Abstract
本发明涉及一种黑枸杞抗疲劳饮料,按质量百分比计的原料为:瓜拉纳提取物0.2%~1.0%,人参浓缩液1.5%~3.0%,黑枸杞浓缩汁5.0%~8.0%,蓝莓提取物0.15%~0.70%,叶黄素脂0.05%~0.45%,果葡糖浆7.0%~10.0%,柠檬酸0.17%~0.25%,苹果酸0.0065%~0.0450%,食用香精0.08%~0.65%,加水补足至100%。本发明采用黑枸杞干燥粉和黑枸杞浓缩汁为主原料制备得到饮料,通过各种组分的合理配伍和协同作用,具有黑枸杞的独特风味,无涩味,口感醇厚,具有滋补肝肾、益精明目和养血、增强人们的免疫力、美容、抗氧化、延缓衰老和抗疲劳降血压降血糖的功效。

技术领域
本发明属于食品饮料加工技术领域,尤其是一种黑枸杞抗疲劳饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
黑枸杞,藏药称“旁玛”,传统医学关于黑枸杞的功效论述黑枸杞适用于腰膝酸软、头晕目眩、两眼昏花等症状,藏医药经典《四部医典》、《晶珠本草》等记载黑枸杞主治心热病、心脏病、月经不调、停经等。《维吾尔药志》记载,维吾尔医生常用黑枸杞果实及根皮治疗尿道结石、癣疥、齿龈出血等,民间用作滋补强壮、明目及降压药,黑枸杞的性味甘平,现代科学也有大量研究证实,它能够滋补肝肾、益精明目和养血、增强人们的免疫力。此外,黑枸杞能够保肝、降血糖、软化血管、降低血液中的胆固醇、甘油三酯水平,对脂肪肝和糖尿病患者具有一定的疗效。据临床医学验证,黑枸杞还能治疗慢性肾衰竭。黑枸杞可以美容,天然抗氧化效果最好。黑枸杞中富含的花青素是天然的阳光遮盖物,可以有效阻止紫外线对皮肤的损伤。而且黑枸杞中的原花青素能有效清除皮肤有害物质自由基的堆积和沉淀,延缓人体细胞衰老,保护胶原蛋白,让皮肤鲜活有弹性,保持年轻状态,减少皱纹,延缓衰老。
瓜拉纳在巴西被誉为“国饮”,千百年来被亚马逊流域的印第安人视为赐予他们青春、美丽和健康长寿的源泉。瓜拉纳中含有丰富的天然激情生物碱、咖啡因、四甲基黄、嘌呤、氨基酸、单宁酸、蛋白质、维生素、矿物质等人体必需的活力因子。具有提神醒脑、滋阴壮阳、控制食欲、缓解腹痛、恢复体力、补充能量、抗疲劳、提高人体机能的功效。瓜拉纳富含丰富的葡萄糖、氨基酸、脂肪酸,在细胞质内分解至可变成能量的形态,然后移至能量产生系的腺粒体内,以利ATP合成,使细胞不断的活化,维持电解质的平衡,保持细胞膜安定,被称之为“健康活力的推进剂”。
人参为五加科多年生草本植物,中国古老的关于中药的药学典籍《神农本草经》把人参列为上品,言其具有“主补五脏,安精神,定魂魄,止惊悸,明目,开心益智,久服有轻身延年之功效”。人参味甘、微苦、性温,素有“百草药”之美称,应用于中医已有两千多年的历史。人参的主要成分为人参皂苷,主要药理作用为抗疲劳、改善微循环、提高组织抗缺氧能力、抑制血小板聚集、Ca2+拮抗作用、影响前列腺素(PG5)代谢、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、抗辐射等多种生物活性。
蓝莓为杜鹃花科植物笃斯越桔的成熟果实,由于果实呈蓝色,果实除供鲜食外还有极强的药用价值及营养保健功能,国际粮农组织将其列为人类五大健康食品之一。蓝莓含有一种称为“花青素”的活性物质,这是维护眼睛健康、预防视力受损的重要元素,其功能在于保护眼睛的微血管,进而促进血液循环,同时史有加速视紫质朴再生的能力,而视紫质朴正是良好视力不可或缺的物质。特有的花青素抗氧化成分,便被人们用于维系血管的完整、强化微血管的弹性,促进血液循环,维系正常眼球压力,以缓解常见的眼睛问题。花青素是强效的抗氧化剂,可维持正常的细胞连结、血管的稳定、增进微细血管循环,提高微血管和静脉的流动。
据研究表明,人参、枸杞按一定比例混合后,较未混合样品,大鼠血液SOD浓度提高极显著,LPO浓度降低也明显,还能有效延长小鼠在温水浴、乏氧等恶劣环境中的存活时间,表明抗应激能力显著增强。
不同原料之间并不能随意的混合使用,某些原料的组合会降低各自的药效。选择哪些原料、可以达到怎样效果成为现目前研究的一个难题。
通过检索,尚未发现与本发明专利申请相关的专利公开文献。
发明内容
本发明目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种黑枸杞抗疲劳饮料及其制备方法,该饮料产品具有滋补肝肾、益精明目和养血、增强人们的免疫力、美容、抗氧化、延缓衰老和抗疲劳、降血压、降血糖的功效。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种黑枸杞抗疲劳饮料,按质量百分比计的原料为:
瓜拉纳提取物0.2%~1.0%,人参浓缩液1.5%~3.0%,黑枸杞浓缩汁5.0%~8.0%,蓝莓提取物0.15%~0.70%,叶黄素脂0.05%~0.45%,果葡糖浆7.0%~10.0%,柠檬酸0.17%~0.25%,苹果酸0.0065%~0.0450%,食用香精0.08%~0.65%,加水补足至100%。
而且,所述水经超滤处理。
一种如上所述的黑枸杞抗疲劳饮料的制备方法,步骤如下:
⑴原辅料称量、溶解:准确称量果葡糖浆、柠檬酸和苹果酸,然后加入部分水搅拌溶解,备用;
按照配方用量准确称量瓜拉纳提取物、人参浓缩液、黑枸杞浓缩汁、蓝莓提取物和叶黄素脂,然后用部分水搅拌溶解过滤,将滤液备用;
⑵调配:将步骤⑴中两种溶液一起充分混合,加入食用香精,然后加入水补足至100%,搅拌均匀;
⑶过滤:将调配好的饮料用硅藻土过滤纸真空抽滤;
⑷脱气、均质:在温度40℃~50℃、真空度0.0078MPa~0.0105MPa下脱气,去除空气对饮料的影响;
将调配好的饮料在60±5℃、压力18MPa~20MPa用均质机进行均质;
⑸杀菌:料液用超高温瞬时灭菌机加热至135℃,时间为3s~5s;
⑹灌装、封口及冷却:将料液冷却至90℃,进行灌装封口、冷却,即得黑枸杞抗疲劳饮料。
而且,所述步骤⑴、⑵中的水为纯水。
本发明取得的优点和积极效果为:
1、本发明采用黑枸杞干燥粉和黑枸杞浓缩汁为主原料制备得到饮料,通过各种组分的合理配伍和协同作用,具有黑枸杞的独特风味,无涩味,口感醇厚,具有滋补肝肾、益精明目和养血、增强人们的免疫力、美容、抗氧化、延缓衰老和抗疲劳降血压降血糖的功效。
2、本发明中,黑枸杞能够滋补肝肾、益精明目和养血、增强人们的免疫力。此外,黑枸杞能够保肝、降血糖、软化血管、降低血液中的胆固醇、甘油三酯水平,对脂肪肝和糖尿病患者具有一定的疗效,同时黑枸杞中富含的花青素是天然的阳光遮盖物,可以有效阻止紫外线对皮肤的损伤;瓜拉纳中含有丰富的天然激情生物碱、咖啡因、四甲基黄、嘌呤、氨基酸、单宁酸、蛋白质、维生素、矿物质等人体必需的活力因子。具有提神醒脑、滋阴壮阳、控制食欲、缓解腹痛、恢复体力、补充能量、抗疲劳、提高人体机能的功效;人参主要药理作用为抗疲劳、改善微循环、提高组织抗缺氧能力、抑制血小板聚集、Ca2+拮抗作用、影响前列腺素(PG5)代谢、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、抗辐射等多种生物活性,蓝莓其功能在于保护眼睛的微血管,进而促进血液循环,维系正常眼球压力,以缓解广泛的眼睛问题,通过各种组分的合理配伍和协同作用,使得该饮料具有滋补肝肾、益精明目和养血、增强人们的免疫力、美容、抗氧化、延缓衰老和抗疲劳、降血压、降血糖的功效。

本发明中所使用的原料,如无特殊说明,均为常规的市售产品;本发明中所使用的方法,如无特殊说明,均为本领域的常规方法;本发明中提及的百分比没有特殊标明均为质量百分比。
实施例1
一种黑枸杞抗疲劳饮料,按质量百分比计的原料为:
瓜拉纳提取物0.8%,人参浓缩液2.0%,黑枸杞浓缩汁7.0%,蓝莓提取物0.50%,叶黄素脂0.25%,果葡糖浆9.0%,柠檬酸0.21%,苹果酸0.0250%,食用香精0.45%,加水补足至100%。一种如上所述的黑枸杞抗疲劳饮料的制备方法,步骤如下:
⑴原辅料称量、溶解:准确称量果葡糖浆、柠檬酸和苹果酸,然后加入部分水搅拌溶解,备用;
按照配方用量准确称量瓜拉纳提取物、人参浓缩液、黑枸杞浓缩汁、蓝莓提取物和叶黄素脂,然后用部分水搅拌溶解过滤,将滤液备用;
⑵调配:将步骤⑴中两种溶液一起充分混合,加入食用香精,然后加入水补足至100%,搅拌均匀;
⑶过滤:将调配好的饮料用硅藻土过滤纸真空抽滤;
⑷脱气、均质:在温度40℃~50℃、真空度0.0078MPa~0.0105MPa下脱气,去除空气对饮料的影响;
将调配好的饮料在60±5℃、压力18MPa~20MPa用均质机进行均质;
⑸杀菌:料液用超高温瞬时灭菌机加热至135℃,时间为3s~5s;

一种如上所述的黑枸杞抗疲劳饮料的制备方法,步骤同实施例1。
实施例3
一种黑枸杞抗疲劳饮料,按质量百分比计的原料为:
瓜拉纳提取物1.0%,人参浓缩液3.0%,黑枸杞浓缩汁8.0%,蓝莓提取物0.70%,叶黄素脂0.45%,果葡糖浆10.0%,柠檬酸0.25%,苹果酸0.0450%,食用香精0.65%,加水补足至100%。
而且,所述水经超滤处理。
一种如上所述的黑枸杞抗疲劳饮料的制备方法,步骤如下:
⑴原辅料称量、溶解:准确称量果葡糖浆、柠檬酸和苹果酸,然后加入部分水搅拌溶解,备用;
按照配方用量准确称量瓜拉纳提取物、人参浓缩液、黑枸杞浓缩汁、蓝莓提取物和叶黄素脂,然后用部分水搅拌溶解过滤,将滤液备用;
⑵调配:将步骤⑴中两种溶液一起充分混合,加入食用香精,然后加入水补足至100%,搅拌均匀;

1.一种黑枸杞抗疲劳饮料,其特征在于:按质量百分比计的原料为:
瓜拉纳提取物0.2%~1.0%,人参浓缩液1.5%~3.0%,黑枸杞浓缩汁5.0%~8.0%,蓝莓提取物0.15%~0.70%,叶黄素脂0.05%~0.45%,果葡糖浆7.0%~10.0%,柠檬酸0.17%~0.25%,苹果酸0.0065%~0.0450%,食用香精0.08%~0.65%,加水补足至100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的黑枸杞抗疲劳饮料,其特征在于:所述水经超滤处理。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的黑枸杞抗疲劳饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
⑴原辅料称量、溶解:准确称量果葡糖浆、柠檬酸和苹果酸,然后加入部分水搅拌溶解,备用;
按照配方用量准确称量瓜拉纳提取物、人参浓缩液、黑枸杞浓缩汁、蓝莓提取物和叶黄素脂,然后用部分水搅拌溶解过滤,将滤液备用;
⑵调配:将步骤⑴中两种溶液一起充分混合,加入食用香精,然后加入水补足至100%,搅拌均匀;
⑶过滤:将调配好的饮料用硅藻土过滤纸真空抽滤;
⑷脱气、均质:在温度40℃~50℃、真空度0.0078MPa~0.0105MPa下脱气,去除空气对饮料的影响;
将调配好的饮料在60±5℃、压力18MPa~20MPa用均质机进行均质;
