食品中做为溶解纳他霉素的溶剂使用,就是少量添加也难免这些特殊味道污染食品质量和影响食品风味。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种生物碱溶解纳他霉素的生物溶剂,该生物溶剂可做为各类食品酸度调节兼食品溶剂。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种生物碱溶解纳他霉素的生物溶剂,按照质量百分比计由生物碱溶液50~55%、冰乙酸1~3%、DL-苹果酸0.5~1.5%、乳酸2~4%、饮用纯净水40~45%制成,其中:所述生物碱溶液按照质量百分比计由皂角荚粉25~35%、皂角树叶干粉10~20%、乙醇50~60%制成。
上述生物溶剂可以用于溶解钠他霉素和烘焙食品,其中:生物溶剂用于溶解纳他霉素时,其使用方法如下:
①、取生物溶剂50ml,乙醇100ml,纳他霉素2g,溶解后颜色为浅红色、澄清度100%;
②、取生物溶剂100g,乙醇200ml,纳他霉素5g,溶解后颜色为浅红色,澄清度100%。
产品说明:
毒理学安全性评价:LD50>20ml/kg(BW),属无毒级。
产品性状:白色或磨砂青白色,具有耐酸耐碱耐盐耐糖高浓度。易溶于水,无异味,长时间存放无沉淀,不受pH值限制,不受光和热影响,性能稳定,与乙醇、甾醇类物质和两性物质、酚类物质(羟基苯酚、一元酚、多元酚)、钠类物质(钾和钠元素)、酯类物质(包括大环内酯类)、胺类物质(季铵盐、脂肪胺芳香胺)都有良好的溶解功效。还能溶于乙酸、硫酸、盐酸、乙醇、甘油、海藻酸盐、白糖、食盐,还可以与烷类物质混合。
本发明具有如下优点:
1、本发明的生物溶剂属复配食品酸度调节剂I型,采用《食品添加剂使用卫生标准》GB2760-2014中的生物碱和冰乙酸、DL-苯果酸、乳酸、饮用纯净水为原料多元合一,大大降低了生产成本,单纯用皂角叶和皂角荚提取生物碱成本十分昂贵,以复配的方式解决了成本高的问题。
2、本发明的生物溶剂pH值适应范围为4~14,使用方法简便而稳定,溶剂的碱元素属于中间体,对各类食品都有调节作用,对酸类、酚类、酯类、钠盐、钾盐、胺盐、醇类等均不改变它们的作用。
3、本发明的生物溶剂具有酸碱度调节、抗氧化、护色、乳化、强化溶解等作用,适用于各类食品。
4、本发明的生物溶剂易溶于水,与食用酒精(乙醇)任意比例混溶,清澈透明,改善浑悬浊状,抑制微生物生长具有良好的作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步的说明,但并不局限于此,凡是对本发明技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围,均应涵盖在本发明的保护范围中。
实施例1:
本实施例提供了一种生物碱溶解纳他霉素的生物溶剂,所述生物溶剂为复配酸度调节剂I型,生物溶剂按照质量百分比计由生物碱溶液52%、冰乙酸2%、DL-苹果酸1%、乳酸3%、饮用纯净水42%制成,其中:所述生物碱溶液按照质量百分比计由皂角荚粉30%、皂角树叶干粉15%、乙醇55%制成。
本实施例中,所述生物碱为以皂角叶和皂角荚为原料制备而成的生物皂角碱溶液,烘干→粉碎(400目)→高温浸渍(95℃)→乙醇蒸馏(120℃)→所得皂角碱溶液→pH>12→溶解纳他霉素→完全溶解→配合酒精使用→清澈透明无悬浊液→PH值调整7.0不还原→经过75次梯度反复试验→还可以溶解酯类食品防腐剂(如对羟基苯甲酸乙酯类),其结果稳定,作为洗涤、除污垢、农药残留有较好效果。
本实施例中,所述生物皂角碱溶液无臭、味淡、碱性,属生物性中间体,与纯碱性物质在空气中释放出二氧化碳完全不同,皂角碱在空气中完全不释放,不影响物质的本身功效。皂角碱还特别对大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、革兰氏阴性杆菌肠内致病菌有抑制作用,对真菌、霉菌有突出功效。化学成份:主要含胆甾醇,有特殊的随意性和亲和力,有很强的溶解功效。对食品防腐剂纳他霉素和对羟基苯甲酸乙酯有很好的溶解作用并不影响防腐剂功效。把pH=9~12调整到pH=6~7不还原,不受酸碱度的影响。
实施例2:
本实施例与实施例1不同的是:生物溶剂按照质量百分比计由生物碱溶液50%、冰乙酸1%、DL-苹果酸1.5%、乳酸2.5%、饮用纯净水45%制成,其中:所述生物碱溶液按照质量百分比计由皂角荚粉30%、皂角树叶干粉10%、乙醇60%制成。
实施例3:
本实施例与实施例1不同的是:生物溶剂按照质量百分比计由生物碱溶液55%、冰乙酸2%、DL-苹果酸1%、乳酸3%、饮用纯净水42%制成,其中:所述生物碱溶液按照质量百分比计由皂角荚粉25%、皂角树叶干粉20%、乙醇55%制成。
实施例4:
本实施例中,所述生物溶剂可以溶解钠他霉素,可与乙醇(酒精)混合使用,溶解度为:50ml生物溶剂(复配酸度调节剂I型)可以溶解2g钠他霉素,再用100ml酒精混合,会立即出现浅红色,澄清度100%,色泽度为灰黄色或浅红色;取100g生物溶剂(复配酸度调节剂I型),可以溶解5g钠他霉素,再用200ml酒精混合,澄清度100%,色泽度为灰黄色或浅红色;还可以根据企业的需求量去溶解,吸收率100%,但是食品表面残留量不得超过10mg/kg。
实施例5:
本实施例中,所述生物溶剂可以烘焙食品,还可以与复配防腐剂“双芽”菌克B类I型配合使用,使用量为:“双芽”菌克B类I型/5kg;生物溶剂(复配酸度调节剂I型)5kg;钠他霉素100g;乙醇(酒精)7kg,混合溶解后直接喷雾于食品表面,其防腐防霉增强,效果显著,表面残留<5mg/kg不超标,保质期延长,质量安全。

1.一种生物碱溶解纳他霉素的生物溶剂,其特征在于所述生物溶剂按照质量百分比计由生物碱溶液50~55%、冰乙酸1~3%、DL-苹果酸0.5~1.5%、乳酸2~4%、饮用纯净水40~45%制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生物碱溶解纳他霉素的生物溶剂,其特征在于所述生物碱溶液按照质量百分比计由皂角荚粉25~35%、皂角树叶干粉10~20%、乙醇50~60%制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的生物碱溶解纳他霉素的生物溶剂,其特征在于所述生物溶剂按照质量百分比计由生物碱溶液52%、冰乙酸2%、DL-苹果酸1%、乳酸3%、饮用纯净水42%制成,其中:所述生物碱溶液按照质量百分比计由皂角荚粉30%、皂角树叶干粉15%、乙醇55%制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的生物碱溶解纳他霉素的生物溶剂,其特征在于所述生物溶剂按照质量百分比计由生物碱溶液50%、冰乙酸1%、DL-苹果酸1.5%、乳酸2.5%、饮用纯净水45%制成,其中:所述生物碱溶液按照质量百分比计由皂角荚粉30%、皂角树叶干粉10%、乙醇60%制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的生物碱溶解纳他霉素的生物溶剂,其特征在于所述生物溶剂按照质量百分比计由生物碱溶液55%、冰乙酸2%、DL-苹果酸1%、乳酸3%、饮用纯净水42%制成,其中:所述生物碱溶液按照质量百分比计由皂角荚粉25%、皂角树叶干粉20%、乙醇55%制成。
6.一种权利要求1-5任一权利要求所述的生物碱溶解纳他霉素的生物溶剂在溶解钠他霉素中的应用。
7.根据权利要求6所述的生物碱溶解纳他霉素的生物溶剂在溶解钠他霉素的应用,其特征在于所述生物溶剂用于溶解纳他霉素时,其使用方法如下:
①、取生物溶剂50ml,乙醇100ml,纳他霉素2g,溶解后颜色为浅红色、澄清度100%;
②、取生物溶剂100g,乙醇200ml,纳他霉素5g,溶解后颜色为浅红色,澄清度100%。
8.一种权利要求1-5任一权利要求所述的生物碱溶解纳他霉素的生物溶剂在烘焙食品中的应用。
