Abstract
Description
本明細書で使用する場合、「単位用量送達システム」は、入口要素、出口要素、側壁、及び分配表面を含み、組成物の用量を量り分け消費者に組成物を送達する組成物分配装置の部分である。
本発明の組成物分配装置は、単位用量送達システム及び圧縮性容器を含む。流動性のある組成物が内部に含有され組成物分配装置から分配される。図1は、単位用量送達システム10を含む、本発明の組成物分配装置の一実施形態である。入口要素20及び出口要素30、側壁50及び60、並びに分配表面70を含む単位用量送達システムを図1に示す。図1に示す単位用量送達システムは、組成物が入口開口部90を通って用量チャンバ80内に流入できる位置にある。この位置は休止位置及び/又は貯蔵位置でもある。これは組成物が分配中でないとき、単位用量送達システムがとどまる位置である。図1に示すように、出口要素30は側壁60で有効に封止され、入口要素は側壁50で封止されず、組成物が入口開口部90を介して入口要素20を通って流れることを可能にする。図2は、圧縮性容器100及び単位用量送達システム110を例示する。機械的な連結150が、入口要素120と出口要素130との間に示される。図2に示すこの実施形態の単位用量送達システムは、バネ要素140を更に含む。このバネ要素は、組成物が単位用量送達システムから分配された後、入口要素120及び出口要素130を休止位置に戻すことができる。図3に示す別の実施形態では、出口要素230と入口要素220との間の機械的な連結は、バネ要素260である。

この用量及び封止試験方法は、一貫した単位用量及び有効な封止を評価するために使用される手順を捕らえる。

Claims (15)
- 組成物分配装置であって、
(a)圧縮性容器と、
(b)入口要素、出口要素、側壁、及び用量チャンバを含む単位用量送達システムと、
(c)分配開口部と、を含み、
前記出口要素の前記入口要素に対する直線的な動きの比率が、約1以下である、組成物分配装置。 - 前記装置が、分配表面を更に含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記分配表面が、凹面である、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記分配表面が、凸面である、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、分配要素を更に含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、分配装置を更に含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記容器が、ヘッドスペースを更に含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、少なくとも1つのエアチェックバルブを更に含む、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記エアチェックバルブが、熱可塑性エラストマーを含む、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記単位用量送達システムが、バネを更に含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記単位用量送達システムが、前記入口要素と前記出口要素との間の前記側壁上に少なくとも1つの突出部を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記直線的な動きの比率が、約0〜約1である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記直線的な動きの比率が、約1である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 組成物の単位用量を送達する方法であって、
(a)流動性のある組成物を含有する圧縮性容器を握ることと、
(b)入口要素、出口要素、及び側壁を含み、前記入口要素及び前記出口要素は互いに機械的に連結され、更に、前記入口要素及び前記出口要素は、前記側壁に係合することよって封止を形成する用量チャンバを前記流動性のある組成物で充填することと、
(c)前記入口要素及び前記出口要素を前記流動性のある組成物と共に動かすことと、
(d)前記入口要素の前記側壁との前記封止を係合すると同時に又は係合した後に、前記出口要素の前記側壁との前記封止を解除することと、
(e)前記流動性のある組成物を分配開口部を通して分配すること、を含む方法。 - 組成物分配装置であって、
(a)圧縮性容器と、
(b)熱可塑性エラストマーを含む少なくとも1つのエアチェックバルブと、
(c)分配開口部と、を含み、
前記エアチェックバルブは、前記分配装置に一体的に配置される、組成物分配装置。
