再一优选实施例提供的是,泵壳体包括基部侧入口,该基部侧入口优选地借助于阀,特别是盘形阀或球阀,在致动过程期间可闭合,并且可在泵压头从致动状态(B)转换到存储状态(A)时打开。特别是在可主动致动的真空和/或非真空泵压头的情况下,这种实施例是优选的。
在泵压头从致动状态转换到存储状态时,存储在存储容器中的液体通过打开阀进入泵壳体中而再次流动。
另外,在泵壳体的基部侧入口处可设置立管。特别是在具有可主动致动的泵压头的非真空系统的情况下,该实施例是有利的。在涉及的是真空系统的情况下,在可主动操作的泵压头的情况下可能不需要立管。
泵压头的再一优选变型提供的是,当经由第二部件60将泵压头(I)连接到存储容器(II)时,在第二部件60与存储容器(II)之间设置有密封件,或者当经由泵室将泵压头(I)连接到存储容器(II)时,在泵室与存储容器(II)之间设置有密封件。
优选地,头部部分可包括抗菌材料,优选为金属或金属离子,特别是银粒子或银离子。特别地,头部部分可以在注射模制方法中生产,例如,抗菌材料可以直接与用于生产注射模制部分的热塑性材料复合。
本发明还涉及包括如上所述的泵压头的计量装置。泵压头由此连接到存储容器。
优选地,存储容器可以被构造为挤压瓶或刚性容器。
同样地,可行的是,存储容器(II)包括内袋,该内袋相对于泵压头(I)密闭地密封,内袋具体被构造为波纹管。
该实施例特别适用于真空系统。
根据本发明的计量装置适于存储包含防腐剂的流体或溶液,然而特别适用于存储不含防腐剂的流体或溶液。

具体实施方式
图1示出了泵压头I,其特别适合于用作用于挤压瓶的计量头。泵压头I由此包括具有出口开口11的头部部分10,该出口开口11可优选地被构造为用于流体的液滴状分配。然而,同样地,可以将出口开口构造成使得可以在分配流体时产生喷雾。头部部分10由此直接位于部件40上并且以形状和摩擦适配的方式连接到部件40。头部部分10由此具有内凹部,该内凹部具有内表面12。具有头部21a和弹性壁21b的弹性阀20设置在头部部分10与部件40之间。阀20以存储状态(A)和致动状态(B)示出。可以发现,在致动状态(B)中,弹性壁21b向内弯曲,为此目的,弹性壁21b优选地包括预定弯曲点24,其在致动状态(B)中很明显。在存储状态(A)中,预定弯曲点24变得平滑。由此,阀20的头部21a可被牢固地构造,弹性壁21b可作为软管状壁被添加到头部21a。整个弹性阀20可以通过注射模制方法制造成一件。在弹性壁21b上,存在固定元件23,例如周向弹簧。弹性阀20经由固定元件23固定在主体40上。为此目的,固定元件23被捕获在主体40的相对应的固定元件43中,例如周向凹槽中。由此,阀20的头部21a的表面22具有与头部部分10的内表面12相同的构造,使得阀20的头部21a可在存储状态(A)中以形状适配的方式接合在头部部分10中,并且由此完全地闭合出口开口11。因此,在致动状态(B)中在头部部分10和弹性阀20之间构造的中间空间10-20被完全闭合,在致动状态中在头部部分10与弹性阀20之间存在于中间空间10-20中的所有流体在泵压头转换到存储状态时都从出口开口11排出。部件40具有壁42,壁42在结构上将泵压头分成上部分(包括头部部分和弹性阀20的部分)和下部分(在壁42下方)。在部件40的壁42下方,插入可以形状适配地连接到部件40的部件60。在部件60与部件40之间形成中间空间40-60。部件40由此具有贯穿开口41,在图1所示的情况下,该贯穿开口41通过示例的方式被构造为使得在部件40的下部(在中间空间40-60的顶部)中,贯穿开口41被引导穿过部件40的壁44并且以部件40的外表面上的(未示出的)凹口的形式被导引围绕部件40。由此,凹口与在图1中的左侧上示出的向上引导的通道连通,并且通入又一贯穿开口41,流体可以通过该又一贯穿开口被导引到阀20与头部部分10之间的中间空间10-20中。在部件40的表面上导引的通道由此被放置在其上的部件40定界并密封。
部件60具有壁62,壁62适配在头部侧,并且在壁62中引入有偏心贯穿开口63。由此部件60插在部件40中,直到壁62不与部件40的壁42直接形成密封,而是保留有中间区域40-60,并且由此设置在部件40的下部中的贯穿开口41保持打开。在根据图1的泵压头I的情况下,作为示例,在部件40与部件60之间适配有细菌过滤材料50,经由该材料,泵压头的内部区域与周围环境的空气交换是可能的。部件60具有凹部61,具有内部中空容积71的中空活塞70被引入凹部61中。中空活塞70由此沿轴向方向(在图1中的顶部和底部)可移动地设置在凹部61中。另外,泵压头可以具有密封元件80,经由该密封元件80,泵压头I在存储容器II(未在图1中示出)上的密封适配是可能的。
图2示出了根据图1的泵压头I,其被示出为在存储容器II上,在图2的情况下是在挤压瓶上。由此,存储容器II容纳待分配的流体,其在图2a中以存储容器II中的阴影线示出。图2a示出了穿过使用状态中的整个装置的剖视图,图2b示出了在图2a中被框起的泵压头I的细节。在此使用了与图1中所示相同的附图标记。在图2b中,离开存储容器II的流体在出口开口11的方向上的路径用箭头X表示,穿过中空活塞70的贯穿通道71,通过部件60与部件40之间的中间区域40-60,穿过贯穿开口41,穿过中间空间10-20,并且最终在出口开口11的方向上,该中间空间10-20是在根据图2的计量装置的致动期间产生的。
图3示出了在挤压瓶II上施加压力(由图3a中的箭头表示)期间与根据图2相同的计量装置。中空活塞70(参见图3b)由此被向下按压(由靠近中空活塞70的左侧的箭头表示),因此,位于中空活塞70下方并且由中空活塞70和部件60围封的流体被迫压通过部件60的贯穿开口43进入中间空间40-60中。在图3中,为了清楚起见,除了附图标记70之外,没有示出进一步的附图标记。流体41被迫压经由贯穿开口41进一步进入到弹性阀20与泵压头I的头部部分10之间的中间空间10-20中。在此发生弹性阀的变形,如图3b所示,弹性阀向外弯曲,因此打开出口开口11,由此流体流出。由于中空活塞70的贯穿通道71和部件60的贯穿开口63并非一致地设置,所以当中空活塞70抵靠部件60的壁62时,发生贯穿开口63的闭合。因此,即使进一步施加压力,由于贯穿通道63被封闭,不可能从计量装置进一步排出流体。因此,利用该泵压头I,流出挤压瓶的流体的计量分配是可能的。图3b中示出的状态对应于泵压头的致动状态(B)。
在图4示出的实施例中,实现了计量装置(特别是泵压头)从致动状态到存储状态的转换。为了清楚起见,没有示出附图标记,然而,适用与前面的附图的情况相同的说明。图4a由此呈现了图4b中所示的计量装置的放大细节。从图4a中可以明显看出,中空活塞70仍然处于在如图3中所示的致动过程期间达到的端部位置。在致动过程结束时,计量装置可由使用者转换到存储位置,在图中的情况下,计量装置为挤压瓶,其被布置在头部上。在此,使用者释放挤压瓶,由于挤压瓶的恢复力,挤压瓶恢复其如图2所示的初始形状。恢复力在图4b中由向外指向的箭头示出。由于被移除的流体容积,在该过程期间在存储容器II中产生低压,并且该低压继续经过中空活塞70进入计量装置的泵压头I中。为了压力均衡,空气经由除菌过滤器被吸入存储容器2中。在该过程中,中空活塞70也移动回到其初始位置,即在图4所示的情况下,中空活塞70向下移动。经由可以存在于例如部件60与部件40之间的细菌过滤器50,通入存储容器(即,挤压瓶)II内部的空气入口(箭头L)是可能的。
图5示出了瓶的存储位置(A),其中,中空活塞70被示出为处于其端部位置并且挤压瓶II被完全释放(参见图5b)。
图6示出了根据本发明的泵压头的又一实施例,部件10、20、30和40被构造为在结构上与根据图1的相对应部件基本上相同。由此,相对应的附图标记表示相同的部件。由此根据图6的泵压头I与根据图1的泵压头I的最主要的区别在于,根据图6的泵压头I是可主动致动的,即,部件40和部件60不是刚性地连接在一起,而是构造成经由弹簧元件55相对于彼此可移动。为了实现该移动,头部部分10由此另外包括手柄13,使用者可以经由手柄13在头部部分上施加压力,并且由此可以在部件60的方向上按压部件10至部件40。与根据图1的实施例相比,部件60由此被构造为敞开的,即没有向上的密封壁62。具有贯穿通道71的中空活塞70被导引通过部件60的凹部61。中空活塞本身通入泵壳体100,泵壳体100具有泵容积101和入口开口102。在入口开口的基部侧,设置有阀90(例如盘阀)。除了部件10、40和60相对于彼此密闭地密封的事实以外,根据图6的泵压头I的特别的特征在于,使得泵压头I的内部容积不与周围环境进行空气交换是可能的。因此,根据图6的泵压头I涉及真空泵压头。
图7示出了图6中所示的泵压头的应用情况。为了简化起见,仅使用附图标记来表征各个部件,然而,适用根据图6的相同实施例。
如果使用者经由手柄13致动根据图7的计量装置中的泵压头I,则相对于部件40固定的中空活塞70也与头部部分10一起被向下迫压到泵壳体100中。在该泵送过程期间,阀90保持闭合,从而结果是泵容积101减小。因此,位于容积101中的流体被向上迫压通过中空活塞70的贯穿通道71,并且对应于在图1的情况下已经说明的原理,通过部件40的贯穿开口41以及在阀20与头部部分10之间形成的中间空间10-20经由出口开口11被排出。在这种情况下,存储容器II被构造为刚性容器,例如还可以在该存储容器II中插入波纹管200。
图8示出了根据图6的泵压头在非真空系统中的变型。适用与图6中所示的那些附图标记相同的附图标记,仅仅在结构上不同的部件用单独的附图标记表示出。与根据图6的泵压头I相比,部件40和60在此不相对于彼此密闭地密封,而是在泵部件40与60之间结合有细菌过滤器50。另外,在部件60中,存在用于空气的贯穿通道51,由此周围空气可经由贯穿通道51进入计量装置的内部。由此,贯穿通道51在致动状态中是敞开的,并且在存储状态中由中空活塞70封闭。根据与图7有关的说明,实现泵压头从存储状态到操作状态的致动。存储在存储容器II中的内容物溶液由此借助于立管110被吸入到泵室内。
图9示出了根据本发明的泵压头I的进一步变型,其在图9所示的情况下被构造为用于流体的侧向分配。泵压头I在此具体被构造为喷头,即,出口开口11包括用于产生待分配流体的喷雾的装置。头部部分10由此被构造为部件40中的插入件。在部件40与部件10之间的中间空间中设置有阀20,阀20例如与图1的情况相同地构造。类似地,示出了阀20的操作状态(A)和(B),阀20的操作状态(A)和(B)以与图1中描述的相同的方式起作用。由此,根据图1的泵压头I被构造为非真空泵压头,即部件40和60被构造为相对于彼此可移动,而不密闭地密封。因此,在部件40与部件60之间存在用于过滤进入空气的细菌过滤器50。部件40具有贯穿开口,该贯穿开口直接从中间空间40-60通入阀20与头部部分10之间的中间空间10-20。已经参考图6至图8详细解释了其余的部件70-110的操作模式,并且在图9的情况下也是相同的。
图10示出了根据图9的根据本发明的泵压头I在非真空系统中的结合。由此,操作模式对应于在图8中示出的操作模式。
图11示出根据图9的根据本发明的泵压头I作为真空泵压头的变型。在部件40与部件60之间不存在细菌过滤器50,部件40和60被安装成一个在另一之上密闭地密封,使得不会发生空气从周围环境进入泵压头的内部或进入存储容器II中。计量装置的操作模式在其他方面与图7中所示的操作模式相同。

Claims (31)

1.一种泵压头(I),所述泵压头(I)用于对流体进行计量分配的计量装置,所述泵压头(I)包括:
头部部分(10),其具有用于待分配流体的出口开口(11),所述头部部分具有内表面(12);
弹性阀(20),其至少在一些区域中具有对应于所述头部部分(10)的内表面(12)的几何构造(22);
内衬(40),其具有用于待分配的流体的贯穿开口(41),在致动状态(B)中,经由所述贯穿开口(41),通过所述弹性阀(20)的变形以及通过所述弹性阀与所述头部部分之间的中间空间(10-20)的形成,使得流体能够流入所述头部部分(10)与弹性阀(20)之间;
其中,所述头部部分(10)和所述内衬(40)以形状和摩擦适配的方式连接,在所述头部部分(10)与所述内衬(40)之间包括所述弹性阀(20),并且
在所述泵压头的存储状态(A)中,所述弹性阀(20)以在所述头部部分(10)的内表面(12)上形状适配的方式位于整个表面(12)上,从而确保所述头部部分(10)和所述内衬(40)之间的流体密封,
其中,所述弹性阀包括头部(21a)和弹性壁(21b),所述头部具有对应于所述头部部分(10)的内表面(12)的几何构造(22),并且所述弹性壁(21b)被可变形地构造,并且
所述弹性壁(21b)具有至少一个预定弯曲点(24),在从所述存储状态(A)转换到所述致动状态(B)时,所述弹性壁(21b)在所述预定弯曲点处向外或向内弯曲。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泵压头(I),其特征在于,所述弹性壁(21b)由可弹性变形材料的薄膜形成,以及/或者所述头部(21a)被牢固地构造。
3.根据权利要求2所述的泵压头(I),其特征在于,所述弹性壁(21b)由热塑性塑料材料的薄膜形成。
4.根据权利要求2所述的泵压头(I),其特征在于,所述弹性壁(21b)具有0.03mm至1mm的厚度。
5.根据权利要求2所述的泵压头(I),其特征在于,所述弹性壁(21b)具有0.08mm至0.5mm的厚度。
6.根据权利要求2所述的泵压头(I),其特征在于,所述弹性壁(21b)具有0.20mm至0.30mm的厚度。
7.根据权利要求1所述的泵压头(I),其特征在于,所述头部(21a)和所述弹性壁(21b)被构造为一个件。
8.根据权利要求7所述的泵压头(I),其特征在于,所述头部(21a)和所述弹性壁(21b)通过注射模制方法同时生产。
9.根据权利要求1所述的泵压头(I),其特征在于,所述弹性阀(20)具有至少一个固定元件(23),所述弹性阀(20)经由所述固定元件摩擦连接至所述内衬(40)的至少一个相对应的固定元件(43)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的泵压头(I),其特征在于,所述弹性阀(20)的固定元件(23)与所述内衬(40)的固定元件(43)被构造为捕获连接或卡扣连接。
11.根据权利要求1所述的泵压头(I),其特征在于,所述内衬(40)具有密封所述中间空间(10-20)的壁(42),经由所述贯穿开口(41),所述中间空间(10-20)可以与从所述中间空间(10-20)观察位于所述壁(42)的另一侧的区域(40-60)流体连通。
12.根据权利要求11所述的泵压头(I),其特征在于,所述贯穿开口(41)从所述区域(40-60)被导引:
直接穿过所述壁(42)并通向所述中间空间(10-20),或者
在所述区域(40-60)中被导引穿过所述内衬(40)的侧壁(44),以能够由内衬(40)定界的凹口的形式在所述内衬(40)的外表面上被导引,并且在所述中间空间(10-20)中被再次导引穿过所述内衬(40)的侧壁并通向所述中间空间(10-20)。
13.根据权利要求1所述的泵压头(I),其特征在于,在所述弹性阀(20)与所述内衬(40)之间设置有在所述弹性阀(20)上施加恢复力的元件(30),所述恢复力具有使得在所述致动状态(B)中构造的所述中间空间(10-20)在返回到所述存储状态(A)时被闭合的作用。
14.根据权利要求13所述的泵压头(I),其特征在于,所述元件(30)是弹簧。
15.根据权利要求1-14中的任一项所述的泵压头(I),其特征在于,所述内衬(40)在其远离弹性密封件的端部处连接到部件(60),所述泵压头(I)能够经由所述部件(60)连接到用于存储待分配流体的存储容器(II)。
16.根据权利要求15所述的泵压头(I),其特征在于,
在所述内衬(40)与所述部件(60)之间存在用于进入空气的无菌过滤的至少一个装置(50),或者
所述内衬(40)被构造为相对于所述部件(60)密闭地密封。
17.根据权利要求16所述的泵压头(I),其特征在于,所述装置(50)是细菌过滤器。
18.根据权利要求16所述的泵压头(I),其特征在于,所述内衬(40)相对于所述部件(60)固定,或者
所述内衬(40)相对于所述部件(60)被可移动地构造,在所述内衬(40)与所述部件(60)之间设置有在所述内衬(40)上施加恢复力的至少一个装置(55)。
19.根据权利要求15所述的泵压头(I),其特征在于,所述部件(60)具有凹部(61),并且具有贯穿通道(71)的中空活塞(70)能够在所述凹部(61)被可移动地导引。
20.根据权利要求19所述的泵压头(I),其特征在于,所述凹部(61)被构造为圆柱形。
21.根据权利要求19所述的泵压头(I),其特征在于,所述部件(60):
具有被构造为相对于所述内衬(40)形成密封并且包括贯穿开口(63)的壁(62),所述贯穿开口(63)能够由可移动的中空活塞(70)闭合,通过所述壁(62)构造有区域(40-60),所述区域(40-60)在所述内衬(40)与所述部件(60)之间与所述贯穿开口(41)流体连通,或者
被构造为相对于所述内衬(40)敞开,所述中空活塞(70)设置在所述部件(60)中,使得所述贯穿开口(41)不由所述中空活塞(70)闭合。
22.根据权利要求21所述的泵压头(I),其特征在于,所述中空活塞(70)在其远离所述内衬(40)的端部处被可移动地导引到泵壳体(100)中,所述泵壳体(100)具有由所述泵壳体(100)和所述中空活塞(70)限定的泵容积(101),所述泵容积(101)在所述存储状态(A)中最大化并且在所述致动状态(B)中最小化。
23.根据权利要求22所述的泵压头(I),其特征在于,所述泵壳体(100)包括基部侧入口(102),所述基部侧入口能够在致动过程期间借助于阀(90)闭合,并且能够在所述泵压头从所述致动状态(B)转换到所述存储状态(A)时打开。

当所述泵压头(I)经由泵室(100)连接至所述存储容器(II)时,在所述泵室(100)与所述存储容器(II)之间设置有密封件(80)。
27.根据权利要求1-14中的任一项所述的泵压头(I),其特征在于,所述头部部分(10)能够包括抗菌材料。
28.一种计量装置,其包括连接到存储容器(II)的根据前述权利要求中的一项的泵压头(I)。
29.根据权利要求28所述的计量装置,其特征在于,所述存储容器(II)被构造为挤压瓶或刚性容器。
30.根据权利要求28或29所述的计量装置,其特征在于,所述存储容器(II)包括内袋(200),所述内袋(200)相对于所述泵压头(I)被密闭地密封。
