本发明提供一种益姆膏的制作工艺，包括以下步骤：清洗益姆膏原料并将其入到提取罐中，加水；蒸煮提取，得益姆膏原料提取夜；将益姆膏提取液转存至储物罐中；将储物罐中的益姆膏提取液装送至双效浓缩器中进行真空低压浓缩，得比重为0.9～1.0的半成品益姆膏；将比重为0.9～1.0的半成品益姆膏转送至球形浓缩器中再次进行真空低压浓缩，得比重为1.1～1.2的半成品益姆膏；将比重为1.1～1.2的半成品益姆膏的益姆膏送至夹层锅中进行常压浓缩，浓缩温度100度，浓缩时间7～9小时，得到比重为1.3～1.4的成品益姆膏。通过本发所制成得成品益姆膏的含水量小，粘稠度大，不容易变质，保质期时间长，且无添加防腐剂，对人体不会产生副作用。

技术领域
本发明属于医药技术领域，具体涉及一种益姆膏的制作工艺。
背景技术
益姆膏为一种名贵的纯中药制剂，主治：妇科常见病及疑难杂症如月经痛（月经先期、后期、先后无定期，闭经，经量多少及色质异常，赤白带下），产后虚损，妇科炎症（子宫炎、附件炎、盆腔炎），婚后不孕症等；人脑血管及神经系统疾病如肺心病、风心痛、心绞痛、心肌炎、心肌缺血、动脉血管硬化、高血压、脑缺血、脑中风、偏瘫及失语及头晕、心悸、失眠健忘等症：消化系统疾病及各种类型肝炎如胆囊炎、胃炎、咽炎、食道炎及十二指肠溃疡、慢性肠胃炎、慢性肠炎、肠粘连、结肠炎等；泌尿生殖系统疾病如急慢性肾炎肝肾综合症，泌尿系统感染，尿毒症性机能减通，前列腺炎及前列腺肥大，阳痿、早泻、遗精、滑精、男性不育症等； 腰腿痛综合症，坐骨神经痛等；慢性肺气肿之咳嗽、哮喘、呼吸困难、气短乏力等，因其治病种类多而被人们所熟知。
现有益姆膏的制作工艺如下：（1）清洗益姆膏原料；（2）将清洗后得益姆膏原料投入到提取罐中，并向提取罐中加入适量的水；（3）对提取罐内的益姆膏原料进行蒸煮提取，得益姆膏原料提取夜；（4）将益姆膏提取液转存至储物罐中；（5）将储物罐中的益姆膏提取液装送至双效浓缩器中进行真空低压浓缩，得到比重为0.9～1.0的半成品益姆膏；（6）向半成品益姆膏中加入防腐剂和增稠剂，即得成品益姆膏。这种制作工艺由于通过双效浓缩器中进行真空低压浓缩只能得到比重为0.9～1.0的半成品益姆膏，为增加半成品益姆膏得比重，即粘稠度，只能在半成品益姆膏中加入防腐剂和增稠剂而得到成品益姆膏，该成品益姆膏的含水量大，容易变质，且含有防腐剂，对人体会产生较大副作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种益姆膏的制作工艺，旨在解决现有技术中益姆膏的制作工艺所制成的成品益姆膏的含水量大，容易变质，含有防腐剂，对人体会产生较大副作用的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明一种益姆膏的制作工艺所采用的技术方案是：所述益姆膏的制作工艺包括以下步骤：
（1）清洗益姆膏原料；
（2）将清洗后得益姆膏原料投入到提取罐中，并向提取罐中加入适量的水；（3）对提取罐内的益姆膏原料进行蒸煮提取，得益姆膏原料提取夜；
（4）将益姆膏提取液转存至储物罐中；
（5）将储物罐中的益姆膏提取液装送至双效浓缩器中进行真空低压浓缩，浓缩温度90度，浓缩时间4小时，得到比重为0.9～1.0的半成品益姆膏；
（6）将比重为0.9～1.0的半成品益姆膏转送至球形浓缩器中再次进行真空低压浓缩，浓缩温度90度，浓缩时间5～6小时，得到比重为1.1～1.2的半成品益姆膏；
（7）将比重为1.1～1.2的半成品益姆膏的益姆膏送至夹层锅中进行常压浓缩，浓缩温度100度，浓缩时间7～9小时，得到比重为1.3～1.4的成品益姆膏。
本发明的有效果：通过本发明益姆膏制作工艺所制成的成品益姆膏的比重为1.3～1.4，即含水量小，不容易变质，保质期时间长，且无添加防腐剂，对人体不会产生副作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
本发明一种益姆膏的制作工艺，包括以下步骤：
（1）清洗益姆膏原料；
（2）将清洗后得益姆膏原料投入到提取罐中，并向提取罐中加入适量的水；（3）对提取罐内的益姆膏原料进行蒸煮提取，得益姆膏原料提取夜；
（4）将益姆膏提取液转存至储物罐中；
（5）将储物罐中的益姆膏提取液装送至双效浓缩器中进行真空低压浓缩，浓缩温度90度，浓缩时间4小时，得到比重为0.9～1.0的半成品益姆膏（此时比重未满足市场要求）；
（6）将比重为0.9～1.0的半成品益姆膏转送至球形浓缩器中再次进行真空低压浓缩，浓缩温度90度，浓缩时间5～6小时，得到比重为1.1～1.2的半成品益姆膏，（此时比重还未满足市场要求）；
（7）将比重为1.1～1.2的半成品益姆膏的益姆膏送至夹层锅中进行常压浓缩，浓缩温度100度，浓缩时间7～9小时，得到比重为1.3～1.4的成品益姆膏（此时比重满足市场要求）。
通过本发所制成得成品益姆膏的比重为1.3～1.4，其含水量小，粘稠度大，不容易变质，保质期时间长，且无添加防腐剂，对人体不会产生副作用。
最后，需要说明得是，本发明中所涉及的提取罐、双效浓缩器、球形浓缩器，夹层锅均为现有技术，其结构和功能在这里不再详细赘述。

1.一种益姆膏的制作工艺，其特征在于：所述益姆膏的制作工艺包括以下步骤：
（1）清洗益姆膏原料；
（2）将清洗后得益姆膏原料投入到提取罐中，并向提取罐中加入适量的水；（3）对提取罐内的益姆膏原料进行蒸煮提取，得益姆膏原料提取夜；
（4）将益姆膏提取液转存至储物罐中；
（5）将储物罐中的益姆膏提取液装送至双效浓缩器中进行真空低压浓缩，浓缩温度90度，浓缩时间4小时，得到比重为0.9～1.0的半成品益姆膏；
（6）将比重为0.9～1.0的半成品益姆膏转送至球形浓缩器中再次进行真空低压浓缩，浓缩温度90度，浓缩时间5～6小时，得到比重为1.1～1.2的半成品益姆膏；
（7）将比重为1.1～1.2的半成品益姆膏的益姆膏送至夹层锅中进行常压浓缩，浓缩温度100度，浓缩时间7～9小时，得到比重为1.3～1.4的成品益姆膏。
