Canthus skin elasticity detection
Skin elasticity of the skin at the back of the eye was measured using a Cutomer (model MPA580, manufactured by Courage + Khazaka, Germany) and evaluated by Q1 and R2, wherein Q1 is the ratio of the elastic force without negative pressure to the maximum tensile area with negative pressure, R2 is the ratio of the elastic force without negative pressure to the maximum tensile value with negative pressure, and the closer the values of Q1 and R2 are to 1, the better the skin elasticity is. The values of the parameter of the same group are averaged, and the value of the elastic difference between the treated eye and the untreated eye, Δ Q1, Δ R2:

Fig. 3 is a line graph of the detection result of the influence of the beauty polypeptide on the pouch part, and as can be seen from fig. 3 and table 4, the addition of the beauty polypeptide can significantly improve the blood perfusion amount of the pouch part and the eye swelling feeling, and compared with the case that the polypeptide group is not added, the effect can be improved by 75%, and the difference is very significant. Meanwhile, the addition of the aesculus hippocastanum has certain effect on improving the pouch, and as compared with examples 4 and 5, the effect is improved by 7.9% by independently adding the aesculus hippocastanum.

The anti-aging skin care emulsion for the eyes comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 4% of acetyl tetrapeptide-5, 4% of palmitoyl tripeptide-38, 4% of palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, 4% of carnosine, 4% of acetyl hexapeptide-8, 4% of snake venom-like peptide, 0.5% of polyglycerol-6 distearate, 0.5% of jojoba lipids, 0.5% of polyglycerol-3 beeswax, 0.5% of cetyl alcohol, 3% of squalane, 3% of isononyl isononanoate, 3% of cyclopolydimethylsiloxane, 5% of polydimethylsiloxane, 1% of shea butter, 4% of aesculus chinensis, 0.5% of xanthan gum, 1% of sodium hyaluronate, 5% of methyl propylene glycol, 1, 3-propylene glycol 5%, betaine 2%, 0.2% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1% of butanediol, 1% of astragalus membranaceus root extract, 1% of saposhnikovia root extract, 1% of calendula flower extract, 1% of albizia flower extract, 1% of gastrodia root extract, Dipotassium glycyrrhizinate 0.5%, caprylic/capric triglyceride 0.5%, 1, 2-pentanediol 2%, phenethylresorcinol 0.2%, bisabolol 0.5%, butyl methoxy dibenzoylmethane 0.5%, 1-methylhydantoin-2-imide 0.5%, creatine 0.5%, and water in appropriate amount;
the preparation method of the anti-aging skin care emulsion for eyes comprises the following steps:
(1) adding polyglycerol-6 distearate, jojoba esters, polyglycerol-3 beeswax, cetyl alcohol, squalane, isononyl isononanoate, cyclomethicone, dimethicone and shea butter into an oil phase pot according to the mass ratio, heating to 85 ℃, and stirring until completely dissolving to obtain a first pre-prepared solution;
(2) adding water into a water phase pot, adding xanthan gum, sodium hyaluronate, methyl propylene glycol and 3-8% of 1, 3-propylene glycol while stirring until the xanthan gum, the sodium hyaluronate, the methyl propylene glycol and the 1, 3-propylene glycol are completely dissolved to obtain a second pre-prepared solution;
(3) adding acetyl tetrapeptide-5, palmitoyl tripeptide-38, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, carnosine, acetyl hexapeptide-8 and snake venom-like peptide into water, mixing, and stirring to obtain a third pre-prepared solution;
(4) grinding the aesculus chinensis into powder, adding 60 mass percent of ethanol solution which is 5 times of the total weight of the mixture, leaching with ethanol to obtain a leaching solution, filtering the leaching solution to remove filter residues, and heating and concentrating to obtain a fourth pre-prepared solution;
(5) pumping the second pre-prepared solution into an emulsifying pot, slowly pumping the first pre-prepared solution in the stirring process, homogenizing for 5min, then adding p-hydroxyacetophenone when the temperature is reduced to 60 ℃ while stirring, continuously stirring and reducing the temperature to 40 ℃, adding betaine, butanediol, a radix astragali extract, a radix sileris extract, a calendula extract, an albizia flower extract, a rhizoma gastrodiae extract, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, 1, 2-pentanediol, phenethyl resorcinol, bisabolol, butyl methoxy dibenzoyl methane, 1-methylhydantoin-2-imide, creatine, a third pre-prepared solution and a fourth pre-prepared solution, and uniformly stirring to obtain the skin care emulsion.
