Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有耐候性的热转印结构及其转印方法,其是应用于一基材,该热转印结构包含有:一接着层,其设于该基材的一面;以及一耐候色层,其设于该接着层远离该基材的一面。耐候色层与接着层使用具有耐光性与耐候性的氟素树脂,而使基材能够达到长期耐候的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及有关于一种具有耐候性的热转印结构及其转印方法,特别涉及一种能将耐候性与耐光性转印至一基材的方法与热转印膜。
背景技术
转印膜为一种高度成熟的技术。转印膜的制作方式是先将染料混合树脂,再将混合后的树脂与染料设置于一膜体。
于实际使用时,一建材的表面涂设有一接着层,上述转印膜贴附于接着层,再去膜体,以使混合后的树脂与染料被黏附于建材的表面。
上述的建材大都使用于户外或较为恶劣的环境,因此建材会遭遇大量的日晒,以及气候的摧残。但上述的树脂与染料却未具有耐候性或耐光性,故于一段时间后,染料会有退色疑虑,而使上述的建材失去了应有的装饰效果。
发明内容
本发明主要目的在于提供一种具有耐候性与耐光性的热转印结构及其转印方法,涂覆有本发明的热转印膜的建材可长期使用,并且无退色疑虑。
为达上述目的,本发明为一种具有耐候性的热转印结构,其是应用于一基材,该热转印结构包含有:
一接着层,其是设于该基材的一面;以及
一耐候色层,其是设于该接着层远离该基材的一面。
于一实施例中,所述的具有耐候性的热转印结构,还包含有一膜层,该膜层设于该耐候色层远离该接着层的一面。
于一实施例中,其中该基材为一建材,该建材为建筑外墙用的金属板、型材、有机材质板或无机材质板;该接着层为氟素树脂清漆,该氟素树脂清漆由以下重量份的氟素树脂、溶剂与添加剂组成:氟素树脂30~60重量份,溶剂30~60重量份,添加剂5~15重量份;该膜层为一已涂布有离型剂的聚酯树脂薄膜;该耐候色层具有一纹路,该纹路可为木类纹路、石头纹路、动物纹路或仿天然材料纹路,该耐候色层由以下重量份的氟素树脂、颜料、溶剂与添加剂组成:氟素树脂30~60重量份,颜料3~20重量份,溶剂30~60重量份,添加剂5~15重量份。
于一实施例中,所述的具有耐候性的热转印结构,还包含有一保护层,该保护层设于该耐候色层远离该接着层的一面,该保护层为氟素树脂清漆,该氟素树脂清漆由以下重量份的氟素树脂、溶剂与添加剂组成:氟素树脂30~60重量份,溶剂30~60重量份,添加剂5~15重量份。
于一实施例中,该氟素树脂为交替共聚乙烯三氟氯乙烯、交替共聚全氟乙烯基乙烯基醚、聚四氟乙烯-全氟甲基乙烯基醚、聚四氟乙烯-全氟丙基乙烯基醚、全氟聚醚、聚四氟乙烯或聚偏二氟乙烯。
此外,本发明还提供了一种具有耐候性的热转印方法,其步骤包含有:
提供一接着层,将该接着层设于一基材的一面;
提供一转印膜,将该转印膜包覆于该基材具有该接着层的一面;以及
去除膜层,将该转印膜的膜层予以去除,而使该转印膜的耐候色层外露。
于一实施例中,所述的具有耐候性的热转印方法,其更包含一提供一保护层的步骤,将该保护层设于该耐候色层远离该接着层的一面。
于一实施例中,该提供一接着层的步骤中,制备该接着层的步骤为将100重量份的氟素树脂清漆混入100~300重量份的稀释剂中;该氟素树脂清漆与该稀释剂的混合是设于该基材的一面,并将该氟素树脂清漆与该稀释剂的混合与该基材于一第一设定温度进行一加热烘干步骤,而使该稀释剂蒸发,以完成该接着层设于该基材的步骤,该第一设定温度为80~120℃。
于一实施例中,该提供一转印膜的步骤中,制备该转印膜的步骤为将100重量份的该耐候色层混入0~300重量份的稀释剂中;再将该耐候色层与该稀释剂的组合设于该膜层,以完成该转印膜的制作,并将该转印膜包覆于该接着层远离该基材的一面,包覆有该转印膜的该基材进行抽真空步骤,而使该转印膜与该基材之间能够密合;包覆有该转印膜且已完成抽真空步骤的该基材于一第二设定温度进行一加热烘干的步骤,而使该稀释剂蒸发,以完成该转印膜设于该接着层的步骤,该第二设定温度为120~180℃。
于一实施例中,该提供一保护层的步骤中,制备该保护层的步骤为将100重量份的氟素树脂清漆混入50~300重量份的稀释剂中,该氟素树脂清漆与该稀释剂的混合是设于该耐候色层的一面;并将该氟素树脂清漆与该稀释剂的混合、该耐候色层与该基材于一第三设定温度进行一加热烘干步骤,而使该稀释剂蒸发,以完成该保护层设于该耐候色层的步骤,该第三设定温度为140~200℃。
综合上述,本发明利用氟素树脂具有耐候性与耐光性的优点,而应用于本发明的接着层、保护层与转印膜中,所以涂覆有本发明的热转印膜的基材能够达到长期耐候的效果,且具有多样化的纹路。

以下是通过特定的具体实施例说明本发明的实施方式,本领域技术人员可由本说明书所揭示的内容,轻易地了解本发明的其他优点与功效。
请配合参考图1所示,本发明提供了一种具有耐候性的热转印结构,其包含有一基材10、一接着层20与一转印膜21。
基材10为一建材。建材可为建筑外墙用的金属板、型材、有机材质板或无机材质板。有机材质板可为聚氯乙烯(PolyVinyl Chloride,PVC)板或玻璃纤维强化塑料(FiberReinforced Polymer/Plastic,FRP)板。无机材质板可为水泥板或硅酸钙板。
接着层20设于基材10的一面。接着层20为氟素树脂清漆(Clear Varnish)。氟素树脂清漆(Clear Varnish)由氟素树脂、溶剂与添加剂组成,氟素树脂的添加量为30~60重量份。溶剂为苯类与酮类混合品。溶剂的添加量为30~60重量份。添加剂为硬化剂、密着剂或流平剂。添加剂的添加量为5~15重量份。
转印膜21具有一耐候色层210与一膜层211。膜层211为已涂布有离型剂的聚酯树脂薄膜(Polyester Film)。耐候色层210具有一纹路,纹路可为木类纹路、石头纹路、动物纹路或仿天然材料纹路。耐候色层210由氟素树脂、颜料、溶剂与添加剂组成。氟素树脂的添加量为30~60重量份。颜料的添加量为3~20重量份。溶剂为苯类与酮类混合品。溶剂的添加量为30~60重量份。添加剂为硬化剂、密着剂或流平剂。添加剂的添加量为5~15重量份。
请配合参考图2与图1所示,当转印膜21设于接着层20远离基材10的一面后,膜层211被去除。
请配合参考图3所示,保护层22设于耐候色层210远离接着层20的一面。保护层22为氟素树脂清漆,氟素树脂清漆由氟素树脂、溶剂与添加剂组成。氟素树脂的添加量为30~60重量份。溶剂为苯类与酮类混合品。溶剂的添加量为30~60重量份。添加剂为硬化剂、密着剂或流平剂。添加剂的添加量为5~15重量份。
如上所述的氟素树脂(Fluoro Polymer Resin)为交替共聚乙烯三氟氯乙烯(ECTFE poly,Ethylene-co-ChloroTriFluoroEthylene)、交替共聚全氟乙烯基乙烯基醚(FEVE,Fluoro Ethylene Vinyl Ether)、聚四氟乙烯-全氟甲基乙烯基醚(MFA poly,tetrafluoroethylene-co-perfluoromethyl vinyl ether)、聚四氟乙烯-全氟丙基乙烯基醚(PFA poly,tetrafluoroethylene-co-perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether)、全氟聚醚(PFPE,Perfluorinated polyether)、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE,Polytetrfluoroethylene)或聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF,Polyvinylidene Fluoride)。
请配合参考图4与图1所示,本发明提供了一种具有耐候性的热转印方法,其步骤包含有:
步骤S1,提供一接着层,将接着层20设于基材10的一面。制备接着层20的步骤为将100重量份的氟素树脂清漆混入100~300重量份的稀释剂中。氟素树脂清漆与稀释剂的混合设于基材10的一面。并将氟素树脂清漆与稀释剂的混合与基材10于一第一设定温度进行一加热烘干步骤,而使稀释剂蒸发,以完成接着层20设于基材10的步骤。稀释剂可为苯类与酮类混合品。第一设定温度为80~120℃。
步骤S2,提供一转印膜,将转印膜21包覆于基材10具有接着层20的一面。
制备转印膜21的步骤为将100重量份的耐候色层210混入0~300重量份的稀释剂中。稀释剂可为苯类与酮类混合品。
再将耐候色层210与稀释剂的组合设于膜层211,以完成转印膜21的制作。并将转印膜21包覆于接着层20远离基材10的一面。包覆有转印膜21的基材10进行抽真空步骤,而使转印膜21与基材10之间能够密合。
包覆有转印膜21且已完成抽真空步骤的基材10是于一第二设定温度进行一加热烘干的步骤,而使稀释剂蒸发,以完成转印膜21设于接着层20的步骤。第二设定温度为120~180℃。
步骤S3,去除膜层,将转印膜21的膜层211予以去除,而使转印膜21的耐候色层210外露。
步骤S4,提供一保护层,将一保护层22设于耐候色层210远离接着层20的一面。制备保护层22的步骤为将100重量份的氟素树脂清漆混入50~300重量份的稀释剂中。氟素树脂清漆与稀释剂的混合设于耐候色层210的一面。并将氟素树脂清漆与稀释剂的混合、耐候色层210与基材10于一第三设定温度进行一加热烘干步骤,而使稀释剂蒸发,以完成保护层22设于耐候色层210的步骤。稀释剂可为苯类与酮类混合品。第三设定温度为140~200℃。
综合上述,本发明的氟素树脂与颜料的组合具有密着性、耐磨耗性、耐污染性、耐酸性、耐碱性、耐溶剂性、耐湿性、耐盐水喷雾性、光泽保持性优、耐退色性与耐用年数长的优点。
本发明利用氟素树脂具有耐候性与耐光性的优点,应用于本发明的接着层20、保护层22与转印膜21中,所以具有本发明的基材10能够达到长期耐候的效果,且具有多样化的纹路。
以上所述的具体实施例,仅是用于例释本发明的特点及功效,而非用于限定本发明的可实施范畴,于未脱离本发明上述的精神与技术范畴下,任何运用本发明所揭示内容而完成的等效改变及修饰,均仍应为申请专利范围所涵盖。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有耐候性的热转印结构,其是应用于一基材,该热转印结构包含有:
一接着层,其是设于该基材的一面;以及
一耐候色层,其是设于该接着层远离该基材的一面。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有耐候性的热转印结构,还包含有一膜层,该膜层设于该耐候色层远离该接着层的一面。
3.如权利要求2所述的具有耐候性的热转印结构,其中该基材为一建材,该建材为建筑外墙用的金属板、型材、有机材质板或无机材质板;该接着层为氟素树脂清漆,该氟素树脂清漆由以下重量份的氟素树脂、溶剂与添加剂组成:氟素树脂30~60重量份,溶剂30~60重量份,添加剂5~15重量份;该膜层为一已涂布有离型剂的聚酯树脂薄膜;该耐候色层具有一纹路,该纹路可为木类纹路、石头纹路、动物纹路或仿天然材料纹路,该耐候色层由以下重量份的氟素树脂、颜料、溶剂与添加剂组成:氟素树脂30~60重量份,颜料3~20重量份,溶剂30~60重量份,添加剂5~15重量份。
4.如权利要求1所述的具有耐候性的热转印结构,还包含有一保护层,该保护层设于该耐候色层远离该接着层的一面,该保护层为氟素树脂清漆,该氟素树脂清漆由以下重量份的氟素树脂、溶剂与添加剂组成:氟素树脂30~60重量份,溶剂30~60重量份,添加剂5~15重量份。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的具有耐候性的热转印结构,其中该氟素树脂为交替共聚乙烯三氟氯乙烯、交替共聚全氟乙烯基乙烯基醚、聚四氟乙烯-全氟甲基乙烯基醚、聚四氟乙烯-全氟丙基乙烯基醚、全氟聚醚、聚四氟乙烯或聚偏二氟乙烯。
6.一种具有耐候性的热转印方法,其步骤包含有:
提供一接着层,将该接着层设于一基材的一面;
提供一转印膜,将该转印膜包覆于该基材具有该接着层的一面;以及
去除膜层,将该转印膜的膜层予以去除,而使该转印膜的耐候色层外露。
7.如权利要求6所述的具有耐候性的热转印方法,其更包含一提供一保护层的步骤,将该保护层设于该耐候色层远离该接着层的一面。
8.如权利要求6所述的具有耐候性的热转印方法,其中于该提供一接着层的步骤中,制备该接着层的步骤为将100重量份的氟素树脂清漆混入100~300重量份的稀释剂中;该氟素树脂清漆与该稀释剂的混合是设于该基材的一面,并将该氟素树脂清漆与该稀释剂的混合与该基材于一第一设定温度进行一加热烘干步骤,而使该稀释剂蒸发,以完成该接着层设于该基材的步骤,该第一设定温度为80~120℃。
9.如权利要求6所述的具有耐候性的热转印方法,其中于该提供一转印膜的步骤中,制备该转印膜的步骤为将100重量份的该耐候色层混入0~300重量份的稀释剂中;再将该耐候色层与该稀释剂的组合设于该膜层,以完成该转印膜的制作,并将该转印膜包覆于该接着层远离该基材的一面,包覆有该转印膜的该基材进行抽真空步骤,而使该转印膜与该基材之间能够密合;包覆有该转印膜且已完成抽真空步骤的该基材于一第二设定温度进行一加热烘干的步骤,而使该稀释剂蒸发,以完成该转印膜设于该接着层的步骤,该第二设定温度为120~180℃。
10.如权利要求7所述的具有耐候性的热转印方法,其中于该提供一保护层的步骤中,制备该保护层的步骤为将100重量份的氟素树脂清漆混入50~300重量份的稀释剂中,该氟素树脂清漆与该稀释剂的混合是设于该耐候色层的一面;并将该氟素树脂清漆与该稀释剂的混合、该耐候色层与该基材于一第三设定温度进行一加热烘干步骤,而使该稀释剂蒸发,以完成该保护层设于该耐候色层的步骤,该第三设定温度为140~200℃。
