Abstract
本发明提供了一种具有优良接合性能的热塑性树脂组合物与金属的接合体及其制造方法。所述热塑性树脂组合物含有末端改性聚酰胺树脂,所述末端改性聚酰胺树脂在热塑性树脂组合物中的含量为热塑性树脂组合物总重量的5~100wt%,所述末端改性聚酰胺树脂具有式Ⅰ所示末端结构,‑X‑(R1‑O)n‑R2 式Ⅰ上述式Ⅰ中,n为2~100的整数,R1相同或不同,为碳原子数为2~10的亚烷基,R2为碳原子数为1~30的烷基,‑X‑为‑NH‑、‑O‑、‑C(=O)‑、‑NH‑C(=O)‑O‑、‑NH‑C(=O)‑NH‑或‑CH(OH)‑CH2‑中的任一种;式Ⅰ所示结构在末端改性聚酰胺树脂中的含量为末端改性聚酰胺树脂总重量的0.05~20wt%。
