本发明涉及一种九蒸九制黑豆的炮制工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)清洗:洗净黑豆,用水淘去浮在水面的不饱满黑豆;(2)第一次蒸制、晒干:第一次蒸12小时,取出晒至外皮微干;(3)反复蒸制、晒干:按第一次蒸制、晒干方法,再蒸、再晒至外皮微干,如此反复蒸、晒九次,蒸至外表黑润为度;(4)炒制:将蒸制合格的黑豆炒香,晾凉,制得九蒸九制黑豆;本发明的炮制工艺简单、炮制条件温和、成本低、耗时短,炮制的九蒸九制黑豆呈椭圆形或类球形,稍扁,表面黑色,有裂口,具香气,九蒸九制黑豆具有益精明目,养血祛风,利水,解毒的功效,用于阴虚烦渴,头晕目昏,体虚多汗,肾虚腰痛,水肿尿少,痹痛拘挛,手足麻木,药食中毒。

本发明属于黑豆炮制技术领域,具体涉及一种九蒸九制黑豆的炮制工艺。
背景技术
黑豆为豆科植物大豆Glycine max(L.)Merr.的干燥成熟种子,黑豆营养丰富,含有蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、微量元素等多种营养成分,同时又具有多种生物活性物质,如黑豆色素、黑豆多糖和异黄酮;炮制后的黑豆味甘、性平,具有消肿下气、润肺燥热、活血利水、祛风除痹、补血安神、明目健脾、补肾益阴、解毒的作用;现有的黑豆炮制工艺繁琐、炮制条件苛刻、成本高、耗时长、炮制出的成品药效不佳、不适合批量化加工,因此,急需提供一种炮制工艺简单、炮制条件温和、成本低、耗时短、炮制出的成品药效好、适合批量化加工的九蒸九制黑豆的炮制工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足而提供一种炮制工艺简单、炮制条件温和、成本低、耗时短、炮制出的成品药效好、适合批量化加工的九蒸九制黑豆的炮制工艺。
本发明的技术方案是一种九蒸九制黑豆的炮制工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)清洗:洗净黑豆,用水淘去浮在水面的不饱满黑豆;
(2)第一次蒸制、晒干:第一次蒸12小时,取出晒至外皮微干;
(3)反复蒸制、晒干:按第一次蒸制、晒干方法,再蒸、再晒至外皮微干,如此反复蒸、晒九次,蒸至外表黑润为度;
(4)炒制:将蒸制合格的黑豆炒香,晾凉,制得九蒸九制黑豆。
所述的黑豆的水分不得过9.0%。
所述的黑豆的二氧化硫残留量不得过150mg/kg。
本发明具有以下优点:利用本发明提供的炮制工艺炮制出的成品为九蒸九制黑豆,九蒸九制黑豆为黑豆的炮制加工品,通过清洗工艺将黑豆外部的杂质清洗掉,同时将不饱满黑豆筛选出去,有利于提高成品的药效;黑豆经过九次蒸晒,其内部的营养物质更易于被人体吸收,使炮制出的九蒸九制黑豆药效达到极致;本发明的炮制工艺简单、炮制条件温和、成本低、耗时短,炮制的九蒸九制黑豆呈椭圆形或类球形,稍扁,表面黑色,有裂口,具香气,九蒸九制黑豆具有益精明目,养血祛风,利水,解毒的功效,用于阴虚烦渴,头晕目昏,体虚多汗,肾虚腰痛,水肿尿少,痹痛拘挛,手足麻木,药食中毒。

清洗:洗净黑豆,用水淘去浮在水面的不饱满黑豆;
第一次蒸制、晒干:第一次蒸12小时,取出晒至外皮微干;
反复蒸制、晒干:按第一次蒸制、晒干方法,再蒸、再晒至外皮微干,如此反复蒸、晒九次,蒸至外表黑润为度;
炒制:将蒸制合格的黑豆炒香,晾凉,制得九蒸九制黑豆。
