Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种过滤器，特别涉及用于汽车内部空间的空气过滤器。
一种汽车用的空气过滤器例如公开在德国专利40 28 899中。该空气过滤器含有一个夹持装置和一个可取下的盖部，在夹持装置与盖部之间装有过滤构件。夹持装置设有插接装置，盖部即插入该插接装置内。同时，通过设在夹持装置与盖部上的密封面将过滤器芯子夹紧在夹持装置与盖部之间。插接装置是一种可弹性变形的构件，在夹持装置与盖部之间建立一种通过力结合的连接。
这种装置的缺点在于，盖部可能例如通过振动从夹持装置上松脱，从而使过滤器壳体不经意地打开。
此外，德国实用新型87 09 100公开了一种过滤器装置，其中，过滤器芯子在其周缘上设有连接片，这些连接片夹紧在过滤器盖与过滤器底之间的连接部位上。这些连接片设有合适的密封介质，因而同时在壳体底部与壳体盖部之间起密封作用。
这种装置的缺点在于，壳体的两个部分必须用螺纹紧固装置连接在一起。
本发明的目的在于提供一种避免了上述各种缺点的空气过滤器，其过滤器芯子可以简单地替换、并且其壳体的造价低廉。
本发明的目的可以通过下述的技术解决方案来实现。本发明的空气过滤器含有一个设有未经过滤的空气的入口和一个洁净空气的出口的壳体和一个可置入该壳体内的、具有由折叠成之字形的板状结构的过滤介质构成的过滤构件和一个用于密封洁净空气区域的环状密封垫的过滤器芯子，其壳体的在未经过滤的空气的一侧的入口具有跟过滤器芯子一样的横截面，并且，用于将过滤器芯子固定就位的夹持装置通过膜式铰链设置在壳体上。
本发明的一个优点是结构简单，不再需要壳体盖，其未经过滤的空气的入口相应于过滤器芯子的横截面，这就提供了一个简单的安装先决条件。此外，未经过滤的空气就能够不受阻碍地流进过滤构件。
由于取消了盖子，自然需要过滤器芯子有合适的固定装置。这个措施通过使夹持装置通过膜式铰链直接固定在壳体上并且将过滤器芯子固定就位来实现。
按照本发明的一个结构发展，壳体用热塑性塑料制造，夹持装置通过其膜式铰链直接跟壳体连成一体，因此壳体连同固定构件构成一个部件，从而大大降低装配和制造费用。
按照过滤器芯子的另一结构形式，过滤器芯子由折叠成之字形的纸或塑料棉构成的过滤构件和一个围绕着过滤构件周缘的环状聚氨酯泡沫密封垫构成。不采用金属件的过滤器芯子结构因此设计成有利于排除污物的结构，就是说，该过滤器可顺利地加热去污。
本发明的过滤器的夹持装置可分别具有至少一条与过滤器芯子接触的筋。过滤器芯子的环状密封垫可由聚酯基的聚氨酯泡沫构成。
在实施结构中，本发明的上述特征可以分别以单个形式或多个结合的形式来实现。本发明也可以在其它领域中实现，并可表现为优良的以及本身值得保护的结构。
本发明将在下面借助一个实施例作进一步描述。在附图中，
图1是一个空气过滤器的俯视图；
图2是沿图1的剖切线A-B看的空气过滤器的剖视图。
图1所示的空气过滤器含有一个带有洁净空气的出口11和两个用于将壳体10固定到一个未示出的新鲜空气通道的孔12、13的壳体10。在壳体10上具有多个沿周缘分布设置的加强筋14和一个环形密封座15。在壳体10的两个窄边上设有夹持装置16、17。为了更好地示出壳体，此图中没有示出过滤器芯子。
图2示出一个沿图1的剖切线A-B取的剖视图。在此图中示出了过滤器芯子26，其过滤构件18由折叠成之字形的板状结构的过滤介质构成，在过滤构件18的周缘上包围有一个环状密封垫19。
壳体10在其面向空气通道20的端面上同样地设有环状密封垫21。夹持装置16、17沿其固定在壳体10上的固定线通过膜式铰链22、23跟壳体相连，并且，为了取出过滤器芯子26，可以将夹持装置打开到虚线所示的位置，这样就可以顺利地将过滤器芯子取出，放入新的过滤器芯子。
整个空气过滤器的出色之处在于其非常便于维护，因为没有盖子或类似物件妨碍接触过滤器芯子26。此外，可在未经过滤的空气的入气侧通过外观观察来判断过滤器构件18的阻塞程度，因而不需要用昂贵的指示仪表来进行鉴定。

Claims (5)

1、一种特制用于汽车内部空间通气的空气过滤器，它含有一个设有未经过滤的空气的入口和一个洁净空气的出口的壳体和一个可置入该壳体内的、具有由折叠成之字形的过滤介质构成的过滤构件和一个用于密封洁净空气区域的环状密封垫的过滤器芯子，其特征在于，壳体(10)的在未经过滤的空气的一侧的入口具有跟过滤器芯子(26)一样的横截面，并且，用于将过滤器芯子(26)固定就位的夹持装置(16、17)通过膜式铰链(22、23)设置在壳体(10)上。
2、按权利要求1所述的过滤器，其特征在于，壳体（10）由热塑性塑料制成，并且夹持装置（16、17）与壳体（10）一体制出。
3、按权利要求1或2所述的过滤器，其特征在于，夹持装置（16、17）分别具有至少一条与过滤器芯子（26）接触的筋（24、25）。
4、按权利要求1或2所述的过滤器，其特征在于，过滤器芯子（26）的过滤构件（18）是纸质过滤器或塑料棉过滤器，其环状密封垫（19）由聚酯基的聚氨酯泡沫构成。
5、按权利要求3所述的过滤器，其特征在于，过滤器芯子（26）的过滤构件（18）是纸质过滤器或塑料棉过滤器，其环状密封垫（19）由聚酯基的聚氨酯泡沫构成。
