Description

Method for quickly cultivating large seedlings of panax japonicus
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of planting of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, and particularly relates to a rapid cultivation method of large seedlings of panax japonicus.
Background
The Panax japonicum is Panax japonicus of Araliaceae, belonging to Panax japonicum (Panax japonicum wall. var. major (Burkill) H.L.Li) and Panax notoginseng (Panax bipinnatifidus Seem.) dried rhizome, with slender rhizome, expanded section into spheroidal shape, and more in the shape of cluster pimple, and fine adventitious root beside the side.
The traditional Chinese medicine considers that: rhizoma Panacis Majoris has bitter, sweet and slightly cold nature, and has effects of invigorating lung, nourishing yin, activating collaterals, and stopping bleeding, and can be used for treating deficiency of both qi and yin, dysphoria, thirst, cough due to asthenia, traumatic injury, arthralgia, hemoptysis, hematemesis, and traumatic hemorrhage; the main chemical components of the rhizoma panacis majoris are saponins, and at present, 25 saponins are co-separated, such as oleanane type saponins represented by panax japonicus saponins and the like; dammarane type saponin represented by ginsenoside, and Okottama type saponin represented by rhizoma Panacis Majoris saponin. The saponins may not be the only effective component of rhizoma Panacis Majoris, and contain active polysaccharide, multiple microelements, etc. besides saponins. The main effects currently known are as follows: has obvious antitumor effect, protecting cardiac and cerebral vascular diseases, resisting inflammation, relieving pain, enhancing immunity, and protecting hemopoietic function and blood.
Currently, the rhizoma panacis majoris realizes the artificial breeding of seeds and rhizomes, and comprises seed source selection and treatment, sowing or planting, land selection, land preparation, bed making, shade shed building, field management and pest control. However, since the panax japonicus grows slowly, more than 6 years are needed from the seeds to the digging of the commodities, wherein about 4 years are needed from the seeds to the flowering and the fructification, the panax japonicus seed grows slowly in the first three years, and the panax japonicus seed enters the rapid growth period after the third year. Therefore, many Panax japonicum planting farmers want to rapidly cultivate large seedlings capable of blooming and fructifying, so as to reduce the planting period of Panax japonicum and generate seeds as soon as possible.
