技术领域

然而,最近向在较低pH下配制衣物洗涤剂粉末以及因此喷雾干燥的基础洗涤剂粉末的行动导致需要从喷雾干燥的基础粉末中去除诸如碳酸盐和硅酸盐的成分。这继而导致喷雾干燥的颗粒中物理特性差的问题,该喷雾干燥的颗粒正在被开发用于这些低pH衣物洗涤粉末产品。
诸如二氧化硅的成分被认为是喷雾干燥的颗粒中碳酸盐和硅酸盐的替代物。然而,在制造过程期间难以处理二氧化硅。二氧化硅的密度非常低且粒径小意味着需要复杂和精细的加工设备和控制,以便在喷雾干燥混合物之前在搅和机混合物中加入二氧化硅以形成喷雾干燥的基础颗粒。二氧化硅在引入搅和机混合物中期间的行为通常被描述为气态,或类似烟雾,并产生许多问题,诸如粉尘和精确的剂量。

代替将沸石重新引入喷雾干燥的粉末中,本发明人发现沸石可用作基质以在喷雾干燥过程期间原位形成二氧化硅。沸石转化为二氧化硅,并且所得喷雾干燥的衣物洗涤颗粒不仅适用于低pH衣物洗涤粉末,也适用于低成本衣物洗涤粉末。由于沸石在制造过程期间转化为二氧化硅,因此所得颗粒还具有低成本衣物洗涤剂粉末的分配、溶解和良好的织物残留性能特征。
该方法提供了一种生产喷雾干燥的颗粒的方法,该颗粒可用于配制低pH衣物洗涤粉末,其受益于二氧化硅的存在,诸如良好的物理特征,但没有与尝试按剂量的二氧化硅作为起始成分直接进入搅和机混合物中相关联的所有问题。此外,通过该方法生产的颗粒还具有良好的分配、溶解和良好的织物残留性能特征。

通常,喷雾干燥的颗粒当在去离子水中以1g/L的浓度并且在20℃的温度下溶解时具有6.0或更低、或者甚至5.0或更低、或者4.2或更低、或者甚至3.5或更低的pH。当配制衣物洗涤剂粉末时仍然可使用该pH特征,因为喷雾干燥的颗粒可与其它成分组合以将洗涤液体的pH升高回到上述理想的pH范围(例如7.0至9.5)。例如,将过碳酸钠漂白剂作为干燥加入剂引入衣物洗涤粉末中以与喷雾干燥的基础颗粒组合使用是一种此类碱度来源。洗涤剂配方设计师在配制其所需的衣物洗涤剂粉末时可考虑所有这些pH效应。

含水混合物:含水混合物具有4.2或更低,优选地3.5或更低的pH。优选地,含水混合物中存在的单体有机羧酸与沸石的重量比为至少1.0,优选地至少1.2,或甚至至少1.2,并且最优选地至少1.6。具有过量的单体有机羧酸与沸石确保了二氧化硅形成的良好反应动力学并且还保持并使得能够对含水混合物进行良好的pH控制。
含水混合物,也可被称为搅和机混合物,也可含有适用于包含在喷雾干燥的衣物洗涤剂颗粒中的其它洗涤剂成分。合适的成分在下面更详细地描述,但包括聚合物、螯合剂、调色染料、增白剂、colouant和颜料。优选地,含水混合物包含羧酸盐聚合物。
在沸石与单体有机羧酸反应之后,含水混合物的优选的化学组成使得含水混合物包含:(a)20重量%至40重量%的水;(b)7.2重量%至24重量%的去污表面活性剂;(c)2.4重量%至8重量%的单体有机羧酸;(d)0.3重量%至2.4重量%的二氧化硅;(e)任选地,1.2重量%至8重量%的硫酸镁;(f)任选地,0.3重量%至4重量%的聚合物;以及(g)任选地,21重量%至64重量%的硫酸钠。

调色剂:合适的调色剂包括小分子染料,通常属于酸性、直接、碱性、活性(包括它们水解的形式)或溶剂或分散染料的颜色索引(C.I.)分类,例如被分类为蓝、紫、红、绿或黑的染料,并且单独地或组合地提供期望色调。优选的此类调色剂包括酸性紫50,直接紫9、66和99,溶剂紫13,以及它们的任何组合。
可适用于本发明的许多调色剂是已知的并且描述于本领域中,诸如描述于WO2014/089386中的调色剂。
合适的调色剂包括酞菁和偶氮染料缀合物,诸如描述于WO2009/069077中的。
合适的调色剂可为烷氧基化的。此类烷氧基化化合物可通过有机合成制备,这可产生具有不同烷氧基化度的分子的混合物。此类混合物可直接用于提供调色剂,或可经历纯化步骤,以增加目标分子的比例。合适的调色剂包括烷氧基化的双偶氮染料,诸如描述于WO2012/054835中的,和/或烷氧基化的噻吩偶氮染料,诸如描述于WO2008/087497和WO2012/166768中的。
调色剂可作为反应混合物的一部分被掺入洗涤剂组合物中,该反应混合物是通过一个或多个任选纯化步骤有机合成染料分子的结果。此类反应混合物一般包含染料分子自身,并且此外还可包含未反应的起始材料和/或有机合成途径的副产物。合适的调色剂可被掺入调色染料颗粒中,诸如描述于WO 2009/069077中的。
染料转移抑制剂:合适的染料转移抑制剂包括聚胺N-氧化物聚合物、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和N-乙烯基咪唑的共聚物、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯基噁唑烷酮、聚乙烯基咪唑、以及它们的混合物。优选的是聚(乙烯基吡咯烷酮)、聚(乙烯基吡啶甜菜碱)、聚(乙烯基吡啶N-氧化物)、聚(乙烯基吡咯烷酮-乙烯基咪唑)、以及它们的混合物。合适的可商购获得的染料转移抑制剂包括PVP-K15和K30(Ashland),HP165、HP50、HP53、HP59、HP56K、HP56、HP66(BASF),S-400、S403E和S-100(Ashland)。
香料:合适的香料包括选自以下的香料材料:(a)具有小于3.0的ClogP和小于250℃沸点的香料材料(第1象限香料材料);(b)具有小于3.0的ClogP和250℃或更大沸点的香料材料(第2象限香料材料);(c)具有3.0或更大的ClogP和小于250℃沸点的香料材料(第3象限香料材料);和(d)具有3.0或更大的ClogP和250℃或更大沸点的香料材料(第4象限香料材料);以及(e)它们的混合物。
对于香料可优选的是为香料递送技术的形式。此类递送技术还稳定并且增强沉积和香料材料从洗涤过的织物上的释放。此类香料递送技术也可用于进一步增加从洗涤过的织物上释放香料的持久性。合适的香料递送技术包括:香料微胶囊、前香料、聚合物辅助递送、分子辅助递送、纤维辅助递送、胺辅助递送、环糊精、淀粉包封的谐香剂、沸石和其它无机载体、以及它们的任何混合物。合适的香料微胶囊描述于WO2009/101593中。
硅氧烷:合适的硅氧烷包括聚二甲基硅氧烷和氨基-硅氧烷。合适的硅氧烷描述于WO05075616中。
实施例
制备喷雾干燥的颗粒组合物的方法-浆液pH对加工和粉末质量的影响:
通过首先将水加入到浆液制造容器(搅和机)中来制备含水洗涤剂浆液A。然后将搅和机设定成充分搅拌,同时使用以下加入顺序依次加入其余成分:
1.LAS糊状物
2.柠檬酸
3.丙烯酸-马来酸聚合物盐
4. 4A型铝硅酸盐助洗剂
5.硫酸镁
6.硫酸钠
将具有9至11.5的pH的LAS糊状物加入到在搅和机中充分搅拌的水中。接着加入柠檬酸,然后加入聚合物,然后加入沸石。将沸石加入到酸性混合物中,确保其适当分散以使其能够溶解。此时所得混合物必须具有小于4.2的pH。在这种酸性环境中,将沸石脱铝,然后硅分解,随后最终沉淀为无定形二氧化硅。将浆液混合直至实现所有成分的充分分散,其中最终pH为3.5,在25C下使用去离子水以10%溶液测量。通过使用直接蒸汽注入(压力为6.0x105Pa的饱和蒸汽)至搅和机,实现最终85℃的批料浆液温度。在将浆液混合物泵送并雾化至喷雾干燥塔之前,将浆液混合物转移至较大的混合容器中。
通过首先在充分搅拌的搅和机中将苛性碱溶液加入到水中来制备含水洗涤剂浆液B。按照制备含水洗涤剂浆液A中使用的相同加入顺序加入其余材料。在该混合物中,浆液pH在整个混合过程中显著高于浆液A,以确保沸石保持其结晶形式。
将雾化的浆液干燥,冷却并过筛以去除过大的材料(>1.8mm)以形成喷雾干燥的粉末。细小的材料(<0.15mm)用喷雾干燥塔中的废的废气淘析,然后收集在塔后的密封系统中。将喷雾干燥的粉末干燥至含水量为2重量%。
喷雾干燥的粉末:
然后根据下述方法测量喷雾干燥的粉末的pH和饼强度。比较例B中的饼强度具有不可接受的高饼强度。代表本发明的一种实例A具有可接受的低饼强度。
用于测量饼强度的方法:
将内径6.35cm且长15.9cm的光滑塑性圆筒承载在合适的基板上。在圆筒上钻通0.65cm的孔,孔中央距基板相对端9.2cm。
将金属芯棒穿过所述孔,并将内径6.35cm且长15.25cm的光滑塑性套筒围绕内圆筒定位,使得套筒可自由上下移动圆筒并且支撑在金属芯棒上。接着向套筒的内部空间填充(不轻拍或过度振动)喷雾干燥的粉末,使得喷雾干燥的粉末与套筒顶部齐平。将封盖定位在套筒顶部上并且在封盖上定位5kg砝码。接着抽出芯棒,并且允许喷雾干燥的粉末压实2分钟。2分钟之后移除砝码,将套筒降低以露出粉饼,封盖保留在粉末顶部。
然后以54cm/min的速率降下金属探针,使得它接触封盖中央并且使饼破碎。记录破碎饼所需的最大力,并且它是测试结果。0N的饼强度表示无饼形成。
本文所公开的量纲和值不应理解为严格限于所引用的精确数值。相反,除非另外指明,否则每个此类量纲旨在表示所述值以及围绕该值功能上等同的范围。例如,公开为“40mm”的量纲旨在表示“约40mm”。
Claims (12)
1.一种用于制备喷雾干燥的衣物洗涤剂颗粒的方法,
其中所述方法包括在含水混合物中使沸石与单体有机羧酸接触的步骤,
其中所述含水混合物具有4.2或更低的pH,
其中所述含水混合物包含去污表面活性剂,其中所述含水混合物基本上不含硅酸盐,并且其中所述含水混合物基本上不含碳酸盐,
其中所述沸石与所述单体有机羧酸反应以形成二氧化硅,
其中所述含水混合物被喷雾干燥以形成喷雾干燥的衣物洗涤剂颗粒,
其中所述颗粒包含:去污表面活性剂;单体有机羧酸;和二氧化硅,
其中所述颗粒基本上不含硅酸盐,并且其中所述颗粒基本上不含碳酸盐,
其中所述含水混合物中存在的单体有机羧酸与沸石的重量比为至少1.6。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述含水混合物具有3.5或更低的pH。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中所述颗粒当在去离子水中以10重量%的浓度并且在25℃的温度下溶解时具有6.0或更低的pH。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述颗粒当在去离子水中以10重量%的浓度并且在25℃的温度下溶解时具有4.2或更低的pH。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述颗粒当在去离子水中以10重量%的浓度并且在20℃的温度下溶解时具有3.5或更低的pH。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述单体有机羧酸为单体有机多元羧酸。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中所述单体有机多元羧酸为柠檬酸。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述去污表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸盐。
9.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述含水混合物包含硫酸镁,并且其中所述颗粒包含无定形形式的硫酸镁。
10.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述含水混合物包含羧酸盐聚合物,并且其中所述颗粒包含羧酸盐聚合物。
11.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述颗粒包含:
(a)12重量%至30重量%的去污表面活性剂;
(b)4重量%至10重量%的单体有机羧酸;
(c)0.5重量%至3重量%的二氧化硅;
(d)任选地,2重量%至10重量%的硫酸镁;
(e)任选地,0.5重量%至5重量%的聚合物;
(f)任选地,35重量%至80重量%的硫酸钠;以及
(g)任选地,0重量%至6重量%的水。
12.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中在所述沸石与所述单体有机羧酸反应之后,所述含水混合物包含:
(a)20重量%至40重量%的水;
(b)7.2重量%至24重量%的去污表面活性剂;
(c)2.4重量%至8重量%的单体有机羧酸;
(d)0.3重量%至2.4重量%的二氧化硅;
(e)任选地,1.2重量%至8重量%的硫酸镁;
(f)任选地,0.3重量%至4重量%的聚合物;以及
(g)任选地,21重量%至64重量%的硫酸钠。
