Abstract

本发明公开了一种羊毛织物的聚氨酯整理方法,包括定型剂处理液的配置和羊毛织物整理两步骤。本发明的定型剂处理液中不仅包含水性聚氨酯,还包括还原剂亚硫酸钠和氢键破坏试剂,利用醇胺的小分子和聚氨酯大分子与羊毛纤维的表面基团交联,提高整理织物的定性效果,与现有技术中的单独水性聚氨酯整理相比,面料的褶裥保形性能得到提高。

一种羊毛织物的聚氨酯整理方法
技术领域
本发明属于面料整理技术领域,具体涉及一种羊毛织物的聚氨酯整理方法。
背景技术
国际上对可机洗、可转筒烘干、少熨烫和抗褶裥的产品成为易护理产品。具有已护理标志的羊毛服装在市场上具有很高的竞争力。作为易护理的羊毛服装,首先要解决的是织物在机洗过程中的毡缩现象,其次,烘干后织物表面平整,而且还需要对一定固有的褶裥具有保形性。然而,羊毛纤维的鳞片层结构以及纤维湿膨胀性决定了羊毛面料的易毡缩、定型难以保持的缺陷。
非氯的羊毛抗毡缩整理技术已经成为羊毛防缩整理的发展趋势,聚氨酯具有良好的成膜性、亲水性和柔软的手感,并且成膜具有较好的弹性,因此广泛应用于纺织品的后整理中。但是,单独的水性聚氨酯处理织物,织物中羊毛纤维的抗毡缩性能得到改善,但是聚氨酯大分子主要沉积在纤维表面,未进入纤维内部,不影响纤维的晶区结构,整理后织物制成的面料服用过程中表现为纤维的褶裥保形性能较差。
因此,有必要对现有技术中的羊毛针织物的聚氨酯整理方法进行优化。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种羊毛织物的聚氨酯整理方法,通过在整理液中加入包含还原剂的拆键剂,得到复合的聚氨酯后整理效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种羊毛织物的聚氨酯整理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将水溶性聚氨酯、醇胺、亚硫酸钠、氢键破坏试剂和具有巯基的有机酸充分溶解于蒸馏水中,制得定型剂处理液;
S2:将羊毛织物置于定型剂处理液中,室温浸渍5~10min,浸轧处理至轧余率60~70%,将浸轧后的织物平铺,用定型设备于130~140℃压烫,在烘箱中90~100℃焙烘2~3min;
其中,定型剂处理液中醇胺与蒸馏水的体积比为(3~5):100,定型剂处理液中亚硫酸钠的重量百分比为3~7%,有机酸的重量百分比为1.5~4%,水溶性聚氨酯的重量百分比为4~8%。
优选的技术方案为,氢键破坏试剂为选自尿素、甲酰胺、盐酸胍、氢氧化钠中的一种或两种以上的组合。
优选的技术方案为,醇胺为选自单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、二甘醇胺、二异丙醇胺、N-甲基二乙醇胺中的一种或两种以上的组合。
优选的技术方案为,水溶性聚氨酯的分子量为6000~20000。
优选的技术方案为,具有巯基的有机酸为选自巯基乙酸、巯基丁二酸、巯基琥珀酸、二巯基丁二酸、3-巯基丙酸中的一种或两种以上的组合。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:
本发明的定型剂处理液中不仅包含水性聚氨酯,还包括还原剂亚硫酸钠和氢键破坏试剂,利用醇胺的小分子和聚氨酯大分子与羊毛纤维的表面基团交联,提高整理织物的定性效果,与现有技术中的单独水性聚氨酯整理相比,面料的褶裥保形性能得到提高。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
实施例1羊毛织物的聚氨酯整理方法包括以下步骤:
S1:将水溶性聚氨酯、醇胺、亚硫酸钠、氢键破坏试剂和具有巯基的有机酸充分溶解于蒸馏水中,制得定型剂处理液;
S2:将羊毛织物置于定型剂处理液中,室温浸渍5min,浸轧处理至轧余率70%,将浸轧后的织物平铺,用定型设备于130℃压烫,在烘箱中100℃焙烘2min;
其中,定型剂处理液中醇胺与蒸馏水的体积比为1:20,定型剂处理液中亚硫酸钠的重量百分比为3%,有机酸的重量百分比为4%,水溶性聚氨酯的重量百分比为4%。
氢键破坏试剂为尿素,醇胺为选自单乙醇胺。
水溶性聚氨酯的分子量为6000~20000。
具有巯基的有机酸为巯基乙酸。
实施例2
实施例2与实施例1的区别在于:
S2:将羊毛织物置于定型剂处理液中,室温浸渍10min,浸轧处理至轧余率60%,将浸轧后的织物平铺,用定型设备于140℃压烫,在烘箱中90℃焙烘3min;
其中,定型剂处理液中醇胺与蒸馏水的体积比为3:100,定型剂处理液中亚硫酸钠的重量百分比为7%,有机酸的重量百分比为1.5%,水溶性聚氨酯的重量百分比为8%。
氢键破坏试剂为甲酰胺,醇胺为N-甲基二乙醇胺中的一种或两种以上的组合。
具有巯基的有机酸为巯基琥珀酸。
实施例3
实施例3与实施例1的区别在于:
S2:将羊毛织物置于定型剂处理液中,室温浸渍7min,浸轧处理至轧余率65%,将浸轧后的织物平铺,用定型设备于135℃压烫,在烘箱中95℃焙烘2.5min;
其中,定型剂处理液中醇胺与蒸馏水的体积比为1:25,定型剂处理液中亚硫酸钠的重量百分比为5%,有机酸的重量百分比为2.5%,水溶性聚氨酯的重量百分比为6%。
氢键破坏试剂为盐酸胍。
醇胺为二甘醇胺和二异丙醇胺以重量比1:1组合而成,具有巯基的有机酸为二巯基丁二酸。
对比例
对比例基于实施例1,区别在于对比例的整理液为与实施例1相同的水性聚氨酯水溶液,不包含醇胺、亚硫酸钠、氢键破坏试剂和具有巯基的有机酸。
采用相同的羊毛织物作为试样,经过实施例和对比例的整理方法后整理,对比例和实施例所得面料均具有良好的抗毡缩性能,而实施例1-3所得面料的褶裥形态稳定或较稳定,折线清晰顺直,对比例所得面料的褶裥稳定性较差,织物经过5次水洗后,面料褶裥呈消失状。
实施例1-3中,实施例1中采用了较小分子量的氢键破坏试剂和醇胺,在聚氨酯大分子与羊毛纤维吸附后,更容易深入吸附间隙,与羊毛纤维中的-SH基团建立新的交联,使羊毛纤维获得更稳定的构型,实施例1所得面料的褶裥形态优于实施例2和实施例3。
上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种羊毛织物的聚氨酯整理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将水溶性聚氨酯、醇胺、亚硫酸钠、氢键破坏试剂和具有巯基的有机酸充分溶解于蒸馏水中,制得定型剂处理液;
S2:将羊毛织物置于定型剂处理液中,室温浸渍5~10min,浸轧处理至轧余率60~70%,将浸轧后的织物平铺,用定型设备于130~140℃压烫,在烘箱中90~100℃焙烘2~3min;
其中,定型剂处理液中醇胺与蒸馏水的体积比为(3~5):100,定型剂处理液中亚硫酸钠的重量百分比为3~7%,有机酸的重量百分比为1.5~4%,水溶性聚氨酯的重量百分比为4~8%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛织物的聚氨酯整理方法,其特征在于,氢键破坏试剂为选自尿素、甲酰胺、盐酸胍、氢氧化钠中的一种或两种以上的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛织物的聚氨酯整理方法,其特征在于,醇胺为选自单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、二甘醇胺、二异丙醇胺、N-甲基二乙醇胺中的一种或两种以上的组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛织物的聚氨酯整理方法,其特征在于,水溶性聚氨酯的分子量为6000~20000。
5.根据权利要求4所述的羊毛织物的聚氨酯整理方法,其特征在于,具有巯基的有机酸为选自巯基乙酸、巯基丁二酸、巯基琥珀酸、二巯基丁二酸、3-巯基丙酸中的一种或两种以上的组合。
