Abstract

本发明公开了一种服装用抗菌性热塑性聚氨酯网膜及制备方法,服装用抗菌性热塑性聚氨酯网膜,由以下质量份的原料制备而成:异氰酸酯20~40份,聚酯多元醇50~80份,扩链剂4~12份,复合抗菌剂10~15份,催化剂0.005~0.05份,添加剂0.2~2份,所述的复合抗菌剂为壳聚糖‑Ag+络合物。本发明具有优异的抗菌效果,以壳聚糖‑Ag+络合物作为复合抗菌剂,有机壳聚糖和无机银离子的协同作用有效增强了TPU的抗菌作用,配合各组分原料使得热塑性聚氨酯网膜不仅具备了优异的抗菌性,同时具有较好的粘合强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种热塑性聚氨酯热熔胶网膜,尤其涉及一种服装用抗菌性热塑性聚氨酯热熔胶网膜及制备方法。
背景技术
热熔胶网膜是热熔胶中比较特殊的一类胶膜,是将热熔胶熔融拉丝、铺网、成卷制备而成的网格状热熔胶产品。由于胶膜是呈网状薄膜状,可以进行任意形状的裁切,相较于固态的热熔胶加工操作更方便,可作为双面粘合衬材料被广泛应用于服装、纺织等材料的粘合。热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)胶膜粘合强度高、伸长率和回弹性好,是弹性服装领域如针织、泳衣中重要的双面粘合衬材料。近年来,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对服装自清洁、抗菌、透气等功能的要求也日益增加,开发具备抗菌性和透气性的TPU网膜作为双面粘合衬材料应用于服装领域将有很大的前景。
目前,关于制备抗菌TPU材料的报道较多,中国专利CN201611044111.8将接枝纳米银的硅烷偶联剂通过静电吸附在流延辊上,在流延过程中均匀的涂覆到TPU薄膜上从而得到纳米抗菌TPU薄膜,提高了薄膜的抗菌性、安全性以及使用寿命。中国专利CN201310157517.7将氨基葡聚糖和纳米银经原位还原首先制备成复合抗菌剂,再将其分散于多元醇中与芳香型聚氨酯的预聚物进行扩链反应,制备了可用于牙刷注塑的抗菌性热塑性聚氨酯。中国专利CN201610405483.2公开了一种医疗用的TPU薄膜,该方法是将壳聚糖和纳米银颗粒与TPU进行共混改性。
目前,用于提高TPU抗菌效果的方法主要是将无机类如银、氧化锌纳米粒子或有机类甲壳素、壳聚糖等抗菌剂引入TPU材料中进行改性处理。
但是,目前的技术存在的一个问题是,热塑性聚氨酯网膜不能兼具抗菌性和粘合性,难以满足相关领域应用的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是公开一种服装用抗菌性热塑性聚氨酯网膜及制备方法,以克服现有技术存在的缺陷。
所述的服装用抗菌性热塑性聚氨酯网膜,由以下质量份的原料制备而成:

所述的异氰酸酯为2,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(2,4’-MDI)、4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(4,4’-MDI)中的一种或两种混合物;
所述的聚酯多元醇为己二酸与二元醇反应得到的聚酯多元醇中的一种或几种的混合物,优选的,聚酯多元醇数均分子量为500~2000g/mol;
所述的扩链剂为1,2-乙二醇(EG)、1,3-丙二醇(PDO)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、1,6-己二醇(HDO)中的一种或几种的混合物;
所述的复合抗菌剂为壳聚糖-Ag+络合物;
所述的催化剂为本领域通用的催化剂,包括有机锡催化剂、羧酸钾类催化剂、有机重金属催化剂、羧酸锌、羧酸铋、钛酸酯类催化剂等,具体可参见《聚氨酯弹性体手册》(刘厚钧编著,化学工业出版社,第二版)文献的报道;
所述添加剂为本领域通用的助剂,包括抗氧剂、抗水解剂、紫外线吸收剂、光稳定剂等;
其中:抗氧剂为抗氧剂264(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚)、抗氧剂245(三乙二醇醚-二(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯),抗氧剂1024(1,2-双[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰]肼)、抗氧剂1010(四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯)、抗氧剂1076(β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯)、抗氧剂1035(硫代二乙撑双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯])、抗氧剂1098(N,N'-双-(3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰基)己二胺)等;

所述的服装用抗菌性热塑性聚氨酯网膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将壳聚糖加入质量浓度为1~5%的醋酸溶液中,在50~80℃溶解,液固分离,收集壳聚糖醋酸溶液,在氮气保护下,滴加1mol/L的氢氧化钠水溶液调节pH值为中性;30~60分钟后加入硝酸银,50~80℃恒温搅拌反应3~5小时;离心洗涤,70~80℃真空干燥24h得到壳聚糖-Ag+络合物;
壳聚糖的质量用量为浓度为1~5%的醋酸溶液的0.01~0.2倍;
硝酸银的质量用量为壳聚糖的0.01~0.1倍;
(2)将聚酯多元醇和添加剂共混加热至100~120℃,优选110℃;
二异氰酸酯加热至50~60℃,优选55℃保温,扩链剂加热至55~65℃,优选60℃;
将加热后的各原料组分经过混合进料系统以250~300kg/h的添加速率,加入到双螺杆挤出机,在双螺杆挤出机的灌注口添加催化剂,在送料口中添加壳聚糖-Ag+络合物,各个组份在螺杆中共聚反应后,经水下切粒干燥得到服装网膜用抗菌性热塑性聚氨酯。
其中,螺杆温度140~200℃,螺杆转速为80~150rpm,双螺杆长径比为40~50:1;
模头温度为130~200℃,切粒系统水温控制为0~10℃,水下切粒机的转速控制在1500~5000rpm。
本发明的服装用抗菌性热塑性聚氨酯网膜具有优异的抗菌效果,以壳聚糖-Ag+络合物作为复合抗菌剂,有机壳聚糖和无机银离子的协同作用有效增强了TPU的抗菌作用,配合各组分原料使得热塑性聚氨酯网膜不仅具备了优异的抗菌性,同时具有较好的粘合强度。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明发明的技术方案。所举示例为方便本领域技术人员更好的理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。
(1)壳聚糖-Ag+络合物的制备:
将10质量份的壳聚糖(分子量10万g/mol,脱乙酰度90%,郑州奇华顿化工产品有限公司)加入100质量份的质量浓度为3%的醋酸溶液中,在60℃恒温水浴上加热至溶解完全,得到的溶液分离,除去杂质。壳聚糖醋酸溶液在氮气保护下,添加1mol/L的氢氧化钠水溶液调节pH值为中性;30分钟后加入0.2质量份的硝酸银(苏州甫路生物科技有限公司),60℃恒温搅拌反应5小时;离心洗涤,70℃真空干燥24h得到壳聚糖-Ag+络合物,备用。
(2)服装用抗菌性热塑性聚氨酯网膜的制备:

其中,复合抗菌剂采用步骤(1)制备所得到的壳聚糖-Ag+络合物抗水解剂;
抗水解剂DCC采用南京爱里凯德化工有限公司产品;
紫外剂吸收剂UV-328采用采用巴斯夫公司的Tinuvin 328牌号产品,紫外吸收剂UV-928采用巴斯夫公司的Tinuvin 928牌号产品;
抗氧剂1010采用采用巴斯夫公司的Irganox 1010牌号产品,抗氧剂1024采用巴斯夫公司的Irganox 1024牌号产品。
实施例1
按照表1中所示实施例1的各原料组分的质量份,将聚酯多元醇和添加剂充分共混加热至110℃;二异氰酸酯加热至55℃保温;扩链剂加热至60℃保温。将加热后的各原料组分经过混合进料系统以250~300kg/h的添加速率,加入到双螺杆挤出机中,在双螺杆挤出机的灌注口添加催化剂,在送料口中添加壳聚糖-Ag+络合物,各个组份在螺杆中共聚反应后,经水下切粒干燥得到服装网膜用抗菌性热塑性聚氨酯。
其中,螺杆温度160℃,螺杆转速为80rpm,双螺杆长径比为40:1;
模头温度为150℃,切粒系统水温控制为0℃,水下切粒机的转速控制在2000rpm。
实施例2
按照表1中所示实施例2的各原料组分的质量份,将聚酯多元醇和添加剂充分共混加热至110℃;二异氰酸酯加热至55℃保温;扩链剂加热至60℃保温。将加热后的各原料组分经过混合进料系统以250~300kg/h的添加速率,加入到双螺杆挤出机中,在双螺杆挤出机的灌注口添加催化剂,在送料口中添加壳聚糖-Ag+络合物,各个组份在螺杆中共聚反应后,经水下切粒干燥得到服装网膜用抗菌性热塑性聚氨酯。
其中,螺杆温度140℃,螺杆转速为130rpm,双螺杆长径比为45:1;
模头温度为130℃,切粒系统水温控制为5℃,水下切粒机的转速控制在1500rpm。
实施例3
按照表1中所示实施例3的各原料组分的质量份,将聚酯多元醇和添加剂充分共混加热至110℃;二异氰酸酯加热至55℃保温;扩链剂加热至60℃保温。将加热后的各原料组分经过混合进料系统以250~300kg/h的添加速率,加入到双螺杆挤出机中,在双螺杆挤出机的灌注口添加催化剂,在送料口中添加壳聚糖-Ag+络合物,各个组份在螺杆中共聚反应后,经水下切粒干燥得到服装网膜用抗菌性热塑性聚氨酯。
其中,螺杆温度200℃,螺杆转速为150rpm,双螺杆长径比为40:1;
模头温度为200℃,切粒系统水温控制为0℃,水下切粒机的转速控制在1500rpm。
实施例4
按照表1中所示实施例4的各原料组分的质量份,将聚酯多元醇和添加剂充分共混加热至110℃;二异氰酸酯加热至55℃保温;扩链剂加热至60℃保温。将加热后的各原料组分经过混合进料系统以250~300kg/h的添加速率,加入到双螺杆挤出机中,在双螺杆挤出机的灌注口添加催化剂,在送料口中添加壳聚糖-Ag+络合物,各个组份在螺杆中共聚反应后,经水下切粒干燥得到服装网膜用抗菌性热塑性聚氨酯。

实施例5

对比例1
该对比例与实施例2的不同之处在于,原料列表中的壳聚糖-Ag+络合物复合抗菌剂不添加,其余原料和原料用量均与实施例2相同。

该对比例与实施例2的不同之处在于,原料列表中的壳聚糖-Ag+络合物复合抗菌剂替换为壳聚糖(郑州奇华顿化工产品有限公司),其余原料和原料用量均与实施例2相同。
将各原料组分的质量份,将聚酯多元醇和添加剂充分共混加热至110℃;二异氰酸酯加热至55℃保温;扩链剂加热至60℃保温。将加热后的各原料组分经过混合进料系统以250~300kg/h的添加速率,加入到双螺杆挤出机中,在双螺杆挤出机的灌注口添加催化剂,在送料口中添加壳聚糖,各个组份在螺杆中共聚反应后,经水下切粒干燥得到热塑性聚氨酯。
对比例4
该对比例与实施例2的不同之处在于,原料列表中的壳聚糖-Ag+络合物复合抗菌剂替换为质量比为1:1的壳聚糖和纳米银,其余原料和原料用量均与实施例2相同。
将各原料组分的质量份,将聚酯多元醇和添加剂充分共混加热至110℃;二异氰酸酯加热至55℃保温;扩链剂加热至60℃保温。将加热后的各原料组分经过混合进料系统以250~300kg/h的添加速率,加入到双螺杆挤出机中,在双螺杆挤出机的灌注口添加催化剂,在送料口中添加壳聚糖好纳米银,各个组份在螺杆中共聚反应后,经水下切粒干燥得到热塑性聚氨酯。
对示例1~5制备的热塑性聚氨酯与对比例1~4制备的热塑性聚氨酯的性能进行测定,各项性能如下表2所示,其中剥离强度检测方法:将TPU网膜热贴合于400mm宽的莱卡棉上,制成12个25mm×10cm的样条,室温条件下,采用100mm/min的拉伸速率测试3个样条的剥离强度,并得到平均数据;抗菌测试:将剩余9个25mm样条平均分成三份,一份不进行任何处理,另外两份分别进行洗涤20次和洗涤50次处理,把同等量的金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC6538菌液均匀的滴到样条上,样品和球菌接触培养一定时间后计算球菌数减少率,即抑菌率。

有表2的数据可以看出,本发明制备的服装用抗菌性热塑性聚氨酯网膜,抑菌效果高达99%,水洗50次后抑菌效果仍保持在80%左右;同时粘合性能十分优异,与莱卡棉基材粘合后,剥离强度达到32N以上。对比例1不加入任何抗菌剂制备得到的热塑性聚氨酯基本不含任何抗菌性;对比例2,对比例3分别加入纳米银、壳聚糖作为抗菌剂,在同样添加量的情况下,抗菌效果与实施例2相比,具有较大的差距;对比例4是将纳米银和壳聚糖同时作为抗菌剂加入TPU中,抗菌效果为96%,水洗50次后抗菌效果下降至58.2%,仍与实施例2存在一定差距。
因此,利用本发明公开的服装用抗菌性热塑性聚氨酯网膜,通过各种原料的相互配合使用,制备了抗菌性能、粘合强度都十分优异的热塑性聚氨酯网膜材料。

Claims (8)

1.服装用抗菌性热塑性聚氨酯网膜,其特征在于,由以下质量份的原料制备而成:
二异氰酸酯20~40份
聚酯多元醇50~80份
扩链剂4~12份
复合抗菌剂10~15份
催化剂0.005~0.05份
添加剂0.2~2份;
所述的聚酯多元醇数均分子量为500~2000g/mol;
所述的复合抗菌剂为壳聚糖-Ag+络合物;
所述的服装用抗菌性热塑性聚氨酯网膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将壳聚糖加入醋酸溶液中,溶解,液固分离,收集壳聚糖醋酸溶液,在氮气保护下,滴加氢氧化钠水溶液调节pH值为中性,加入硝酸银,避光反应,离心洗涤后真空干燥,得到壳聚糖-Ag+络合物;
(2)分别将聚酯多元醇和添加剂共混加热,二异氰酸酯加热,扩链剂加热;
将加热后的各原料组分经过混合进料系统加入到双螺杆挤出机,在双螺杆挤出机的灌注口添加催化剂,在送料口中添加壳聚糖-Ag+络合物,各个组份在螺杆中共聚反应后,经水下切粒干燥得到服装网膜用抗菌性热塑性聚氨酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的服装用抗菌性热塑性聚氨酯网膜,其特征在于,所述的二异氰酸酯为2,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(2,4’-MDI)、4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(4,4’-MDI)中的一种或两种混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的服装用抗菌性热塑性聚氨酯网膜,其特征在于,所述的聚酯多元醇为己二酸与二元醇反应得到的聚酯多元醇中的一种或几种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的服装用抗菌性热塑性聚氨酯网膜,其特征在于,所述的扩链剂为1,2-乙二醇(EG)、1,3-丙二醇(PDO)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、1,6-己二醇(HDO)中的一种或几种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的服装用抗菌性热塑性聚氨酯网膜,其特征在于,所述添加剂包括抗氧剂、抗水解剂、紫外线吸收剂或光稳定剂中的一种以上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的服装用抗菌性热塑性聚氨酯网膜,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,将壳聚糖加入质量浓度为1~5%的醋酸溶液中,在50~80℃溶解,液固分离,收集壳聚糖醋酸溶液,在氮气保护下,滴加1mol/L的氢氧化钠水溶液调节pH值为中性;30~60分钟后加入硝酸银,50~80℃恒温搅拌反应3~5小时;离心洗涤,70~80℃真空干燥24h,步骤(2)中,将聚酯多元醇和添加剂共混加热至100~120℃,二异氰酸酯加热至50~60℃,扩链剂加热至55~65℃,将加热后的各原料组分经过混合进料系统以250~300kg/h的添加速率加入到双螺杆挤出机。
7.根据权利要求1所述的服装用抗菌性热塑性聚氨酯网膜,其特征在于,螺杆温度140~200℃,螺杆转速为80~150rpm,双螺杆长径比为40~50:1;
模头温度为130~200℃,切粒系统水温控制为0~10℃,水下切粒机的转速控制在1500~5000rpm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的服装用抗菌性热塑性聚氨酯网膜,其特征在于,壳聚糖的质量用量为浓度为1~5%的醋酸溶液的0.01~0.2倍;
硝酸银的质量用量为壳聚糖的0.01~0.1倍。
