本发明属于火电厂烟气脱硫除尘净化技术领域,尤其涉及一种火电厂转角式烟道+塔内喷雾脱硫除尘一体化系统。
背景技术
随着环保要求的日益严格,燃煤电厂污染物排放标准一提再提,目前全国火电厂要求烟气污染物排放达到超低排放标准。河北省在超低排放的基础上要求达到深度减排标准。
目前超低排放改造中,脱硫效率需达到99%以上,除尘效率需达到99.99%,为达到此效率,现阶段采用的方法主要抬高吸收塔,增加吸收塔喷淋层,采用单塔双循环,双塔双循环,新增吸收塔内气流均布装置,塔后新增湿式静电除尘器等改造方式,这些方式占地面积大,改造难点大,改造工程量大,投资高,改造完成后运行能耗高,系统复杂,不利于系统稳定运行。
有鉴于上述缺陷,本设计人,针对上述缺陷进行研究创新,以期设计一种改造占用空间小、阻力小、能耗小、投资小、运行稳定、反应充分的火电厂转角式烟道+塔内喷雾脱硫除尘一体化系统,从而达到脱硫除尘系统节能降耗的目的。

本发明的目的是提供一种具有高脱硫效率,高除尘效率,占地面积小,投资省,运行能耗低,系统简单,运行稳定的火电厂转角式烟道+塔内喷雾脱硫除尘一体化系统。
本发明提供了一种火电厂转角式烟道+塔内喷雾脱硫除尘一体化系统,包括机械高效雾化喷嘴、烟道冲洗系统、脱硫吸收塔、吸收塔入口烟道、喷雾浆液循环泵、侧向旋转雾化喷淋层、垂直雾化喷淋层、离心式高效除尘除雾器、脱硫吸收塔氧化浆液池及石灰石新鲜浆液输送管路;
脱硫吸收塔的底部设有脱硫吸收塔氧化浆液池,脱硫吸收塔的侧壁上设有进烟口,吸收塔入口烟道与进烟口以一定角度相连,吸收塔入口烟道内布置若干机械高效雾化喷嘴,机械高效雾化喷嘴的浆液由喷雾浆液循环泵从脱硫吸收塔氧化浆液池供浆,吸收塔入口烟道底部设有入口烟道冲洗系统,吸收塔入口烟道进烟口上方设有侧向旋转雾化喷淋层,侧向旋转雾化喷淋层上方布置有垂直雾化喷淋层,垂直雾化喷淋层上部设有离心式高效除尘除雾器,石灰石新鲜浆液通过石灰石新鲜浆液输送管路补充到喷雾浆液循环泵的泵出口管道。

借由上述方案,通过火电厂转角式烟道+塔内喷雾脱硫除尘一体化系统,能够解决火电厂燃煤硫分高、灰分高,二氧化硫及烟尘排放浓度高的超低排放问题,可以有效降低湿法脱硫液气比,减少浆液循环泵流量,进而实现节能降耗的目的,同时提高脱硫、除尘系统超低排放环保要求下的达标稳定性,具有改造占用空间小,系统阻力小、能耗小、投资小、运行稳定、反应充分的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
参图1、图2所示,本实施例提供了一种火电厂转角式烟道+塔内喷雾脱硫除尘一体化系统,包括机械高效雾化喷嘴1、烟道冲洗系统2、脱硫吸收塔3、吸收塔入口烟道4、喷雾浆液循环泵5、侧向旋转雾化喷淋层6、垂直雾化喷淋层7、离心式高效除尘除雾器8、脱硫吸收塔氧化浆液池9及石灰石新鲜浆液输送管路10;
脱硫吸收塔3的底部设有脱硫吸收塔氧化浆液池9,脱硫吸收塔3的侧壁上设有进烟口,吸收塔入口烟道4与进烟口以一定角度相连,吸收塔入口烟道4内布置若干机械高效雾化喷嘴1,机械高效雾化喷嘴1的浆液由喷雾浆液循环泵5从脱硫吸收塔氧化浆液池9供浆,吸收塔入口烟道4底部设有入口烟道冲洗系统2,吸收塔入口烟道4进烟口上方设有侧向旋转雾化喷淋层6,侧向旋转雾化喷淋层6上方布置有垂直雾化喷淋层7,垂直雾化喷淋层7上部设有离心式高效除尘除雾器8,石灰石新鲜浆液通过石灰石新鲜浆液输送管路10补充到喷雾浆液循环泵5的泵出口管道。
本实施例提供的火电厂转角式烟道+塔内喷雾脱硫除尘一体化系统,其机械高效雾化喷嘴喷射的液滴与传统喷嘴相比,雾化粒径可大幅度降低,达到30-200μm,使二氧化硫吸收反应更加充分;该喷嘴布置在吸收塔入口烟道内,不新增场地,脱硫塔不需加高,也不需新增串联吸收塔;吸收塔入口烟道设置转角,烟气携带浆液每经过一次转角,都会增加湍流强度,减少烟气与液滴的短路,增大烟气与喷淋液滴的反应强度,进一步促进吸收反应发生;同时烟气以一定角度进入塔内,配合塔内以一定角度侧向喷入的雾化喷嘴,可在塔内形成气旋,提高塔内烟气停留时间及湍流强度,促进液滴吸收烟气中的SO2,增大碰撞概率,吸收烟气中的烟尘。喷淋区最上层需布置垂直向下的喷射的喷淋层,可防止烟气短路,进一步脱硫除尘。由于喷射液滴粒径较小,喷淋区上部需设置离心式高效除尘除雾器取代传统的板式除雾器,塔内流场经旋流优化后,此除雾器除尘效果可大幅度提高,除雾器内的烟气经过曲线叶片时由垂直向上流动转变为向上旋流,烟气中夹带的粉尘、雾滴会在离心力作用下被甩到壁面,从烟气中被分离出来,经过叶轮边缘布置的排污槽排放到脱硫塔浆液池内,达到净化烟气,脱除烟尘和雾滴的目的,保证除尘除雾效果。
同时喷淋液滴雾化粒径的大幅度降低,可降低喷淋浆液总量,进而降低浆液循环泵电耗;系统的整体逆流喷淋碰撞区减少,而且不需要湿式静电除尘器及气流均布装置,不需串联塔,减少喷淋层数量,系统阻力可大幅度降低,因此,该火电厂转角式烟道+塔内喷雾脱硫除尘一体化系统具有改造占用空间小,系统阻力小、能耗小、投资小、运行稳定、反应充分的特点。
在本实施例中,喷雾浆液循环泵5流量为常规喷淋层浆液循环泵流量的10%-40%,总的液气比为1.5-8.0。
在本实施例中,吸收塔入口烟道4为U型结构。
在本实施例中,侧向旋转雾化喷淋层6采用所述机械高效雾化喷嘴1,机械高效雾化喷嘴1的数量根据脱硫吸收塔3塔径及脱硫效率要求确定,机械高效雾化喷嘴1沿脱硫吸收塔3以一定角度布置,与脱硫吸收塔3塔壁切线呈30°-75°侧向喷入。
在本实施例中,侧向旋转雾化喷淋层6的布置层数根据烟气条件确定。
在本实施例中,侧向旋转雾化喷淋层6的层数为1-3层。
在本实施例中,垂直雾化喷淋层7采用机械高效雾化喷嘴1垂直向下喷淋,喷淋覆盖率>500%。
在本实施例中,机械高效雾化喷嘴1喷射液滴雾化粒径为30-200μm,烟道内与塔内联合脱硫除尘。
在本实施例中,离心式高效除尘除雾器8为结构为管束式,内部设有高旋低阻叶片,对粒径大于2μm的液滴去除率大于99%。经离心式高效除尘除雾器(8)后,烟气中液滴含量<15mg/Nm3,烟尘含量<5mg/Nm3。
在本实施例中,吸收塔入口烟道4内的机械高效雾化喷嘴1、侧向旋转雾化喷淋层6、垂直雾化喷淋层7构成的内部喷淋系统总阻力<500Pa,离心式高效除尘除雾器8阻力<300Pa,一体化系统总阻力<1000Pa。
火电厂烟气通过设有转角的吸收塔入口烟道4进入脱硫吸收塔3,高速烟气与机械高效雾化喷嘴1喷射的液滴充分接触,脱除烟气中的二氧化硫,每一次转弯都增加湍流强度,使二氧化硫的吸收反应速率更快,提高脱硫效率,减少烟气与液滴的短路,通过该结构,仅烟道处最高的脱硫效率可达90%。同时烟气以一定角度进入塔内,配合塔内以一定角度侧向喷入的雾化喷嘴,可在塔内形成气旋,提高塔内烟气停留时间及湍流强度,促进液滴吸收烟气中的SO2,增大碰撞概率,吸收烟气中的烟尘。喷淋区最上层布置垂直向下喷射的喷淋层,防止烟气短路,进一步脱硫除尘。由于喷射液滴粒径较小,喷淋区上部设置离心式高效除尘除雾器8取代传统的板式除雾器,塔内流场经旋流优化后,此除雾器除尘效果可大幅度提高,除雾器内的烟气经过曲线叶片时由垂直向上流动转变为向上旋流,烟气中夹带的粉尘、雾滴会在离心力作用下被甩到壁面,从烟气中被分离出来,经过叶轮边缘布置的排污槽排放到脱硫塔浆液池内,达到净化烟气,脱除烟尘和雾滴的目的,保证除尘除雾效果,达到深度减排要求,最终通过烟囱排入大气。
吸收塔补充新鲜浆液通过喷雾浆液循环泵5,以期达到更高的反应速度,更快的变负荷变浓度响应时间。
吸收塔入口烟道4全程设置一定倾斜角度,以便较少在吸收塔底部沉积,并在底部设置入口烟道冲洗系统2,冲洗液取自喷雾浆液循环泵5,进一步较少烟道底部沉积,减小烟道堵塞风险。
该火电厂转角式烟道+塔内喷雾脱硫除尘一体化系统的工作原理如下:
雾化喷嘴喷淋粒径小,增加气液接触概率,防止烟气的逃逸和短路。当有烟气不与脱硫浆液接触时,这部分烟气不会参与反应。传统的喷淋技术为了保证逆向洗涤,喷淋雾滴必须足够大才能落下洗涤,液滴之间形成空隙,造成烟气局部短路,效率低下。喷雾技术则大幅度提高反应概率,减少烟气逃逸。气液反应速度与气液相间的相对速度的0.5次方成正比,高速喷雾相比于喷淋反应,气液相对速度相差近10倍,喷雾脱硫反应几乎瞬间完成。在工业应用中,烟道中烟气速度达到10m/s以上,气液相对速度更高,反应速度更快,完全可以在烟道内完成脱硫反应。喷雾反应相对于喷淋反应,效率高,反应速度快,液气比小,但喷雾区域内仍然有喷雾死区,烟气短路逃逸,最好的解决方法是利用烟气拐弯、折返时进行烟气与雾滴的混合。对混合后的烟气继续喷雾脱硫。同时烟气以一定角度进入塔内,配合塔内以一定角度侧向喷入的雾化喷嘴,可在塔内形成气旋,提高塔内烟气停留时间及湍流强度,促进液滴吸收烟气中的SO2,增大碰撞概率,吸收烟气中的烟尘。喷淋区最上层布置垂直向下的喷射的喷淋层,防止烟气短路,进一步脱硫除尘。由于喷射液滴粒径较小,喷淋区上部设置离心式高效除尘除雾器取代传统的板式除雾器,塔内流场经旋流优化后,此除雾器除尘效果可大幅度提高。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,并不用于限制本发明,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型,这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种火电厂转角式烟道+塔内喷雾脱硫除尘一体化系统,其特征在于,包括机械高效雾化喷嘴(1)、烟道冲洗系统(2)、脱硫吸收塔(3)、吸收塔入口烟道(4)、喷雾浆液循环泵(5)、侧向旋转雾化喷淋层(6)、垂直雾化喷淋层(7)、离心式高效除尘除雾器(8)、脱硫吸收塔氧化浆液池(9)及石灰石新鲜浆液输送管路(10);
所述脱硫吸收塔(3)的底部设有所述脱硫吸收塔氧化浆液池(9),所述脱硫吸收塔(3)的侧壁上设有进烟口,所述吸收塔入口烟道(4)与进烟口以一定角度相连,所述吸收塔入口烟道(4)内布置若干所述机械高效雾化喷嘴(1),所述机械高效雾化喷嘴(1)的浆液由所述喷雾浆液循环泵(5)从所述脱硫吸收塔氧化浆液池(9)供浆,所述吸收塔入口烟道(4)底部设有所述入口烟道冲洗系统(2),所述吸收塔入口烟道(4)进烟口上方设有所述侧向旋转雾化喷淋层(6),所述侧向旋转雾化喷淋层(6)上方布置有所述垂直雾化喷淋层(7),所述垂直雾化喷淋层(7)上部设有所述离心式高效除尘除雾器(8),石灰石新鲜浆液通过所述石灰石新鲜浆液输送管路(10)补充到所述喷雾浆液循环泵(5)的泵出口管道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的火电厂转角式烟道+塔内喷雾脱硫除尘一体化系统,其特征在于,所述喷雾浆液循环泵(5)流量为常规喷淋层浆液循环泵流量的10%-40%,总的液气比为1.5-8.0。
3.根据权利要求1所述的火电厂转角式烟道+塔内喷雾脱硫除尘一体化系统,其特征在于,所述吸收塔入口烟道(4)为U型结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的火电厂转角式烟道+塔内喷雾脱硫除尘一体化系统,其特征在于,所述侧向旋转雾化喷淋层(6)采用所述机械高效雾化喷嘴(1),所述机械高效雾化喷嘴(1)的数量根据脱硫吸收塔(3)塔径及脱硫效率要求确定,所述机械高效雾化喷嘴(1)沿所述脱硫吸收塔(3)以一定角度布置,与脱硫吸收塔(3)塔壁切线呈30°-75°侧向喷入。
5.根据权利要求4所述的火电厂转角式烟道+塔内喷雾脱硫除尘一体化系统,其特征在于,所述侧向旋转雾化喷淋层(6)的布置层数根据烟气条件确定。
6.根据权利要求5所述的火电厂转角式烟道+塔内喷雾脱硫除尘一体化系统,其特征在于,所述侧向旋转雾化喷淋层(6)的层数为1-3层。
7.根据权利要求4所述的火电厂转角式烟道+塔内喷雾脱硫除尘一体化系统,其特征在于,所述垂直雾化喷淋层(7)采用机械高效雾化喷嘴(1)垂直向下喷淋,喷淋覆盖率>500%。
8.根据权利要求7所述的火电厂转角式烟道+塔内喷雾脱硫除尘一体化系统,其特征在于,所述机械高效雾化喷嘴(1)喷射液滴雾化粒径为30-200μm。
9.根据权利要求8所述的火电厂转角式烟道+塔内喷雾脱硫除尘一体化系统,其特征在于,所述离心式高效除尘除雾器(8)为结构为管束式,内部设有高旋低阻叶片,对粒径大于2μm的液滴去除率大于99%。
10.根据权利要求9所述的火电厂转角式烟道+塔内喷雾脱硫除尘一体化系统,其特征在于,所述吸收塔入口烟道(4)内的机械高效雾化喷嘴(1)、侧向旋转雾化喷淋层(6)、垂直雾化喷淋层(7)构成的内部喷淋系统总阻力<500Pa,所述离心式高效除尘除雾器(8)阻力<300Pa,所述一体化系统总阻力<1000Pa。
