Description

Fermented pig feed and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of animal feed, in particular to fermented pig feed and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The biological feed takes plant agricultural and sideline products as main raw materials under the artificial controllable condition, and degrades partial macromolecular substances such as polysaccharide, protein, fat and the like through the metabolism of microorganisms to generate micromolecular substances such as organic acid, soluble polypeptide and the like, so that the biological feed or feed raw material with rich nutrition, good palatability and high content of beneficial viable bacteria is formed, thereby the feed components become rich, the nutrition is easy to be absorbed by animals, and the animals can grow better. Meanwhile, cheap agricultural or light industrial byproducts are changed into valuable substances, high-quality feed protein raw materials are produced, and high-activity beneficial microorganisms can be obtained by fermenting feeds through microorganisms.
The pig diarrhea is caused by pig infection virus, and pigs of various ages can be infected and infected. The incidence of sucking pigs, skeleton pigs or fattening pigs is high, especially the sucking pigs are seriously damaged, and the incidence of sows greatly changes. The sick pig is the main infection source, and the virus exists in intestinal villus epithelial cells and mesenteric lymph nodes and is infected by polluting the environment, feed, drinking water, vehicles, appliances and the like after being discharged along with excrement. If a pig farm is born or weaned with a plurality of piglets, the virus can continuously infect the weaned piglets losing maternal antibodies, so that the disease is endemic, and in the breeding farm, the porcine epidemic diarrhea can cause the refractory diarrhea of the piglets with the age of 5-8 weeks in the weaning period.

To verify the application effect of the invention, 200 piglets selected from a batch of 21-day-old postweaning piglets are averagely divided into two groups, wherein one group is used as a control group and is completely fed with the traditional feed, and the other group is fed with 15% by weight of the fermented pig feed prepared in the example 1 and 85% by weight of the traditional feed in a mixed manner. Other daily management feeding measures are carried out according to the conventional management of a farm, and the incidence of diarrhea of the weaned piglets in the period of 30-60 days of age is counted, as shown in the table 1. Piglets at 21 and 60 days of age were weighed and the average body weight was calculated as described in table 2.
TABLE 1
The first onset of diarrhea Incidence of diarrhea
Control group 23 23%
EXAMPLE 1 group 3 3%
TABLE 2
Average body weight/kg at 21 days of age Average body weight/kg at 60 days of age Rate of increase/%)
Control group 5.77 52.36 807.5
EXAMPLE 1 group 5.83 54.71 838.4
As can be seen from the data in tables 1 and 2, the incidence of diarrhea in piglets fed with the fermented pig feed of the present invention is well controlled, which indicates that the biological feed of the present invention can achieve a good effect of preventing diarrhea in pigs, and the weight of pigs fed with the fermented pig feed of the present invention is significantly increased, and the average weight of pigs aged 60 days is 2.3kg more than that of pigs fed with the conventional feed alone.
The technical features of the present invention which are not described in the above embodiments may be implemented by or using the prior art, and are not described herein again, of course, the above description is not intended to limit the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above examples, and variations, modifications, additions or substitutions which may be made by those skilled in the art within the spirit and scope of the present invention should also fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
