背景技术:
双面异色的织物可制作两面可穿的流行服装,经防水整理后,可制作两面可穿的风衣。这样不仅提高了织物的服用性,增加了织物的功能,而且对消费者可获得一衣多用、经济美观的效果。
双面异色织物由于两面颜色在染着过程中很易相互渗透和干扰,难以得到满意的效果,所以生产难度大,目前国内多采用增加色浆厚度,减少色浆流动性和渗透性,用印花机或浮动刮刀涂层的方法进行生产。但是该方法都有不同程度的渗透现象。
中国专利(CN201611182351.4)公开了一种双面异色水刺非织造布,其上下两个面为两种不同颜色,该水刺非织造布制备方法是将两种不同颜色的纤维分别在两套独立的喂棉、开清、梳理系统中进行开松梳理成网,然后将两种纤维网铺合在一起,采用水刺方式进行加固成型制得。该材料性能优异,利于后续制成品区分正反面,但是该工艺较复杂。
发明内容:
本发明公开了一种多功能双面异色数码印花水刺无纺布的制备方法,该方法制得的水刺无纺布两面颜色不同,色泽鲜亮,柔软舒适,且具有一定的阻燃性能,力学性能好。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种多功能双面异色数码印花水刺无纺布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将水刺无纺布采用去离子水清洗干净,干燥,然后采用常压等离子体处理,制得预处理水刺无纺布;
(2)将海藻酸钠和去离子水混合加热至40-50℃搅拌至固体溶解,制得海藻酸钠溶液,然后加入碳酸钠、柠檬酸、尿素搅拌至固体溶解,制得浆料;
(3)将黄RGFL分散染料、乙醇、去离子水搅拌混合均匀,然后加入纳米氧化钛、木质素磺酸钠、丙二醇,搅拌混合均匀,制得正面喷印墨水;
(4)将红玉S-2GFL分散染料、去离子水混合搅拌均匀,然后加入有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂、吐温80、三甲基甘氨酸搅拌混合均匀制得反面喷印墨水;
(3)将步骤(1)制得的预处理水刺无纺布浸入到步骤(2)制得的浆料中,二浸二轧,轧余率为80-90%,取出织物,干燥,制得待染色织物;
(4)采用数码打印机分别将正面喷印墨水、反面喷印墨水涂覆在水刺无纺布的正反面,然后在60-80℃烘干处理5-10min,然后在120-130℃下焙烘5-10min,制得多功能双面异色数码印花水刺无纺布。
作为上述技术方案的优选,步骤(1)中,所述常压等离子体处理的条件为放电频率为13-14MHz,处理时间为5-10min,工作气氛为空气。

本发明制得的浆料是由海藻酸钠、碳酸钠、柠檬酸、尿素组成,该浆料一方面可有效蓬松纤维,使得后续数码印花过程中使得染料分子可有效进入到织物纤维内,且对织物的纤维无损伤,上浆后的织物力学性能好;
本发明有效调节正、反面喷印墨水的组成配比以及喷涂工艺,制得的水刺无纺布染色效果好,色牢度高,力学性能好,且具有一定的阻燃性能。

实施例1
一种多功能双面异色数码印花水刺无纺布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将水刺无纺布采用去离子水清洗干净,干燥,然后采用常压等离子体处理,制得预处理水刺无纺布;
(2)将海藻酸钠和去离子水混合加热至40-50℃搅拌至固体溶解,制得质量浓度为0.1%的海藻酸钠溶液,然后加入碳酸钠、柠檬酸、尿素搅拌至固体溶解,制得浆料,其中;各组分的用量以重量份计分别为:海藻酸钠溶液10份、碳酸钠0.5份、柠檬酸1份、尿素3份;
(3)将黄RGFL分散染料、乙醇、去离子水搅拌混合均匀,然后加入纳米氧化钛、木质素磺酸钠、丙二醇,搅拌混合均匀,制得正面喷印墨水;其中,各组分的用量以重量份计分别为:黄RGFL分散染料10份、乙醇3份、去离子水5份、纳米氧化钛0.1份、木质素磺酸钠0.1份、丙二醇1份;

(4)将红玉S-2GFL分散染料、去离子水混合搅拌均匀,然后加入有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂、吐温80、三甲基甘氨酸搅拌混合均匀制得反面喷印墨水;其中,各组分的用量以重量份计分别为红玉S-2GFL分散染料17份、去离子水12份、有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂0.2份、吐温800.06份、三甲基甘氨酸0.2份;

(3)将黄RGFL分散染料、乙醇、去离子水搅拌混合均匀,然后加入纳米氧化钛、木质素磺酸钠、丙二醇,搅拌混合均匀,制得正面喷印墨水;其中,各组分的用量以重量份计分别为:黄RGFL分散染料14份、乙醇5份、去离子水9份、纳米氧化钛0.2份、木质素磺酸钠0.14份、丙二醇1.4份;
(4)将红玉S-2GFL分散染料、去离子水混合搅拌均匀,然后加入有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂、吐温80、三甲基甘氨酸搅拌混合均匀制得反面喷印墨水;其中,各组分的用量以重量份计分别为红玉S-2GFL分散染料19份、去离子水14份、有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂0.3份、吐温800.07份、三甲基甘氨酸0.3份;
(3)将步骤(1)制得的预处理水刺无纺布浸入到步骤(2)制得的浆料中,二浸二轧,轧余率为80-90%,取出织物,干燥,制得待染色织物;
(4)采用数码打印机分别将正面喷印墨水、反面喷印墨水涂覆在水刺无纺布的正反面,然后在60-80℃烘干处理5-10min,然后在120-130℃下焙烘5-10min,制得多功能双面异色数码印花水刺无纺布。
实施例5
一种多功能双面异色数码印花水刺无纺布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将水刺无纺布采用去离子水清洗干净,干燥,然后采用常压等离子体处理,制得预处理水刺无纺布;
(2)将海藻酸钠和去离子水混合加热至40-50℃搅拌至固体溶解,制得质量浓度为0.2%的海藻酸钠溶液,然后加入碳酸钠、柠檬酸、尿素搅拌至固体溶解,制得浆料,其中;各组分的用量以重量份计分别为:海藻酸钠溶液25份、碳酸钠0.8份、柠檬酸1.6份、尿素4份;
(3)将黄RGFL分散染料、乙醇、去离子水搅拌混合均匀,然后加入纳米氧化钛、木质素磺酸钠、丙二醇,搅拌混合均匀,制得正面喷印墨水;其中,各组分的用量以重量份计分别为:黄RGFL分散染料16份、乙醇6份、去离子水11份、纳米氧化钛0.25份、木质素磺酸钠0.16份、丙二醇1.6份;
(4)将红玉S-2GFL分散染料、去离子水混合搅拌均匀,然后加入有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂、吐温80、三甲基甘氨酸搅拌混合均匀制得反面喷印墨水;其中,各组分的用量以重量份计分别为红玉S-2GFL分散染料21份、去离子水16份、有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂0.4份、吐温800.08份、三甲基甘氨酸0.4份;
(3)将步骤(1)制得的预处理水刺无纺布浸入到步骤(2)制得的浆料中,二浸二轧,轧余率为80-90%,取出织物,干燥,制得待染色织物;
(4)采用数码打印机分别将正面喷印墨水、反面喷印墨水涂覆在水刺无纺布的正反面,然后在60-80℃烘干处理5-10min,然后在120-130℃下焙烘5-10min,制得多功能双面异色数码印花水刺无纺布。
实施例6
一种多功能双面异色数码印花水刺无纺布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将水刺无纺布采用去离子水清洗干净,干燥,然后采用常压等离子体处理,制得预处理水刺无纺布;
(2)将海藻酸钠和去离子水混合加热至40-50℃搅拌至固体溶解,制得质量浓度为0.25%的海藻酸钠溶液,然后加入碳酸钠、柠檬酸、尿素搅拌至固体溶解,制得浆料,其中;各组分的用量以重量份计分别为:海藻酸钠溶液35份、碳酸钠0.9份、柠檬酸1.8份、尿素4.5份;
(3)将黄RGFL分散染料、乙醇、去离子水搅拌混合均匀,然后加入纳米氧化钛、木质素磺酸钠、丙二醇,搅拌混合均匀,制得正面喷印墨水;其中,各组分的用量以重量份计分别为:黄RGFL分散染料18份、乙醇6份、去离子水13份、纳米氧化钛0.25份、木质素磺酸钠0.18份、丙二醇1.8份;
(4)将红玉S-2GFL分散染料、去离子水混合搅拌均匀,然后加入有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂、吐温80、三甲基甘氨酸搅拌混合均匀制得反面喷印墨水;其中,各组分的用量以重量份计分别为红玉S-2GFL分散染料23份、去离子水18份、有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂0.45份、吐温800.09份、三甲基甘氨酸0.45份;
(3)将步骤(1)制得的预处理水刺无纺布浸入到步骤(2)制得的浆料中,二浸二轧,轧余率为80-90%,取出织物,干燥,制得待染色织物;
(4)采用数码打印机分别将正面喷印墨水、反面喷印墨水涂覆在水刺无纺布的正反面,然后在60-80℃烘干处理5-10min,然后在120-130℃下焙烘5-10min,制得多功能双面异色数码印花水刺无纺布。

Claims (4)

1.一种多功能双面异色数码印花水刺无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将水刺无纺布采用去离子水清洗干净,干燥,然后采用常压等离子体处理,制得预处理水刺无纺布;所述常压等离子体处理的条件为放电频率为13-14MHz,处理时间为5-10min,工作气氛为空气;
(2)将海藻酸钠和去离子水混合加热至40-50℃搅拌至固体溶解,制得海藻酸钠溶液,然后加入碳酸钠、柠檬酸、尿素搅拌至固体溶解,制得浆料;
(3)以重量份计,将10-20份黄RGFL分散染料、3-7份乙醇、5-15份去离子水搅拌混合均匀,然后加入0.1-0.3份纳米氧化钛、0.1-0.2份木质素磺酸钠、1-2份丙二醇,搅拌混合均匀,制得正面喷印墨水;
(4)以重量份计,将15-25份红玉S-2GFL分散染料、10-20份去离子水混合搅拌均匀,然后加入0.1-0.5份有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂、0.05-0.1份吐温80、0.1-0.5份三甲基甘氨酸搅拌混合均匀制得反面喷印墨水;
(5)将步骤(1)制得的预处理水刺无纺布浸入到步骤(2)制得的浆料中,二浸二轧,轧余率为80-90%,取出织物,干燥,制得待染色织物;
(6)采用数码打印机分别将正面喷印墨水、反面喷印墨水涂覆在水刺无纺布的正反面,然后在60-80℃烘干处理5-10min,然后在120-130℃下焙烘5-10min,制得多功能双面异色数码印花水刺无纺布。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种多功能双面异色数码印花水刺无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,海藻酸钠溶液的质量浓度为0.1-0.3%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种多功能双面异色数码印花水刺无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,浆料中各组分的用量以重量份计分别为:海藻酸钠溶液10-40份、碳酸钠0.5-1份、柠檬酸1-2份、尿素3-5份。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种多功能双面异色数码印花水刺无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,数码印花的条件为:将喷头降低至织物表面2-5mm处开始喷印,喷印分辨率为720*720dpi。
