技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织机用的压辊,例如在卷曲变形机中用于将长丝压向前罗拉的压辊。
背景技术
由DE-A 2923871已知一种压辊,它的例如由塑料或橡胶构成的覆盖层设在支承衬套上,支承衬套同时构成深槽球轴承的外座圈,压辊通过此深槽球轴承可旋转地支承在支承轴上。所采用的深槽球轴承的外座圈需要复杂地加工;在外座圈内要加工滚珠滚道,以及除此之外在外座圈的轴向端部要提供内侧圆柱形的台阶,用于安装磨光用的芯轴(schleifdorn)。为保证无可指摘和具有高的圆周精度地磨光压辊的覆盖层,压辊夹紧在磨光用的芯轴上。
还已知一些设计方案,其中在上面已提及的支承衬套与覆盖层之间设有例如铝制的中间套筒。在这种情况下覆盖层和中间套筒构成一个预制件,它例如压紧在深槽球轴承的外座圈上。在这些压辊中有利的是可以构成预制的组件,它们一方面由带有覆盖层的中间套筒及另一方面由全套深槽球轴承组成,后者的外座圈同时设计为支承衬套。覆盖层无需在麻烦的工艺过程中花长时间地例如通过喷镀涂覆在外座圈上,而只需将此预制的组件推合在一起。
但是在上述两种实施例中的缺点是,深槽球轴承的外座圈加工比较麻烦。在两种情况下都必须设滚珠滚道和布置在侧面的用于安装磨光用芯轴的圆柱形台阶。用于纺织机的压辊是大量生产的产品,在制造它们时力求是经济的方案。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是发展开头所述类型的压辊,使深槽球轴承的制造简化并因而显著降低压辊的生产成本。
按本发明为达到此目的提供了这样一种纺织机用的压辊,它的覆盖层设在一支承衬套上,后者通过深槽球轴承可相对于支承轴旋转地支承,其特征为:采用具有座圈和在座圈的滚珠滚道上滚动的滚珠的规范的标准化深槽球轴承,它的外座圈上装支承衬套,标准化深槽球轴承的结构高度最多是支承衬套轴向长度的80%,支承衬套有一个向里凸出用于安装外座圈的中段,与中段相邻的侧段设计成薄壁,且在内侧设有用于安装磨光用芯轴的相同内径的磨光用芯轴容纳部,侧段的内径大于中段的内径。
在按本发明的压辊中,支承衬套和规范的标准化深槽球轴承可作为预制组件推入带有覆盖层的例如铝制的中间套筒内。还可以设想支承衬套直接带有涂层,以及接着套在此规范的标准化深槽球轴承的外座圈上。
当规范的标准化深槽球轴承已设在中段区内时,可以在中段的一侧或也可在两侧实施材料移置,尤其是冲铆压痕,以便相对于支承衬套固定此规范的标准化球轴承。通过使中段沿径向向里凸出,可以没有困难地插入并冲击适用于材料移置的工具。
按本发明的在重量方面特别轻的压辊有这样一种支承衬套,即,在这种支承衬套中与中段相邻的侧段具有的壁厚大于支承衬套外径的2.0%和小于其6.0%。
当应用在卷曲变形机中时,按本发明的压辊设置成可通过一摆动装置横向于支承轴摆动。摆动装置有一个同心于支承轴设置的摆动套筒和一个销子,销子穿过支承轴和摆动套筒的横向孔。摆动套筒可例如用塑料通过压注工艺制造,在这种情况下也可以将摆动套筒压注在规范的标准的深槽球轴承内座圈上。

具体实施方式
图1在纵剖面内表示按本发明的纺织机尤其是卷曲变形机的压辊,用于将图中没有表示的长丝压在同样没有表示的前罗拉上。压辊可通过一规范的标准化深槽球轴承1相对于支承轴2旋转地支承。一个例如由橡胶或塑料构成的覆盖层3围绕着一个铝制的中间套筒4,后者装在支承环5上。支承环5套在规范的标准化深槽球轴承1的外座圈6上。此规范的标准化深槽球轴承设置成可通过摆动装置8相对于支承轴2横向于其纵轴线地摇摆。滚珠9装在两个座圈6和7之间,它们在座圈6、7的滚珠滚道10、11上滚动。最好用钢制造的支承衬套5有一个向里凸出的用来安装外座圈6的中段12,在此中段12的两侧所形成的冲铆印痕13从侧面扣住外座圈。与中段相邻的侧段14设计成薄壁状的,以及其内侧制有圆柱形台阶15,用于安装图中未表示的磨光用芯轴。
摆动装置8有一个塑料制的摆动套筒16,它同心于支承轴2布置,并固定在内座圈7上。由图2可以清楚地看出摆动装置8。支承轴2和摆动套筒16制有横向孔17、18,销子19穿过这些横向孔。因为横向于销子19的两旁在支承轴2与摆动套筒16之间留有间隙,所以保证压辊可绕销子19的纵轴线摆动。
由图3可见上面已提及的冲铆印痕13,它们设在支承衬套5的多个沿圆周分布的位置上。

Claims (6)

1.纺织机用的压辊,它的覆盖层(3)设在一支承衬套(5)上,后者通过深槽球轴承(1)可相对于支承轴(2)旋转地支承,其特征为:采用具有座圈(6、7)和在座圈(6、7)的滚珠滚道(10、11)上滚动的滚珠(9)的规范的标准化深槽球轴承(1),它的外座圈(6)上装支承衬套(5),标准化深槽球轴承的结构高度最多是支承衬套(5)轴向长度的80%,支承衬套有一个向里凸出用于安装外座圈(6)的中段(12),与中段(12)相邻的侧段(14)设计成薄壁,且在内侧设有用于安装磨光用芯轴的相同内径的磨光用芯轴容纳部,侧段(14)的内径大于中段(12)的内径。
2.按照权利要求1所述的压辊,其特征为:在至少中段(12)的一侧形成的材料移置,从端面扣住外座圈(6)。
3.按照权利要求2所述的压辊,其特征在于:与中段(12)相邻的侧段(14)具有的壁厚大于支承衬套(5)外径的2.0%和小于其6.0%。
4.按照权利要求1所述的压辊,其特征为:它可通过一摆动装置(8)横向于支承轴(2)摆动,其中,此摆动装置(8)有一个同心于支承轴(2)设置的摆动套筒(16)和一个销子(19),销子穿过支承轴(2)和摆动套筒(16)的横向孔(17、18)。
5.按照权利要求4所述的压辊,其特征为:上述磨光用芯轴容纳部由圆柱形台阶(15)构成。
6.按照权利要求1所述的压辊,其特征为:上述覆盖层(3)是在有一个中间套筒(4)作为间层的情况下设在上述支承衬套(5)上的。
