本发明涉及一种棉涤织物直印并快速焙固的方法,所述的方法包括:①烧毛;②浸轧、冷堆;③紧式两次连续浸轧碱氧液短蒸;④丝光处理;⑤定型机整纬;⑥印花;⑦定型机热焙一步固色;⑧印花皂洗、水洗、酸中和;⑨浸轧吸湿排汗整理剂、整纬拉幅;⑩防缩整理。采用本方法印染棉涤织物,可以提高印染效率、减少污染。

一种棉涤织物直印并快速焙固的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及印染技术领域,尤其是棉涤织物印染技术领域。
背景技术
棉涤织物是由涤沦和棉纤维混纺而成,以棉纤维为主,涤沦为辅,棉的成分在60%以上,涤纶的成分在40%以下的混纺织物。
直印,有成直接印花,是织物印花方式之一。将印花色浆直接印到织物上去而故名。此种印花工艺是几种印花方式最简单而又最普遍的一种。根据图案要求不同,又妥为白地、满地和色地三种:白地印花花纹面积小,白地部分面积大;满地印花花纹面积大,织物大部分面积都印上花纹;色地的直接印花是指先染好地色,然后再印上花纹,习称“罩印”。但由于迭色缘故,一般都采用同类色,类似色或浅地深花居多,否则迭色处花色萎暗。
现有技术中,印花烘干后,常常采用高温高压蒸化法(HPS)进行固色,高温高压蒸化(HPS)法固色是织物印花后在密封的高压汽蒸箱内,在125一135℃温度下,蒸化约30min,汽蒸箱内的蒸汽过热程度不高,接近于饱和,所以纤维和色浆吸湿较多,溶胀较好,有利于分散染料向纤维内扩散,水洗时浆料也易洗除。用HPS法固色,染料的给色量较高,织物手感较好,可适用易变形的织物(如仿绸制品及针织物)等的固色。但HPS法是间歇式生产,效率低、耗热耗水,且常常因为蒸化机挂环长度不一致而造成布匹出现前后色差现象。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种污染少、效率高的棉涤织物活性,分散染料直印热焙一步固色的方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出下列技术方案:
一种棉涤织物直印并快速焙固的方法,其特征在于所述的方法由下列步骤组成:
①烧毛用烧毛机对布坯进行一正一反烧毛处理,所述烧毛机的车速为80-120m/min;
②浸轧、冷堆浸轧液的配方为:NaOH25-30g/L、H2O210-12g/L、双氧水稳定剂5-6g/L、精炼剂10g/L、螯合分散剂5g/L;冷堆的温度为:20-25℃;堆置的时间为18-24小时;
③紧式两次连续浸轧碱氧液短蒸在有张力的条件下,按次序不间歇进行浸轧碱氧液、汽蒸、水洗、浸轧碱氧液、汽蒸、水洗、烘干的操作;其中,所述碱氧液的配方为:NaOH4-6g/L、H2O23-4g/L、双氧水稳定剂5-6g/L、精炼剂5g/L、螯合分散剂2g/L;汽蒸的温度为95-98℃、每次汽蒸的时间为60-70秒;
④丝光处理在有张力的条件下,用170-180g/L的NaOH溶液处理,然后在张力下水洗酸中和去碱;
⑤定型机整纬定型机的焙烘温度为190-220℃,处理时间为25秒;
⑥印花分散染料与活性染料同浆直印;
⑦定型机热焙一步固色焙烘温度为210℃,焙烘时间为50秒;
⑧印花皂洗、水洗、酸中和;
⑨浸轧吸湿排汗整理剂、整纬拉幅;
⑩防缩整理。
优选的,所述①烧毛步骤中,所述烧毛机的车速为100m/min。
优选的,所述②浸轧、冷堆步骤中,所述的双氧水稳定剂为硅酸钠稳定剂;所述③紧式两次连续浸轧碱氧液短蒸步骤中,所述的双氧水稳定剂为东莞嘉宏有机硅科技有限公司生产的双氧水稳定剂Goon2011。
优选的,所述②浸轧、冷堆与③紧式两次连续浸轧碱氧液短蒸步骤中,所述的精炼剂为广东宏昊化工有限公司生产的渗透煮练剂KW
优选的,所述②浸轧、冷堆与③紧式两次连续浸轧碱氧液短蒸步骤中,所述的螯合分散剂为佛山晨辉化工发展有限公司生产的螯合分散剂HA。
优选的,所述②浸轧、冷堆步骤中,所述的堆置时间为20小时。
优选的,所述⑤定型机整纬步骤中,所述定型机的焙烘温度为210℃。
优选的,所述⑥印花步骤中,所述分散染料选自中的偶氮型、蒽醌型和杂环型分散染料中一种或几种;所述活性染料选自对称三氮苯型和乙烯砜型中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述⑨浸轧吸湿排汗整理剂、整纬拉幅步骤中,所述吸湿排汗整理剂为:UltraphilHSD60g/L。
优选的,所述⑩防缩整理采用机械方法,进一步优选采用超喂式针铗拉幅机进行防缩整理。
采用本发明对棉涤织物进行印染,具有以下技术效果:
1、采用了定型机热焙一步固色,色泽均匀一致。
2、减少直印满地花布的折叠错印。
3、改变了传统高温蒸化机因挂环不一致而造成发色不均匀性。
4、改变了蒸化机挂环长度不一致而造成前后色差现象。
5、操作简便,翻单追色的重印性好。
6、节约用水,减少三废的排放。
为了更好的阐述技术方案,下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明,但本发明所要求的保护范围不限于下列实施例。
具体实施方式
实施例1
①烧毛用烧毛机对棉涤织物布坯(规格:CVC40*75D/110*7565")进行一正一反烧毛处理,所述烧毛机的车速为80m/min;
②浸轧、冷堆浸轧液的配方为:NaOH25g/L、H2O210g/L、硅酸钠稳定剂(水玻璃)5g/L、渗透煮练剂KW10g/L、螯合分散剂HA5g/L;浸轧、冷堆的温度为:20-25℃;堆置的时间为18小时;
③紧式两次连续浸轧碱氧液短蒸在有张力的条件下,按次序不间歇进行浸轧碱氧液、汽蒸、水洗、浸轧碱氧液、汽蒸、水洗、烘干的操作;其中,所述碱氧液的配方为:NaOH4g/L、H2O23g/L、双氧水稳定剂Goon20115g/L、渗透煮练剂KW5g/L、螯合分散剂HA2g/L;汽蒸的温度为95-98℃、每次汽蒸的时间为60-70秒;
④丝光处理在有张力的条件下,用170g/L的NaOH溶液处理,然后在张力下水洗酸中和去碱;
⑤定型机整纬定型机的焙烘温度为190℃,处理时间为25秒;
⑥印花偶氮型分散染料与对称三氮苯型活性染料同浆直印;
⑦定型机热焙一步固色焙烘温度为210℃,焙烘时间为50秒;
⑧印花皂洗、水洗、酸中和;
⑨浸轧吸湿排汗整理剂、整纬拉幅吸湿排汗整理剂的配方为:UltraphilHSD60g/L、中和酸剂2g/L。
⑩防缩整理采用超喂式针铗拉幅机进行防缩整理。
实施例2
①烧毛用烧毛机对棉涤织物布坯(规格:CVC40*75D/110*7565")进行一正一反烧毛处理,所述烧毛机的车速为120m/min;
②浸轧、冷堆浸轧液的配方为:NaOH30g/L、H2O212g/L、硅酸钠稳定剂(水玻璃)6g/L、渗透煮练剂KW10g/L、螯合分散剂HA5g/L;浸轧、冷堆的温度为:20-25℃;堆置的时间为24小时;
③紧式两次连续浸轧碱氧液短蒸在有张力的条件下,按次序不间歇进行浸轧碱氧液、汽蒸、水洗、浸轧碱氧液、汽蒸、水洗、烘干的操作;其中,所述碱氧液的配方为:NaOH6g/L、H2O24g/L、双氧水稳定剂Goon20116g/L、渗透煮练剂KW5g/L、螯合分散剂HA2g/L;汽蒸的温度为95-98℃、每次汽蒸的时间为60-70秒;
④丝光处理在有张力的条件下,用180g/L的NaOH溶液处理,然后在张力下水洗酸中和去碱;
⑤定型机整纬定型机的焙烘温度为220℃,处理时间为25秒;
⑥印花蒽醌型分散染料与乙烯砜型活性染料同浆直印;
⑦定型机热焙一步固色焙烘温度为210℃,焙烘时间为50秒;
⑧印花皂洗、水洗、酸中和;
⑨浸轧吸湿排汗整理剂、整纬拉幅吸湿排汗整理剂的配方为:UltraphilHSD60g/L、中和酸剂2g/L。
⑩防缩整理采用超喂式针铗拉幅机进行防缩整理。
实施例3

③紧式两次连续浸轧碱氧液短蒸在有张力的条件下,按次序不间歇进行浸轧碱氧液、汽蒸、水洗、浸轧碱氧液、汽蒸、水洗、烘干的操作;其中,所述碱氧液的配方为:NaOH5g/L、H2O24g/L、双氧水稳定剂Goon20116g/L、渗透煮练剂KW5g/L、螯合分散剂HA2g/L;汽蒸的温度为95-98℃、每次汽蒸的时间为60-70秒;
④丝光处理在有张力的条件下,用180g/L的NaOH溶液处理,然后在张力下水洗酸中和去碱;
⑤定型机整纬定型机的焙烘温度为210℃,处理时间为25秒;
⑥印花杂环型分散染料与乙烯砜型活性染料同浆直印;
⑦定型机热焙一步固色焙烘温度为210℃,焙烘时间为50秒;
⑧印花皂洗、水洗、酸中和;
⑨浸轧吸湿排汗整理剂、整纬拉幅吸湿排汗整理剂的配方为:UltraphilHSD60g/L、中和酸剂2g/L。
⑩防缩整理采用超喂式针铗拉幅机进行防缩整理。

1.一种棉涤织物直印并快速焙固的方法,其特征在于所述的方法由下列步骤组成:
①烧毛用烧毛机对布坯进行一正一反烧毛处理,所述烧毛机的车速为80-120m/min;
②浸轧、冷堆浸轧液的配方为:NaOH25-30g/L、H2O210-12g/L、双氧水稳定剂5-6g/L、精炼剂10g/L、螯合分散剂5g/L;冷堆的温度为:20-25℃;堆置的时间为18-24小时;
③紧式两次连续浸轧碱氧液短蒸在有张力的条件下,按次序不间歇进行浸轧碱氧液、汽蒸、水洗、浸轧碱氧液、汽蒸、水洗、烘干的操作;其中,所述碱氧液的配方为:NaOH4-6g/L、H2O23-4g/L、双氧水稳定剂5-6g/L、精炼剂5g/L、螯合分散剂2g/L;汽蒸的温度为95-98℃、每次汽蒸的时间为60-70秒;
④丝光处理在有张力的条件下,用170-180g/L的NaOH溶液处理,然后在张力下水洗、酸中和去碱;
⑤定型机整纬定型机的焙烘温度为190-220℃,处理时间为25秒;
⑥印花分散染料与活性染料同浆直印;
⑦定型机热焙一步固色焙烘温度为210℃,焙烘时间为50秒;
⑧印花皂洗、水洗、酸中和;
⑨浸轧吸湿排汗整理剂、整纬拉幅;
⑩防缩整理。
