本发明涉及纺织印染行业,具体涉及一种防水防油触水变幻印花面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,人们对衣着的要求发生了根本性的变化。从最开始单纯的讲究外观质量,逐渐转变为注重舒适绿色环保的功能性水印面料服饰的新阶段。现代人的消费理念趋向成熟,对于服装新面料会展开一轮新的时尚美的追求。
将防水防油的新材料应运到服饰面料的实际生产中,有着时代赋予我们的新责任。经试验和大量生产,采用棉类及其混纺针织物食毛处理,再进一步做吸湿排汗功能整理成半成品,加用印花防水防油技术,能得到各种全新多元素运动型针织面料。印花是服饰上的一种时尚元素,人们越来追求时尚与个性,通过本发明的工艺手段使该系列面料具有手感细腻、吸湿透气、柔软舒适、触水变幻的特点,同时也改善了传统涂料印花面料的弱点,为服装成衣实现多元素功能锦上添花。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种防水防油触水变幻印花面料的生产工艺。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
防水防油触水变幻印花面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)煮布:加入精练渗透剂TR-1062(由德威化工有限公司提供)5-8g/L、96%的烧碱15-25g/L和50%双氧水20-40g/L,使面料在95-98℃下煮40-50min,再加入99.5%的冰醋酸5-8g/L,在80-85℃下洗水两次,每次4-8min,然后过冷水10-20min;
(2)染色:在50-70℃下面料在活性染料中染色80-90min,加入精盐60-80g/L、98%的纯碱3-5g/L和新型碱剂FE-3(由上海瑞鹰化工有限公司提供)2-3g/L;
(3)过酸:使用99.5%冰醋酸4-5g/L、后处理剂Qualitol QEP(由广东湛丰精细化工有限公司提供)1-2g/L、99%柠檬酸0.05-0.1g/L和吸湿排汗剂Sofmatic DM-3740(由广东德美精细化工股份有限公司提供)1-2g/L进行过酸;
(4)烘干:在140-150℃烘干,车速合理,门幅66”,克重155g/㎡;
(5)印花:使用印花机将防水防油浆料在面料上印制成设计的图案,使用的防水防油浆料包括以下组分:
UniDYNE TG-5541 40-50g/L(由传化化工有限公司提供)
PHOBOL EXTENDER XAN 8-10g/L(由先进华联精细化工有限公司提供)
KG-202增稠剂 25-30g/L
余量为软水。
优选地,所述防水防油浆料的粘度为24000-25000cps。
采用日本东申磁棒圆网印花机,花筒网目125-155#,磁棒10-20#,磁力5-8,车速25-30m/min,烘箱温度设置为≦150℃,以烘干为准。印制中,印浆料无色,塞网情况很难发现,必要定时清洁网筒,保持花型完整,印制部位吃浆均匀,印制前后效果一致。印花后落布平整、布封不卷不折。
优选地,纯棉针织面料,采用花筒网目125#,磁棒20#,磁力7-8,车速25m/min,烘箱温度设置为≦150℃。
优选地,涤纶针织面料,采用花筒网目155#,磁棒10#,磁力5-6,车速30m/min,烘箱温度设置为≦150℃。
(6)烘焙:将面料在150-170℃烘焙1-3min;
优选地,纯棉针织面料,烘焙温度为170℃,时间1min;
优选地,涤纶针织面料,烘焙温度为150℃,时间2min。
(7)整理:加入轧液,150℃合理车速,轧车压力2.5磅;
优选地,纯棉针织面料,采用的轧液包括10-12g/L的亲水硅油,25-30g/L的DCW干爽整理剂,1-2g/L的CN渗透剂;
优选地,涤纶针织面料,采用的轧液包括T-160 15-20g/L。
本发明采用棉类及其混纺针织物进行食毛处理,再进一步做吸湿排汗功能整理至半成品,加用印花防水防油技术,能得到各种全新多元素运动型针织面料。该面料赋有手感细腻、吸湿透气、柔软舒适、触水变幻等特点,同时也改善了传统涂料印花面料的弱点。
为了保障面料的干爽、吸湿、排汗功能,水印图案大多印制在面料的反面,这类图案设计多考虑适合运动休闲装、秋夏男女T恤。部份面料接触水,如沙滩裤、泳装多设计印正面图案。
本发明的防水防油浆料,通过印制图案,使面料局部具有防水防油功能,没有吃浆的部位遇水或汗水3秒内吸湿出现印花图形。水或汗水蒸发后图案则消失。水印浆料的功能系永久耐洗型。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明制备得到的的面料具有舒适、干爽、透气的优点;
(2)本发明制备得到的的面料具有防水防油的功效;
(3)本发明制备得到的的面料具有触水变幻的水印图案的特点。
具体实施方式
为了更好的解释本发明,现结合以下具体实施例做进一步说明,但是本发明不限于具体实施例。
实施例1
一种防水防油触水变幻印花面料的生产工艺,步骤如下:
(1)煮布:使用精练渗透剂TR-1062 6g/L、96%烧碱20g/L和50%双氧水30g/L将优质针织面料30S/1JC平纹(5cm珠地边)在98℃煮45min,再加入99.5%冰醋酸7g/L,调节温度为80℃洗水两次,每次5min,过冷水15min;
(2)染色:使用活性染料在60℃将面料染色90min,再加入精盐70g/L、98%纯碱4g/L和新型碱剂2.5g/L;
(3)过酸:加入99.5%冰醋酸5g/L、Qualitol QEP 1g/L、99%柠檬酸0.05g/L和Sofmatic DM-3740 1g/L,不过柔,试吸水合格后出缸;
(4)烘干:在140-150℃烘干,车速合理,门幅66”,克重155g/㎡;
(5)印花:使用日本东申磁棒圆网印花机将防水防油浆料在面料上印制成设计的图案,防水防油浆料包括以下组分:
UniDYNE TG-5541 50g/L
PHOBOL EXTENDER XAN 8g/L
KG-202增稠剂 28g/L
余量为软水;粘度为24500cps;

(6)烘焙:在170℃烘焙1min;
(7)整理:通过轧液,其包括10g/L的亲水硅油,30g/L的DCW干爽整理剂,2g/L的CN渗透剂,轧车温度150℃,轧车压力2.5磅。
实施例2
一种防水防油触水变幻印花面料的生产工艺,步骤如下:
(1)煮布:使用精练渗透剂TR-1062 6g/L、96%烧碱20g/L和50%双氧水30g/L将75D/72F SD DTY Polyester提花网眼双面布在98℃煮45min,再加入99.5%冰醋酸7g/L,调节温度为80℃洗水两次,每次5min,过冷水15min;
(2)染色:使用活性染料在60℃将面料染色90min,再加入精盐70g/L、98%纯碱4g/L和新型碱剂2.5g/L;
(3)过酸:加入99.5%冰醋酸5g/L、Qualitol QEP 1g/L、99%柠檬酸0.05g/L和Sofmatic DM-3740 1g/L,不过柔,试吸水合格后出缸;

3.根据权利要求1所述的防水防油触水变幻印花面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述染色的步骤包括:在50-70℃下面料在活性染料中染色80-90min,加入精盐60-80g/L、98%的纯碱3-5g/L和新型碱剂2-3g/L。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防水防油触水变幻印花面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述过酸过程中使用的酸液包括以下组分:99.5%冰醋酸4-5g/L、后处理剂1-2g/L、99%柠檬酸0.05-0.1g/L和吸湿排汗剂1-2g/L。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防水防油触水变幻印花面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述印花过程中使用的防水防油浆料包括以下组分:
UniDYNE TG-5541 40-50g/L
PHOBOL EXTENDER XAN 8-10g/L
KG-202增稠剂 25-30g/L
余量为软水。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的防水防油触水变幻印花面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述防水防油浆料的粘度为24000-25000cps。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防水防油触水变幻印花面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述印花过程中花筒纲目125-155#,磁棒10-20#,磁力5-8,车速25-30m/min,烘箱温度不超过150℃。
