本发明涉及一种利用苦菜治疗小儿疳积的食疗配方。
背景技术
苦菜既是佳肴，又可治病，是清热败毒良药。苦菜味苦性寒，入心、脾、胃三经，具有清热、凉血、解毒功效，治痢疾、黄疸、血淋、痔疮瘘、疔肿、蛇咬等症。现代医学研究证明，苦菜全草含抗肿瘤成分。以小鼠做实验，肉眼及显微镜观察，均可见到肉瘤受到明显的伤害。苦菜以生食为多，且生食极佳，吃法也简便，将摘取的鲜苦菜叶洗净，直接蘸甜面酱或黄酱吃，别有风味；有将叶切碎，加入醋、白糖、蒜泥等，再配以水萝卜丝或心里没萝卜丝，食后能解酒祛腻开胃，若与梨丝拌食，其味更佳。
