本发明提供一种牡蛎壳美白面膜的制备方法，属日用化工产品技术领域。该技术特征在于主要成分是牡蛎壳粉，其产品成分为：(重量百分比％)牡蛎壳粉10％～30％，维生素E1％～5％，氧化锌0.5％～2％，甘油5％～15％，聚乙二醇600010％～30％，聚乙烯醇15％～20％，三乙醇胺5％～10％，香精1％～1.5％，防腐剂1％～1.5％，去离子水至100％。制备牡蛎壳美白面膜时必须先将牡蛎壳制成300～500目的颗粒，再和其他原料配制成牡蛎壳美白面膜。该面膜不仅能有效清洁皮肤，还能为肌肤注入营养，使肌肤净白亮泽。

本发明涉及一种美白面膜，尤其是涉及一种牡蛎壳美白面膜的制备方法。
背景技术
牡蛎是一种营养价值很高的珍贵海产品，为世界性的贝类，全世界濒海各国几乎都有出产。牡蛎壳粉主要成分是动物合成的碳酸钙，是一种天然的多孔材料，也是天然的美容佳品。据资料显示，牡蛎壳中含有17种氨基酸及24种对美容有益的元素，如锌、铁、铜、硒、锗等，这些成分跟名贵珍珠的有效成分几乎相同。在古时候就有人将牡蛎壳粉碎后调入中药和蜂蜜用于敷脸美容。但经检索，在国内外均未发现牡蛎壳粉为主要成分的面膜产品或技术。本发明的牡蛎壳美白面膜加入了牡蛎壳，克服了即往面膜微量元素含量不丰富，吸附性或生理活性不好等缺点，并且质量稳定，安全、无副作用。这种面膜除具有普通面膜的美容、护肤和清洁皮肤的作用外，还在营养、润泽、抗皱、祛斑、美白肌肤以及按摩、生肌活血等方面效果明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型的牡蛎壳美白面膜。该面膜为乳胶状面膜，具有祛除黄褐斑、蝴碟斑、黑鼻头、粉刺、而且淡化雀斑、收缩毛孔的特点，同时还具有美白作用。使用时只要将其涂于面部，1分钟即可凝固成膜，敷脸15分钟可达到美容效果，长期使用能令肌肤白里透红。
本发明的技术解决方案如下：牡蛎壳美白面膜产品成分如下：(重量百分比％)牡蛎壳粉10％～30％，维生素E 1％～5％，氧化锌0.5％～2％，甘油5％～15％，聚乙二醇600010％～30％，聚乙烯醇15％～20％，三乙醇胺5％～10％，香精1％～1.5％，防腐剂1％～1.5％，去离子水至100％。牡蛎壳美白面膜配方中所使用的牡蛎壳粉是牡蛎壳经过粉碎的300～500目颗粒。牡蛎壳美白面膜产品制备工艺步骤如下：(1)牡蛎壳粉碎；(2)把聚乙烯醇、去离子水放进反应釜中搅拌加热，控温90℃，至聚乙烯醇完全溶解；(3)把聚乙二醇6000、甘油、三乙醇胺依次放入反应釜中搅拌30～60分钟，使固体原料完全溶解，过滤至胶体磨中。此步聚不加热，转移至胶体磨时补足失去的水分；(4)把牡蛎壳粉、氧化锌、维生素E、香精、防腐剂分别加入到胶体磨中，反复研磨，至固体物质在胶体中分散均匀，即得牡蛎壳美容面膜产品；(5)本产品最好采用一次使用量单独包装。牡蛎壳粉的制备步骤如下：(1)将牡蛎壳进行挑选、水洗干净、风干后，锤击式粉碎为直径为1mm以下，送到高温炉里加热到50～100℃保温0.5～2小时后出炉；(2)出炉的颗粒继续用齿式粉碎机粉碎，用100目筛筛选；(3)100目筛选出的细粉用旋风式粉碎机粉碎至300～500目，装进塑料袋备用。
本发明有如下优点：(1)以牡蛎壳粉为主要成分，改善了以往面膜吸附性和生理活性不好的缺点，其比普通面膜生产成本低，且能充分利用资源，使牡蛎壳变废为宝。(2)牡蛎壳粉中含有17种氨基酸及24种对美容有益的元素，克服了先前面膜微量元素含量不丰富的缺点。(3)牡蛎壳粉除具有普通面膜的美容、护肤和清洁皮肤的作用外，还在营养、润泽、抗皱、祛斑、美白肌肤以及按摩、生肌活血方面效果明显。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)选用的牡蛎壳粉为300～500目的颗粒。
(2)其配方为：(重量百分比％)牡蛎壳粉10％，维生素E1％，氧化锌1％，甘油5％，聚乙二醇6000 30％，聚乙烯醇15％，三乙醇胺5％，香精1％，防腐剂1％，去离子水至100％。
实施例2
(1)选用的牡蛎壳粉为300～500目的颗粒。
(2)其配方为：(重量百分比％)牡蛎壳粉20％，维生素E 3％，氧化锌1％，甘油10％，聚乙二醇6000 20％，聚乙烯醇20％，三乙醇胺5％，香精1％，防腐剂1％，去离子水至100％。
实施例3
(1)选用的牡蛎壳粉为300～500目的颗粒。
(2)其配方为：(重量百分比％)牡蛎壳粉30％，维生素E 2％，氧化锌1％，甘油15％，聚乙二醇6000 10％，聚乙烯醇15％，三乙醇胺10％，香精1％，防腐剂1％，去离子水至100％。

Claims (2)

1.一种牡蛎壳美白面膜的制备方法，其特征在于：以牡蛎壳粉为主要成分，将牡蛎壳粉碎，高温炉加热，保温后，继续加热粉碎，筛选得所需粉粒，后添加适量，抗氧化剂维生素E、防紫外氧化锌、保湿剂甘油、乳化剂聚乙二醇6000、表面活性剂三乙醇胺、香精制备而成。
