Description
本发明涉及一种用阴离子染料对天然和合成聚酰胺纤维材料进行染色,产生防染层(resist)或多色效果的方法。从文献上可知同色深浅防染层或多色效果的两步法。在这种情况下防染剂可先被固定、然后纤维材料再进一步染色。在一种湿罩湿印花法中,染色例如可在防染剂的存在下进行。当所用的组合物与纤维具有良好的亲合性时,所得的防染层(或多色效果)通常并不令人满意。在后者这些方法中,适宜染料的选择便受到限制。
现已发现一种方法,若湿罩湿印花法中所用的具体防染剂是下述的一种或几种化合物,则通过它可在天然和合成聚酰胺纤维材料上得到极佳的防染层或多色效果。
因此,本发明涉及一种在天然或合成聚酰胺纤维材料上产生防染层或多色效果的方法,为产生防染层,它包括在用一种含至少一种阴离子染料的染色液或印染浆处理纺织材料之前或之后,局部施用一种湿罩湿印花的液体制剂,所述的制剂包含一种或多种下式化合物:其中R1是一直链或支链的C10-C24烷基或链烯基,R2和R3分别是C1-C4烷基,X是一阴离子基团,苯核A可被进一步取代,或为产生多色效果,它包括在用一种含至少一种阴离子染料的染色液或印染浆处理纺织材料之前或之后,局部施用一种或多种湿罩湿印花的液体制剂,除一种或多种式(1)化合物外,所述制剂还包括至少一种阴离子染料,以及最后将纺织品进行热处理使染料固色。

在式(1)化合物中,R1可全是含10至24个碳原子的直链或支链烷基和链烯基。典型的例子是:癸基,十一烷基,十二烷基,十三烷基,十四烷基,十六烷基,十七烷基,十八烷基以及油基。R1优选为一直链烷基或链烯基。R1特别优选为具有14至18个碳原子的直链烷基。
R2和R3分别是适宜的下述烷基:甲基,乙基,正丙基,异丙基,正丁基,仲丁基,异丁基和叔丁基。R2和R3优选为同一基团。R2和R3特别优选为甲基。
苯核A例如可进一步被C1-C4烷基,C1-C4烷氧基和卤素所取代。苯核A优选为无其他取代基。
上述式(1)化合物可以盐的形式使用,例如氢卤酸盐或硫酸盐,尤其是氯化物和硫酸盐,典型地,定义为阴离子的X是一卤素阴离子,如-Cl-,-Br-,或一硫酸根离子。X优选为氯离子。

按照本发明方法,可使用天然或合成聚酰胺纤维材料以达到防染或多色的目的。适宜的天然聚酰胺纤维材料优选为羊毛。典型地,适宜的合成聚酰胺纤维材料为聚酰胺-6和聚酰胺-66纤维材料。在本发明的方法中,优选使用聚酰胺-6和聚酰胺-66地毯纤维材料。
在该新方法中有可能使用阴离子染料。适宜的阴离子染料例如是那些在《染料索引》,第3版,第1卷,酸性染料,第1001页至1562页中引用的,以及在增补卷中相应的染料。
该新方法中适宜的阴离子染料优选为那些K值小于5的染料。用于纺织材料染色(染地色)和产生多色效果的适宜的染料优选为那些K值小于5的染料。
K值是印染领域专业人员公知的一种度量。该值按GB-PS 1 489456,Bayer-Farbenrevue 21,32(1972)或Melliand 6,641(1973)测定。该值是阴离子染料的染色性能连同它们的结合能力的一种度量。

该新方法的一个优选实施方案为,该方法的第一步涉及以传统的方法用一种阴离子染料染地色,优选使用上述的一种或几种染料。这种染色以公知方式通过轧染,浇淋,浸轧以及类似的方法于室温下进行。优选的阴离子染料含有一个或多个磺基,优选一个磺基。适用的阴离子染料由《染料索引》(见上述)获知。另外在染液中还可使用公知的助剂,典型的如增稠剂,湿润剂和分散剂。染液的pH值调整至4-7,优选为5-6。染液的吸收率(pick-up)为约60%-200%,优选为约80%-120%(基于干物重)。之后立即进行局部处理,即无需任何中间的洗涤或干燥,该局部处理可用特定的或任意的方式和含有一种或多种式(1)化合物的染液或染浆进行。式(1)化合物应与使用的阴离子染料具有一定的亲合力。该亲合力可由下述实验确定:制备两种染料溶液a)0.2cm3 1%的染料溶液加入到5cm3软化水中,b)a)溶液外加0.5ml式(1)化合物的0.4%水溶液。溶液a)和溶液b)各一滴于室温下沉积于一薄色谱层上并且干燥。溶液a)的斑在整个(扩散)层上着色,而溶液b)的斑仅可在中心着色而且在靠近边缘处几乎是无色的。按本发明使用的式(1)化合物为具有匀染性或缓染性的阳离子活性分散剂。含有式(1)化合物的第二批料的局部施用用丝网和/或滚筒膜印花机,滚筒凸纹印花机或喷射印花机进行。按照本发明,也可使用用于纱线的滴液提花(drop patterning)法和提花法(例如称为间隔染色)。按照本发明,在第二印花液或印花浆中所用的助剂的量基于印花液或浆为约0.1至5g/l,优选为0.1至2g/l,尤其优选为0.7至2g/l。如果需要双色或多色效果,则第二批料含有阴离子染料。该阴离子染料优选为K值小于5,这同样也是第一次染色(对于染地色)中优选的。同样也可以同时或一个接一个地使用几种浆或溶液。优选的阴离子染料为酸性染料或直接染料,优选酸性染料。所有这些可由《染料索引》获知。第二溶液也可含有其它传统的添加剂或助剂,典型地如增稠剂。根据所用基质的性质,溶液或浆的pH值调整到4至7(例如用酸,如乙酸,或加入弱碱(作为缓冲剂,如Na3PO4和Na2HPO4);添加剂必须是碱相容的)。固色以熟知的方式用热空气或热蒸汽实现,优选后者,在98℃至105℃下进行2-20分钟,优选为5-10分钟。洗涤和干燥以公知和传统的方式进行。该新的染色法为一湿罩湿印花类型的连续方法。按本发明,甚至当使用较少量式(1)化合物时,所得的多色和防染效果仍清晰明显。由于节能节水,这在地毯染色上尤其具有优越性。此外,它还可达到防染的效果。
本发明的另一优选实施方案是,该方法的第一步涉及使用一种或多种式(1)化合物产生防染,以及任选地,在阴离子染料存在下产生双色或多色效果。含有式(1)化合物的第一批料的局部施用通常通过施用溶液或浆或通过用丝网和/或滚筒膜印花机、滚筒凸纹印花机或喷射印花机(如Chromojet或Millitron型)进行。按照本发明,也可使用用于纱线的滴液提花法和提花法(例如称为间隔染色)。按照本发明,在第一印花液或印花浆中所用的助剂的量基于印花液或浆为约0.1至5g/l,优选为0.1至2g/l,尤其优选为0.7至2g/l。如果需要双色或多色效果,则第一批料含有一种或多种阴离子染料。这些阴离子染料优选为K值小于5,这同样也是第二次染色(对于染地色)中优选的。同样也可以同时或者一个接一个地使用几种浆或溶液。优选的阴离子染料为酸性染料或直接染料,优选酸性染料。所有这些可由《染料索引》获知。这一溶液也可含有其它传统的添加剂或助剂,典型地如增稠剂。根据所用基质的性质,溶液或浆的pH值调整到4至7(例如用酸,如乙酸,或用弱碱(作为缓冲剂,如Na3PO4和Na2HPO4);添加剂必须是碱相容的)。
在该方法的第二步中,无需任何中间地漂洗、洗涤和/或干燥,纺织材料即可直接以本身已知的方式用一种含有至少一种阴离子染料的酸性染料溶液进行浸渍。随后,将纺织材料进行热处理以固定染料。固色以熟知的方式用热空气或热蒸汽实现,优选后者,在98℃至105℃下进行2-20分钟,优选为5-10分钟。洗涤和干燥以公知和传统的方式进行。
该新方法还具有在染色或印花的色调下获得防染色调的优点。
该新方法可用于可用阴离子染料染色且由例如天然聚酰胺如羊毛或丝组成的纺织纤维,但优选合成聚酰胺纤维如聚酰胺-6或聚酰胺-66。整理后的纺织材料可以是机织物、针织品或簇绒地毯以及纱线和多股线。在下述实施例中,份数是基于重量或体积,百分数是基于重量,温度给定的是℃。
实施例1:
将一种含有聚酰胺-6地毯纱线的毛圈地毯部分地用含有下述组份(每1000份)的印花浆印花:0.5份蓝染染料混合物,该混合物含有80%(重量)的以游离酸形式存在的染料,其结构式如下:以及20%(重量)的以游离酸形式存在的染料,其结构式如下:该染料混合物的K值为4,15份市售瓜耳胶增稠剂,和10份下式化合物的18%水溶液,其pH值用乙酸调整至4。
然后将具有下述组成的轧染液以300%染液吸收率倾倒在产品上。该染液每1000份含有:0.7份橙染染料混合物,该混合物含有18%(重量)的以游离酸形式存在的染料,其结构式如下:68%(重量)的以游离酸形式存在的染料,其结构式如下:10%(重量)的以游离酸形式存在的染料,其结构式如下:以及4%(重量)的以游离酸形式存在的染料,其结构式如下:该染料混合物的K值为4,0.4份以游离酸形式存在的红染染料,其结构式如下:其K值为4,1.1份上述蓝染染料混合物,2.0份乙酸铵,2.0份市售润湿剂,0.7份市售防喷霜助剂,和8.0份市售瓜耳胶增稠剂。pH值用乙酸调节至6。接下来,用饱和蒸汽在100℃下将地毯处理10分钟,然后漂洗。在印花的地方,地毯具有轮廓清晰的蓝斑点,并且在黑色背景下具有良好的亮度。实施例2
一种聚酰胺-66地毯用含有下述组份(每1000份)的染液(100%染液吸收率)进行轧染:1.6份实施例1的橙染染料混合物,1.2份实施例1的红染染料,3.3份实施例1的蓝染染料混合物,2.0份乙酸铵,2.0份市售润湿剂,2.0份市售防喷霜助剂,和2.0份市售瓜耳胶增稠剂。pH值用乙酸调节至6。用这种方式预处理的地毯物品用下述组成的浆料进行连续印花:印花浆1(每1000份):1份实施例1的橙染染料混合物,10份按实施例1的式(100)化合物的18%水溶液,和8份市售瓜耳胶增稠剂。pH值用乙酸调节至4。印花浆2(每1000份):0.09份实施例1的橙染染料混合物,0.05份实施例1的红染染料,0.27份实施例1的蓝染染料混合物,10.0份按实施例1的式(100)化合物的18%水溶液,和8份市售瓜耳胶增稠剂。pH值用乙酸调节至4。印花浆3(每1000份):(无染料)8份市售瓜耳胶增稠剂,和10份按实施例1的式(100)化合物的18%水溶液。pH值用乙酸调节至4。随后将地毯物品用蒸汽在100℃下处理10分钟,然后漂洗。该地毯在暗灰色的背景下,具有轮廓清晰的白、黄和蓝色印花斑点。实施例3:
由聚酰胺-66地毯纱线组成的针织品用一种溶液以100%吸收率进行轧染。该溶液每1000份含有:0.72份实施例1的橙染染料混合物,0.50份实施例1的红染染料,0.60份实施例1的蓝染染料混合物,2.00份市售润湿剂,2.00份市售防喷霜助剂,1.00份市售瓜耳胶增稠剂,和3.00份乙酸铵。pH值用乙酸调节至6。然后用两种不同的印花浆进行印花。印花浆1(每1000份):0.50份实施例1的橙染染料混合物,0.50份实施例1的蓝染染料混合物,10.00份按实施例1的式(100)化合物的18%水溶液,和8.00份市售瓜耳胶增稠剂。pH值用乙酸调节至4。印印浆2(每1000份):(无染料)10.00份按实施例1的式(100)化合物的18%水溶液,和8.00份市售瓜耳胶增稠剂。pH值用乙酸调节至4。随后将该物品用饱和蒸汽在100℃下处理10分钟,然后漂洗。在暗棕色的背景下,印花图案由纯绿色和白色斑点构成。实施例4
将一种含有聚酰胺-66地毯纱线的毛圈地毯部分地用一种喷射印花机(Chromojet或Millitron型)进行印花。染料浆每1000份含有下述组份:0.5份蓝染染料混合物,该混合物含有80%(重量)的以游离酸形式存在的染料,其结构式如下:和20%(重量)的以游离酸形式存在的染料,其结构式如下:该染料混合物的K值为4,22份一种适于喷射印花的增稠剂,和10份下式化合物的18%水溶液pH值用乙酸调节至4。
然后将具有下述组成的轧染液以300%染液吸收率倾倒在这些产品上。该染液每1000份含有:0.7份以游离酸形式存在的红染染料,其结构式如下:该染料K值为4,2.0份乙酸铵,2.0份市售润湿剂,0.7份市售防喷霜助剂,和2.0份市售瓜耳胶增稠剂。pH值用乙酸调节至6。随后将该地毯用饱和蒸汽在100℃下处理10分钟,然后漂洗。在印花的地方,地毯具有轮廓清晰的蓝色斑点,并且在红色背景下具有良好的亮度。实施例5:
将一种含有聚酰胺-6地毯纱线的毛圈地毯部分地用印花丝网和与实施例1的印花浆相同的印花浆进行印花。然后该地毯全部用满地印花丝网进行印花。该印花浆每1000份含有下述组份:0.7份以游离酸形式存在的红染染料,其结构式如下:该染料K值为4,2.0份市售润湿剂,0.7份市售防喷霜助剂,和10份市售瓜耳胶增稠剂。pH值用乙酸调节至6。随后将地毯用饱和蒸汽在100℃下处理10分钟,然后漂洗。在印花的地方,地毯具有轮廓清晰的蓝色斑点,并且在红色背景下具有良好的亮度。实施例6
Claims (12)
1.一种在天然或合成聚酰胺纤维材料上产生防染层或多色效果的方法,为产生防染层,它包括在用一种含至少一种阴离子染料的染色液或印染浆处理纺织材料之前或之后,局部施用一种湿罩湿印花的液体制剂,所述制剂pH值为4至7并且包含0.1至5g/L的一种或多种下式化合物:其中R1是一直链或支链的C10-C24烷基或链烯基,R2和R3分别是C1-C4烷基,X是一阴离子基团,苯核A可被进一步取代,或为产生多色效果,它包括在用一种含至少一种阴离子染料的染色液或印染浆处理纺织材料之前或之后,局部施用一种或多种湿罩湿印花的液体制剂,除一种或多种式(1)化合物外,所述制剂还包括至少一种阴离子染料,以及最后将纺织品用热空气或热蒸汽进行热处理使染料固色。
2.权利要求1所述的方法,为产生防染层或多色效果,它包括在用一种含至少一种阴离子染料的染色液或印染浆处理纺织材料之后,局部施用一种或多种液体制剂,然后将纺织品进行热处理使染料固色。
3.权利要求1所述的方法,为产生防染层或多色效果,它包括在用一种含至少一种阴离子染料的染色液或印染浆处理纺织材料之前,局部施用一种或多种液体制剂,然后将纺织品进行热处理使染料固色。
4.权利要求1至3任一项所述的方法,包括使用一种或多种式(1)化合物,其中R1为癸基,十一烷基,十二烷基,十三烷基,十四烷基,十六烷基,十七烷基,十八烷基或油基。
5.权利要求1所述的方法,包括使用一种或多种式(1)化合物,其中R2和R3为甲基。
6.权利要求1所述的方法,包括使用一种或多种式(1)化合物,其中R1为直链C14-C18烷基。
7.权利要求1所述的方法,包括使用一种或多种式(1)化合物,其中苯核A不含任何其他取代基。
8.权利要求1所述的方法,包括使用一种或多种式(1)化合物,其中X-为硫酸根离子,或优选地,为氯离子。
9.权利要求1所述的方法,包括在用于处理纺织材料的染色液中使用K值小于5的阴离子染料。
10.权利要求1所述的方法,包括使用K值小于5的阴离子染料来产生多色效果。
11.权利要求1所述的方法,包括在用于产生多色效果的全部染色液或印染浆中使用K值小于5的阴离子染料。
12.权利要求1所述的方法,用于在地毯材料上,优选在聚酰胺-6或聚酰胺-66材料上产生防染层或多色效果。
