Abstract

本发明公开了一种涤纶面料环保、耐洗的抗菌染整工艺,包括以下步骤:除油、同浴染色、还原清洗和抗菌整理,本发明在在染色时预先加入抗菌交联剂,定型整理时用仙护盾抗菌剂SILVADUR 930FLEX进行抗菌后整理,通过该方法处理后的涤纶织物具有优异的抗菌性能,同时对人体无刺激,且具有长久耐洗性,解决传统涤纶面料抗菌整理后不耐水洗及安全性问题。

一种涤纶面料环保、耐洗的抗菌染整工艺
技术领域:
本发明涉及涤纶染整工艺技术领域,尤其涉及一种涤纶面料环保、耐洗的抗菌染整工艺。
背景技术:
目前常见涤纶抗菌选用三氯生、有机聚硅氧烷及其他季铵盐类抗菌剂不耐洗涤、有疏水性、污垢严重时易失活的缺陷,同时经过这类抗菌整理的涤纶织物对人体与自然环境具有一定危害。
发明内容:
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种涤纶面料环保、耐洗的抗菌染整工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、除油:将胚布在溢流染色机中进行除油,浴比1:10,加入乳化除油剂1.0g/L,以2℃/min升温至98℃保温30min,降温至50℃,排出废液,洗2缸清水;
B、同浴染色:向染缸内分别加入匀染剂、染料、冰醋酸之后以2℃/min升温至50℃,向染缸内缓慢加入抗菌交联剂,以1.5℃/min升温至95℃保温5min,以0.8℃/min升温至130℃保温30min,降温至50℃,排出废液,洗2缸清水;
C、还原清洗:向染缸内常温加入纯碱2g/L,浴比1:10,以2℃/min升温至80℃保温10分钟后再加入保险粉4g/L继续保温20min,降温至50℃,排出废液,洗2缸清水后常温加入0.5g/L冰醋酸中和,中和完毕洗1缸清水后出缸,脱水,开幅。
D、抗菌整理:采用一浸一轧工艺,在定型机料槽中先加入仙护盾抗菌剂SILVADUR930FLEX 60g/L,调节工作液pH值5.5-7并搅拌均匀,控制定型机轧车压力使织物轧余率控制在50-60%左右,定型温度130℃,定型时间60-80s。
优选的,所述步骤A中乳化除油剂SD-GNPP 01。
优选的,所述步骤B中加入的抗菌交联剂的剂量为0.5%owf。
优选的,所述步骤D中调节工作液pH值是通过冰醋酸进行调节。
本发明有益效果:本发明提出的一种涤纶面料环保、耐洗的抗菌染整工艺,在染色时预先加入抗菌交联剂,定型整理时用仙护盾抗菌剂SILVADUR 930FLEX进行抗菌后整理,通过该方法处理后的涤纶织物具有优异的抗菌性能,同时对人体无刺激,且具有长久耐洗性(可耐AATCC 61-2A、GB/T 20944、FZ-T73023-2006标准水洗50次以上依然具有非凡的抗菌活性),解决传统涤纶面料抗菌整理后不耐水洗及安全性问题。

具体实施方式:
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,下面通过附图中示出的具体实施例来描述本发明。但是应该理解,这些描述只是示例性的,而并非要限制本发明的范围。此外,在以下说明中,省略了对公知结构和技术的描述,以避免不必要地混淆本发明的概念。
如图1-4所示,本发明的一种锦纶面料环保、耐洗的抗菌染整工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、除油:将胚布在溢流染色机中进行除油,除去布面表面杂质、油剂等,除油工艺为:浴比1:10(浸染方式织物重量与水量体积的比值),加入乳化除油剂SD-GNPP 01 1.0g/L,以2℃/min升温至98℃保温30min,降温至50℃,排出废液,洗2缸清水;
B、同浴染色:按正常染色工序向缸内分别向染缸内分别加入匀染剂、染料、冰醋酸(染助剂用量视实际情况而定)之后以2℃/min升温至50℃,向染缸内缓慢加入抗菌交联剂(一种交联剂,在织物与抗菌剂之间起桥梁作用,可提高抗菌持久性)0.5%owf,以1.5℃/min升温至95℃保温5min,以0.8℃/min升温至130℃保温30min,降温至50℃,排出废液,洗2缸清水;
C、还原清洗:涤纶染深色需进行还原清洗提高牢度,其工艺为:向染缸内常温加入纯碱2g/L,浴比1:10,以2℃/min升温至80℃保温10分钟后再加入保险粉4g/L继续保温20min,降温至50℃,排出废液,洗2缸清水后常温加入0.5g/L冰醋酸中和,中和完毕洗1缸清水后出缸,脱水,开幅。
D、抗菌整理:采用一浸一轧工艺,在定型机料槽中配制工作液,配制方法如下:在定型机料槽中先加入仙护盾抗菌剂SILVADUR 930FLEX 60g/L,用冰醋酸调节工作液pH值5.5-7并搅拌均匀,开机时控制定型机轧车压力,使织物轧余率控制在50-60%左右,定型温度130℃,定型时间60-80s。
本发明的染整工艺流程为:缸内除油、染色同浴加入抗菌交联剂、还原清洗、脱水、开幅及定型后整理,在染色时预先加入抗菌交联剂,定型整理时用仙护盾抗菌剂SILVADUR930FLEX进行抗菌后整理,通过该方法处理后的涤纶织物具有优异的抗菌性能,同时对人体无刺激,且具有长久耐洗性,解决传统涤纶面料抗菌整理后不耐水洗及安全性问题。

Claims (4)

1.一种涤纶面料环保、耐洗的抗菌染整工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
A、除油:将胚布在溢流染色机中进行除油,浴比1:10,加入乳化除油剂1.0g/L,以2℃/min升温至98℃保温30min,降温至50℃,排出废液,洗2缸清水;
B、同浴染色:向染缸内分别加入匀染剂、染料、冰醋酸之后以2℃/min升温至50℃,向染缸内缓慢加入抗菌交联剂,以1.5℃/min升温至95℃保温5min,以0.8℃/min升温至130℃保温30min,降温至50℃,排出废液,洗2缸清水;
C、还原清洗:向染缸内常温加入纯碱2g/L,浴比1:10,以2℃/min升温至80℃保温10分钟后再加入保险粉4g/L继续保温20min,降温至50℃,排出废液,洗2缸清水后常温加入0.5g/L冰醋酸中和,中和完毕洗1缸清水后出缸,脱水,开幅。
D、抗菌整理:采用一浸一轧工艺,在定型机料槽中先加入仙护盾抗菌剂SILVADUR930FLEX 60g/L,调节工作液pH值5.5-7并搅拌均匀,控制定型机轧车压力使织物轧余率控制在50-60%左右,定型温度130℃,定型时间60-80s。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶面料环保、耐洗的抗菌染整工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤A中乳化除油剂SD-GNPP 01。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶面料环保、耐洗的抗菌染整工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤B中加入的抗菌交联剂的剂量为0.5%owf。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶面料环保、耐洗的抗菌染整工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤D中调节工作液pH值是通过冰醋酸进行调节。
