本发明提供一种具备自动上料功能的隧道窑,包括窑体,窑体内设置有窑车轨道,窑车轨道上设置有窑车,通过窑车对产品进行承载并送至窑体内,窑体内设置有加热器,窑体上端设置有出风管和冷却风机,出风管设置在窑体的进料口一侧,冷却风机设置在窑体的出料口一侧,窑体的进料口处设置有自动上料机构,自动上料机构包括底座,底座上设置有上料转轴,上料转轴两端设置有上料杆,上料杆顶部设置有夹料夹,夹料夹外侧设置有夹料气缸,通过夹料气缸带动夹料夹对产品进行夹持,上料转轴一端设置有步进电机,通过上料杆将产品将送至窑车上。无需人工对产品进行搬运,提高生产效率,并且结构简单,便于维修,生产成本不高,适用于中小型企业。

技术领域
本发明涉及隧道窑设备领域,尤其涉及一种具备自动上料功能的隧道窑。
背景技术
目前在使用隧道窑进行热加工时,由于是通过窑车对产品进行运输,而由于窑车与地面之间存在高度差,因此需要人工将产品搬运至窑车上,费时费力,并且容易造成产品掉落损坏,目前对于上述工作,只能通过人工搬运,或使用机械手进行搬运,但是机械手进行搬运设备成本较高,中小型企业为了上料购置机械手成本太高。因此,解决隧道窑人工上料效率较低,机械手上料成本较高的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的提供一种具备自动上料功能的隧道窑,通过自动上料机构将产品抬升至窑车上,无需人工对产品进行搬运,提高生产效率,并且结构简单,便于维修,生产成本不高,解决了隧道窑人工上料效率较低,机械手上料成本较高的问题。
本发明提供一种具备自动上料功能的隧道窑,包括窑体,所述窑体内设置有窑车轨道,所述窑车轨道上设置有窑车,通过窑车对产品进行承载并送至窑体内,所述窑体内设置有加热器,窑体上端设置有出风管和冷却风机,所述出风管设置在窑体的进料口一侧,冷却风机设置在窑体的出料口一侧,所述窑体的进料口处设置有自动上料机构,所述自动上料机构包括底座,所述底座上设置有上料转轴,所述上料转轴两端设置有上料杆,所述上料杆顶部设置有夹料夹,夹料夹外侧设置有夹料气缸,通过夹料气缸带动夹料夹对产品进行夹持,所述上料转轴一端设置有步进电机,通过步进电机带动上料转轴转动,进而通过上料杆将产品将送至窑车上。
进一步改进在于:所述底座旁设置有预放台,工作人员通过叉车将产品放置在预放台上,所述预放台上设置有接触传感器。
进一步改进在于:所述窑体外设置有接近传感器,所述接近传感器设置在窑车上方,通过接近传感器对步进电机进行控制。
进一步改进在于:所述窑体上设置有控制电脑,通过控制电脑对各个部件的动作进行控制。
本发明的有益效果:通过自动上料机构将产品抬升至窑车上,无需人工对产品进行搬运,提高生产效率,并且结构简单,便于维修,生产成本不高,适用于中小型企业,并且通过接触传感器和接近传感器提高上料精确度,提高产品的成品率。

如图1所示,本实施例提供一种具备自动上料功能的隧道窑,包括窑体1,所述窑体1内设置有窑车轨道2,所述窑车轨道2上设置有窑车3,通过窑车3对产品进行承载并送至窑体1内,所述窑体1内设置有加热器4,窑体1上端设置有出风管5和冷却风机6,所述出风管5设置在窑体1的进料口一侧,冷却风机6设置在窑体1的出料口一侧,所述窑体1的进料口处设置有自动上料机构,所述自动上料机构包括底座7,所述底座7上设置有上料转轴8,所述上料转轴8两端设置有上料杆9,所述上料杆9顶部设置有夹料夹10,夹料夹10外侧设置有夹料气缸11,通过夹料气缸11带动夹料夹10对产品进行夹持,所述上料转轴8一端设置有步进电机12,通过步进电机12带动上料转轴8转动,进而通过上料杆9将产品将送至窑车3上。所述底座7旁设置有预放台13,工作人员通过叉车将产品放置在预放台13上,所述预放台13上设置有接触传感器14。所述窑体1外设置有接近传感器15,所述接近传感器15设置在窑车3上方,通过接近传感器15对步进电机12进行控制。所述窑体1上设置有控制电脑16,通过控制电脑16对各个部件的动作进行控制。通过自动上料机构将产品抬升至窑车3上,无需人工对产品进行搬运,提高生产效率,并且结构简单,便于维修,生产成本不高,适用于中小型企业,并且通过接触传感器14和接近传感器15提高上料精确度,提高产品的成品率。

1.一种具备自动上料功能的隧道窑,包括窑体(1),所述窑体(1)内设置有窑车轨道(2),所述窑车轨道(2)上设置有窑车(3),通过窑车(3)对产品进行承载并送至窑体(1)内,所述窑体(1)内设置有加热器(4),窑体(1)上端设置有出风管(5)和冷却风机(6),所述出风管(5)设置在窑体(1)的进料口一侧,冷却风机(6)设置在窑体(1)的出料口一侧,其特征在于:所述窑体(1)的进料口处设置有自动上料机构,其特征在于:所述自动上料机构包括底座(7),所述底座(7)上设置有上料转轴(8),所述上料转轴(8)两端设置有上料杆(9),所述上料杆(9)顶部设置有夹料夹(10),夹料夹(10)外侧设置有夹料气缸(11),通过夹料气缸(11)带动夹料夹(10)对产品进行夹持,所述上料转轴(8)一端设置有步进电机(12),通过步进电机(12)带动上料转轴(8)转动,进而通过上料杆(9)将产品将送至窑车(3)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具备自动上料功能的隧道窑,其特征在于:所述底座(7)旁设置有预放台(13),工作人员通过叉车将产品放置在预放台(13)上,所述预放台(13)上设置有接触传感器(14)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种具备自动上料功能的隧道窑,其特征在于:所述窑体(1)外设置有接近传感器(15),所述接近传感器(15)设置在窑车(3)上方,通过接近传感器(15)对步进电机(12)进行控制。
