大家还知道,正在努力寻找聚磷酸盐的取代品,但一直未取得满意的结果。因为,如果不用STPP或在配方中减少其含量,则对洗涤过程中产生的不利影响远大于只是由降低洗涤剂基体的螯合能力而预期的影响。
这种令人不满的状况是由于找不到一种产品可以具有同SPTT一样的性能,即,除了调节水的硬度外,还可作为缓冲剂,作为去垢剂和污垢悬浮剂,并具有防止污垢再沉积作用。
在这些配方中为了取代STPP,最广泛使用的化合物是A型沸石(铝硅酸钠)。
目前,A型沸石既用于粉状,也用于液状组合物中。
至于对环境产生的不良影响,此产品是可以接受的:它对水体不构成威胁,由于是无机物而且不溶于水,所以它不会增加废水处理装置的BOD(生物需氧量)负荷。
从洗涤观点来看,A型沸石对织物释出的染料和颜料具有良好的吸附力,其离子交换能力随温度升高而增加。缺点是其交换速度低,(特别是对镁),没有缓冲作用,并且需加以分散。
因此,A型沸石总是同其它成分(称为“助洗添加物”或“共助洗剂”)一起使用。
为此目的常同A型沸石一起使用的产品是聚多元羧酸的钠盐。
为此目的评试的聚多元羧酸中,丙烯酸-马来酸酐共聚物是效果最好者。
这些产品是良好的配位剂,显示优良的污垢分散和抗再沉积能力,改善了洗涤剂的结构以防止结块。
由于众所周知的事实,具有-C-C-主链的聚多元羧酸的生物降解速度相当缓慢,因此,已经进行了广泛的努力,以开发能显示相似的工作性能,同时又具有改进的生物降解能力的替代化合物。
改进生物降解性是确定可作为目前所用助洗剂的有效取代品的出发点。因此,对马来酸酐和/或丙烯酸同天然物质如淀粉或糊精的共聚物、马来酸酐和能提供烯丙基和乙烯基的物质的共聚物、马来酸酐/环氧乙烷共聚物和二羟乙酸/甲醛共聚物等进行了研究,但结果远不能令人满意。
目前,大多数洗涤剂含有2-4%的聚合物,一般为丙烯酸-马来酸酐共聚物,还加有其它助洗剂。
已知(英国专利1,404,814)官能化的聚氨基酸可以用作表面活性剂。其制法是使聚亚氨酸衍生物同长链脂肪胺反应。通过对脂肪胺链类型的控制,或通过聚酰亚胺聚合度,可以选择目标聚氨基酸的最终性能。
然而,上述英国专利公开的产品似乎在最好情况也不具有所要求的性能均衡,这种均衡可使其比所建议的在其它用途中应用更广泛。这些性能,只简单列出,如生物降解性、无毒、无刺激、易溶于水。除了洗涤剂性能外,这些性能决定了其后配方的适用性和应用多样性。
由欧洲专利公开第454,126号可知,聚氨基酸或其衍生物可用作洗涤剂配方中的助洗剂或共助洗剂,因为它们显示出良好的钙配位能力,阻止生成CaCO3晶胚,条件是其使用浓度不低于5%。
在上面所说的申请中提出的产品作为配位剂显示出良好的效果、高耐热和PH稳定性,无毒、无刺激性并且完全可生物降解,这使其可以应用而不会引起环境问题。
然而,如果在上述专利申请中所公开的浓度下使用可能会导致在废水中出现过量的有机物负荷。
本发明人现已发现,如果洗涤剂配方中含助洗剂或共助洗剂聚氨基酸的浓度在0.5-5%重量范围内,上述缺点可以完全消除,如果使用聚天冬氨酸盐,可获得特殊的好处。这正是本发明的目的。
此结果特别令人惊奇,因为众所周知,尽管对过滤金属显示出良好的配位能力,但象L-天冬氨酸和L-谷氨酸这样的氨基酸不能同碱金属或碱土金属形成稳定的络合物〔Angew.Chem.Ind.English Ed.,29(1990)1090-1103〕。
因此,从最广范围来说,本发明涉及用于洗涤纺织材料的适宜的组合物,其特征是,这些组合物含表面活性剂及其它的盐类。
作为阴离子表面活性剂,可列举直链C10-C20脂肪酸的钠、钾或铵盐,烷基硫酸、烷基苯磺酸、烷基磺酸、羟烷基磺酸、烯基磺酸和烷基乙氧基硫酸等的钠、钾或铵盐,还可列举一些磺酸盐,如烷基磺酸基琥珀酸盐和N-酰基-N-甲基牛磺酸的碱金属和/或铵盐等或其混合物。
作为非离子表面活性剂,可列举环氧乙烷同含活泼氢原子物质的缩合产物。含活泼氢原子的物质为C10-C20脂肪酸,以及酰胺、脂肪醇和胺,蔗糖酯和具有C6-C12烷基链的烷基酚;作为非离子表面活性剂还可提出氨基氧化物。
作为两性表面活性剂,一般来说可以列举由脂肪胺衍生的那些化合物,其特点是至少有一个C8-C18的链和至少有一个含亲水的阴离子基团(如羧基或磺酸基)的链。
根据本发明,配位碱土阳离子的试剂通常被叫做“助洗剂”,如早已说过的,这些试剂为良好的洗涤纺织材料的效果发挥了几种积极的作用。这些作用中最重要之一是螯合金属离子,特别是碱土金属离子,这些碱土金属离子构成水的硬度(Ca++、Mg++)。为用作“助洗剂”,先有技术建议几种无机化合物,如水溶性碱性盐,象碳酸盐、硅酸盐等,或不溶于水的化合物,如铝硅酸盐,象天然或合成沸石;还建议水溶性有机化合物,如多元羧酸(柠檬酸、羧基-甲氧基琥珀酸、氧联二琥珀酸等)的碱金属或铵盐。
在用于同时洗涤和增白纺织纤维的最适宜的荧光增白剂中,可以提到由DAA(氨基芪-二磺酸衍生物)、DP(吡唑啉)和AC(氨基香豆酸)系列制成的荧光增白剂。
只要需要,所说的配方中可含作为漂白剂的氧化或还原化合物,如过氧化氢、碱金属的过硼酸盐(优选为过硼酸钠)、过碳酸钠、次氯酸盐、亚氯酸盐、亚磷酸盐、亚硫酸氢盐。
在低温洗涤纺织品时,如果在配方中使用过酸盐或过氧化氢,则建议使用漂白活化剂,如四乙炔二胺、TAGU、五酰基葡萄糖、壬酰基苯酚磺酸盐(钠盐)等。
为满足低温洗涤要求,作为取代品可以利用有机过氧化物,如过醋酸、十二烷二过双酸、邻苯二酰亚氨基己酸等。
除去已提到的成分外,根据本发明的配方还可含其它通用成分,如香料、防沫剂、稳定剂、防结块剂、缓冲剂、洗涤过程保护颜色剂,最后还有增充剂,如硫酸钠。
另外,根据本发明,配方还可含至少一种聚氨基酸,这种聚氨基酸也可能呈部分固化形式,其浓度在0.5-5%重量之间,配方中还可能含传统的共助洗剂,这些共助洗剂可选自马来酸酐和/或丙烯酸同淀粉或糊精或葡萄糖天然物质的共聚物,马来酸酐和含烯丙基或乙烯基的化合物的共聚物,马来酸酐/环氧乙烷共聚物,二羟乙酸/甲醛共聚物和其他的聚电解质。
使用的聚氨基酸的分子量范围为由1,000到300,000,优选为10,000-100,000,成盐度优选为70-85%。
在本发明的配方中,上述欧洲专利公开454,126号中公开的所有的氨基酸都可以使用,包括聚天冬氨酸和其盐。
用于本发明的洗涤剂配方的组合物成分如下,只是举例,而非限制性:
*表面活性剂 5-40%重量
*4A沸石 5-50%重量
*聚合物 0.5-5%重量
*过硼酸钠四水合物 0-30%重量
*四酰基乙二胺 0-5%重量
*二硅酸钠 0-10%重量
*碳酸钠 5-25%重量
*CMC(羧甲基纤维素) 0-2%重量
*酶 0-1%
*香料、防沫剂等 0-2%
*硫酸钠+H2O 足量到100%
为进一步说明本发明,提供了下面的实施例。对本产品的效果也提供了证据。
实施例
进行洗涤试验所用的配方中,或者含有聚氨基酸的钠盐作为共助洗剂,或者作为参照,含有平均分子量75,000的85%成盐的马来酸酐-丙烯酸共聚物,以及含它们的混合物。
试验条件如下:
*试验用织物 EMPA 103(带条纹的)白色人工沾污的衣服
*洗涤温度 90℃
*水的硬度 40°fH
*洗液PH 10.5
*洗涤剂浓度 10克/升
所用的洗涤剂的组成(数值以%重量计)如下:
*C11-C13烷基苯磺酸盐 7.0
*C12-C22皂 2.0
*Lialet-145.7 EO(氧C14-15醇+7.0摩尔环氧乙烷) 5.0
*聚合物 0-4
*4A沸石 27.0
*过硼酸钠四水合物 20.0
*四酰基乙二胺 4.0
*二硅酸钠 3.0
*碳酸钠 10.0
*酶 0.4
*硫酸钠+H2O 足量到100
为了更好地证实聚合物的性能,未加羧甲基纤维素(CMC),甚至荧光增白剂也不加。
试验各在下述情况下进行:无聚合物,在丙烯酸/马来酸酐共聚物存在下,在两种不同的聚天冬氨酸试样存在下,以及在丙烯酸/马来酸酐共聚物和聚天冬氨酸的共混物存在下。
试验结果汇集在下面的表1和表2中。

由表1的数据,可以推断,聚天冬氨酸盐提供的去垢性能至少与市售共聚物提供的去垢性能一样。
在表2中报导的数据是使用上述的洗涤剂配方,经不同的洗涤次数后棉花上残余污垢的数据。
表2中的数据证实,聚天冬氨酸显示出主要的和辅助的去垢性能,这些性能是满意的,可达到市售共聚物所提供的去垢性能。
Claims (5)
1、适用于洗涤纺织材料的粉状和液状组合物,其中含5-40%重量的一种或多种表面活性剂,5-50%重量的A型沸石、0.5-70%重量的选自漂白剂、漂白活化剂、助洗剂、酶、稳定剂、防沫剂、香料的一种或多种添加物,0.5-5%重量的至少一种聚氨基酸(聚氨基酸本身或其部分成盐形式),以及可能0.2%-2.5%的一种传统的共助洗剂,这些共助洗剂选自马来酸酐和/或丙烯酸同如淀粉或糊精或葡萄糖之类天然物质的共聚物、马来酸酐/丙烯酸的共聚物、马来酸酐同含烯丙基或乙烯基化合物的共聚物、马来酸酐/环氧乙烷共聚物、二羟乙酸/甲醛共聚物。
2、根据权利要求1的洗涤剂组合物,其中,所说的聚氨基酸是聚天冬氨酸。
3、根据权利要求1的洗涤剂组合物,其中所说的聚氨基酸以盐的形式存在,其成盐度为0-100%。
4、根据权利要求1的洗涤剂组合物,其中,所说的氨基酸以钠、钾或铵盐形式存在。
5、根据权利要求2和3的洗涤剂组合物,其中,所说的聚氨基酸的浓度为4%。
