Abstract
本发明提供了一种静电释放电路和显示面板。所述静电释放电路包括:第一导电通路,所述第一导电通路的输入端连接显示面板的数据信号,输出端连接第一电源电压,用于释放显示面板中积累的正电荷;第二导电通路,所述第二导电通路的输入端连接显示面板的数据信号,输出端连接第二电源电压,用于释放显示面板中积累的负电荷。本发明提供的静电释放电路和显示面板能够释放显示面板工作时积累的正电荷和负电荷。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电子显示领域,尤其涉及一种静电释放电路和显示面板。
背景技术
在显示面板中,通常都要设计静电释放电路,用于释放显示面板中的电路结构在工作的过程中产生并积累的静电,以避免静电大规模积累之后击穿电路元件,导致显示面板无法正常工作。
图1为现有技术中的静电释放电路,其中,薄膜晶体管T的宽长比较大,而数据信号data的电压通常较小,为0~15V之间。因此,显示面板正常工作时,静电释放电路关闭。当显示面板中瞬间产生大量需要释放的电荷时,薄膜晶体管T开启,静电释放通路导通。
然而,现有技术中的静电释放电路只能释放大量积累的正电荷。当负电荷大量积累时,现有技术中的静电保护电路无法开启,显示面板仍然会被击穿。
因此,需要对现有技术进行改进。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种静电释放电路和显示面板,能够释放显示面板工作时积累的正电荷和负电荷。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种用于显示面板的静电释放电路,其包括:
第一导电通路,所述第一导电通路的输入端连接显示面板的数据信号,输出端连接第一电源电压,用于释放显示面板中积累的正电荷;
第二导电通路,所述第二导电通路的输入端连接显示面板的数据信号,输出端连接第二电源电压,用于释放显示面板中积累的负电荷。
根据本发明的其中一个方面,所述第一导电通路包括第一薄膜晶体管、第一存储电容和第二薄膜晶体管;其中,
所述第一薄膜晶体管的栅极和漏极连接显示面板的数据信号,源极连接连接所述第一存储电容的一个极板;
所述第二薄膜晶体管的漏极连接显示面板的数据信号,栅极连接所述第一存储电容的另一个极板,源极连接所述第一电源电压。
根据本发明的其中一个方面,所述第一薄膜晶体管的宽长比大于所述第二薄膜晶体管的宽长比。
根据本发明的其中一个方面,所述第一薄膜晶体管的宽长比大于50\8,所述第二薄膜晶体管的宽长比小于10\100。
根据本发明的其中一个方面,所述第一薄膜晶体管和所述第二薄膜晶体管为N型薄膜晶体管。
根据本发明的其中一个方面,所述第二导电通路包括第三薄膜晶体管、第二存储电容和第四薄膜晶体管;其中,
所述第三薄膜晶体管的漏极连接显示面板的数据信号,栅极连接连接所述第二存储电容的一个极板,源极连接所述第二电源电压;
所述第四薄膜晶体管的漏极连接所述第二存储电容的另一个极板,栅极和源极连接所述第二电源电压。
根据本发明的其中一个方面,所述第四薄膜晶体管的宽长比大于所述第三薄膜晶体管的宽长比。
根据本发明的其中一个方面,所述第四薄膜晶体管的宽长比大于50\8,所述第三薄膜晶体管的宽长比小于10\100。
根据本发明的其中一个方面,所述第三薄膜晶体管和所述第四薄膜晶体管为N型薄膜晶体管。
相应的,本发明还提供了一种显示面板,所述显示面板包括如前所述的静电释放电路。
本发明提供的静电释放电路具有两条静电释放通路,其中,第一导电通路用于将显示面板中积累的正电荷释放到第一电源电压上,第二导电通路用于将显示面板中积累的负电荷释放到第二电源电压上。因此,本发明能够完全避免由于显示面板中的静电积累而造成的面板击穿。此外,所述第一导电通路和第二导电通路中还设置了用于隔绝直流信号的存储电容,确保所述静电释放电路仅在接收到千伏级的交流电压时才会开启。因此,本发明能够消除静电释放电路对显示面板正常工作的影响。

具体实施方式
以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图示,用以例示本发明可用以实施的特定实施例。本发明所提到的方向用语,例如[上]、[下]、[前]、[后]、[左]、[右]、[内]、[外]、[侧面]等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本发明,而非用以限制本发明。在图中,结构相似的单元是用以相同标号表示。
首先对现有技术进行简要说明。
参见图1,图1为现有技术中的静电释放电路,其中,薄膜晶体管T的宽长比较大,而数据信号data的电压通常较小,为0~15V之间。因此,显示面板正常工作时,静电释放电路关闭。当显示面板中瞬间产生大量需要释放的电荷时,薄膜晶体管T开启,静电释放通路导通。但是,图1中的静电释放电路只能释放大量积累的正电荷。当负电荷大量积累时,图1中的静电保护电路无法开启,显示面板仍然会被击穿。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种静电释放电路和显示面板,能够释放显示面板工作时积累的正电荷和负电荷。
参见图2,本发明提供了一种用于显示面板的静电释放电路,其包括第一导电通路A和第二导电通路B。
所述第一导电通路A的输入端连接显示面板的数据信号,输出端连接第一电源电压,用于释放显示面板中积累的正电荷。所述第一电源电压为正向直流电压,通常电压在15V到30V之间。由于面板内的像素驱动电路中的薄膜晶体管通常工作在饱和区,因此第一电源电压突然升高不会影响薄膜晶体管的工作状态,即不会影响显示面板的正常工作状态。
所述第一导电通路A包括第一薄膜晶体管T1、第一存储电容C1和第二薄膜晶体管T2。在本实施例中,所述第一薄膜晶体管T1和所述第二薄膜晶体管T2为N型薄膜晶体管。
参见图2,所述第一薄膜晶体管T1的栅极和漏极连接显示面板的数据信号,源极连接连接所述第一存储电容C1的一个极板。所述第二薄膜晶体管T2的漏极连接显示面板的数据信号,栅极连接所述第一存储电容C1的另一个极板,源极连接所述第一电源电压。
当显示面板的数据线上积累了较大的正向电压(通常为千伏级)时,第二导电通路B中的第三薄膜晶体管T3和第四薄膜晶体管T4的栅源电压为负,仍然处于关闭状态。此时第一导电通路A中的第一薄膜晶体管T1和第二薄膜晶体管T2的栅源电压差为千伏级,第一导电通路A完全导通,静电得以释放到第一电源电压对应的信号线中。
本发明中,所述第一薄膜晶体管T1的宽长比大于所述第二薄膜晶体管T2的宽长比。
在本实施例中,所述第一薄膜晶体管T1的宽长比大于50\8。由于第一薄膜晶体管T1的宽长比较大,因此其阈值电压较小。当数据线上积累了较大的正向电压时,所述第一薄膜晶体管T1导通,并通过第一存储电容C1抬升第二薄膜晶体管T2的栅极电压,使第二薄膜晶体管T2导通。
在本实施例中,所述第二薄膜晶体管T2的宽长比小于10\100。由于第二薄膜晶体管T2的宽长比较小,其对应的跨压也比较大。因此静电电压在传导过程中逐渐被消耗,实现静电释放。
本发明中,所述第二导电通路B的输入端连接显示面板的数据信号,输出端连接第二电源电压,用于释放显示面板中积累的负电荷。所述第二电源电压为负向直流电压,通常电压为0V。由于显示面板中第二电源电压通常接地,因此瞬间高电压不会对显示面板产生任何影响。
所述第二导电通路B包括第三薄膜晶体管T3、第二存储电容和第四薄膜晶体管T4。在本实施例中,所述第三薄膜晶体管T3和所述第四薄膜晶体管T4为N型薄膜晶体管。
参见图2,所述第三薄膜晶体管T3的漏极连接显示面板的数据信号,栅极连接连接所述第二存储电容的一个极板,源极连接所述第二电源电压。所述第四薄膜晶体管T4的漏极连接所述第二存储电容的另一个极板,栅极和源极连接所述第二电源电压。
当显示面板的数据线上积累了较大的正向电压(通常为千伏级)时,第一导电通路A中的第一薄膜晶体管T1和第二薄膜晶体管T2的栅源电压为负,仍然处于关闭状态。此时第二导电通路B中的第三薄膜晶体管T3和第四薄膜晶体管T4的栅源电压差为千伏级,第二导电通路B完全导通,静电得以释放到第二电源电压对应的信号线中。
本发明中,所述第四薄膜晶体管T4的宽长比大于所述第三薄膜晶体管T3的宽长比。
在本实施例中,所述第四薄膜晶体管T4的宽长比大于50\8。由于第四薄膜晶体管T4的宽长比较大,因此其阈值电压较小。当数据线上积累了较大的负向电压时,所述第四薄膜晶体管T4导通,并通过第二存储电容C2抬升第三薄膜晶体管T3的栅极电压,使第三薄膜晶体管T3导通。
在本实施例中,所述第三薄膜晶体管T3的宽长比小于10\100。由于第三薄膜晶体管T3的宽长比较小,其对应的跨压也比较大。因此静电电压在传导过程中逐渐被消耗,实现静电释放。
相应的,本发明还提供了一种显示面板,所述显示面板包括如前所述的静电释放电路。
本发明提供的静电释放电路具有两条静电释放通路,其中,第一导电通路用于将显示面板中积累的正电荷释放到第一电源电压上,第二导电通路用于将显示面板中积累的负电荷释放到第二电源电压上。因此,本发明能够完全避免由于显示面板中的静电积累而造成的面板击穿。此外,所述第一导电通路和第二导电通路中还设置了用于隔绝直流信号的存储电容,确保所述静电释放电路仅在接收到千伏级的交流电压时才会开启。因此,本发明能够消除静电释放电路对显示面板正常工作的影响。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于显示面板的静电释放电路,其特征在于,所述静电释放电路包括:
第一导电通路,所述第一导电通路的输入端连接显示面板的数据信号,输出端连接第一电源电压,用于释放显示面板中积累的正电荷;
第二导电通路,所述第二导电通路的输入端连接显示面板的数据信号,输出端连接第二电源电压,用于释放显示面板中积累的负电荷;
所述第一导电通路包括第一薄膜晶体管、第一存储电容和第二薄膜晶体管;其中,所述第一薄膜晶体管的栅极和漏极连接显示面板的数据信号,源极连接所述第一存储电容的一个极板;所述第二薄膜晶体管的漏极连接显示面板的数据信号,栅极连接所述第一存储电容的另一个极板,源极连接所述第一电源电压;所述第一薄膜晶体管的宽长比大于所述第二薄膜晶体管的宽长比。
2.根据权利要求1所述的静电释放电路,其特征在于,所述第一薄膜晶体管的宽长比大于50/ 8,所述第二薄膜晶体管的宽长比小于10/ 100。
3.根据权利要求1所述的静电释放电路,其特征在于,所述第一薄膜晶体管和所述第二薄膜晶体管为N型薄膜晶体管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的静电释放电路,其特征在于,所述第二导电通路包括第三薄膜晶体管、第二存储电容和第四薄膜晶体管;其中,
所述第三薄膜晶体管的漏极连接显示面板的数据信号,栅极连接连接所述第二存储电容的一个极板,源极连接所述第二电源电压;所述第四薄膜晶体管的漏极连接所述第二存储电容的另一个极板,栅极和源极连接所述第二电源电压。
5.根据权利要求4所述的静电释放电路,其特征在于,所述第四薄膜晶体管的宽长比大于所述第三薄膜晶体管的宽长比。
6.根据权利要求5所述的静电释放电路,其特征在于,所述第四薄膜晶体管的宽长比大于50/ 8,所述第三薄膜晶体管的宽长比小于10/ 100。
7.根据权利要求4所述的静电释放电路,其特征在于,所述第三薄膜晶体管和所述第四薄膜晶体管为N型薄膜晶体管。
8.一种显示面板,其特征在于,所述显示面板包括权利要求1-7中任一项所述的静电释放电路。
