Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌性速干面料的制备方法,包括步骤(1)编织;(2)前处理;(3)水洗;(4)染色;(5)清洗;(6)碱减量处理;(7)抗菌整理;(8)烘干。本发明采用物理吸湿速干与化学吸湿速干相结合的方式提高面料吸湿速干效果,又由于本发明增加的抗菌整理步骤,可进一步提高面料的抗菌性能,抑制与人体皮肤相接触面细菌的滋生,保护肌肤,增加面料的实用性,有益效果明显。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料的生产方法,尤其是一种抗菌性速干面料的生产方法。
背景技术
速干面料一般为:化纤,聚酯纤维,合成织物纤维。速干面料是应户外使用环境的要求产生的。一般情况下,春夏交替时就可以穿上速干衣物了,此时它们比起厚重的冲锋衣要方便,实用得多。速干衣的主要功能是快速排汗,也就是将皮肤上出的汗水迅速吸收、扩散,并通过尽可能扩大面积来加快蒸发速度。穿着普通运动装,锻炼出汗后立刻转入休息状态,会因为人体温度的变化而生病。而速干衣可以散湿且保暖性好,有利于保持皮肤干燥清爽。
目前市场上销售的速干面料现有的速干面料产品主要是通过化学方法来达到吸湿速干效果。这是因为纤维性能的局限性,利用单一纤维材料开发单向导湿快干面料存在一定困难,比如丙纶纤维吸湿性和快干性能差,穿着闷热,而天然纤维织物又缺乏易洗快干的特点等。且速干效果不好的面料易滋生细菌,引起皮肤病等一系列问题。
综上所述,研究出一种吸湿速干效果好且能够有效抑制细菌滋生的面料是目前速干面料生产领域需要解决的重要问题之一。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种同时兼具抗菌性与良好的吸湿速干效果的抗菌性速干面料的生产方法。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种抗菌性速干面料的制备方法,包括步骤
(1)编织:采用双面圆纬机编织蜂窝网眼状双层面料,其中内层由丙纶/壳聚糖复合纤维制成,外层由再生聚酯纤维/天丝复合纤维制成,所述丙纶/壳聚糖复合纤维中丙纶含量为80%,壳聚糖纤维含量为20%;所述再生聚酯纤维/天丝复合纤维中再生聚酯纤维含量为85%,天丝纤维含量为15%;
(2)前处理:将所述的双层面料面料浸入含有精炼剂1-2g/L,渗透剂JFC 1-3g/L,双氧水6-8g/L的溶液中做精炼处理,浴比为1:15,处理时间为70-80℃,处理时间为20-35min;
(3)水洗:将经过前处理的双层面料放入含有氧酶KAT 3-5g/L的水中做除氧处理,除氧处理20-25min后再将双层面料置于清水中清洗5min,清洗后烘干;
(4)染色:将烘干后的双层面料放入染色机的清水中,在清水中逐渐加入染料,HH-CT:WG-CT:BS-CT以0.7:0.8:1的比例同时添加入清水中,同时还添加1-1.4g/L的均染剂SR,媒染剂1.3-3g/L,精炼剂0.2-0.8g/L,元明粉3-5g/L,扩散剂O 1-3g/L,通过醋酸调节pH值为5-5.5时,循环化料加料10-15min,染色机升温,升温速度为2-3℃/min,温度升到65℃时,保温染色28-32min,然后染色机降温,降温速度为4-5℃/min;
(5)清洗:将染色后的双层面料放入30℃的清水中进行还原清洗,具体为在清水中加入还原清洗剂ECO 2-4g/L,HAC 2-3g/L,交联固色剂2-3g/L;循环加料2-3min,将还原清洗溶液升温,升温速度为3-5℃/min,温度升到60-70℃时,保温清洗13-17min,然后将还原清洗溶液排出,重新注入清水洗涤双层面料,清洗时间为10-20min,清洗温度为12-15℃,将清洗后的双层面料烘干;
(6)碱减量处理:将双层面料放入100℃的碱溶液中进行碱减量处理,所述碱溶液为氢氧化钠15g/L,阳离子表面活性剂1227 0.6-0.7g/L的溶液,处理时间为28-33℃,浴比为1:25;
(7)抗菌整理:对碱减量处理后的双层面料进行抗菌整理,具体为将双层面料浸入整理工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度120-125℃,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为20-24r/min,轧余率85-90%,所述整理工作液包括:
柠檬酸 1-2g/L;
聚乙二醇(100) 3-5g/L;
柔软剂 1-2g/L;
抗菌剂:3-5g/L;
渗透剂JFC:1-2g/L;
甲醇 3-5g/L;
三乙醇胺 1.5-2g/L;
纳米二氧化钛:2-3g/L;
丝素:0.5-1g/L;
戊二醛:1-2g/L;
(8)烘干:将经过抗菌整理的双层面料放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为100-105℃,机车速为20-24m/min。
步骤(4)中所述的媒染剂为碱式硫酸铜。
步骤(7)中所述的柔软剂为Gemini阳离子柔软剂。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1.吸湿速干效果好:本发明通过将面料编织成蜂窝网眼状双层面料,可有效增加面料的散热面积,提高散热速干效果;又由于本发明通过对面料进行碱减量处理,采用化学方法,进一步增加面料的吸湿速干能力,相较于市场上的普通面料,吸湿速干效率提升15-25%。
2.抗菌性能好:本发明所述的双层面料的内层采用丙纶/壳聚糖复合纤维编织而成,所述的丙纶纤维可保证面料的快干性能,与之复合的壳聚糖纤维可抑制细菌的滋生,有效保护肌肤,且生产步骤中增加的抗菌整理,可进一步提高面料整体的抗菌能力,提高面料的实用性。
3.节能环保:本发明所述的双层面料的外层采用再生聚酯纤维/天丝复合纤维编织而成,所述的再生聚酯纤维是一种以再生PET聚酯为主要原料的纤维,原料的主要来源是废弃的聚酯瓶片,采用该纤维制作面料不仅节约能源,也有利于环境的保护,符合国家可持续发展的要求。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:
一种抗菌性速干面料的制备方法,包括步骤
(1)编织:采用双面圆纬机编织蜂窝网眼状双层面料,其中内层由丙纶/壳聚糖复合纤维制成,外层由再生聚酯纤维/天丝复合纤维制成,所述丙纶/壳聚糖复合纤维中丙纶含量为80%,壳聚糖纤维含量为20%;所述再生聚酯纤维/天丝复合纤维中再生聚酯纤维含量为85%,天丝纤维含量为15%;
(2)前处理:将所述的双层面料面料浸入含有精炼剂1g/L,渗透剂JFC 1-g/L,双氧水6g/L的溶液中做精炼处理,浴比为1:15,处理时间为70℃,处理时间为20min;
(3)水洗:将经过前处理的双层面料放入含有氧酶KAT 3g/L的水中做除氧处理,除氧处理20min后再将双层面料置于清水中清洗5min,清洗后烘干;
(4)染色:将烘干后的双层面料放入染色机的清水中,在清水中逐渐加入染料,HH-CT:WG-CT:BS-CT以0.7:0.8:1的比例同时添加入清水中,同时还添加1-g/L的均染剂SR,碱式硫酸铜1.3g/L,精炼剂0.2g/L,元明粉3g/L,扩散剂O 1g/L,通过醋酸调节pH值为5时,循环化料加料10min,染色机升温,升温速度为2℃/min,温度升到65℃时,保温染色28min,然后染色机降温,降温速度为4℃/min;
(5)清洗:将染色后的双层面料放入30℃的清水中进行还原清洗,具体为在清水中加入还原清洗剂ECO 2g/L,HAC 3g/L,交联固色剂2g/L;循环加料2min,将还原清洗溶液升温,升温速度为3℃/min,温度升到60℃时,保温清洗13min,然后将还原清洗溶液排出,重新注入清水洗涤双层面料,清洗时间为10min,清洗温度为12℃,将清洗后的双层面料烘干;
(6)碱减量处理:将双层面料放入100℃的碱溶液中进行碱减量处理,所述碱溶液为氢氧化钠15g/L,阳离子表面活性剂1227 0.6g/L的溶液,处理时间为28℃,浴比为1:25;
(7)抗菌整理:对碱减量处理后的双层面料进行抗菌整理,具体为将双层面料浸入整理工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度120℃,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为20r/min,轧余率85%,所述整理工作液包括:
柠檬酸 1g/L;
聚乙二醇(100) 3g/L;
Gemini阳离子柔软剂 1g/L;
活性炭:3g/L;
渗透剂JFC:1g/L;
甲醇 3g/L;
三乙醇胺 1.5g/L;
纳米二氧化钛:2g/L;
丝素:0.5g/L;
戊二醛:1g/L;
(8)烘干:将经过抗菌整理的双层面料放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为100℃,机车速为20m/min。
实施例2:
一种抗菌性速干面料的制备方法,包括步骤
(1)编织:采用双面圆纬机编织蜂窝网眼状双层面料,其中内层由丙纶/壳聚糖复合纤维制成,外层由再生聚酯纤维/天丝复合纤维制成,所述丙纶/壳聚糖复合纤维中丙纶含量为80%,壳聚糖纤维含量为20%;所述再生聚酯纤维/天丝复合纤维中再生聚酯纤维含量为85%,天丝纤维含量为15%;
(2)前处理:将所述的双层面料面料浸入含有精炼剂1.5g/L,渗透剂JFC 2g/L,双氧水7g/L的溶液中做精炼处理,浴比为1:15,处理时间为75℃,处理时间为30min;
(3)水洗:将经过前处理的双层面料放入含有氧酶KAT 4g/L的水中做除氧处理,除氧处理23min后再将双层面料置于清水中清洗5min,清洗后烘干;
(4)染色:将烘干后的双层面料放入染色机的清水中,在清水中逐渐加入染料,HH-CT:WG-CT:BS-CT以0.7:0.8:1的比例同时添加入清水中,同时还添加1.3g/L的均染剂SR,碱式硫酸铜2.2g/L,精炼剂0.4g/L,元明粉4g/L,扩散剂O 2g/L,通过醋酸调节pH值为5.3时,循环化料加料12min,染色机升温,升温速度为2.3℃/min,温度升到65℃时,保温染色30min,然后染色机降温,降温速度为4.5℃/min;
(5)清洗:将染色后的双层面料放入30℃的清水中进行还原清洗,具体为在清水中加入还原清洗剂ECO 3g/L,HAC 2.4g/L,交联固色剂2.5g/L;循环加料2.5min,将还原清洗溶液升温,升温速度为4℃/min,温度升到65℃时,保温清洗15min,然后将还原清洗溶液排出,重新注入清水洗涤双层面料,清洗时间为15min,清洗温度为13℃,将清洗后的双层面料烘干;
(6)碱减量处理:将双层面料放入100℃的碱溶液中进行碱减量处理,所述碱溶液为氢氧化钠15g/L,阳离子表面活性剂1227 0.65g/L的溶液,处理时间为31℃,浴比为1:25;
(7)抗菌整理:对碱减量处理后的双层面料进行抗菌整理,具体为将双层面料浸入整理工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度123℃,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为22r/min,轧余率87%,所述整理工作液包括:
柠檬酸 1.3g/L;
聚乙二醇(100) 4g/L;
Gemini阳离子柔软剂 1.3g/L;
壳聚糖双胍盐酸盐:4g/L;
渗透剂JFC:1.3g/L;
甲醇 4g/L;
三乙醇胺 1.8g/L;
纳米二氧化钛:2.3g/L;
丝素:0.8g/L;
戊二醛:1.5g/L;
(8)烘干:将经过抗菌整理的双层面料放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为1.2℃,机车速为22m/min。
实施例3
一种抗菌性速干面料的制备方法,包括步骤
(1)编织:采用双面圆纬机编织蜂窝网眼状双层面料,其中内层由丙纶/壳聚糖复合纤维制成,外层由再生聚酯纤维/天丝复合纤维制成,所述丙纶/壳聚糖复合纤维中丙纶含量为80%,壳聚糖纤维含量为20%;所述再生聚酯纤维/天丝复合纤维中再生聚酯纤维含量为85%,天丝纤维含量为15%;
(2)前处理:将所述的双层面料面料浸入含有精炼剂2g/L,渗透剂JFC 3g/L,双氧水8g/L的溶液中做精炼处理,浴比为1:15,处理时间为80℃,处理时间为35min;
(3)水洗:将经过前处理的双层面料放入含有氧酶KAT 5g/L的水中做除氧处理,除氧处理25min后再将双层面料置于清水中清洗5min,清洗后烘干;
(4)染色:将烘干后的双层面料放入染色机的清水中,在清水中逐渐加入染料,HH-CT:WG-CT:BS-CT以0.7:0.8:1的比例同时添加入清水中,同时还添加1.4g/L的均染剂SR,碱式硫酸铜3g/L,精炼剂0.8g/L,元明粉5g/L,扩散剂O 3g/L,通过醋酸调节pH值为5.5时,循环化料加15min,染色机升温,升温速度为3℃/min,温度升到65℃时,保温染色32min,然后染色机降温,降温速度为5℃/min;
(5)清洗:将染色后的双层面料放入30℃的清水中进行还原清洗,具体为在清水中加入还原清洗剂ECO 4g/L,HAC 3g/L,交联固色剂3g/L;循环加料3min,将还原清洗溶液升温,升温速度为5℃/min,温度升到70℃时,保温清洗17min,然后将还原清洗溶液排出,重新注入清水洗涤双层面料,清洗时间为20min,清洗温度为15℃,将清洗后的双层面料烘干;
(6)碱减量处理:将双层面料放入100℃的碱溶液中进行碱减量处理,所述碱溶液为氢氧化钠15g/L,阳离子表面活性剂1227 0.7g/L的溶液,处理时间为33℃,浴比为1:25;
(7)抗菌整理:对碱减量处理后的双层面料进行抗菌整理,具体为将双层面料浸入整理工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度125℃,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为24r/min,轧余率90%,所述整理工作液包括:
柠檬酸 2g/L;
聚乙二醇(100) 5g/L;
Gemini阳离子柔软剂 2g/L;
纳米银:5g/L;
渗透剂JFC:2g/L;
甲醇 5g/L;
三乙醇胺 2g/L;
纳米二氧化钛:3g/L;
丝素:1g/L;
戊二醛:2g/L;
(8)烘干:将经过抗菌整理的双层面料放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为100-105℃,机车速为24m/min。
Claims (3)
1.一种抗菌性速干面料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括步骤
(1)编织:采用双面圆纬机编织蜂窝网眼状双层面料,其中内层由丙纶/壳聚糖复合纤维制成,外层由再生聚酯纤维/天丝复合纤维制成,所述丙纶/壳聚糖复合纤维中丙纶含量为80%,壳聚糖纤维含量为20%;所述再生聚酯纤维/天丝复合纤维中再生聚酯纤维含量为85%,天丝纤维含量为15%;
(2)前处理:将所述的双层面料面料浸入含有精炼剂1-2g/L,渗透剂JFC 1-3 g/L,双氧水6-8g/L的溶液中做精炼处理,浴比为1:15,处理时间为70-80℃,处理时间为20-35min;
(3)水洗:将经过前处理的双层面料放入含有氧酶 KAT 3-5g/L的水中做除氧处理,除氧处理20-25min后再将双层面料置于清水中清洗5min,清洗后烘干;
(4)染色:将烘干后的双层面料放入染色机的清水中,在清水中逐渐加入染料,HH-CT:WG-CT:BS-CT以0.7:0.8:1的比例同时添加入清水中,同时还添加1-1.4g/L的均染剂SR,媒染剂 1.3-3g/L,精炼剂0.2-0.8g/L ,元明粉3-5g/L,扩散剂O 1-3g/L,通过醋酸调节pH值为5-5.5时,循环化料加料10-15min,染色机升温,升温速度为2-3℃/min,温度升到65℃时,保温染色28-32min,然后染色机降温,降温速度为4-5℃/min;
(5)清洗:将染色后的双层面料放入30℃的清水中进行还原清洗,具体为在清水中加入还原清洗剂ECO 2-4g/L, HAC 2-3g/L,交联固色剂 2-3g/L;循环加料2-3min,将还原清洗溶液升温,升温速度为3-5℃/min,温度升到60-70℃时,保温清洗13-17min,然后将还原清洗溶液排出,重新注入清水洗涤双层面料,清洗时间为10-20min,清洗温度为12-15℃,将清洗后的双层面料烘干;
(6)碱减量处理:将双层面料放入100℃的碱溶液中进行碱减量处理,所述碱溶液为氢氧化钠 15g/L,阳离子表面活性剂1227 0.6-0.7g/L的溶液,处理时间为28-33℃,浴比为1:25;
(7)抗菌整理:对碱减量处理后的双层面料进行抗菌整理,具体为将双层面料浸入整理工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度120-125℃,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为20-24 r/min,轧余率85-90%,所述整理工作液包括:
柠檬酸 1-2g/L;
聚乙二醇(100) 3-5 g/L;
柔软剂1-2 g/L;
抗菌剂:3-5 g/L;
渗透剂 JFC:1-2 g/L;
甲醇 3-5 g/L;
三乙醇胺 1.5-2 g/L;
纳米二氧化钛:2-3 g/L;
丝素:0.5-1 g/L;
戊二醛:1-2 g/L;
(8)烘干:将经过抗菌整理的双层面料放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为100-105℃,机车速为20-24m/min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌性速干面料的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中所述的媒染剂为碱式硫酸铜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛面料的芳香防蛀整理工艺,其特征在于:步骤(7)中所述的柔软剂为Gemini阳离子柔软剂。
