The following is a detailed description of a cultivation method for rapid propagation of lawn provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
A cultivation method for lawn rapid propagation comprises the following steps:
(1) cultivating a lawn mother grass garden: a. selecting a nursery land: removing impurities from vegetable garden land and then arranging the vegetable garden land into a seeding box bed; it should be noted that, in the present embodiment, in view of convenient operation, the seeding box bed is preferably a rectangular bed body with a width of 1.2m and a length of 2 m; in addition, considering that the substrate is rich in nutrition and beneficial to the growth of grass, and further selecting a vegetable garden with fertile and loose soil; in order to thoroughly decontaminate the vegetable garden field, which provides more space and nutrition for growing grass, the decontamination includes removing weeds and grass roots in the soil on the vegetable garden field.
b. The grass source is: cutting the creeping branches and the rhizomes of the adiantum capillus-veneris into first stem sections serving as seedlings; considering that the sprouting of new buds is facilitated, and the shortage of nutrition and growth space caused by excessive buds is avoided, 2-3 buds are reserved in the first stem section; considering that the first stem segment can be promoted to rapidly germinate adventitious roots, further, the first stem segment is soaked in 100 mg/L of naphthylacetic acid aqueous solution for 1h for standby.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the pseudostellaria yunnanensis is used as a grass seed, the rhizome is slender, the stem is soft and flexible, the stem grows through creeping on the ground, the internode tightly attached to the ground grows into an adventitious root, the vitality and the fertility are strong, the environment is not selected, and the pseudostellaria yunnanensis grows everywhere on a ridge, a roadside and a hillside. In this embodiment, considering that the operation of cutting the stolons and rhizomes of the halenia ciliata into stem segments is more convenient, the soil at the root of the halenia ciliata is removed.
c. Stem section broadcasting: after the first stem segment is sowed on the sowing box bed, a layer of soil is further sowed to cover the first stem segment, and it should be noted that in the embodiment, the step is favorable for further promoting rooting and sprouting; in the step, the particle size of the soil is preferably 0.4-0.6cm, and the thickness is preferably 1.2-1.6cm, so that the soil can be in contact with the seedlings more fully, and rooting is promoted; subsequently, in order to bring the first stem section into closer contact with the soil, the soil surface is further tapped with a shovel; then, considering that the seedlings are flooded due to excessive water application, an electric sprayer is further used for spraying a layer of atomized water on the soil surface to preserve moisture and promote growth.
d. Seedbed management: in order to meet the requirement of the first stem section for rooting on moisture, further, spraying water for 1-2 times every day within 5 days after the first stem section is broadcast, and further, spraying water to wet bed soil every time in order to avoid flooding roots caused by excessive moisture; then, in order to better promote the first stem section to take root, further spraying a rooting solution every 2-3 days to promote the rootstocks to generate adventitious roots and adventitious buds; after the sprouts germinate, in order to supplement nutrients and promote the growth of the grass seedlings, further spraying nutrient solution every 5 to 7 days;
in the embodiment, the rooting solution comprises 40-60 mg/L of synergized ketone, 10-30 mg/L of naphthylacetic acid and 5-15 mg/L of indolacetic acid; the inventor creatively discovers that the rooting solution prepared by adopting the components and the proportion thereof has excellent rooting effect and can lead the seedling to take root with obvious synergistic effect; the nutrient solution comprises 900-1100 mg/L urea, 180-220 mg/L monopotassium phosphate, 90-110 mg/L magnesium sulfate, 40-60 mg/L synergistic ketone, 10-30 mg/L gibberellin and 10-30 mg/L naphthylacetic acid; the inventor creatively discovers that the nutrient solution prepared by adopting the components and the proportion thereof has excellent effect of promoting the growth of grass seedlings and can enable the growth of seedlings to show obvious synergistic effect.
In order to achieve better root and growth promotion effects, the mass concentration of the synergistic ketone is 50 mg/L, the mass concentration of the naphthylacetic acid is 20 mg/L, and the mass concentration of the indoleacetic acid is 10 mg/L; the mass concentration of urea is 1000 mg/L, the mass concentration of monopotassium phosphate is 200 mg/L, the mass concentration of magnesium sulfate is 100 mg/L, the mass concentration of synergistic ketone is 50 mg/L, the mass concentration of gibberellin is 20 mg/L, and the mass concentration of naphthylacetic acid is 20 mg/L.
It should be noted that, after the mother grass garden is cultivated and constructed, the seed source is used for producing the lawn while breeding.
(2) Expanding propagation production: a. preparing matrix soil: in the embodiment, considering that the matrix soil needs to be loose, is breathable, has comprehensive and rich nutrients, and can retain water and fertilizer, further, the garden soil, the leaf mold and the turf are mixed according to the mass ratio of 5: 3: 2 mixing to form matrix soil; in order to enable the soil particles of the matrix soil to be in closer contact with the stem segments and be beneficial to rooting, the matrix soil is further sieved by a sieve with the aperture of 0.5-1 cm. Then removing impurities from the matrix soil for later use. In this example, in order to reduce the weed removal work during the lawn maintenance period, the substrate soil was watered 10 days earlier to sufficiently remove moisture, and the weeds on the surface of the substrate soil layer were promoted to germinate, emerge, grow and then eradicate.
b. Preparing a straw curtain: weaving dry straws into a straw mat; it should be noted that, in this embodiment, considering that the dry straw is a waste after harvesting local rice, and is used as a straw mat, the waste can be utilized, and the local materials are used, the resources are rich, the formation is fast after the lawn is transplanted, the soil organic matter can be increased after the lawn is decomposed in situ, and the growth of the lawn is facilitated; in the embodiment, for convenience of operation management and lawn transportation, the length of the grass curtain is set to be 1.2-1.5m, and the width is set to be 60-80 cm; considering that the straw can be saved and the transportation is convenient, further, the thickness of the straw mat is 1.5-2 cm.
c. Preparing lawn seedlings: shoveling the turf of the lawn grass garden together with roots, removing soil on the roots, shearing the glulon and the rootstock into second stem sections with 2-3 knots, and soaking the second stem sections in a 100/L naphthylacetic acid aqueous solution for 1 hour for later use.
