Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种将栅板或多孔板固定到烹调容器(例如煎锅或长柄有盖的深平底锅)底部上的方法,以便提高所述底部的机械性能。
这种方法在本发明申请人的法国专利申请No.91/03695中已有所描述。
根据这种方法,该栅板或多孔板是通过闭模压制,特别是冷压而固定的,从而使所述底部的金属穿入所述栅板或多孔板的开口中。
利用这种方法,多孔板或栅板牢固地嵌入烹调容器的底部的金属中。
多孔板或栅板最好由钢制成,而烹调容器的底部金属最好由铝制成。
由于将由硬金属制成的栅板或多孔板嵌入容器的相对较软的金属中,因而就其可能经受的各种机械的和热应力而言,可显著提高容器底部的机械强度。
在容器底部金属中闭模压制栅板或多孔板后,通常在所述底部的平的表面上涂上一层由不粘材料,例如聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)制成的涂层或陶瓷涂层。
这种涂层,特别是PTFE涂层,对特别是由于使用具有锐缘刀片的切削工具产生的刮痕相对较敏感。
本发明的目的就是为克服上述缺点。
根据本发明,提供了一种将由硬金属制成的栅板或多孔板固定到烹调容器底部上的方法,其中,栅板或多孔板由闭模压制,特别是冷压而固定,从而使所述底部的金属穿入所述栅板或多孔板的开口中,其中,在闭模压制操作之后或与之同时,在栅板或多孔板以及容器底部的表面上形成有许多凸纹。
因而在容器底部的整个表面上提供有凸纹。这些凸纹对容器底部提供了若干技术效果。
首先,这些凸纹增加了底部和随后涂上的涂层之间的接触面积,从而提高了涂层的粘接性。
另外,这些凸纹提高了涂层抗刮擦的能力,这是因为可能应用于涂层上的刀片的锐缘只到达凸纹的凸峰,从而使长刮痕限制为基本上看不见的点。
此外,在具有栅板或多孔板的底部表面上闭模压制凸纹可提高栅板或多孔板在所述底部中的固定性。
此外,在板或栅板由钢制成,而容器底部由铝制成时,由于这种板或栅板是钢的,因而使铝带有弹性性能。
因为容器底部的铝没有任何弹性,所以使其趋于以不可回复的方式变形,这将导致底部和烹调加热板之间热交换面积的显著减小。因此在底部加上由弹性金属制成的栅板或多孔板即可防止底部的不可回复的变形。
本发明的其它特征和优点将出现在下面的说明中。附图给出非限定性的例子:
图1为一烹调容器底部和一用于在所述底部的金属上闭模压制一多孔板的模的截面图;
图2与图1相似,示出实际的闭模压制操作;
图3为闭模压制在容器底部表面上的凸纹的截面图,该表面由一层不粘涂层覆盖;
图4为闭模压制出凸纹后获得的底部表面的部分平面视图;
图5为容器底部表面的小比例的部分平面视图。
如图1和2所示,在将由硬金属(例如钢)制成的栅板或多孔板2固定到例如由铝制成的烹调容器的底部1上的方法中,该栅板或多孔板由一模3通过闭模压制,特别是冷压而固定,从而使所述底部1的金属穿入所述栅板或多孔板2的开口4中。
根据本发明,在闭模压制操作之后或最好与此同时,在该栅板或多孔板2的表面2a以及容器的底部1的表面1a上形成许多凸纹5(见图2)。
为此,在用于固定栅板或多孔板2的模3的表面上设有许多与希望在容器的底部1的内表面1a上形成的凸纹互补的凸纹6。
在图中所示例子中,凸纹5形成于容器底部1的内表面1a上。
如图3所示,容器底部1的表面由一层例如聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)的不粘涂层7所覆盖。
凸纹5的分布和形状使得当刀片的锐缘移过不粘涂层7时,所述锐缘只与凸纹5的凸峰相接触。从而可防止形成导致不粘涂层迅速损坏的长的看得见的刮痕。
在图4和5的例子中,闭模压制在容器底部表面上的凸纹5和5a由位于点状凸纹5a侧面的长形凸纹组成。
长形凸纹5的长度为5-6mm,宽度为2-3mm。
点状凸纹5a的直径等于1-2mm。
凸纹5、5a之间的距离不超过3mm。
业已发现,在刀片的锐缘沿任何线L(见图5)作用于容器底部表面时,它只能与凸纹5、5a的凸峰相遇。结果,刀片的锐缘不能在底部表面上形成任何连续的刮痕,而只是形成看不见的点状刮痕,这些刮痕不会损坏不粘涂层7。
而且,凸纹5、5a使食物和烹调容器的内侧底部之间的接触面积减小,这种减小进一步减少了食物粘底的危险。
在图4中,不仅在多孔板2的实体部分,而且在出现在多孔板2中的开口4中的铝制表面上形成有凸纹5。
由于在容器的底部金属上闭模压制多孔板的同时闭模压制有凸纹5、5a,可改善底部金属和多孔板2之间,特别是在多孔板的开口区域的连续性。
当然,本发明并不限于上述例举的实施例,而可在不离开本发明范围的条件下进行各种改形。
因而,凸纹5、5a的形状可与附图中所示的不同。

Claims (5)

1、一种将由硬金属制成的栅板或多孔板固定到烹调容器底部上的方法,其中,栅板或多孔板由闭模压制,特别是冷压而固定,从而使所述底部的金属穿入所述栅板或多孔板的开口中,其中,在闭模压制操作之后或与之同时,在栅板或多孔板以及容器底部的表面上形成有许多凸纹。
2、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,用于固定栅板或多孔的模的表面上具有许多与希望形成于容器底部年的凸纹互补的凸纹。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,纹形成于容器底部的内侧表面上。
4、如权利要求1-3中之一所述的方法,其特征在于,容器底部表面覆盖有一层不粘聚合物。
5、如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,凸纹的分布和形状使得当刀片的锐缘移过不粘涂层时,所述锐缘只与凸缘的凸峰接触。
