本发明公开了一种金具喷砂工艺,(1)喷砂前准备:根据指令卡选择相关的喷砂设备,以及相应的砂型;(2)喷砂测试:预喷射测试,打开压缩空气阀和水阀,检测是否漏气、漏水,并测试喷枪是否可以正常喷砂;(3)喷砂:将待喷砂的金具旋转在待喷砂位置的料盘上,关闭喷砂机门后,进行喷砂;(4)清洗:将喷砂后的金具进行清洗,采用清水进行清洗,再放入防锈溶液中浸泡5‑6分钟后,在采用压缩空气进行吹干;(5)检差:检查金具的喷砂质量,对不合格的产品进行返工;本发明揭示了一种金具喷砂工艺,本发明工序简单安排合理、协调,提高金具粗糙度均匀,使金具的受力点更加均匀,金具更加耐腐蚀,金具的抗疲劳性高,金具使用寿命长。

本发明涉及喷砂工艺,具体涉及一种金具喷砂工艺。
背景技术
现有的线缆金具粗糙差不均匀,使金具受力点分布不均匀,固定后造成线缆容易松动,而且金具容易生锈,金具的抗疲劳性也差,造成使用寿命短,所以急需出现一种新的方式去解决上述问题。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的不足,提供一种金具喷砂工艺,解决上述问题。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种金具喷砂工艺,
(1)喷砂前准备:根据指令卡选择相关的喷砂设备,以及相应的砂型;
(2)喷砂测试:预喷射测试,打开压缩空气阀和水阀,检测是否漏气、漏水,并测试喷枪是否可以正常喷砂;
(3)喷砂:将待喷砂的金具旋转在待喷砂位置的料盘上,关闭喷砂机门后,进行喷砂;
(4)清洗:将喷砂后的金具进行清洗,采用清水进行清洗,再放入防锈溶液中浸泡5-6分钟后,在采用压缩空气进行吹干;
(5)检差:检查金具的喷砂质量,对不合格的产品进行返工。
优选的,所述防锈剂为水性防锈剂,采用SD-405环保型防锈剂。
有益效果:本发明工序简单安排合理、协调,提高金具粗糙度均匀,使金具的受力点更加均匀,金具更加耐腐蚀,金具的抗疲劳性高,金具使用寿命长。

1.一种金具喷砂工艺,其特征在于:
(1)喷砂前准备:根据指令卡选择相关的喷砂设备,以及相应的砂型;
(2)喷砂测试:预喷射测试,打开压缩空气阀和水阀,检测是否漏气、漏水,并测试喷枪是否可以正常喷砂;
(3)喷砂:将待喷砂的金具旋转在待喷砂位置的料盘上,关闭喷砂机门后,进行喷砂;
(4)清洗:将喷砂后的金具进行清洗,采用清水进行清洗,再放入防锈溶液中浸泡5-6分钟后,在采用压缩空气进行吹干;
(5)检差:检查金具的喷砂质量,对不合格的产品进行返工。
