本发明公开了一种防紫外线面料生产工艺,生产工艺包含选料、编织、预处理、染色、脱水和定型;通过合理的工艺参数和试剂的选择,可以获得防护性能稳定的防紫外线面料,同时各种助剂的加入可以提高功能性和穿着舒适性。

一种防紫外线面料生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防紫外线面料生产工艺。 
背景技术
由于科学技术的高度发展,不免给生态带来了不平衡,森林植被的破坏、全世界大量使用碳氟系溶剂和氟利昂,致使二氧化碳增加。大气层中的臭氧层被破坏,紫外线照射量增加,紫外线对人体长期照射会带来各种不同程度的伤害,如患白内障机会增加,还会加速皮肤暗沉老化和阻碍植物和海水动物的生长等。为了满足消费者对夏季服装穿着舒适健康的要求,越来越多的面料要求具有良好的紫外线屏蔽功能。但是现有的防紫外线针织面料采用后期加入水性泡沫涂层的方式起到防护作用,这样的设计防护功能不稳定,在后期的清洗和烫熨中容易失效,现有技术急需一种防护效果持久的防紫外线面料生产工艺。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种防紫外线面料生产工艺。 
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是提供了一种防紫外线面料生产工艺, 
生产工艺包含选料、编织、预处理、染色、脱水和定型;
选料,纱线选择线密度为11.1tex/144(100D/144f)的涤纶抗紫外线加工丝(DTY);
编织,选用紧密的双面鸟眼组织结构;上机采用SD-G-4A型双面圆维机;
预处理, 去除坯布上的油污和脏污;
染色,先添加助剂然后添加燃料进行染色;助剂包括:紫外线吸收剂2.0%、抗菌剂2.0%、分散匀染剂1.0g/L、吸湿排汗柔软剂1.0g/L、冰醋酸1.0g/L、去油纱剂0.3g/L、还原洗净剂3.0g/L、柠檬酸1.0g/L、PEA涤浴中柔软剂1.0g/L;燃料为分散染料1.6%;
定型,在100℃下以18.3m/min,速度定型。
染料在常温时加入,升温速率控制在0.8℃/min,缓慢升温至60℃,染色5min,然后以0.95℃/min的速率继续升温至80℃, 染色5min,再以1.25℃/min的速率升温至130℃染色30min。这样的设计可以保证面料的上色率和匀染性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。 
一种防紫外线面料生产工艺, 
生产工艺包含选料、编织、预处理、染色、脱水和定型;
选料,纱线选择线密度为11.1tex/144(100D/144f)的涤纶抗紫外线加工丝(DTY);因涤纶吸水性较差,静电较大,可将涤纶纱线先在恒温恒湿环境下进行回潮,以提高其编织性;避免出现横条、针痕等瑕疵。
编织,选用紧密的双面鸟眼组织结构;上机采用SD-G-4A型双面圆维机;机号28针/25.4mm,筒径762mm。罗纹排针配置,针盘针按 
ABAB顺序进行排列,针筒针按AABC顺序进行排列。
预处理, 去除坯布上的油污和脏污; 
染色,先添加助剂然后添加燃料进行染色;助剂包括:紫外线吸收剂2.0%、抗菌剂2.0%、分散匀染剂1.0g/L、吸湿排汗柔软剂1.0g/L、冰醋酸1.0g/L、去油纱剂0.3g/L、还原洗净剂3.0g/L、柠檬酸1.0g/L、PEA涤浴中柔软剂1.0g/L;燃料为分散染料1.6%;为保证面料较好的色牢度,应选择分散性较好%,颗粒较小的分散染料,并加强水洗,减少浮色。
定型,在100℃下以18.3m/min,速度定型。可以提高针织面料的平整度和稳定性。通过上述工艺,可以获得防护性能稳定的防紫外线面料,同时各种助剂的加入可以提高功能性和穿着舒适性。 
染料在常温时加入,升温速率控制在0.8℃/min,缓慢升温至60℃,染色5min,然后以0.95℃/min的速率继续升温至80℃, 染色5min,再以1.25℃/min的速率升温至130℃染色30min。这样的设计可以保证面料的上色率和匀染性。染色工艺如图1。 
经过试验测试,本发明所述的生产工艺所得的针织品可以达到AS/NZS 4399标准A级。该面料满足了夏季防紫外线的要求之外,由于助剂的加入还能有吸湿排汗、抗菌除臭等增值的穿着舒适性。 
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为发明的保护范围。 

Claims (2)

1.一种防紫外线面料生产工艺,其特征在于:
生产工艺包含选料、编织、预处理、染色、脱水和定型;
选料,纱线选择线密度为11.1tex/144(100D/144f)的涤纶抗紫外线加工丝(DTY);
编织,选用紧密的双面鸟眼组织结构;上机采用SD-G-4A型双面圆维机;
预处理, 去除坯布上的油污和脏污;
染色,先添加助剂然后添加燃料进行染色;助剂包括:紫外线吸收剂2.0%、抗菌剂2.0%、分散匀染剂1.0g/L、吸湿排汗柔软剂1.0g/L、冰醋酸1.0g/L、去油纱剂0.3g/L、还原洗净剂3.0g/L、柠檬酸1.0g/L、PEA涤浴中柔软剂1.0g/L;燃料为分散染料1.6%;
定型,在100℃下以18.3m/min,速度定型。
2.如权利要求1所述的防紫外线面料生产工艺,其特征在于:染料在常温时加入,升温速率控制在0.8℃/min,缓慢升温至60℃,染色5min,然后以0.95℃/min的速率继续升温至80℃, 染色5min,再以1.25℃/min的速率升温至130℃染色30min。
