本发明涉及一种充气轮胎。
背景技术
以往,众所周知如下充气轮胎,即,在轮胎表面,在轮胎周向上隔开间隔地设置有从内周侧朝向外周侧延伸的紊流产生用突起(参照专利文献1)。
然而,在所述以往的充气轮胎中,仅在胎侧部设置有紊流产生用突起,虽然能够获得冷却性能,但关于抑制纵向挠曲这一点并未公开。

发明内容
本发明的课题在于提供一种充气轮胎,其能够发挥耐外损伤性能、冷却性能以及牵引性能,并且能够提高胎肩花纹块以及辅助肋的刚性从而抑制胎侧部的纵向挠曲。
本发明的一个方式具备:
多个胎肩花纹块,它们在轮胎周向上并列设置于胎侧部,通过沿着轮胎周向延伸的胎肩横沟、以及沿着轮胎宽度方向延伸的胎肩横沟被划分而成;
辅助肋,其设置于所述胎侧部,且沿着所述胎肩花纹块而在轮胎周向上延伸;以及
突起,其设置于所述胎侧部,且从所述辅助肋朝向胎肩花纹块延伸。
根据该结构,利用突起,不仅能够提高耐外损伤性能、冷却性能以及牵引性能,而且还能够对胎肩花纹块以及辅助肋进行加强而提高刚性。由此,能够抑制胎侧部的纵向挠曲量从而获得良好的乘坐舒适性。
优选为,所述突起朝向所述胎肩花纹块而倾斜地延伸。
根据该结构,通过确保突起朝向轮胎周向的长度,能够更进一步提高耐外损伤性能。
优选为,所述突起由沿着同一方向延伸的2个突条部构成。
根据该结构,能够更进一步提高胎肩花纹块的刚性。
优选为,所述胎肩花纹块的中心线相对于沿着轮胎宽度方向延伸的直线而倾斜,

(第1实施方式)
图1是第1实施方式所涉及的充气轮胎的立体图。虽未对该充气轮胎进行图示,但该充气轮胎构成为:在一对胎圈芯之间架设有胎体,将带束卷绕于胎体的中间部的外周侧而进行加强,并且在轮胎外径侧配置有胎面部6。
图2是表示:图1所示的充气轮胎的胎面花纹的局部展开图。在该胎面花纹中,大致在轮胎宽度方向(图2中由箭头W方向所示。)的中心,形成有:沿着轮胎周向(图2中由箭头R方向所示。)延伸的中心主沟1。中心主沟1是:沿着轮胎周向以锯齿状而延伸的、且深度例如为10.2mm左右的沟。在中心主沟1的两侧分别形成有胎肩主沟2。与中心主沟1相同,胎肩主沟2也是沿着轮胎周向以锯齿状而延伸的、且深度例如为10.2mm左右的沟。而且,借助中心主沟1和胎肩主沟2而形成有:沿着轮胎周向延伸的2条中心肋3。
大致沿着轮胎宽度方向延伸的胎肩横沟4与胎肩主沟2连通。胎肩横沟4是:从胎肩主沟2延伸至轮胎周缘部的、深度例如为9.6mm左右的沟。通过胎肩主沟2和胎肩横沟4而在轮胎周向上形成有多个胎肩花纹块5。而且,利用中心肋3和胎肩花纹块5的一部分,来构成:在行驶时与路面接触的胎面部6。在本实施方式中,将胎面部6的两侧的区域定义为胎侧部7。
如图3所示,胎肩横沟4包括:扩张部4a,其由胎肩花纹块5的侧面构成、且宽度尺寸从与胎肩主沟2连通的连通部分开始逐渐增大;相同宽度的倾斜部4b,其相对于轮胎宽度方向倾斜地延伸;以及直线部4c,其朝向轮胎宽度方向外侧笔直地延伸。在扩张部4a、倾斜部4b以及直线部4c的一部分,胎肩花纹块5的侧面由朝向轮胎表面逐渐扩大的倾斜面构成。胎肩横沟4的倾斜部4b的中心线(图3中由点划线a所示。)相对于轮胎宽度方向倾斜的倾斜方向在轮胎宽度方向的两侧构成相反的方向。
在各胎肩花纹块5,形成有:大致在轮胎周向上的中心,从胎肩主沟2朝向轮胎宽度方向延伸的断续刀槽花纹8。断续刀槽花纹8是:利用比下述这些直线部8a还浅的2处的桥接部8b将在轮胎周向上位置错开且沿着轮胎宽度方向笔直地延伸的3处的直线部8a连接起来而成的。直线部8a是深度例如为8.5mm左右的沟,桥接部8b是深度例如为1mm左右的沟。此外,直线部8a的位于轮胎宽度方向外侧的直线部按顺序依次延长。
另外,在各胎肩花纹块5,且在断续刀槽花纹8的两侧,形成有:从胎肩主沟2朝向轮胎宽度方向延伸的2条混合刀槽花纹9。混合刀槽花纹9具有:直线部9a,其从胎肩主沟2大致沿着轮胎宽度方向而呈直线状延伸;以及波形部9b,其从直线部9a大致沿着轮胎宽度方向而呈波状延伸。在轮胎宽度方向上,且在波形部9b的前方,形成有无花纹区域10。在轮胎宽度方向上,且在比无花纹区域10更靠近前方的位置,形成有:以直线状沿着轮胎宽度方向延伸的2条2D刀槽花纹11。
胎肩花纹块5包括:第1胎肩花纹块5A,其由轮胎宽度方向外侧的缘部沿着轮胎周向延伸的圆弧部12构成;以及第2胎肩花纹块5B,其由提供能够供后述的突起15配置的空间的异形部13构成。第1胎肩花纹块5A和第2胎肩花纹块5B在轮胎周向上交替地配置。异形部13由第1倾斜部13a、第2倾斜部13b以及第3倾斜部13c构成。第1倾斜部13a是:从通过胎肩花纹块5的单侧的胎肩横沟4而形成的侧面的轮胎宽度方向外侧端,朝向轮胎宽度方向内侧而沿着轮胎周向延伸的。第2倾斜部13b是:与第1倾斜部13a连续,且大致朝向轮胎宽度方向外侧延伸的。第3倾斜部13c是:与第2倾斜部13b连续,且以与第1倾斜部13a相同的角度而延伸至胎肩横沟4的。
在轮胎周缘部形成有:在轮胎周向上连接成环状的辅助肋14。从辅助肋14分别形成有:朝向各第2胎肩花纹块5B延伸的突起15。突起15的中心线(图3中由点划线b所示。)相对于轮胎宽度方向倾斜的倾斜方向、与胎肩横沟4的倾斜部4b的中心线(图3中由点划线a所示。)相对于轮胎宽度方向倾斜的倾斜方向成为相反的方向。各突起15具备:前端位置错开地并列设置的第1突条部16、和第2突条部17。
第1突条部16相对于辅助肋14以及胎侧部7的表面而言的突出高度相同,并具备:第1倾斜面16a和第2倾斜面16b。第1倾斜面16a和第2倾斜面16b汇合而构成呈三角形的尖锐的前端部。第2突条部17也以与辅助肋14相同的突出高度而延伸,并具备:构成与第1突条部16相同的前端部的第1倾斜面17a、和第2倾斜面17b,除此之外,还在第1倾斜面17a的相反侧具备第3倾斜面17c。在第1突条部16和第2突条部17之间的边界部分形成有狭缝18,第1突条部16和第2突条部17分别能够独立地进行弹性变形。第1突条部16的第1倾斜面16a配置于:相对于胎肩花纹块5的第1倾斜部13a而隔开规定间隔的位置。另外,第1突条部16的第2倾斜面16b配置于:相对于胎肩花纹块5的第2倾斜部13b而隔开规定间隔的位置。另一方面,第2突条部17的第1倾斜面17a配置于:相对于胎肩花纹块5的第3倾斜部13c而隔开规定间隔的位置。
根据所述结构的充气轮胎,由于形成有:从辅助肋14朝向胎肩花纹块5延伸的突起15,因此能够获得如下优点。
(1)突起15能够对胎肩花纹块5和辅助肋14进行加强而提高刚性,从而能够抑制胎侧部7的纵向挠曲量。
(2)特别是,由于由2个突条部16、17来形成突起15、且该突起15构成为陷入胎肩花纹块5中,因此,能够更进一步抑制胎侧部7的纵向挠曲量。
(3)通过使得突起15倾斜地形成,能够增大轮胎周向上的突起15的占有空间而提高耐外损伤性能。
(4)由于突起15并未大幅突出到胎肩横沟4内,因此,不会出现利用胎肩横沟4来排水的排水性变差的情形。
(第2实施方式)
图4是第2实施方式所涉及的充气轮胎的胎面部6的展开图。中心肋3的结构与所述第1实施方式大致相同。胎肩花纹块5构成为:在轮胎周向上并没有完全被划分开而是在局部相连。在胎肩花纹块5形成有凹口19,该凹口19从胎肩主沟2向轮胎宽度方向外侧延伸、且在中途大致成直角地折曲。另外,在与胎肩主沟2相反一侧的端部,在轮胎周向上以规定间隔而形成有缺口20。缺口20为:由第1倾斜部20a和第2倾斜部20b构成的三角形形状。
另外,在胎肩花纹块5形成有:从凹口19的附近朝向轮胎宽度方向外侧延伸的多个胎肩横沟4。胎肩横沟4构成为包括:第1胎肩横沟4A,其到达胎肩端;第2胎肩横沟4B,其在上述第1胎肩横沟4A的近前侧形成终端;以及第3胎肩横沟4C,其与缺口20连通。
从辅助肋14延伸的突起15是由与所述第2突条部17相同的结构的单个突条部构成的。突起15的前端位于胎肩花纹块5的缺口20,在第1倾斜部20a以及第2倾斜部20b之间形成有细沟。
与所述第1实施方式相同,利用所述结构的突起15也能够提高胎肩花纹块5和辅助肋14的刚性,从而能够抑制轮胎的纵向挠曲量。

Claims (9)

1.一种充气轮胎,其中,
所述充气轮胎具备:
多个胎肩花纹块,它们在轮胎周向上并列设置于胎侧部,通过沿着轮胎周向延伸的胎肩横沟、以及沿着轮胎宽度方向延伸的胎肩横沟被划分而成;
辅助肋,其设置于所述胎侧部,且沿着所述胎肩花纹块而在轮胎周向上延伸;以及
突起,其设置于所述胎侧部,且从所述辅助肋朝向胎肩花纹块延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的充气轮胎,其中,
所述突起朝向所述胎肩花纹块倾斜地延伸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的充气轮胎,其中,
所述突起由沿着同一方向延伸的2个突条部构成。
4.根据权利要求2所述的充气轮胎,其中,
所述胎肩花纹块的中心线相对于沿着轮胎宽度方向延伸的直线而倾斜,
所述突起的中心线相对于沿着轮胎宽度方向延伸的直线而倾斜,
所述胎肩花纹块和所述突起的中心线相对于轮胎宽度方向倾斜的倾斜方向为相反的方向。
5.根据权利要求3所述的充气轮胎,其中,
所述胎肩花纹块的中心线相对于沿着轮胎宽度方向延伸的直线而倾斜,
所述突起的中心线相对于沿着轮胎宽度方向延伸的直线而倾斜,
所述胎肩花纹块和所述突起的中心线相对于轮胎宽度方向倾斜的倾斜方向为相反的方向。
6.根据权利要求2所述的充气轮胎,其中,
所述胎肩花纹块形成有锯齿状的缺口,所述突起的各突条部的前端部位于所述缺口。
7.根据权利要求3所述的充气轮胎,其中,
所述胎肩花纹块形成有锯齿状的缺口,所述突起的各突条部的前端部位于所述缺口。
8.根据权利要求4所述的充气轮胎,其中,
所述胎肩花纹块形成有锯齿状的缺口,所述突起的各突条部的前端部位于所述缺口。
9.根据权利要求5所述的充气轮胎,其中,
所述胎肩花纹块形成有锯齿状的缺口,所述突起的各突条部的前端部位于所述缺口。
