背景技术
目前,我国城市化的发展进程日益加快,伴随而来的建筑业也发展迅速,因此建筑设施的更迭替换也随之加快。在旧建筑的拆除过程中会产生较多的建筑垃圾,包括混凝土块、金属、木材、塑料等,建筑垃圾若未经分拣处理直接丢弃,则会造成大气污染。在综合处理建筑垃圾的过程中,首先需要将大块的建筑垃圾击碎为较小的块状,再用破碎机将较小的块状粉碎为骨料,最后再将骨料内混有的铁屑以及其他轻质杂物筛除,以保证骨料的质量。
公布号为CN108745635A的申请文件公开了一种用于处理建筑垃圾的破碎分拣装置,包括第一机架,第一机架的两端分别通过轴座安装有主动辊轴和从动辊轴,且在主动辊轴和从动辊轴上面盘绕有一根回转的输送带,主动辊轴侧第一机架上安装有驱动第一电机,该驱动第一电机通过皮带轮传动装置与主动辊轴的一侧外伸的辊轴相连;主动辊轴和从动辊轴之间、介于回转的输送带之间安装有能将输送带上面移动的金属材料磁吸住的磁铁块,于输送带上方设置有与输送带带面具有一定间隙的浅挡条。作业时,将破碎后的骨料放置于输送带上传输,在此过程中,由于磁铁块的作用,使得金属材料沿着输送带运动,并从输送带的一端掉落,骨料由于浅挡条的作用而停止运动以将骨料和金属材料分离。

通过采用上述技术方案,作业时,破碎机本体将较小的建筑垃圾研磨为颗粒状的骨料,再将研磨好的骨料从输料槽较高的一端注入,骨料由于自身的重力作用而沿着输料槽内壁向下运动时,驱动件驱动多个强磁辊转动,每一强磁辊在转动的过程中便可将输料槽内的金属颗粒吸附至强磁辊表面,当强磁辊表面的金属颗粒随着强磁辊转动至刮料组件处时,由刮料组件将强磁辊表面的金属颗粒刮下并收集,便可将骨料内混有的金属颗粒筛除,骨料沿着输料槽向下运动的过程中由多个强磁辊对骨料进行多重筛分,可保证将骨料内的金属颗粒筛分的更加彻底。经过多个强磁辊筛除后的骨料从输料槽较低的一端流动至轻重物筛分组件上,并由轻重物筛分组件将骨料内混有的轻质杂物筛分,已达到将骨料内混有的杂质筛分的更加完全的效果。

通过采用上述技术方案,刮料组件将金属颗粒刮除时,即为由于刮板的阻挡作用,强磁辊周壁的金属颗粒沿着刮板掉落至接料斗内,再由接料斗掉落至接料槽中集中收集,将接料斗的底端穿过输料槽底壁设置,既不会影响骨料的正常掉落,同时也可以供金属颗粒掉落的更加迅速。
本发明进一步设置为:所述驱动件包括同轴设置于每一所述强磁辊端壁的带轮,连接于相邻两个所述带轮之间的皮带,以及用于驱动任一所述带轮转动的第一电机,相邻两个皮带分别于骨料输送方向的两侧交错设置。
通过采用上述技术方案,驱动组件带动强磁辊运动时,即为第一电机带动与之连接的带轮转动,带轮转动时便可带动皮带转动,每一皮带转动时,便可带动多个强磁辊同步转动。此种驱动方式结构简单,作用稳定,且造价成本较低。
本发明进一步设置为:所述第一电机和所述带轮之间设置有减速组件,所述减速组件包括分别与所述第一电机的输出轴和所述带轮同轴连接的第一齿轮和第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮和所述第二齿轮啮合设置,且所述第一齿轮的齿数小于所述第二齿轮的齿数。
通过采用上述技术方案,第一电机转动时带动第一齿轮转动,第一齿轮转动时带动与之啮合的第二齿轮转动,第二齿轮转动时带动带轮转动。通过设置减速组件可使得第一电机在输出相同扭矩的作用下,由第二齿轮输出较大的扭矩,即可对带轮提供较大的力,使得带轮的转动更加顺畅。
本发明进一步设置为:所述输料槽底壁沿平行于骨料输送方向设置有多排导料组件,每排所述导料组件均包括多个沿垂直于骨料输送方向排布的导料柱,且相邻两排所述导料组件中的导料柱交错设置。
通过采用上述技术方案,设置导料组件可在物料下落的过程中,对不同高度的物料起到局部的阻挡作用,避免骨料沿直线下滑,可将骨料在一定程度上打散,可供强磁辊将金属颗粒吸附的更加彻底。
本发明进一步设置为:所述金属筛分组件和所述轻重物筛分组件间设置有第一输送带,所述第一输送带下方接近所述轻重物筛分组件的一端设置有导料槽,所述轻重物筛分组件包括第二机架,转动连接于所述第二机架上且中空设置的辊筒,与所述辊筒同轴连接的第二电机,以及设置于所述辊筒内的局部抽风件,所述辊筒周壁贯穿开设有多个与所述辊筒内腔连通的通风孔,所述导料槽远离所述第一输送带的一端贴近所述辊筒接近所述第一输送带的一侧设置。
通过采用上述技术方案,金属筛分组件将骨料筛分结束后,骨料掉落至第一输送带上,第一输送带带动骨料运动,直至骨料从第一输送带的端部掉落至转动的辊筒上,此时局部抽风组件作业,提供向心力,使得较轻的杂质吸附于辊筒周壁上,骨料则沿着辊筒周壁接近第一输送带的一侧掉落,当辊筒转动至远离第一输送带的一侧时,吸附于辊筒周壁的杂质失去了向心力,则掉落至辊筒远离第一输送带的一侧。此种筛分方法筛分效果较好,且相较于传统的用水分离轻杂质的方法,其具有节能环保的优点。
本发明进一步设置为:所述局部抽风件包括一端固定连接于所述第二机架上,另一端穿过所述辊筒端壁且中空设置的通风轴,以及与所述通风轴内腔连通的风机,所述通风轴穿过所述辊筒远离所述第二电机的一端且延伸至所述辊筒内,所述辊筒远离所述第二电机的一端转动连接于所述通风轴上,所述通风轴接近所述第一输送带的一侧连通设置有导流环,所述导流环远离所述通风轴的端壁贴近所述辊筒内壁设置。
通过采用上述技术方案,局部抽风件作业时,即为风机将辊筒内的空气抽出,使得导流环正对辊筒处的辊筒内气压低于辊筒外周的大气压,因此可将轻杂质吸附于辊筒外表面,当此类轻杂质随着辊筒转动至远离导流环的一侧时,轻杂质失去向心力后便可自由下落。通过设置导流环对辊筒内进行局部抽气作业,实现将轻杂质的吸起与放下,此种吸附方式结构简单,且造价成本较低。
本发明进一步设置为:所述通风轴远离所述第一输送带的一侧设置有挡风件,所述挡风件远离所述通风轴的一端贴近所述辊筒内壁设置。
通过采用上述技术方案,设置挡风件可防止挡风件处的空气流动至导流环处,造成位于挡风件一侧的轻物质难以掉下的情况发生。
本发明进一步设置为:沿所述辊筒内壁贴设有防尘布,所述防尘布为透气性材料。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过设置防尘布可防止灰尘进入通风轴内,再由通风轴处进入风机内,影响风机的使用寿命。
综上所述,本发明的有益技术效果为:
1.通过设置多个强磁辊将骨料内的金属颗粒吸起后再由刮板刮下,可将骨料内混有的金属颗粒去除的更加彻底;
2.通过设置减速组件可在第一电机提供同等扭矩的作用下由第二齿轮输出更大的扭矩,可使得多个强磁辊转动的更加顺畅;
3.通过设置轻重物筛分组件可将骨料中混有的轻杂质筛分出来,即可将骨料中的杂质分离的更加彻底,以保证骨料的质量。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
参照图1,为本发明公开的一种用于建筑垃圾的破碎分拣综合处理装置,包括破碎机本体1,以及设置于破碎机本体1一侧且沿骨料输送方向依次设置的第二输送带2、金属筛分组件3、第一输送带4、以及轻重物筛分组件5。本实施例中破碎机本体1为颚式破碎机,第二输送带2一端与颚式破碎机的出料口处对接,另一端与金属筛分组件3对接,第二输送带2一端与金属筛分组件3对接,另一端与轻重物筛分组件5对接,第一输送带4和第二输送带2的带面上均设置有防滑纹路21,以保证第一输送带4和第二输送带2在传动的过程中带动骨料运动。
参照图1和图2,金属筛分组件3包括第一机架31,多个转动设置于第一机架31上方的强磁辊32,用于驱动多个强磁辊32转动的驱动件6,设置于第一机架31和强磁辊32之间的输料槽33,以及设置于每一强磁辊32上的刮料组件7;输料槽33底壁焊接于第一机架31上,且输料槽33沿骨料输送方向倾斜向下设置,本实施例中强磁辊32的个数为3个,且3个强磁辊32的排布方向平行于输料槽33的倾斜方向设置,每一强磁辊32与输料槽33间均形成供骨料通过的输料缝隙311,第二输送带2远离破碎机本体1的一侧与输料槽33较高的一侧对接。
参照图2,输料槽33底壁沿平行于骨料输送方向设置有多排导料组件8,每排导料组件8均包括多个沿垂直于骨料输送方向排布的导料柱81,且相邻两排导料组件8中的导料柱81交错设置。
参照图2,刮料组件7包括设置于第一机架31上且侧边与强磁辊32周壁贴近的刮板71,以及设置于刮板71下方的接料斗72,第一机架31上于骨料输送方向的两侧焊接有多个固定杆73,每一刮板71两端均焊接于位于骨料输送方向两侧的固定杆73上,刮板71与强磁辊32之间留有1mm的间隙;接料斗72包括一体设置的接料部721和穿过输料槽33底壁且延伸至输料槽33下方的出料部722,出料部722外周壁呈圆柱状设置,于第一机架31下方设置有位于多个接料斗72下方的接料槽723。
参照图2,驱动件6包括同轴设置于每一强磁辊32端壁的带轮61,连接于相邻两个带轮61之间的皮带62,用于驱动任一带轮61转动的第一电机63,以及设置于第一电机63和带轮61之间的减速组件64,相邻两个皮带62分别于骨料输送方向的两侧交错设置,第一电机63为伺服电机,于第一机架31侧壁设置有第一安装座65,第一电机63通过螺丝固接于安装座上,减速组件64包括分别与第一电机63的输出轴和带轮61同轴连接的第一齿轮641和第二齿轮642,第一齿轮641和第二齿轮642啮合设置,且第一齿轮641的齿数小于第二齿轮642的齿数。
参照图1和图3,第一输送带4下方接近轻重物筛分组件5的一端设置有导料槽41,轻重物筛分组件5包括第二机架51,转动连接于第二机架51上且中空设置的辊筒52,与辊筒52同轴连接的第二电机53,以及设置于辊筒52内的局部抽风件9,第二电机53为伺服电机,于第二机架51侧壁焊接有第二安装座54,第二电机53通过螺丝固接于第二安装座54上,于辊筒52周壁贯穿开设有多个与辊筒52内腔连通的通风孔521。辊筒52下方接近第一输送带4的一侧设置有骨料料槽94,远离第一输送带4的一侧设置有轻料料槽95。
参照图3和图4,沿辊筒52内壁贴设有防尘布55,防尘布55为透气性材料,本实施例中防尘布55的材质为涤纶,导料槽41远离第一输送带4的一端贴近辊筒52接近第一输送带4的一侧设置。
参照图4和图5,局部抽风件9包括一端焊接于第二机架51上,另一端穿过辊筒52端壁且中空设置的通风轴91,以及与通风轴91内腔连通的风机92,本实施例中风机92为涡轮风机,通风轴91穿过辊筒52远离第二电机53的一端且延伸至辊筒52内,辊筒52远离第二电机53的一端转动连接于通风轴91上,辊筒52端壁与通风轴91之间安装有轴承(图中未示出),通风轴91接近第一输送带4的一侧连通设置有导流环912,导流环912远离通风轴91的端壁贴近滤布设置;通风轴91远离第一输送带4的一侧设置有挡风件93,挡风件93包括一体设置的连接杆931和挡风板932,连接杆931焊接于通风轴91上,挡风板932贴近滤布远离第一输送带4的一侧设置。
本实施例的实施原理为:作业时,较小块的建筑垃圾经由颚式破碎机破碎后形成颗粒状骨料,混有杂质的骨料经由第二输送带2输送至输料槽33较高的一端,骨料在沿着输料槽33向下滑动的过程中,多个强磁辊32转动,每一强磁辊32在转动时,将输料槽33内的金属颗粒吸附至强磁辊32表面,当金属颗粒随着强磁辊32转动至刮板71处时,刮板71将金属颗粒刮下,并且金属颗粒沿着刮板71掉落至接料斗72内,并由接料斗72内掉落至接料槽723中,最后由作业人员将接料槽723内的金属颗粒统一收集,经由多个强磁辊32筛选后的骨料掉落至第一输送带4上,并由第一输送带4输送至轻重物筛分组件5处。
当骨料掉落至轻重物筛分组件5处时,骨料沿着辊筒52周壁向下掉落至骨料料槽94中,其中较轻的轻杂质由局部抽风件9的吸附作用,随着辊筒52同步转动至远离第一输送带4的一侧,此时较轻的杂质失去局部抽风件9提供的向心力,便可掉落至轻料料槽95内,便可实现将骨料内的各种杂质依次分离的效果。
本具体实施方式的实施例均为本发明的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本发明的保护范围,故:凡依本发明的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于建筑垃圾的破碎分拣综合处理装置,包括破碎机本体(1),以及设置于所述破碎机本体(1)一侧且沿骨料输送方向依次设置的金属筛分组件(3)和轻重物筛分组件(5),其特征在于:所述金属筛分组件(3)包括第一机架(31),多个转动设置于所述第一机架(31)上方的强磁辊(32),用于驱动多个所述强磁辊(32)转动的驱动件(6),设置于所述第一机架(31)和所述强磁辊(32)之间的输料槽(33),以及设置于每一所述强磁辊(32)上的刮料组件(7),所述输料槽(33)沿骨料输送方向倾斜向下设置,多个所述强磁辊(32)的排布方向平行于所述输料槽(33)的倾斜方向设置,每一所述强磁辊(32)与所述输料槽(33)间均形成输料缝隙(311)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于建筑垃圾的破碎分拣综合处理装置,其特征在于:所述刮料组件(7)包括设置于所述第一机架(31)上且侧边与所述强磁辊(32)周壁贴近的刮板(71),以及设置于所述刮板(71)下方的接料斗(72),所述接料斗(72)底部穿过所述输料槽(33)且伸入所述输料槽(33)下方,于所述第一机架(31)下方设置有位于多个所述接料斗(72)下方的接料槽(723)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于建筑垃圾的破碎分拣综合处理装置,其特征在于:所述驱动件(6)包括同轴设置于每一所述强磁辊(32)端壁的带轮(61),连接于相邻两个所述带轮(61)之间的皮带(62),以及用于驱动任一所述带轮(61)转动的第一电机(63),相邻两个皮带(62)分别于骨料输送方向的两侧交错设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于建筑垃圾的破碎分拣综合处理装置,其特征在于:所述第一电机(63)和所述带轮(61)之间设置有减速组件(64),所述减速组件(64)包括分别与所述第一电机(63)的输出轴和所述带轮(61)同轴连接的第一齿轮(641)和第二齿轮(642),所述第一齿轮(641)和所述第二齿轮(642)啮合设置,且所述第一齿轮(641)的齿数小于所述第二齿轮(642)的齿数。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于建筑垃圾的破碎分拣综合处理装置,其特征在于:所述输料槽(33)底壁沿平行于骨料输送方向设置有多排导料组件(8),每排所述导料组件(8)均包括多个沿垂直于骨料输送方向排布的导料柱(81),且相邻两排所述导料组件(8)中的导料柱(81)交错设置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于建筑垃圾的破碎分拣综合处理装置,其特征在于:所述金属筛分组件(3)和所述轻重物筛分组件(5)间设置有第一输送带(4),所述第一输送带(4)下方接近所述轻重物筛分组件(5)的一端设置有导料槽(41),所述轻重物筛分组件(5)包括第二机架(51),转动连接于所述第二机架(51)上且中空设置的辊筒(52),与所述辊筒(52)同轴连接的第二电机(53),以及设置于所述辊筒(52)内的局部抽风件(9),所述辊筒(52)周壁贯穿开设有多个与所述辊筒(52)内腔连通的通风孔(521),所述导料槽(41)远离所述第一输送带(4)的一端贴近所述辊筒(52)接近所述第一输送带(4)的一侧设置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种用于建筑垃圾的破碎分拣综合处理装置,其特征在于:所述局部抽风件(9)包括一端固定连接于所述第二机架(51)上,另一端穿过所述辊筒(52)端壁且中空设置的通风轴(91),以及与所述通风轴(91)内腔连通的风机(92),所述通风轴(91)穿过所述辊筒(52)远离所述第二电机(53)的一端且延伸至所述辊筒(52)内,所述辊筒(52)远离所述第二电机(53)的一端转动连接于所述通风轴(91)上,所述通风轴(91)接近所述第一输送带(4)的一侧连通设置有导流环(912),所述导流环(912)远离所述通风轴(91)的端壁贴近所述辊筒(52)内壁设置。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种用于建筑垃圾的破碎分拣综合处理装置,其特征在于:所述通风轴(91)远离所述第一输送带(4)的一侧设置有挡风件(93),所述挡风件(93)远离所述通风轴(91)的一端贴近所述辊筒(52)内壁设置。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种用于建筑垃圾的破碎分拣综合处理装置,其特征在于:沿所述辊筒(52)内壁贴设有防尘布(55),所述防尘布(55)为透气性材料。
