adult women (30-49 years old) were randomly divided into 23 groups of 10 persons each, healthy, without a history of skin disease and allergy, and non-sensitive skin, and the essence creams of examples 1-7 and comparative examples 1-16 were used, respectively, 2 times per day for 2 months, and the change in skin brightness was measured.
Skin radiance was measured with a skin test system (VISIA). The skin test system (VISIA-CR) was used to evaluate the radiance of the skin. The same part of the subject was examined at week 0 and week 8 using VISIA. The test part was the whole face, the face was photographed, and analyzed by professional image analysis software, and the skin brightness of the face was measured (skin brightness was measured 3 times, and the average value thereof was taken as skin brightness reference data), whereby the skin brightness change rate (skin brightness change rate — skin brightness after test)/skin brightness before test) was calculated. The brighter the skin the higher the value, and the darker the skin the lower the value. Specific results are shown in table 1.

The data prove that the essence cream containing the whitening and spot-fading plant composition can effectively improve the skin brightness after being used, and the skin brightness value of the essence cream in the embodiment 1 can be improved by 18.43%, so that the essence cream is obviously superior to the whitening and spot-fading essence creams in the comparative examples 1-16.
And (3) speckle fading effect test:
the spot-fading effect of the essence creams prepared in the above examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 16 was evaluated by comparative analysis.
Test objects: the cosmetic is suitable for middle-aged women, each group is 20 women and 30-40 years old, is healthy, has no skin disease and allergic disease history, is non-sensitive skin, can use cosmetics according to the standard, is matched with workers to complete evaluation work according to requirements, has certain expression capability, and can truly reflect the feeling after use;
testing an instrument: VISA digital skin analyzer (USA), Mexameter MX18 (CK Electronic GmbH, Germany); test area: cheek area (avoid smiling lines, light reflecting areas, moles and hair as much as possible); the using method comprises the following steps: the preparation is administered 1 time each day in the morning and evening for 8 weeks;
and (3) testing and analyzing: the facial mask speckle-lightening effect of the experimental group and the control group is evaluated by comparing the color spots before use and after 8 weeks use and the comparison graph after 8 weeks of rest, and the average color spot reduction rate and the effective rate (effective rate is the number of skin improvement people of each group/the total number of people of each group) of each group are obtained. Specific results are shown in table 2.

The data prove that the essence cream containing the whitening and spot-fading plant composition has the advantages that the reduction rate of color spots after the essence cream is used is more than 90%, the effective rate is more than 95%, the essence cream is obviously superior to the whitening and spot-fading facial masks in comparative examples 1-16, and the essence cream does not rebound after being stopped.
Whitening effect experiment:
the whitening effect of the invention is tested and evaluated by adopting a double-blind method: the essence cream products prepared according to the above examples 1-7 and comparative examples 1-16 are used as samples to be tested, 20 persons are randomly selected from each group, a 3CM × 3CM area of a healthy adult face is selected as a tested part, a subject applies each sample once every day in the morning and at the evening for 45 days continuously, and changes of skin colors are measured by using a Lab colorimetric system spectrophotometer (Meinenda spectrophotometer CM-2002) every week. In the Lab colorimetric system, the color difference Δ Eab between two stimuli, i.e. the distance between two color points in color space, is represented by the difference Δ L, Δ a, Δ b between the coordinates L, a, b.

. In the formula: since Δ Eab is a comprehensive index of L, a, b, representing a stereoscopic change in chromaticity, it is a more appropriate index for evaluating skin color change, and the average value of Δ Eab for each group is found, and the specific results are shown in table 3.

The results show that the whitening effect of the essence cream containing the whitening and spot-fading plant composition is obviously superior to that of comparative examples 1-16, and especially the best whitening effect is obtained in example 1.

Claims (2)

1. The plant composition with the whitening and spot-fading effects is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-100 parts of glabridin extract, 10-80 parts of vitamin C glucoside, 20-60 parts of nicotinamide and 10-50 parts of lumbricus extract;
the preparation method of the glabridin extract comprises the following steps: (1) taking dried glabridin, crushing to 60-80 meshes, adding an ethanol water solution, carrying out reflux extraction, filtering, repeatedly carrying out operation on filter residues by the same method, combining filter liquor, carrying out rotary evaporation to obtain a paste, adding distilled water to soak the paste, standing overnight, centrifuging to remove a supernatant, collecting a precipitate, and drying to obtain a glabridin crude extract; (2) purifying the glabridin crude extract by adopting macroporous resin, washing the macroporous resin with 3-4 times of 5% NaOH solution, 1-1.5 times of distilled water and 2-3 times of 10-20% hydrochloric acid in sequence, and then washing the macroporous resin with the distilled water to be neutral; completely soaking the macroporous resin in 90-95% ethanol solution, filling the column, stopping filling until the effluent ethanol solution is white and turbid, and then washing the ethanol solution by using distilled water; mixing the glabridin crude extract and absolute ethyl alcohol according to a mass ratio of 1: 10-15, dissolving, and injecting into a macroporous resin column, wherein the height ratio of the resin column diameter to the height is 1: 6-10, adsorbing at the flow rate of 1-3 BV/h, loading 2 times of column volume, eluting with 2-3 times of column volume of water, discarding water solution, eluting with 5-6 times of column volume of 70-80% ethanol, collecting 70-80% ethanol eluate, mixing fractions, and evaporating ethanol to obtain glabridin extract; wherein the mass fraction of the ethanol aqueous solution added in the step (1) is 50-100%, and the addition amount is 5-10 times of the mass of the glycyrrhiza glabra; the reflux time is 1.5-2.5 h; the repeated operation times are 2-4 times;
the preparation method of the dioscorea nipponica extract comprises the following steps: drying folium Pheretima, pulverizing, adding into distilled water, and microwave-radiating; steam distilling the leaching liquor, collecting distillate, cooling the distillate, and filtering to obtain Pheretima aspergillum extract;
the preparation condition of the dioscorea nipponica extract is that the ratio of material to liquid is 1g: 20-30 mL; performing microwave radiation for 6-8 min, wherein the microwave power is 220-280W; the distillation stopping condition is that the mass of the distillate is 3-6 times of that of the raw materials; cooling the distillate at the temperature of 2-5 ℃ for 5-7 h;
the preparation method of the plant composition for whitening and lightening the spots comprises the following steps: heating the glabridin extract, adding the earthworm extract, continuously heating, adding the vitamin C glucoside and the nicotinamide again, and stirring to obtain the whitening and spot-fading plant composition.
2. The method for preparing the plant composition for whitening and lightening spots according to claim 1, wherein the glabridin extract is heated to 50-55 ℃, the earthworm extract is added to be mixed and heated to 65-75 ℃, the stirring speed is 1000-1200 r/min, and the stirring time is 20-35 min.
