本发明涉及工业废渣的资源化利用领域,具体涉及硫化钠渣资源利用,用于制备墙体保温材料的方法。
背景技术
煤粉高温还原硫酸钠是目前国内生产硫化钠的主要方法,它是以普通高灰分煤高温还原硫酸钠(多用90%风化硝) 先得到硫化钠“黑灰”,然后再通过溶浸、沉降、洗涤、蒸发等一系列后续处理得到硫化钠含量为60%的产品[赵秀萍,荆小兵,苏刚.超低灰纯煤还原硫酸钠一步法制备硫化钠研究[J]. 盐业与化工,2015,44(12):36-40]。在硫化钠生产过程中,沉淀过滤得到的渣为硫化钠渣,该渣主要为含硫、钠、硅、铝、钙、铁、碳等元素的物质,具有强碱性,目前的处理方法为修建堆场,进行堆存处理。堆存处理占用耕地、还存在潜在的环境风险。
保温墙体材料为一种多孔的无机烧结材料,具有耐水、抗日晒、耐火、隔热的特点,耐火温度可高达800℃以上,还具有可钉可刨的特点,适合作为外墙保温材料使用。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种硫化钠渣制备保温墙体材料方法,同已有技术方案相比,本方法能节约生产成本,降低能耗,提高效率。能显著提高硫化钠渣的附加值,降低生产成本,节能降耗,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
一种硫化钠渣制备保温墙体材料方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)硫化钠渣预处理:在硫化钠渣中加入水、表面活性剂、酸、氧化剂混合均匀,过滤得到预处理硫化钠渣;其中,表面活性剂为木质素磺酸、聚羧酸、萘磺酸中的一种,加入量为硫化钠渣质量的0.1-1.0%;氧化剂为双氧水、高锰酸钾、过氧化钙中的一种,加入量为硫化钠渣质量的5-10%;
(2)保温墙体材料制备:在预处理硫化钠渣中加入活化泥、塑化剂、助热剂混合均匀,倒入磨具成型、放入烘箱中干燥、放入窑炉中煅烧后,得到保温墙体材料;然后,在保温墙体材料表面涂覆釉质材料。
上述方法中,所述的水加入量为硫化钠渣质量的30-50%。
所述的酸为硫酸、硝酸、盐酸中的一种,加入量为硫化钠渣质量的5-10%。

在硫化钠渣中加入酸,酸与渣中的硅铝酸钠反应,生成溶于水的钠盐(如硫酸钠、硝酸钠、氯化钠)和硅铝沉淀,加入酸可以回收硫化钠中的钠。另外,加入酸时酸不能过量,通过改变酸加入量将溶液pH值控制在4.0-5.8;如果过量,铝的沉淀将与酸反应生成铝盐溶于溶液。
在硫化钠渣中还残留少量的硫化钠,加入酸时与酸反应生成硫化氢从溶液中溢出污染环境。在硫化钠渣中加入氧化剂,将硫化钠中的硫氧化成单质硫或硫酸根留在溶液中,避免其溢出污染环境。另外,氧化剂可将渣中二价铁氧化成三价铁,在过滤时将其留在渣中。
污水处理厂污泥和湖底淤泥均为固体废物,加入微生物将其活化,可使泥中的微孔均匀分布;墙体材料煅烧后,在墙体材料中留下均匀的微孔,提高墙体材料强度。微生物为已知微生物,含有异氧菌、腐生性真菌、丝状菌、鞭毛虫、肉毛虫、纤毛虫和吸管虫、轮虫、线虫等(其比例为任意值),这些微生物通过驯化,能在污水处理厂污泥和湖底淤泥中生存。本专利中,在100Kg活化泥中,加入微生物的总数约108个。
膨润土、高岭土、蒙脱土具有较强的塑性,可提高墙体材料坯体的成型性能和强度。
助热剂均为危险废物,含有一定可燃烧成份,可为墙体材料煅烧提供热量,可燃烧成份煅烧后在墙体材料中留下孔洞增加墙体材料保温性能,同时实现废物资源化利用。
在保温墙体材料表面涂覆上用尾矿制备的釉质材料,增加墙体材料的功能性。尾矿为固体废物,如不处理,污染环境。如抗菌釉,采用含铜的尾矿作为釉质材料,具有抗菌作用;防霾釉,采用含钛的尾矿作为釉质材料,可分解空气中的氮氧化物,具有防霾的作用。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
(1)硫化钠渣预处理:在硫化钠渣中加入水、表面活性剂、酸、氧化剂,混合均匀过滤得到预处理硫化钠渣。下表为硫化钠渣预处理配方编号为1-20的20个实施例。

说明:表中硫酸、硝酸、盐酸的加入量分别按H2SO4、HNO3和HCl计算。
(2)保温墙体材料制备:在预处理硫化钠渣中加入活化泥、塑化剂、助热剂混合均匀后,倒入磨具成型后,放入烘箱中干燥,干燥后放入炉中煅烧,得到保温墙体材料。下表为墙体材料配方编号为1-20的20个实施例。

(3)在保温墙体材料表面涂覆上用尾矿制备的釉质材料,在800℃煅烧后增加墙体材料的功能性。下表为墙体材料烘干、煅烧编号为1-20的20个实施例。

实施例1-实施例10中,对烧结后的墙体材料涂覆抗菌釉,抗菌效果均达到国家标准要求。在实施例11-实施例20中涂覆防霾釉,对氮氧化物的分解率均大于50%。
本发明的实施例均可实施并能达到发明目的。本发明不限于这些实施例。
Claims (7)
1.一种硫化钠渣制备保温墙体材料方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)硫化钠渣预处理:在硫化钠渣中加入水、表面活性剂、酸、氧化剂混合均匀,过滤得到预处理硫化钠渣;其中,表面活性剂为木质素磺酸、聚羧酸、萘磺酸中的一种,加入量为硫化钠渣质量的0.1-1.0%;氧化剂为双氧水、高锰酸钾、过氧化钙中的一种,加入量为硫化钠渣质量的5-10%;酸为硫酸、硝酸、盐酸中的一种,加入量为硫化钠渣质量的5-10%;
(2)保温墙体材料制备:在预处理硫化钠渣中加入活化泥、塑化剂、助热剂混合均匀,倒入模具成型、放入烘箱中干燥、放入窑炉中煅烧后,得到保温墙体材料;然后,在保温墙体材料表面涂覆釉质材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种硫化钠渣制备保温墙体材料方法,其特征在于,所述的水加入量为硫化钠渣质量的30-50%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种硫化钠渣制备保温墙体材料方法,其特征在于,所述的活化泥为水厂活化泥、湖底活化泥中的一种,加入量为硫化钠渣质量的10-30%;其中,水厂活化泥为污水处理厂污泥加入微生物进行活化处理后的泥,湖底活化泥为湖底淤泥加入微生物进行活化处理后的泥。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种硫化钠渣制备保温墙体材料方法,其特征在于,所述的塑化剂为膨润土、高岭土、蒙脱土中的一种,加入量为硫化钠渣质量的10-30%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种硫化钠渣制备保温墙体材料方法,其特征在于,所述的助热剂为油泥、油污泥、油沉积物中的一种,加入量为硫化钠渣质量的10-30%;其中,油泥为石油开采和炼制产生的油泥,油污泥为石油炼制过程中隔油池产生的含油污泥,油沉积物为石油炼制过程中澄清油浆槽底沉积物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种硫化钠渣制备保温墙体材料方法,其特征在于,所述的烘箱温度为40-100℃,烘干时间为6-10小时;煅烧温度为800-1200℃,煅烧时间为1-3小时。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种硫化钠渣制备保温墙体材料方法,其特征在于,所述的在保温墙体材料表面涂覆上釉质材料,该釉质材料用尾矿制备,可增加墙体材料的功能性。
