Abstract

As can be seen from Table 3, the samples of example 4 and example 6 were negative in 50 subjects (0), indicating that the samples of example 4 and example 6 did not cause adverse reaction to the human body, the samples of example 2 were negative in 1 out of 50 subjects (1) and the other subjects (0), indicating that the samples of example 2 did not substantially cause adverse reaction to the human body, the samples of example 5 were negative in 19 out of 50 subjects (1), the samples of 3 out of 50 subjects were erythema, and the other subjects were negative (0), indicating that the samples of example 2 did not cause adverse reaction to the human body.
Experimental example 3: human body experiment
Selecting 90 volunteers with age of 30-35 years, no allergy history, randomly dividing into 3 groups of 30 persons, selecting 5 × 5cm at symmetrical positions of left and right sides of face of subject2The area of the size was used as the experimental area, wherein the right face side of each group of subjects was smeared with the appropriate amount of the sample of example 2, example 4 or example 6, and the right face side was smeared with the same amount of the sample of example 2The cream base prepared in (1) was applied twice a day, the face was washed with a mild facial cleanser before application for 12 weeks, and the skin elasticity R2 value (R2: the ratio of the amount of skin rebound without negative pressure to the maximum amount of stretch with negative pressure, the closer the ratio is to 1, the better the elasticity of the skin) in the experimental area was tested with a skin tester (CK, MPA580, germany) after 4, 8, 10 and 12 weeks of application, respectively, and the average value was taken 5 times per experimental area. The results of the experiment are shown in FIG. 1. As can be seen from fig. 1, the skin elasticity was improved when the samples of examples 2, 4 and 6 were used, as compared with the cream base, wherein the skin elasticity was the best when the sample of example 4 was used, followed by the samples of examples 2 and 6.
While embodiments of the invention have been described above, it is not limited to the applications set forth in the description and the embodiments, which are fully applicable in various fields of endeavor to which the invention pertains, and further modifications may readily be made by those skilled in the art, it being understood that the invention is not limited to the details shown and described herein without departing from the general concept defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (4)
1. The paris polyphylla composition is characterized by mainly comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight, 10-12 parts of paris polyphylla extract, 3-4 parts of bletilla striata extract, 2-2.5 parts of abrus herb extract, 2-2.5 parts of curculigo orchioides extract and 5-6 parts of grape seed oil, wherein the paris polyphylla composition is used as an anti-aging component in cosmetics;
the preparation method of the paris polyphylla composition comprises the following steps:
step one, weighing 10-12 parts by weight of paris polyphylla extract, adding the paris polyphylla extract into 50-60 parts by weight of water, adjusting the pH value to 7.3 +/-0.05 by using a sodium hydroxide solution with the mass fraction of 10% after ultrasonic dispersion, sequentially adding 3-4 parts by weight of bletilla striata extract, 2-2.5 parts by weight of abrus cantoniensis hance extract and 2-2.5 parts by weight of curculigo orchioides extract, and obtaining a mixed solution I after ultrasonic dispersion;
step two, subpackaging the mixed solution I into polyethylene bags, sealing the polyethylene bags, placing the polyethylene bags into an ultrahigh pressure container, and maintaining the pressure for 20-25min at 400-500MPa to obtain a mixed solution II;
step three, adding 5-6 parts by weight of grape seed oil and 1-1.2 parts by weight of glycerol stearate into the mixed solution II, and emulsifying at 45-50 ℃ and 2400-;
the preparation method of the paris polyphylla extract comprises the following steps: A. preparing paris polyphylla into coarse powder, sieving the coarse powder with a 20-mesh sieve, taking undersize products, adding water, and adjusting the water content to be 45-50% to obtain paris polyphylla wet powder; B. carrying out hot-pressing steam spray explosion treatment on the paris polyphylla wet powder, wherein the steam explosion pressure is 2.2-2.5MPa, the saturated steam temperature is 180-; C. freeze-drying the paris polyphylla vapor explosion powder, and extracting by supercritical carbon dioxide to obtain the paris polyphylla extract, wherein the supercritical carbon dioxide extraction conditions are as follows: the extraction temperature is 45-50 ℃, the extraction pressure is 18-20MPa, the extraction time is 3-4h, and the extraction flow is 40L/h.
2. The paris polyphylla composition as claimed in claim 1, which is mainly composed of, by weight, 11 parts of paris polyphylla extract, 3.5 parts of bletilla striata extract, 2.2 parts of abrus herb extract, 2.2 parts of curculigo orchioides extract and 5.5 parts of grape seed oil, and is used as an anti-aging ingredient in cream.
3. A method of preparing a paris polyphylla composition as claimed in claim 1, comprising the steps of:
step one, weighing 10-12 parts by weight of paris polyphylla extract, adding the paris polyphylla extract into 50-60 parts by weight of water, adjusting the pH value to 7.3 +/-0.05 by using a sodium hydroxide solution with the mass fraction of 10% after ultrasonic dispersion, sequentially adding 3-4 parts by weight of bletilla striata extract, 2-2.5 parts by weight of abrus cantoniensis hance extract and 2-2.5 parts by weight of curculigo orchioides extract, and obtaining a mixed solution I after ultrasonic dispersion;
step two, subpackaging the mixed solution I into polyethylene bags, sealing the polyethylene bags, placing the polyethylene bags into an ultrahigh pressure container, and maintaining the pressure for 20-25min at 400-500MPa to obtain a mixed solution II;

The method of claim 3, wherein the paris polyphylla extract is 11 parts by weight, the bletilla striata extract is 3.5 parts by weight, the abrus herb extract is 2.2 parts by weight, the curculigo orchioides extract is 2.2 parts by weight, the grape seed oil is 5.5 parts by weight, and the glyceryl stearate is 1.1 parts by weight.
