Abstract

本发明公开了一种双伺服压辊装置,包括基座、压辊和版辊,所述版辊枢设在基座上,所述压辊两端各自与一驱动装置相连接,所述驱动装置设置在基座上,所述驱动装置能够带动压辊相对基座移动;本发明通过将传统单驱动装置电机的压辊装置改为双驱动装置驱动,在压辊的两端各自与一驱动装置相连接,以使压辊两端能够同时上升或下降,也能够单独上升或下降,令压辊和版辊之间压力不一致时易于调整,大大减少了调机的时间和难度。

技术领域
本发明涉及压辊装置领域。
背景技术
现有压辊装置的压辊的一端连接有一个驱动装置,压辊的另一端通过连杆与驱动装置连接,以使驱动装置能够带动压辊两端同步上升和下降,但是因为箔材的厚度有误差,所以需要通过微调压辊与版辊两端的压力,而采用一个驱动装置无法自动调节,需停机手动调节其连杆的螺栓松紧,极不方便,效率低下,安全性差。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种双伺服压辊装置,以使压辊装置的压辊和版辊之间压力不一致时易于调整。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种双伺服压辊装置,包括基座、压辊和版辊,所述版辊枢设在基座上,所述压辊两端各自与一驱动装置相连接,所述驱动装置设置在基座上,所述驱动装置能够带动压辊相对基座移动。
所述驱动装置包括第一驱动装置和与所述第一驱动装置连接的第二驱动装置,所述第一驱动装置设置在基座上,所述第二驱动装置与压辊连接。
所述第一驱动装置包括电机、螺母座和与所述电机相连接的丝杆,所述电机设置在基座上,所述螺母座设置在第二驱动装置上,所述丝杆穿设于所述螺母座。
所述第二驱动装置包括气缸座、气缸和座体,所述螺母座设置在气缸座上,所述气缸座和座体活动设置在基座上,所述气缸同时连接气缸座和座体;所述压辊设置在所述座体上。
所述压辊枢接于座体。
所述压辊和座体之间垫设有轴承。
本发明的有益效果是:本技术方案通过将传统单驱动装置驱动的压辊装置改为双驱动装置驱动,在压辊的两端各自与一驱动装置相连接,以使压辊两端能够同时上升或下降,也能够单独上升或下降,令压辊和版辊之间压力不一致时易于调整,大大减少了调机的时间和难度。

具体实施方式
参照图1~图3,本发明是一种双伺服压辊装置,包括基座1、压辊2和版辊3,所述版辊3枢设在基座1上,所述压辊2两端各自与一驱动装置4相连接,所述驱动装置4设置在基座1上,所述驱动装置4能够带动压辊2相对基座1移动;所述压辊2上装有基材,所述版辊3上装有涂料,能够通过控制驱动装置4以控制压辊2和版辊3 之间的距离。
所述驱动装置4包括第一驱动装置41和与所述第一驱动装置41 连接的第二驱动装置42,所述第一驱动装置41设置在基座1上,所述第二驱动装置42与压辊2连接。
所述第一驱动装置41包括电机411、螺母座413和与所述电机 411相连接的丝杆412,所述电机411设置在基座1上,所述螺母座 413设置在第二驱动装置42上,所述丝杆412穿设于所述螺母座413;所述电机411可为伺服电机,亦可为带伺服功能的电机,所述第一驱动装置41用于压辊2和版辊3之间距离的初步调整。
所述第二驱动装置42包括气缸座421、气缸422和座体423,所述螺母座413设置在气缸座421上,所述气缸座421和座体423活动设置在基座1上,所述气缸422同时连接气缸座421和座体423;所述压辊2能够安装在所述座体423上;所述第二驱动装置42用于压辊2和版辊3之间距离的二次调整。
所述第一驱动装置41和第二驱动装置42亦可采用直线电动机,直线电动机能够直接将旋转动力转换成直线动力,带动压辊2相对基座1移动。
所述压辊2枢接于座体423。
所述压辊2和座体423之间垫设有轴承5。
所述一种双伺服压辊装置还包括控制系统,所述控制系统能够根据工艺要求通过控制电机411和气缸422来调整压辊2与版辊3之间的距离。
本发明的工作原理为:根据工艺要求,所述一种双伺服压辊装置开机启动后,控制程序发出指令给电机411,电机411带动丝杆初步调整压辊2和版辊3之间的距离,然后控制气缸422二次调整压辊2 和版辊3之间的距离,再通过控制系统输入参数驱动电机微调压辊2 和版辊3之间的距离,最终调至压辊2和版辊3之间的具有微压力,从而实现将版辊3上的涂料转移至基材上。

Claims (3)

1.一种双伺服压辊装置,其特征在于:包括基座(1)、压辊(2)和版辊(3),所述版辊(3)枢设在基座(1)上,所述压辊(2)两端各自与一驱动装置(4)相连接,所述驱动装置(4)设置在基座(1)上,所述驱动装置(4)能够带动压辊(2)相对基座(1)移动;
所述驱动装置(4)包括第一驱动装置(41)和与所述第一驱动装置(41)连接的第二驱动装置(42),所述第一驱动装置(41)设置在基座(1)上,所述第二驱动装置(42)与压辊(2)连接;
所述第一驱动装置(41)包括伺服电机(411)、螺母座(413)和与所述伺服电机相连接的丝杆(412),所述伺服电机(411)设置在基座(1)上,所述螺母座(413)设置在第二驱动装置(42)上,所述丝杆(412)穿设于所述螺母座(413);
所述第二驱动装置(42)包括气缸座(421)、气缸(422)和座体(423),所述螺母座(413)设置在气缸座(421)上,所述气缸座(421)和座体(423)活动设置在基座(1)上,所述气缸(422)同时连接气缸座(421)和座体(423);所述压辊(2)设置在所述座体(423)上;
还包括控制系统,所述控制系统能够根据工艺要求通过控制伺服电机(411)和气缸(422)来调整压辊(2)与版辊(3)之间的距离;
所述控制系统能够控制伺服电机(411)带动丝杆(412)初步调整压辊(2)和版辊(3)之间的距离,然后控制气缸(422)二次调整压辊(2)和版辊(3)之间的距离,再通过控制伺服电机(411)微调压辊(2)和版辊(3)之间的距离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双伺服压辊装置,其特征在于:所述压辊(2)枢接于座体(423)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种双伺服压辊装置,其特征在于:所述压辊(2)和座体(423)之间垫设有轴承(5)。
