本发明公开了一种固化压敏胶生产装置,包括降温装置、过滤装置、搅拌装置、固定座、底座和万向轮,所述底座的底部均匀安装有万向轮,所述底座的顶部分别设置有降温装置、过滤装置和固定座,所述固定座的顶部通过螺钉固定有搅拌装置;所述搅拌装置由搅拌桶、转轴、电机、进料管和叶片组成,所述搅拌桶顶部分别设置有电机和进料管,所述电机的一侧通过联轴器活动连接有转轴,所述转轴的外部均匀安装有叶片;所述过滤装置由柜体、凹槽、通孔、滑块、固定架、水箱、水管、喷头、第一过滤网、T型杆、滑槽、压缩弹簧和柜门组成,所述柜体的一侧通过螺钉固定有柜门,本发明,具有过滤效果好及实用性强的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及生产装置技术领域,具体为一种固化压敏胶生产装置及工艺。
背景技术
压敏胶是一类具有对压力有敏感性的胶粘剂,它主要用于制备压敏胶带。压敏胶在生活中应用十分广泛,它也是化工中重要的原材料,在实际生活中的作用越来越明显。
而在现有的生产装置中,存在过滤效果差及实用性弱的问题。在实际生活中,时常会因过滤效果差,导致产品杂质过多,从而影响产品质量,且易造成自然浪费;同时由于降温效果差,导致固化时间长,生产效率低。因此,设计一种过滤效果好及实用性强的固化压敏胶生产装置是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种固化压敏胶生产装置以及工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种固化压敏胶的生产工艺,步骤如下,
1)种子乳液的制备:将170重量份的去离子水、1.0重量份的烷基酰胺乙烯磺酸钠(DNS-86)、0.80重量份的碳酸氢钠加入到带有温度计和回流冷凝管的四口烧瓶中,搅拌均匀,将20重量份的甲基丙烯酸甲酯、7重量份丙烯酸丁酯滴入,然后采用600转/分的速度搅拌均匀,开始升温至80℃,在体系中通氮气,除氧,然后将0.2重量份的过硫酸钾加入到体系中,引发体系开始聚合,反应50分钟,得到种子乳液。
2)预乳液的制备:将50重量份的去离子水、1.6重量份的烯丙氧基壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸氨(KL-100)加入到三口烧瓶中,采用500转/分的搅拌速度搅拌均匀,然后缓慢将2重量份的甲基丙烯酸甲酯、80重量份的丙烯酸丁酯、80重量份的丙烯酸异辛酯、5重量份的丙烯酸羟乙酯、5重量份的丙烯酸,1.0重量份的二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、0.05重量份的正十二烷基硫醇滴入,搅拌20分钟得到预乳液。
3)聚合反应:在80℃的反应温度下将步骤2的预乳液和0.6重量份的过硫酸钾(滴入之前先用5份去离子水溶解)分别滴入由步骤1得到的种子乳液中,搅拌速度在200转/分,4小时滴完。
4)保温反应:预乳液滴加完后,升温到88℃反应60分钟,降温到50℃,补加0.1重量份的叔丁基过氧化氢、0.1重量份的甲醛合次硫酸氢钠(雕白粉)后,继续反应2小时,然后降温,调节产品的pH值为8,冷却至室温,过滤出料。
5)测试:取上述制得的乳液压敏胶100重量份,在搅拌情况下,加入1.0重量份的1,1-壬二酰二[2-甲基氮丙啶],加完后搅拌分散20分钟,再将胶液均匀涂布于厚度为50μm聚乙烯膜上,烘干后,在50℃烘箱后固化24小时,制得保护膜,所使用的聚乙烯薄膜涂胶面经电晕处理,其表面张力≥38达因。
一种固化压敏胶生产装置,包括降温装置、过滤装置、搅拌装置、固定座、底座和万向轮,所述底座的底部均匀安装有万向轮,所述底座的顶部分别设置有降温装置、过滤装置和固定座,所述固定座的顶部通过螺钉固定有搅拌装置;所述搅拌装置由搅拌桶、转轴、电机、进料管和叶片组成,所述搅拌桶顶部分别设置有电机和进料管,所述电机的一侧通过联轴器活动连接有转轴,所述转轴的外部均匀安装有叶片;所述过滤装置由柜体、凹槽、通孔、滑块、固定架、水箱、水管、喷头、第一过滤网、T型杆、滑槽、压缩弹簧和柜门组成,所述柜体的一侧通过螺钉固定有柜门,所述柜体的顶部通过螺钉固定有水箱,且水箱与柜体之间连接有水管,所述水管的底部对应安装有喷头,所述柜体的两侧分别开设有凹槽和通孔,所述柜体的两侧内壁均匀开设有滑槽,所述滑槽的顶部安装有滑块,且两个滑块之间分别连接有固定架和T型杆,所述固定架的顶部安装有第一过滤网,所述T型杆与柜体之间连接有压缩弹簧;所述降温装置由出料管、箱体、第二过滤网、风扇、防护管和制冷片组成,所述箱体的两侧对应嵌入由第二过滤网,所述箱体的另一侧设置有出料管,所述箱体的底部内壁均匀安装有防护管,所述防护管的内部安装有制冷片,所述箱体的顶部内壁对应安装有风扇;所述电机、风扇和制冷片均与外部电源电性连接。
进一步的,所述凹槽与通孔相通,且T型杆和压缩弹簧均安装在凹槽的内部。
进一步的,所述搅拌桶和箱体与柜体之间均连接有导管,且进料管、水管、出料管和导管的一侧均设置有阀门。
进一步的,所述柜体的一侧安装有排污管,且排污管的一侧安装有阀门。
进一步的,柜体和箱体与底座之间均通过螺钉固定。
进一步的,所述压缩弹簧的两端均通过点焊固定。
与现有技术相比,本发明所达到的有益效果是:本发明,通过设置有水箱、第一过滤网、滑块、滑槽及压缩弹簧等部件,用来进行过滤清洗,通过设置两层第一过滤网,便于将杂渣除去,且第一过滤网可及时更换,在生产完成后打开柜门,在滑块、滑槽和压缩弹簧的作用下,将T型杆弹出,带动固定架和第一过滤网移出,便于提高更换效率,大大提高了过滤效果;通过设置有风扇、制冷片及第二过滤网等部件,用来降低热压敏胶液体温度,有助于压敏胶的固化,大大提高了生产效率,并且在第二过滤网的作用下,便于过滤空气中的杂质,防止污染压敏胶,大大提高了实用性。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-5,本发明提供一种技术方案:
一种固化压敏胶的生产工艺,步骤如下,
1)种子乳液的制备:将170重量份的去离子水、1.0重量份的烷基酰胺乙烯磺酸钠(DNS-86)、0.80重量份的碳酸氢钠加入到带有温度计和回流冷凝管的四口烧瓶中,搅拌均匀,将20重量份的甲基丙烯酸甲酯、7重量份丙烯酸丁酯滴入,然后采用600转/分的速度搅拌均匀,开始升温至80℃,在体系中通氮气,除氧,然后将0.2重量份的过硫酸钾加入到体系中,引发体系开始聚合,反应50分钟,得到种子乳液。
2)预乳液的制备:将50重量份的去离子水、1.6重量份的烯丙氧基壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸氨(KL-100)加入到三口烧瓶中,采用500转/分的搅拌速度搅拌均匀,然后缓慢将2重量份的甲基丙烯酸甲酯、80重量份的丙烯酸丁酯、80重量份的丙烯酸异辛酯、5重量份的丙烯酸羟乙酯、5重量份的丙烯酸,1.0重量份的二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、0.05重量份的正十二烷基硫醇滴入,搅拌20分钟得到预乳液。
3)聚合反应:在80℃的反应温度下将步骤2的预乳液和0.6重量份的过硫酸钾(滴入之前先用5份去离子水溶解)分别滴入由步骤1得到的种子乳液中,搅拌速度在200转/分,4小时滴完。
4)保温反应:预乳液滴加完后,升温到88℃反应60分钟,降温到50℃,补加0.1重量份的叔丁基过氧化氢、0.1重量份的甲醛合次硫酸氢钠(雕白粉)后,继续反应2小时,然后降温,调节产品的pH值为8,冷却至室温,过滤出料。
5)测试:取上述制得的乳液压敏胶100重量份,在搅拌情况下,加入1.0重量份的1,1-壬二酰二[2-甲基氮丙啶],加完后搅拌分散20分钟,再将胶液均匀涂布于厚度为50μm聚乙烯膜上,烘干后,在50℃烘箱后固化24小时,制得保护膜,所使用的聚乙烯薄膜涂胶面经电晕处理,其表面张力≥38达因。
一种固化压敏胶生产装置,包括降温装置1、过滤装置2、搅拌装置3、固定座4、底座5和万向轮6,底座5的底部均匀安装有万向轮6,底座5的顶部分别设置有降温装置1、过滤装置2和固定座4,固定座4的顶部通过螺钉固定有搅拌装置3;搅拌装置3由搅拌桶7、转轴8、电机9、进料管10和叶片11组成,搅拌桶7顶部分别设置有电机9和进料管10,电机9的一侧通过联轴器活动连接有转轴8,转轴8的外部均匀安装有叶片11;过滤装置2由柜体12、凹槽13、通孔14、滑块15、固定架16、水箱17、水管18、喷头19、第一过滤网20、T型杆21、滑槽22、压缩弹簧23和柜门24组成,柜体12的一侧通过螺钉固定有柜门24,柜体12的顶部通过螺钉固定有水箱17,且水箱17与柜体12之间连接有水管18,水管18的底部对应安装有喷头19,柜体12的两侧分别开设有凹槽13和通孔14,柜体12的两侧内壁均匀开设有滑槽22,滑槽22的顶部安装有滑块15,且两个滑块15之间分别连接有固定架16和T型杆21,固定架16的顶部安装有第一过滤网20,T型杆21与柜体12之间连接有压缩弹簧23;降温装置1由出料管25、箱体26、第二过滤网27、风扇28、防护管29和制冷片30组成,箱体26的两侧对应嵌入由第二过滤网27,箱体26的另一侧设置有出料管25,箱体26的底部内壁均匀安装有防护管29,防护管29的内部安装有制冷片30,箱体26的顶部内壁对应安装有风扇28;电机9、风扇28和制冷片30均与外部电源电性连接,凹槽13与通孔14相通,且T型杆21和压缩弹簧23均安装在凹槽13的内部,便于T型杆21的弹出,搅拌桶7和箱体26与柜体12之间均连接有导管,且进料管10、水管18、出料管25和导管的一侧均设置有阀门,便于控制整个装置的运行,柜体12的一侧安装有排污管,且排污管的一侧安装有阀门,便于排出污水,柜体12和箱体26与底座5之间均通过螺钉固定,便于提高连接强度,压缩弹簧23的两端均通过点焊固定,便于提高压缩弹簧23两端的连接强度;当进行过滤工作时,压敏胶液体通过两层第一过滤网20,便于将杂渣除去,且第一过滤网20可及时拆装清洗,在生产完成后,关闭搅拌桶7和箱体26与柜体12之间导管上的阀门,并打开水管18和排污管上的阀门,水箱17中的清洗液通过喷头19喷出,便于将第一过滤网20上的杂质清除,并通过排污口排出,对第一过滤网20进行更换时,拆下柜门24与柜体12之间的螺钉,在滑块15、滑槽22和压缩弹簧23的作用下,压缩弹簧23将T型杆21弹出,带动固定架16和第一过滤网20移出,拆除第一过滤网20与固定架16之间的螺钉并完成更换,便于提高更换效率,大大提高了过滤效果;同时生产过程中,搅拌装置3中反充分应会产生热量,流经箱体26的热压敏胶液体,在风扇28及制冷片30的作用下,便于降温,有助于压敏胶的固化,大大提高了生产效率,并且箱体26的两侧设置有第二过滤网27,便于过滤空气中的杂质,防止污染压敏胶,大大提高了实用性。

Claims (7)
1.一种固化压敏胶的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤如下,
1)种子乳液的制备:将170重量份的去离子水、1.0重量份的烷基酰胺乙烯磺酸钠(DNS-86)、0.80重量份的碳酸氢钠加入到带有温度计和回流冷凝管的四口烧瓶中,搅拌均匀,将20重量份的甲基丙烯酸甲酯、7重量份丙烯酸丁酯滴入,然后采用600转/分的速度搅拌均匀,开始升温至80℃,在体系中通氮气,除氧,然后将0.2重量份的过硫酸钾加入到体系中,引发体系开始聚合,反应50分钟,得到种子乳液;
2)预乳液的制备:将50重量份的去离子水、1.6重量份的烯丙氧基壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸氨(KL-100)加入到三口烧瓶中,采用500转/分的搅拌速度搅拌均匀,然后缓慢将2重量份的甲基丙烯酸甲酯、80重量份的丙烯酸丁酯、80重量份的丙烯酸异辛酯、5重量份的丙烯酸羟乙酯、5重量份的丙烯酸,1.0重量份的二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、0.05重量份的正十二烷基硫醇滴入,搅拌20分钟得到预乳液;
3)聚合反应:在80℃的反应温度下将步骤2的预乳液和0.6重量份的过硫酸钾(滴入之前先用5份去离子水溶解)分别滴入由步骤1得到的种子乳液中,搅拌速度在200转/分,4小时滴完;
4)保温反应:预乳液滴加完后,升温到88℃反应60分钟,降温到50℃,补加0.1重量份的叔丁基过氧化氢、0.1重量份的甲醛合次硫酸氢钠(雕白粉)后,继续反应2小时,然后降温,调节产品的pH值为8,冷却至室温,过滤出料;
5)测试:取上述制得的乳液压敏胶100重量份,在搅拌情况下,加入1.0重量份的1,1-壬二酰二[2-甲基氮丙啶],加完后搅拌分散20分钟,再将胶液均匀涂布于厚度为50μm聚乙烯膜上,烘干后,在50℃烘箱后固化24小时,制得保护膜,所使用的聚乙烯薄膜涂胶面经电晕处理,其表面张力≥38达因。
2.一种固化压敏胶生产装置,包括降温装置(1)、过滤装置(2)、搅拌装置(3)、固定座(4)、底座(5)和万向轮(6),其特征在于:所述底座(5)的底部均匀安装有万向轮(6),所述底座(5)的顶部分别设置有降温装置(1)、过滤装置(2)和固定座(4),所述固定座(4)的顶部通过螺钉固定有搅拌装置(3);所述搅拌装置(3)由搅拌桶(7)、转轴(8)、电机(9)、进料管(10)和叶片(11)组成,所述搅拌桶(7)顶部分别设置有电机(9)和进料管(10),所述电机(9)的一侧通过联轴器活动连接有转轴(8),所述转轴(8)的外部均匀安装有叶片(11);所述过滤装置(2)由柜体(12)、凹槽(13)、通孔(14)、滑块(15)、固定架(16)、水箱(17)、水管(18)、喷头(19)、第一过滤网(20)、T型杆(21)、滑槽(22)、压缩弹簧(23)和柜门(24)组成,所述柜体(12)的一侧通过螺钉固定有柜门(24),所述柜体(12)的顶部通过螺钉固定有水箱(17),且水箱(17)与柜体(12)之间连接有水管(18),所述水管(18)的底部对应安装有喷头(19),所述柜体(12)的两侧分别开设有凹槽(13)和通孔(14),所述柜体(12)的两侧内壁均匀开设有滑槽(22),所述滑槽(22)的顶部安装有滑块(15),且两个滑块(15)之间分别连接有固定架(16)和T型杆(21),所述固定架(16)的顶部安装有第一过滤网(20),所述T型杆(21)与柜体(12)之间连接有压缩弹簧(23);所述降温装置(1)由出料管(25)、箱体(26)、第二过滤网(27)、风扇(28)、防护管(29)和制冷片(30)组成,所述箱体(26)的两侧对应嵌入由第二过滤网(27),所述箱体(26)的另一侧设置有出料管(25),所述箱体(26)的底部内壁均匀安装有防护管(29),所述防护管(29)的内部安装有制冷片(30),所述箱体(26)的顶部内壁对应安装有风扇(28);所述电机(9)、风扇(28)和制冷片(30)均与外部电源电性连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种固化压敏胶生产装置,其特征在于:所述凹槽(13)与通孔(14)相通,且T型杆(21)和压缩弹簧(23)均安装在凹槽(13)的内部。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种固化压敏胶生产装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌桶(7)和箱体(26)与柜体(12)之间均连接有导管,且进料管(10)、水管(18)、出料管(25)和导管的一侧均设置有阀门。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种固化压敏胶生产装置,其特征在于:所述柜体(12)的一侧安装有排污管,且排污管的一侧安装有阀门。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种固化压敏胶生产装置,其特征在于:柜体(12)和箱体(26)与底座(5)之间均通过螺钉固定。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种固化压敏胶生产装置,其特征在于:所述压缩弹簧(23)的两端均通过点焊固定。
