Abstract
本发明是防治血糖血压血脂三高疾病的主食食品,名称为方便常食的降糖降压降脂食物加工产品,主要目的是为广大三高患者和无病人群专门设计的防治主食产品,可在日常生活中食用自然获得防治三高病的效果。主要采用主食物大米、玉米、小米、三角麦增加食药两用的淮山药、燕麦、灵芝、芹菜、木耳、绿豆、枸杞子、甜辣椒等食物包装、加工成传统的粥、饭、粉丝、面条等食品产品供应市场,适宜广大用户选用。

技术领域:本发明是方便常食的降糖降压降脂食物加工产品,属食用产品领域。
背景技术:由于生活方式的改变、饮食含糖、油脂高的甜品的增多,致使一部分人肥胖起来并患上糖尿病、高血压、高血脂,有关降低血糖血压血脂的专用食物也随之应运而生,但可作为主食来食用的降糖降压降脂产品目前还很少见,本发明便是填补这一空白的主食产品之一。
发明内容:本发明采用经千百万人研究试验并长期食用证明具有营养降糖作用的燕麦、小米、淮山药、苦瓜粉辅于主食大米、玉米、小麦组合制成粥品、饭品、粉条、粉丝、面条、浆水等常规食品供应市场,让患者自行选购食用,在日常正常的生活饭食中,自然而然地治好糖尿病或控制血糖不上升,无病者又可预防生病,一举多得,即营养了身体又防治了糖尿病。还有降血压降血脂的配方也一同提供。
具体实施方式:为了实现发明目的,具体分为多种方案实施:方案一是组合包装降糖粥饭包,其特征是:采用内纸袋外薄膜袋双层包装干燕麦3份、干小米2份、干淮山片1.5份、干苦瓜片0.5份、大米1份、碎玉米1份、去皮小麦1份、均为重量计量包装封口贴上标签,小袋每袋1公斤或1市斤,大袋每袋10-50市斤。贴上商标和专利申请号。
方案二其特征是:按重量计量采用食品包装袋装燕麦粉3份、小米粉2份、淮山粉1.5份、大米粉1份、小麦粉1份、玉米粉1份、苦瓜粉0.5份,包装封口为成品,大小袋份量随便选择。
方案三其特征是:按份量计算采用第一方案配比加水一倍用压力锅煮30分钟以上出锅装易拉罐为成品,或减少水量三分之一煮蒸成食用饭,包装成盒饭成品,装量参照现有的市售的八宝粥和盒装饭,自热粥饭包装为标准,贴上标签和申请号。
方案四其特征是:按方案二的份量配比将粉加水1-3倍搅成浆水状加热熟化排出搅拌机装软盒为成品,份量包装参照现市售的谷粒多盒装为标准。贴上商标和专利申请号上市出售。
方案五其特征是:按方案二的配比粉量,加水30%至100%搅拌机搅拌成粉团放入自熟米粉压榨机压出粉丝或粉条,经烘干或太阳晒干,包装或光身扎成粉扎,其包装和粉扎重量参照市售粉丝粉条包装量为准。
方案六其特征是:按方案二的配比份量,加水30%-100%,搅拌机搅拌成面团,放入压面条的机器中压制成面条经烘干凉干或晒干,包装成1斤、2斤至10斤不同份量的扎面快食面,贴上降糖面条标签和专利申请号上市销售。以上六个方案中的配料苦瓜可以换用灵芝、枸杞子效果会更好。但价格比较高是其缺点,一般人群吃不起。
方案七其特征是:降血压的食物配方有芹菜干片1份、灵芝干片1份、绿豆3份、玉米3份、大米2份均按重量配。原料包装1-50斤为成品,贴上标签和专利申请号出售。可按前述三、四、五、六的制作方案制成粥、饭、粉、粉丝、粉条、面条,包装食品出售。
