Abstract

技术领域
本公开总体上涉及一种混合型模块,更特别是涉及一种转子承载件组件。
背景技术
已知转子组件。在共同拥有的美国专利公开No.2016/0105060中示出并描述了一个示例,其通过引用并入,如同在此完全记载一样。
发明内容
示例性方面广泛地包括一种转子组件,其包括具有形成液压室的壳体的扭矩变换器、用于电机的转子、不可相对转动地连接至转子的转子承载件,其中,转子承载件固定至扭矩变换器壳体。转子组件还包括转子承载凸缘、弹性件和卡环。在一些实施例中,转子承载件包括凹槽和带槽的部分,卡环设置在凹槽中,弹性件使转子承载凸缘夹持在卡环与带槽的部分之间。在一示例性实施例中,弹性件是膜片弹性件,并轴向地设置在卡环与转子承载凸缘之间。
在一些实施例中,转子组件还包括设置在弹性件与卡环之间的保持元件。在一示例性实施例中,保持元件是具有至少一个凸舌的垫片,所述至少一个凸舌向卡环弯曲,使得所述至少一个凸舌接触卡环的至少一部分,以将卡环固定在凹槽中。在另外的实施例中,弹性件包括位于卡环下方的至少一个限位凸舌,以将卡环固定在凹槽中。所述至少一个限位凸舌可与弹性件一体地形成。
其它实施例公开了一种转子组件,所述转子组件包括:扭矩变换器,其包括形成液压室的壳体;用于电机的转子;转子承载件,其不可相对转动地连接至转子,所述转子承载件固定至扭矩变换器壳体;以及转子承载凸缘,其包括内径。转子组件还包括弹性件和卡环,卡环包括与第二端相反的第一端。转子承载件包括凹槽和带槽的部分,其中,卡环的第一端设置在转子承载件凹槽中。弹性件促使转子承载凸缘与转子承载件相接触。在一些实施例中,弹性件轴向地设置在转子承载凸缘与带槽的部分之间。在其他实施例中,转子承载凸缘包括形成在内径中的凹槽,卡环的第二端设置在转子承载凸缘的凹槽中。转子承载件的凹槽可与转子承载凸缘的凹槽径向地对准。

通常,重要的是电机的转子在标定时不会相对于其位置移动,以防止性能退化并防止过度不平衡。在此公开的实施例提供了一种两件式设计,其使用通过密封至盖的螺栓固定至扭矩变换器盖的转子承载件。所公开的实施例提供了多个优点,包括维持转子在混合型模块内的位置,从而改善性能特性并防止由不期望的转子运动引起的不平衡。
以下描述参照图1-2。图1是根据一示例性方面的混合型模块100的局部剖视图。图2是图1中所示的混合型模块100的区域B的详细视图。混合型模块100包括壳体102以及定子104、电机116、轴106和转子组件110。转子组件110包括与电机116的定子104轴向地对准的转子114、转子承载件132、离合器组件108、以及发动装置、例如扭矩变换器162。扭矩变换器162包括形成液压室113的扭矩变换器壳体112、固定至扭矩变换器壳体112的叶轮叶片164、涡轮组件166、定子组件168和减振组件170。
用于电机116的转子114不可相对转动地连接至转子承载件132的外径172并且包括至少一个转子区段130。尽管转子114被示为包括多个转子区段,但是本领域普通技术人员将理解,转子114在其它实施例中根据应用和各系统约束可包括单个大转子区段。转子承载件132包括从转子承载件132的外径172延伸的环形圈134。环形圈134可与转子承载件132一体地形成。一体,意味着转子承载件132和环形圈134由单件材料形成。其它实施例(未示出)可包括具有在转子承载件上例如由卡环轴向地限位的单独的环形圈的转子承载件。转子承载件132例如可由铸钢制成。转子114轴向地夹持在扭矩变换器壳体112和转子承载件132的环形圈134之间,以防止转子114移动,从而提高性能并减少不平衡。
转子承载件132通过螺栓120固定至扭矩变换器壳体112。由此,在转子承载件132与扭矩变换器壳体112之间建立固定的连接。扭矩在此从电机116和内燃机(未示出)通过离合器组件108经由该固定的连接传递到扭转变换器壳体112。尽管仅示出了单个螺栓120,但是可使用绕圆周设置的多个螺栓将转子承载件132固定至扭矩变换器壳体112。密封件118设置在扭矩变换器壳体112与转子承载件132之间,从而使扭矩变换器壳体112相对于转子承载件132密封。例如,密封件118可以是可压缩垫圈。密封件118构造成能够围绕形成在转子承载件132的轴向端部中的孔122密封。扭矩变换器壳体112包括形成在其中的孔129,所述孔129与形成在转子承载件132的端部中的孔122轴向地对准。转子组件110包括硬化板124。硬化板124位于扭矩变换器壳体112的内表面131上,并包括与转子承载件132的孔122和扭矩变换器壳体112的孔129轴向地对准的孔126。螺栓120构造成能够穿过硬化板124的孔126、扭转变换器壳体112的孔129,然后穿过转子承载件132的孔122,从而将扭矩变换器壳体112固定至转子承载件132,以防止转子114移动。以这种方式,硬化板124轴向地设置在螺栓120的头部128和扭矩变换器壳体112的内表面131之间。
转子组件110还包括位于转子承载件132的外径172上或从转子承载件132的外径172延伸的非磁性环形圈144、环形圈136和非磁性环形圈140。非磁性环形圈144轴向地设置在转子114与转子承载件132的环形圈134之间。非磁性环形圈144构造成能够防止转子114中的磁体短路。环形圈136和非磁性环形圈140轴向地设置在转子114与扭矩变换器壳体112之间。环形圈136具有厚度138,所述厚度138选择成能够确保转子114牢固地夹持在扭矩变换器壳体112与转子承载件132的环形圈134之间。也就是说,选择厚度138,使得当螺栓120被拧紧时,来自螺栓120的力确保摩擦配合,使得转子114不相对于转子承载件132或扭矩变换器壳体112转动。在一些实施例(未示出)中,环形圈136和140可组合成单个非磁性环形圈,其厚度选择成能够确保转子114被牢固地夹持在转子承载件132的环形圈134与扭矩变换器壳体112之间。扭矩变换器壳体112包括机加工的支撑表面142,非磁性环形圈140接触所述机加工的支撑表面142。环形圈144、136、140和转子114滑动配合至转子承载件132的外径172。
继续参照图1,离合器组件108包括与转子承载件132驱动接合的离合器片148。例如,离合器片148和转子承载件132分别包括处于驱动接合的互补的花键146和150。转子承载件花键150包括带槽的部分152。转子组件110还包括转子承载凸缘154、弹性件156、卡环158和保持元件155。例如,弹性件156可以是膜片弹性件。弹性件156轴向地设置在卡环158与转子承载凸缘154之间。转子承载件132包括凹槽160,卡环158设置在凹槽160中。弹性件156将转子承载凸缘154夹持在卡环158与带槽的部分152之间。保持元件155设置在弹性件156与卡环158之间。保持元件155可以是具有至少一个凸舌157的垫片,所述凸舌157朝卡环158弯曲,使得所述至少一个凸舌157接触卡环158的至少一部分以将卡环158固定在凹槽160中。转子承载件132布置成能够不可相对转动地接合转子解析器159。
以下描述参照图3。图3是图1中所示的混合型模块100的区域B的一替代性实施例的详细视图。转子组件210类似于转子组件110,除非按照下文所述,否则2XX标签通常对应于1XX标签。转子承载件232由非磁性或非含铁材料制成。例如,转子承载件232可由金、铝、铍、铅、镁、镍、铂、锌、铜和/或不锈钢形成。将非磁性材料用于转子承载件232消除了对图1和2的转子组件110中所示的非磁性环144的需求。转子承载件232还包括一体的环形圈234。
以下描述参照图4。图4是图1的区域B中所示的转子承载件组件的一替代性实施例的详细视图。转子组件310类似于转子组件110,除非按照下文所述,否则3XX标签通常对应于1XX标签。转子组件310包括具有带槽的部分352和凹槽360的转子承载件332。卡环358设置在转子承载件332的凹槽360内。弹性件356轴向地设置在卡环358与转子承载凸缘354之间。例如,弹性件356可以是膜片弹性件。弹性件356还可包括位于卡环358下方的至少一个限位凸舌357,以将卡环358固定在转子承载件332的凹槽360中。所述至少一个限位凸舌357与弹性件356一体地形成。弹性件356使转子承载凸缘354夹持在卡环358与带槽的部分352之间。
以下描述参照图5。图5是图1的区域B中所示的转子承载件组件的另一替代性实施例的详细视图。转子组件410类似于转子组件110,除非按照下文所述,否则4XX标签通常对应于1XX标签。转子组件410包括具有带槽的部分452和凹槽460的转子承载件432。转子组件410还包括转子承载凸缘454,所述转子承载凸缘454包括内径453和形成于其中的凹槽455。凹槽460和455径向地对准。卡环458包括与第二端464相反的第一端462,其中,卡环458的第一端462设置在转子承载件432的凹槽460中,卡环458的第二端464设置在转子承载凸缘454的凹槽455中。弹性件456轴向地设置在转子承载凸缘454和带槽的部分452之间。弹性件456促使转子承载凸缘454与转子承载件432相接触。

Claims (10)

1.一种转子组件,其包括:
扭矩变换器,其包括形成液压室的壳体;
用于电机的转子;
转子承载件,其不可相对转动地连接至转子,其中,转子承载件固定至扭矩变换器壳体;
转子承载凸缘;
弹性件;以及,
卡环,其中:
转子承载件包括凹槽和带槽的部分;
卡环设置在凹槽中;以及,
弹性件使转子承载凸缘夹持在卡环与带槽的部分之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的转子组件,其中,弹性件是膜片弹性件。
3.如权利要求1所述的转子组件,其中,弹性件轴向地设置在卡环与转子承载凸缘之间。
4.如权利要求1所述的转子组件,所述转子组件还包括设置在弹性件与卡环之间的保持元件。
5.如权利要求4所述的转子组件,其中:
保持元件是具有至少一个凸舌的垫片;以及,
所述至少一个凸舌向卡环弯曲,使得所述至少一个凸舌接触卡环的至少一部分,以将卡环固定在凹槽中。
6.如权利要求1所述的转子组件,其中,弹性件包括位于卡环下方的至少一个限位凸舌,以将卡环固定在凹槽中。
7.如权利要求6所述的转子组件,其中,所述至少一个限位凸舌与弹性件一体地形成。
8.一种转子组件,其包括:
扭矩变换器,其包括形成液压室的壳体;
用于电机的转子;
转子承载件,其不可相对转动地连接至转子,其中,转子承载件固定至扭矩变换器壳体;
转子承载凸缘,其包括内径;
弹性件;以及,
包括与第二端相反的第一端的卡环,其中:
转子承载件包括凹槽和带槽的部分;
卡环的第一端设置在转子承载件的凹槽中;以及,
弹性件促使转子承载凸缘与转子承载件相接触。
9.如权利要求8所述的转子组件,其中,弹性件轴向地设置在转子承载凸缘与带槽的部分之间。
10.如权利要求8所述的转子组件,其中:
转子承载凸缘包括形成于内径中并与转子承载件的凹槽径向地对准的凹槽;以及
卡环的第二端设置在转子承载凸缘的凹槽中。
