Abstract

本发明提供一种牛仔成衣的翻新方法,(1)将增色剂溶于热水中配制成增色溶液,将牛仔成衣浸入增色溶液中,搅拌浸泡3‑5分钟;所述增色剂由以下重量分数的组份构成:还原染料1~3份、二氧化硫脲1份和纯碱1份;(2)将固色剂溶于热水中配制成固色溶液,取出牛仔成衣并浸入固色溶液中8‑12分钟后,取出晾干即可;所述固色剂由以下重量分数的组份构成:过碳酸钠1份和皂粉1份。经本发明进行翻新处理后,牛仔成衣焕然一新,且处理方法简单,可在家操作。

Description

一种牛仔成衣的翻新方法
技术领域
本发明属于牛仔成衣翻新技术领域,具体涉及一种牛仔成衣的翻新方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对牛仔裤款式、样式的要求也不断提高,也促进了对牛仔裤加工工艺的改进和完善。牛仔布利用成衣整理能在牛仔布上产生独特的外观,还可采用各种化学处理,如手工砂洗,以及用喷枪喷射高锰酸钾产生一种斑点漂白效果;或增加更为个性化的效果,如喷砂处理、激光缕花、扎染、局部染料/漂白剂处理、浅地染色、套染和靛蓝染料褪色处理;或使用漆酶/介体处理等。但是,目前牛仔布的染色主要还存在色牢度差的问题。一些牛仔衣服在穿一段时间以后,逐渐褪色,甚至有些牛仔衣穿不了几次就脱色严重,使得衣服显旧,穿着效果欠佳。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中牛仔成衣脱色后显旧的技术问题,提供一种牛仔成衣的翻新方法,经本发明的翻新组合物进行翻新处理后,牛仔成衣焕然一新,且处理方法简单,可在家操作。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种牛仔成衣颜色翻新组合物,所述组合物由先后使用的增色剂和固色剂构成,所述增色剂由以下重量分数的组份构成:还原染料 1~3份、二氧化硫脲 1份和纯碱 1份;所述固色剂由以下重量分数的组份构成:过碳酸钠 1份和皂粉 1份。
所述还原染料包括靛蓝,还原蓝RSN,还原橄榄绿T,优选植物靛蓝。
利用所述牛仔成衣颜色翻新组合物翻新牛仔成衣的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将增色剂溶于热水中配制成增色溶液,将牛仔成衣浸入增色溶液中,搅拌浸泡3-5分钟;
(2)将固色剂溶于热水中配制成固色溶液,取出牛仔成衣并浸入固色溶液中8-12分钟后,取出晾干即可;
经以上处理后,若牛仔成衣颜色偏深,则于步骤(1)中去除还原染料,其余不变,重复步骤(1)和(2)进行减色直至颜色达标;若牛仔成衣颜色偏浅,于步骤(1)中增加还原染料的用量,其余不变,重复步骤(1)和(2)进行增色直至颜色达标。
优选地,所述步骤(1)和(2)中热水的温度为40℃~60℃。
优选地,所述增色溶液中增色剂的质量分数为1%~5%。
优选地,所述固色溶液中固色剂的质量分数为1%~4%。
本发明的有益效果如下:
首先,使用本发明的翻新组合物进行翻新处理后,牛仔成衣焕然一新,延长其穿着时间,节省资源,符合低碳生活的要求,而且本发明不仅适用于牛仔成衣翻新的处理,倘若对新的牛仔成衣的颜色不满意,亦可通过本发明进行处理,得到自己喜欢的颜色;
其次,本发明选用还原染料进行翻新,还原染料的固色度高,虽然翻新工艺简单,但依然能达到较好的固色效果;
最后,本发明的配方环保无污染,不会产生任何危害环境的化学物质,可家庭操作,废水直接排放即可。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的技术目的、技术方案和有益效果更加清楚,下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作出进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种牛仔成衣颜色翻新组合物,所述组合物由先后使用的增色剂和固色剂构成,所述增色剂由以下重量分数的组份构成:靛蓝色还原染料1份、二氧化硫脲 1份和纯碱 1份;所述固色剂由以下重量分数的组份构成:过碳酸钠 1份和皂粉 1份。
实施例2
利用实施例1中的所述牛仔成衣颜色翻新组合物翻新牛仔成衣的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将增色剂溶于热水中配制成增色溶液,热水的温度为40℃,所述增色溶液中增色剂的质量分数为3%,将牛仔成衣浸入增色溶液中,搅拌浸泡5分钟;
(2)将固色剂溶于热水中配制成固色溶液,所述固色溶液中固色剂的质量分数为2%,热水的温度为40℃,取出牛仔成衣并浸入固色溶液中8分钟后,取出晾干即可;
经以上处理后,发现牛仔成衣颜色偏深,则于步骤(1)中去除还原染料,即按照下述方式减色:
(3)取二氧化硫脲和纯碱溶于热水中且二氧化硫脲和纯碱的总质量分数为2%,热水的温度为40℃,将牛仔成衣浸入上述溶液中,搅拌浸泡5分钟;
(4)将固色剂溶于热水中配制成固色溶液,所述固色溶液中固色剂的质量分数为2%,热水的温度为40℃,取出牛仔成衣并浸入固色溶液中8分钟后,取出晾干即可;
重复步骤(3)和(4)进行减色直至颜色达标,减色前后的颜色对比图如图1所示,左侧为减色前,右侧为减色后,减色后颜色深度(L值)降低15%,摩擦牢度3级。
实施例3
利用所述牛仔成衣颜色翻新组合物翻新牛仔成衣的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将增色剂溶于热水中配制成增色溶液,热水的温度为60℃,所述增色溶液中增色剂的质量分数为3%,将牛仔成衣浸入增色溶液中,搅拌浸泡5分钟;
(2)将固色剂溶于热水中配制成固色溶液,所述固色溶液中固色剂的质量分数为2%,热水的温度为50℃,取出牛仔成衣并浸入固色溶液中12分钟后,取出晾干即可;
经以上处理后,若牛仔成衣颜色偏浅,于步骤(1)中增加还原染料的用量,即按照下述方式增色:
(1)将增色剂中的还原染料用量调整为2重量份,二氧化硫脲和纯碱仍旧为1重量份,然后将调整后的增色剂溶于热水中配制成增色溶液,热水的温度为60℃,所述增色溶液中增色剂的质量分数为3%,将牛仔成衣浸入增色溶液中,搅拌浸泡5分钟;
(2)将固色剂溶于热水中配制成固色溶液,所述固色溶液中固色剂的质量分数为2%,热水的温度为50℃,取出牛仔成衣并浸入固色溶液中12分钟后,取出晾干即可。增色前后的颜色对比图如图2所示,左侧为增色前,右侧为增色后,晾干后测试颜色深度(L值)增加30%,摩擦牢度3级。
最后所应说明的是:上述实施例仅用于说明而非限制本发明的技术方案,任何对本发明进行的等同替换及不脱离本发明精神和范围的修改或局部替换,其均应涵盖在本发明权利要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (2)

1.一种牛仔成衣的翻新方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将增色剂溶于热水中配制成增色溶液,将牛仔成衣浸入增色溶液中,搅拌浸泡3-5分钟;所述增色剂由以下重量分数的组份构成:还原染料 1~3份、二氧化硫脲 1份和纯碱 1份;所述增色溶液中增色剂的质量分数为1%~5%;
(2)将固色剂溶于热水中配制成固色溶液,取出牛仔成衣并浸入固色溶液中8-12分钟后,取出晾干即可;所述固色剂由以下重量分数的组份构成:过碳酸钠 1份和皂粉 1份;所述固色溶液中固色剂的质量分数为1%~4%;
经以上处理后,若牛仔成衣颜色偏深,则于步骤(1)中去除还原染料,其余不变,重复步骤(1)和(2)进行减色直至颜色达标;若牛仔成衣颜色偏浅,于步骤(1)中增加还原染料的用量,其余不变,重复步骤(1)和(2)进行增色直至颜色达标。
2.根据权利要求1所述牛仔成衣的翻新方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)和(2)中热水的温度为40℃~60℃。
