[0002]企业生产过程中,燃料燃烧和生产工艺过程中产生各种含有污染物的气体,如果直接排入大气,将会污染空气,影响人类及动植物的生命安全。特别是其中的粉尘和硫化物,危害十分严重。
[0003]目前的烟气脱硫装置为单向通道,适用于含硫量较低的烟气净化,当烟气中的含硫量较高时,为满足排放要求,通常需要串联两个或多个脱硫装置,而多个脱硫装置造成占地面积增大、投资成本高,能耗高。
[0004]常规的湿法脱硫系统在脱硫的同时,具有一定的除尘效果,然而其除尘功能有限,出口粉尘往往难以达标,为此,通常在上游降低脱硫吸收塔入口粉尘浓度,或者在下游增加单独的除尘系统,这两种方式都需要增加额外用地,导致占地面积大,投资费用高。

[0021]如图1所示,本烟气脱硫除尘一体装置包括塔体,塔体底部设有浆液池10,浆液池10上方设有并列的第一塔体5、第二塔体24,第一塔体5、第二塔体24形成U形结构,两者底部均与浆液池10相通,第一塔体5内设置前脱硫区,第二塔体24内设置后脱硫除尘区,烟气入口 2设置在第一塔体5上端,烟气出口 23设置在第二塔体24上端。
[0022]第一塔体5由上到下依次设置第一喷淋层1、第一通道挡板3、第二喷淋层4、第二通道挡板11,第一喷淋层1、第二喷淋层4通过第一循环栗6连接浆液池10;第一通道挡板3、第二通道挡板11上表面设置为坡面,坡面的低点与内侧塔壁之间留出烟气通过口,坡面的倾角小于30° ο设置两层挡板,烟气首先沿第一通道挡板3的坡面前进,通过烟气通过口进入下方,再沿第二通道挡板11的坡面前进,通过两层挡板及坡面,延长了烟气经过的时间,从而增强了脱硫效果。
[0023]第二塔体24由下到上依次设置空心球填料层15、入口除雾器16、第一旋流板17、第三喷淋层18、第二旋流板19、第四喷淋层20、水膜除尘层21及出口除雾器22,通过入口除雾器16降低烟气的总含固量,出口除雾器22降低液滴排放浓度,气流通过旋流板产生旋转和离心运动,吸收液形成薄液层,与旋转向上的气流形成旋转和离心的效果,喷成细小液滴,甩向塔壁,进一步降低烟气中的含硫及含尘量。第三喷淋层18、第四喷淋层20通过第二循环栗14连接浆液池10。
[0024]浆液池10两侧分别设置第一搅拌器8、第二搅拌器12,搅拌器为叶轮搅拌,防止硫化物沉淀。浆液池10还连接浆液补充管13、排放管9及脱硫剂补充管7,可根据情况补充脱硫剂及新鲜浆液。

[0026]烟气首先进入前脱硫区,由烟气入口 2进入第一塔体5,并依次沿第一通道挡板3、第二通道挡板11坡面向下,第一喷淋层1、第二喷淋层4喷出浆液,吸收烟气中的SO2、SO3后落入下方的浆液池10中。
[0027]烟气经第一塔体5脱硫后进入第二塔体24的后脱硫区,依次经空心球填料层15、入口除雾器16降低烟气的总含固量,第一旋流板17、第三喷淋层18、第二旋流板19、第四喷淋层20、水膜除尘层21进一步去除烟气中的S02、S03及尘粒,出口除雾器22降低液滴排放浓度,经净化后的烟气由烟气出口 23排出。

1.一种烟气脱硫除尘一体装置,包括塔体,塔体底部设有浆液池(10),其特征在于:浆液池(10)上方设有并列的第一塔体(5)、第二塔体(24),第一塔体(5)由上到下依次设置第一喷淋层(I)、第一通道挡板(3)、第二喷淋层(4)、第二通道挡板(11),第一喷淋层(1)、第二喷淋层(4)通过第一循环栗(6)连接浆液池(10),烟气入口(2)设置在第一塔体(5)上端;第二塔体(24)由下到上依次设置空心球填料层(15)、入口除雾器(16)、第一旋流板(17)、第三喷淋层(18)、第二旋流板(19)、第四喷淋层(20)、水膜除尘层(21)及出口除雾器(22),第三喷淋层(18)、第四喷淋层(20)通过第二循环栗(14)连接浆液池(10),第二塔体(24)上端设置烟气出口(23)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烟气脱硫除尘一体装置,其特征在于:所述的第一通道挡板(3)、第二通道挡板(11)上表面设置为坡面,坡面的低点与内侧塔壁之间留出烟气通过口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的烟气脱硫除尘一体装置,其特征在于:所述坡面的倾角小于30。。
4.根据权利要求1所述的烟气脱硫除尘一体装置,其特征在于:所述的浆液池(10)两侧分别设置第一搅拌器(8)、第二搅拌器(12)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的烟气脱硫除尘一体装置,其特征在于:所述的浆液池(10)连接楽液补充管(13)及排放管(9)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的烟气脱硫除尘一体装置,其特征在于:所述的浆液池(10)设有脱硫剂补充管(7)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的烟气脱硫除尘一体装置,其特征在于:所述的第一塔体(5)、第二塔体(24)形成U形结构。
