The invention develops a new face cream with whitening and freckle removing effects by screening and optimizing compatibility of active ingredients for whitening and freckle removing in natural plants.

The invention aims to provide the face cream which is safe to use and has remarkable effects of whitening, removing freckles and reducing pigmentation.
Tests show that the cream prepared by combining the green tea extract, the camellia yunnanensis extract, the dogliver extract and the tetrandra root extract which are prepared by a specific process with the components of arbutin, licoflavone, nicotinamide, hesperetin, tranexamic acid, vitamin C, gallic acid, ceramide, natural plant extract, olive oil and the like has very good effects of whitening, removing freckles and reducing pigmentation.
The invention relates to a whitening and freckle-removing facial cream which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:

Further, the whitening and freckle-removing facial cream is prepared by the following method:
(1) rinsing, drying and crushing green tea, adding 15% ethanol in an amount which is 20 times that of the green tea, soaking for 1 hour, performing reflux extraction for 1 hour, filtering, and performing vacuum drying on the filtrate to obtain a green tea extract;
(2) rinsing, drying and crushing camellia Yunnanensis, adding 10 times of 15% ethanol and 1 time of 20% baking soda solution, soaking for 1 hour, then extracting under reflux for 1 hour, filtering, repeatedly extracting filter residue for 1 time under the same condition, filtering, combining filtrates, and vacuum drying the filtrate to obtain the camellia Yunnanensis extract;
(3) rinsing herba Setariae viridis, drying, pulverizing, adding 10 times of 30% ethanol, soaking for 1 hr, reflux extracting for 1 hr, filtering, extracting the residue under the same conditions for 1 time, filtering, mixing filtrates, and vacuum drying the filtrate to obtain herba Setariae viridis extract;
(4) rinsing, drying and crushing tetrandra root, adding 15 times of 15% ethanol and 1.5 times of acetic acid, soaking for 1 hour, performing reflux extraction for 1 hour, filtering, and performing vacuum drying on the filtrate to obtain a tetrandra root extract;
(5) the cream is prepared by the steps of adding arbutin, licoflavone, nicotinamide, hesperetin, tranexamic acid, vitamin C, gallic acid, ceramide and natural plants into olive oil, fully stirring to obtain a uniform mixture, then sequentially and slowly adding the green tea extract, the camellia yunnanensis extract, the cynanchum komarovii extract and the tetrandra extract into the mixture while stirring, homogenizing in a high-speed homogenizer after the addition is finished, sterilizing after the homogenization is finished, and subpackaging.

Licoflavone is a natural whitening agent extracted from specific variety of Glycyrrhrizae radix, and can inhibit tyrosinase activity, dopachrome interconversion and DHICA oxidase activity.
Niacinamide is a derivative of vitamin B3, the most important effect of which in the anti-aging aspect of the skin is to reduce and prevent dullness and yellowing of the skin color during early aging. Niacinamide also repairs the damaged stratum corneum lipid barrier, improving skin resistance. In addition, the niacinamide has the deep water-locking effect, so the skin care product containing the niacinamide has extremely strong water-locking and moisturizing effects.
The olive oil used in the invention is prepared by directly cold pressing fresh olive fruits, does not need heating and chemical treatment, and retains natural nutrient components. Olive oil is considered as the most suitable oil for human nutrition among the oils found so far. The olive oil is rich in squalene with excellent affinity with skin and essential fatty acid of human body, is quickly absorbed, and effectively keeps the skin elastic and moist; the olive oil is rich in monounsaturated fatty acid, vitamin E, K, A, D and other phenolic antioxidant substances, can eliminate facial wrinkles, prevent skin aging, effectively enhance skin elasticity, and has effects of caring skin and hair and preventing hand and foot chap. The carotene and chlorophyll in olive oil endow olive oil with yellow-green color, while chlorophyll plays a role in metabolism, promotes cell growth, and accelerates wound healing. It also helps to beautify the appearance of people and reduce the generation of wrinkles. The oleum Olivarum contains antioxidant for eliminating free radicals, recovering health of viscera and organs, preventing brain aging, and prolonging life.
The green tea extract is an active component extracted from green tea leaves, mainly comprises tea polyphenol, mineral substances, amino acids, vitamins and the like, the structure of the tea polyphenol is rich in phenolic hydroxyl groups, active hydrogen can be provided to inactivate free radicals, free radicals formed by oxidation have higher stability due to a catechol structure, and therefore the tea polyphenol has the effects of eliminating the free radicals and inhibiting lipid peroxidation, and has strong antibacterial effect and skin pigment removal effect as a cosmetic additive.
The camellia yunnanensis is rich in functional components such as unsaturated fatty acid, tea saponin, tea polyphenol, quercetin and the like. The tea saponin is an excellent natural surfactant and has surface activities of emulsification, dispersion, wetting and the like; tea polyphenols as a natural antioxidant can scavenge free radicals, protect cell membrane structure, inhibit histamine release and cytokine production, and resist bacterial and fungal infections. Quercetin can remove active oxygen ROS in human keratinocyte and enhance activity of antioxidant enzyme, thereby achieving antioxidant effect.
The herba Setariae viridis mainly contains volatile oil, fatty acids, flavonoids, steroid saponin, polysaccharide, etc. Flavone, polysaccharide and polyphenol in herba Cibotii have strong ability of eliminating 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical and hydroxyl free radical.
The radix Stephaniae Japonicae extract has effects of eliminating skin inflammation and improving skin allergy. The folium Araliae Elatae extract has antioxidant effect.
The invention takes green tea extract, Yunnan camellia extract, doggie extract, tetrandra root extract and thorn leaf extract which are processed by a specific process as main raw materials, and arbutin, licoflavone, nicotinamide, hesperetin, tranexamic acid, vitamin C, gallic acid, ceramide, natural plant essence, olive oil and the like are added as auxiliary materials to prepare the skin care product with the effects of whitening, removing freckles and reducing pigmentation.
Tests prove that the cream has better effects of whitening, removing freckles and reducing pigmentation, and after a subject continuously uses the cream for 30 days, the facial skin is more white, the pigmentation is obviously reduced, and the spots are lightened. (2) rinsing, drying and crushing camellia Yunnanensis, adding 10 times of 15% ethanol and 1 time of 20% baking soda solution, soaking for 1 hour, then extracting under reflux for 1 hour, filtering, repeatedly extracting filter residue for 1 time under the same condition, filtering, combining filtrates, and vacuum drying the filtrate to obtain the camellia Yunnanensis extract;
(3) rinsing herba Setariae viridis, drying, pulverizing, adding 10 times of 30% ethanol, soaking for 1 hr, reflux extracting for 1 hr, filtering, extracting the residue under the same conditions for 1 time, filtering, mixing filtrates, and vacuum drying the filtrate to obtain herba Setariae viridis extract;

(6) adding arbutin, licoflavone, nicotinamide, hesperetin, tranexamic acid, vitamin C, gallic acid, ceramide and gardenia essential oil into olive oil, fully stirring to obtain a uniform mixture, then sequentially slowly adding the green tea extract, the camellia yunnanensis extract, the cynanchum komarovii extract, the tetrandra root extract and the thorn leaf extract into the mixture while stirring, placing into a high-speed homogenizer for homogenizing after the addition is finished, sterilizing after the homogenization is finished, and subpackaging to obtain the whitening and freckle-removing facial cream.

Whitening and freckle removing function test
The whitening and freckle removing functions of the face creams prepared in the examples 1-2 and the comparative examples 1-2 of the invention are tested.
[ test objects and groups ]
Selecting 240 female subjects with blotchy skin, wherein the female subjects are 18-55 years old;
randomized into 5 groups of 48 cases:
(1) test 1 group: inventive cream (example 1);
(2) test 2 groups: inventive cream (example 2);
(3) control 1 group: the face cream (comparative example 1) after changing the formulation and the production method;
(4) control 2 group: the cream after changing the production method (comparative example 2);
(5) blank control group.
[ METHOD OF USE ]
The corresponding face cream is used by each test group of testees respectively 1 time in the morning and at night, after the skin is cleaned, 1g of face cream is gently massaged on the face and the spot part until the face and the spot part are completely absorbed, and the skin test is carried out after the face cream is continuously used for 30 days.

The test result shows that: compared with a blank control group, the skin melanin content, the plaque area and the plaque color shade index of the test subjects in each test group are improved to different degrees. In contrast, the whitening, freckle removing and pigmentation reducing effects of the cream in the examples 1-2 of the invention are better than those of the products in the comparative examples 1-2 with changed raw material formulas or production processes.

(2) rinsing, drying and crushing camellia Yunnanensis, adding 10 times of 15% ethanol and 1 time of 20% baking soda solution, soaking for 1 hour, then extracting under reflux for 1 hour, filtering, repeatedly extracting filter residue for 1 time under the same condition, filtering, combining filtrates, and vacuum drying the filtrate to obtain the camellia Yunnanensis extract;
(3) rinsing herba Setariae viridis, drying, pulverizing, adding 10 times of 30% ethanol, soaking for 1 hr, reflux extracting for 1 hr, filtering, extracting the residue under the same conditions for 1 time, filtering, mixing filtrates, and vacuum drying the filtrate to obtain herba Setariae viridis extract;
(4) rinsing, drying and crushing tetrandra root, adding 15 times of 15% ethanol and 1.5 times of acetic acid, soaking for 1 hour, performing reflux extraction for 1 hour, filtering, and performing vacuum drying on the filtrate to obtain a tetrandra root extract;
(5) the cream is prepared by the steps of adding arbutin, licoflavone, nicotinamide, hesperetin, tranexamic acid, vitamin C, gallic acid, ceramide and natural plants into olive oil, fully stirring to obtain a uniform mixture, then sequentially and slowly adding the green tea extract, the camellia yunnanensis extract, the cynanchum komarovii extract and the tetrandra extract into the mixture while stirring, homogenizing in a high-speed homogenizer after the addition is finished, sterilizing after the homogenization is finished, and subpackaging.
5. The whitening and freckle-removing facial cream according to claim 1, further comprising the following raw materials: 0.9-1.1 parts of thorn leaf extract.
