Abstract
The invention discloses a kind of fermentation pannages, belong to technical field of animal. Its technical solution are as follows: the raw material including following parts by weight: 50-70 parts of corn, 20-30 parts of dregs of beans, 10-20 parts of maize alcohol lees, 1-4 parts of wheat bran, 4-6 parts of corn protein powder, 3-5 parts of molasses, 2-4 parts of duck oil, 1-2 parts of calcium monohydrogen phosphate, 70% 0.5-1 parts of lysine sulphate, 0.1-0.3 parts of methionine, 1.5-2.5 parts of threonine, 3-5 parts of compound additive and 2-4 parts of microbial inoculum. The invention has the benefit that fermented-pig feed of the invention can be improved the disease resistance of diarrhea of pigs disease, and digestion and absorption of the pig to feed can be promoted, a degree of weight for improving pig.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of animal feed, in particular to fermented pig feed and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The biological feed takes plant agricultural and sideline products as main raw materials under the artificial controllable condition, and degrades partial macromolecular substances such as polysaccharide, protein, fat and the like through the metabolism of microorganisms to generate micromolecular substances such as organic acid, soluble polypeptide and the like, so that the biological feed or feed raw material with rich nutrition, good palatability and high content of beneficial viable bacteria is formed, thereby the feed components become rich, the nutrition is easy to be absorbed by animals, and the animals can grow better. Meanwhile, cheap agricultural or light industrial byproducts are changed into valuable substances, high-quality feed protein raw materials are produced, and high-activity beneficial microorganisms can be obtained by fermenting feeds through microorganisms.
The pig diarrhea is caused by pig infection virus, and pigs of various ages can be infected and infected. The incidence of sucking pigs, skeleton pigs or fattening pigs is high, especially the sucking pigs are seriously damaged, and the incidence of sows greatly changes. The sick pig is the main infection source, and the virus exists in intestinal villus epithelial cells and mesenteric lymph nodes and is infected by polluting the environment, feed, drinking water, vehicles, appliances and the like after being discharged along with excrement. If a pig farm is born or weaned with a plurality of piglets, the virus can continuously infect the weaned piglets losing maternal antibodies, so that the disease is endemic, and in the breeding farm, the porcine epidemic diarrhea can cause the refractory diarrhea of the piglets with the age of 5-8 weeks in the weaning period.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to reduce or avoid the occurrence of diarrhea of pork pigs and reduce the loss of farmers, the invention provides the fermented pig feed capable of improving the intestinal flora of the pigs, improving the disease resistance of the diarrhea diseases of the pigs and improving the growth speed of the pigs and the preparation method thereof.
In order to realize the aim, the invention provides fermented pig feed which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of corn, 20-30 parts of soybean meal, 10-20 parts of corn distillers' grains, 1-4 parts of bran, 4-6 parts of corn protein powder, 3-5 parts of molasses, 2-4 parts of duck oil, 1-2 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.5-1 part of 70% lysine sulfate, 0.1-0.3 part of methionine, 1.5-2.5 parts of threonine, 5-8 parts of a composite additive and 2-4 parts of microbial solution.
Preferably, the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 parts of corn, 25 parts of bean pulp, 15 parts of corn distillers' grains, 3 parts of bran, 5 parts of corn protein powder, 4 parts of molasses, 3 parts of duck oil, 1.5 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.8 part of 70% lysine sulfate, 0.2 part of methionine, 2 parts of threonine, 4 parts of a composite additive and 3 parts of microbial solution.
Also preferably, the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of corn, 30 parts of bean pulp, 20 parts of corn distillers' grains, 1 part of bran, 4 parts of corn protein powder, 3 parts of molasses, 2 parts of duck oil, 1 part of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.5 part of 70% lysine sulfate, 0.1 part of methionine, 2.5 parts of threonine, 5 parts of a composite additive and 4 parts of microbial solution.
Also preferably, the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 parts of corn, 20 parts of bean pulp, 10 parts of corn distillers' grains, 4 parts of bran, 6 parts of corn protein powder, 5 parts of molasses, 4 parts of duck oil, 2 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, 1 part of 70% lysine sulfate, 0.3 part of methionine, 1.5 parts of threonine, 3 parts of a compound additive and 2 parts of microbial solution.
Wherein,
the composite additive comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of dandelion leaves, 15-20 parts of sesames, 10-15 parts of sweet broad pea and 20-30 parts of hawthorn.
Preferably, the composite additive comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25 parts of dandelion leaves, 18 parts of sesames, 13 parts of sweet broad beans and 25 parts of hawthorn.
Also preferably, the composite additive comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 parts of dandelion leaves, 20 parts of sesames, 10 parts of sweet broad pea and 20 parts of hawthorn.
Also preferably, the composite additive comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of dandelion leaves, 15 parts of sesames, 15 parts of sweet broad beans and 30 parts of hawthorn.
The composite additive is prepared by the following steps: firstly, the dandelion leaves, the sesames, the sweet broad pea and the hawthorn are crushed according to the weight ratio, then added with water which is 3 to 5 times of the total weight of the raw materials, boiled with strong fire, and then slowly decocted with slow fire for 20 to 40 minutes to obtain the compound additive.
The micro-scaleThe biological bacterial liquid comprises the following fermented bacterial liquids of the strains which are mixed according to the effective viable bacteria ratio: pediococcus acidilactici: bacillus coagulans: clostridium butyricum: and (3) yeast flora: lactobacillus plantarum = 10-20: 3-5: 5-8: 10-15: 5-10, the microbial content of the microbial liquid is more than or equal to 1.0 multiplied by 1012cfu/g。
The fermented pig feed is prepared by the following preparation method:
step one, crushing corn, bean pulp and bran for later use;
