本发明公开了一种用于清洁保鲜果蔬的食品添加剂及其制备方法,所述的食品添加剂含有重量百分含量的以下物质:茶多酚2~18%,茶皂素32~48%,淀粉40~48%,碳酸氢纳1~6%,助剂0~13%,膨化剂3~5%,食用盐1~4%;所述的食品添加剂制备方法是将重量百分含量的:茶多酚2~18%、茶皂素32~48%、淀粉40~48%、碳酸氢纳1~6%、助剂0~13%、膨化剂3~5%、食用盐1~4%和适量的水混合、搅拌和烘干处理。本发明用于清洁保鲜果蔬的食品添加剂及其制备方法得到一种生产工艺简单、生产成本低、使用方便、安全无毒、抗菌、抗辐射及抗癌、延长果蔬保质期的食品添加剂及其制备方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及食品添加剂领域,具体是指一种用于清洁保鲜果蔬的食品添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,水果蔬菜采摘后,需要进行保鲜处理,便于后续的运输和贮藏。如果保鲜处理不好,会影响到果蔬的保质期的长短。现有的方式是对采摘后的果蔬使用清洁剂进行清洗,有些清洗剂含有化学成份,如果用含有化学成份的清洗剂清洗保鲜果蔬时,会在保鲜果蔬中残留有化学成份,在冷藏保质时,会扩散到果蔬中,造成果蔬的污染。使用带有化学成份的清洗剂会缩短果蔬的保质期,长期食用这种污染的果蔬,对人体会有极大的伤害。
茶多酚(Tea Polyphenols)是茶叶中多酚类物质的总称,包括黄烷醇类、花色苷类、黄酮类、黄酮醇类和酚酸类等。其中以黄烷醇类物质(儿茶素)最为重要。茶多酚又称茶鞣或茶单宁,是形成茶叶色香味的主要成份之一,也是茶叶中有保健功能的主要成份之一。研究表明,茶多酚等活性物质具解毒和抗辐射作用,能有效地阻止放射性物质侵入骨髓,并可使锶90和钴60迅速排出体外,被健康及医学界誉为“辐射克星”。
茶皂素是从山茶科植物的种子中提取的一种糖式化合物,它属皂素类,是一种天然非离子型表面活性剂。经检测,茶皂素具有良好的乳化、分散、发泡、湿润等功能,并且具有消炎、镇痛,抗渗透等药理作用。茶皂素产品为淡黄色的微细粉末,广泛应用于洗涤,毛纺、针织、医药、日用化工行业等生产。在固体型农药中作为湿润剂和悬浮剂,在乳油型农药中作为增效剂与展着剂,也可直接作为生物农药。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种生产工艺简单、生产成本低、使用方便、安全无毒、抗菌、抗辐射及抗癌、延长果蔬保质期的用于清洁保鲜果蔬的食品添加剂及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明设计出一种用于清洁保鲜果蔬的食品添加剂,含有重量百分含量的以下物质:茶多酚2~18%,茶皂素32~48%,淀粉40~48%,碳酸氢纳1~6%,助剂0~10%,膨化剂3~5%,食用盐1~4%,余下是水。
作为对上述方案的优选:含有重量百分含量的以下物质:茶多酚3%,茶皂素46%,淀粉42%,碳酸氢纳5%,助剂3%,膨化剂3%,食用盐1%。
作为对上述方案的第二种优选:含有重量百分含量的以下物质:茶多酚9%,茶皂素40%,淀粉44%,碳酸氢纳1%,助剂2%,膨化剂3%,食用盐1%。
作为对上述方案的第三种优选:含有重量百分含量的以下物质:茶多酚16%,茶皂素32%,淀粉40%,碳酸氢纳4%,助剂3%,膨化剂3%,食用盐2%。
本发明设计出一种用于清洁保鲜果蔬的食品添加剂的制备方法,它将重量百分含量的茶多酚2~18%、茶皂素32~48%,淀粉40~48%、碳酸氢纳1~6%、助剂2~10%、膨化剂3~5%、食用盐1~4%和适量的水混合,然后搅拌均匀,然后烘干,制成粉末或者冲压成片状,最后包装制得。
本发明用于清洁保鲜果蔬的食品添加剂清洁保鲜果蔬时,能够去除原有化学清洁剂清洗的不足,能有效避免食物污染,其组成成份为食品级,安全系数高,原料为茶叶及山茶籽提取物,能够直接食用,安全可靠,不必担心清洗残留问题。茶多酚能保鲜果蔬,去除大肠菌等大部分常见细菌,回复果蔬自然风味,延长保鲜时间。茶皂素为山茶籽提取物,它能杀死害虫,并配合助剂成份去除农药残留。本发明用于清洁保鲜果蔬的食品添加剂能够避免二次污染,制作工艺简单,加工成本低,安全无毒,对人体有抗菌、抗辐射及抗癌等作用。

为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,下面将结合具体实施例对本发明的结构原理作进一步的详细描述。
一种用于清洁保鲜果蔬的食品添加剂,含有重量百分含量的以下物质:茶多酚2~18%,茶皂素32~48%,淀粉40~48%,碳酸氢纳1~6%,助剂2~10%,膨化剂3~5%,食用盐1~4%,余下是水。

本发明设计出一种用于清洁保鲜果蔬的食品添加剂的制备方法,它将重量百分含量的茶多酚2~18%、茶皂素32~48%,淀粉40~48%、碳酸氢纳1~6%、助剂2~10%、膨化剂3~5%、食用盐1~4%和适量的水混合,然后搅拌均匀,然后烘干,制成粉末或者冲压成片状,最后包装制得。
上述实施例都能去除现有农药95%以上。现以苹果、菜心为实验对像,比较一下洗用本发明食品添加剂后的效果:

2.根据权利要求1所述的用于清洁保鲜果蔬的食品添加剂,其特征在于:含有重量百分含量的以下物质:茶多酚3%,茶皂素46%,淀粉42%,碳酸氢纳5%,助剂3%,膨化剂3%,食用盐1%。

5.一种制作权利要求1所述的用于清洁保鲜果蔬的食品添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:将重量百分含量的茶多酚2~18%、茶皂素32~48%,淀粉40~48%、碳酸氢纳1~6%、助剂0~15%、膨化剂3~5%、食用盐1~4%和适量的水混合,然后搅拌均匀,然后烘干,制成粉末或者冲压成片状,最后包装制得。
