本发明涉及纺织品制备领域,具体是涉及一种抗菌效果好、制备简便、实用性强、成品率高的抗菌纤维的制备方法,其步骤包括:制备二氧化钛分散液、制备水溶性几丁聚糖、制备抗菌溶液、制备抗菌树脂以及碱洗原纤、涂层以及烘干。

本发明涉及纺织品制备领域, 具体是涉及一种抗菌纤维的制备方法。
背景技术
纤维是制成人们衣物的基本组成单元,而如今人们衣服穿得舒服, 御寒防晒,是我们对衣服的最初要求,如今这个要求已很容易达到,不过人们不仅要求穿得暖和,还增加了许多新要求,纤维都能一一满足:过去的年代曾经流行过 “涤盖棉”、“丙盖棉”,面料外涤里棉,是因为棉和肌肤的亲和性好,而涤与丙纶结实耐磨,方便洗涤,新材料有了颠覆性的转变,可以“棉盖涤”、“棉盖丙”,新型的抗菌导湿纤维,织成的面料可以使汗液透过,却不附着,这样汗液便被排到外层的棉布层,衣服贴身面便可随时保持干爽……千变万化,只为了帮我们穿着更舒适,但由于现如今空气中存在较多的细菌,而且人们吃喝住行的过程中,衣物碰触外物,也极容易沾染细菌,从而对人的身体造成危害,现在市面上存在很多抗菌纤维,但其抗菌效果并不好。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述技术问题,提供了一种抗菌效果好、制备简便、实用性强、成品率高的的抗菌纤维的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的一种自动脱色纤维的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:取95-98份软水、1.5-2.5份二氧化钛、0.1-0.5份二甲基甲醇、0.03-0.1份阳离子分散剂磷酸二钠,充分搅拌使得二氧化钛在溶剂中充分分散,制得二氧化钛分散液;
步骤二:取95-98份软水、2-5份几丁聚糖粉体、0.5-2份醋酸,充分搅拌使得几丁聚糖粉体在溶剂中充分分散,制得水溶性几丁聚糖;
步骤三:取7-12份水溶性几丁聚糖、60-70份软水、8-15份二氧化钛分散液、1-3份竹炭以及0.1-0.3份作为促进剂的氯化鎂,充分反应后抗菌溶液,将原纤加入抗菌溶液;
步骤四:取15-20份的弹性树脂,加入80-85份抗菌树脂当中,充分反应,制得抗菌树脂,同时将原纤放入浓度为7%-10%的NaOH溶液中浸洗49小时,使得原纤上产生均匀分布的不规则缝隙;
步骤五:将抗菌树脂通过涂刀涂布于原纤上,使得弹性树脂进入各个不规则的缝隙中;
步骤六:将涂层好的原纤分别在温度为80-100摄氏度、105-115摄氏度以及140-160摄氏度的烘房内进行烘干,在各个烘房内的烘干时间分别为8小时,从而得到成品。
进一步改进的是,所述步骤一中,包括97.7份软水、2份二氧化钛、0.2份二甲基甲醇、0.05份阳离子分散剂磷酸二钠。
进一步改进的是,所述步骤二中,包括96份软水、3份几丁聚糖粉体、1份醋酸。
进一步改进的是,所述步骤三中,10份水溶性几丁聚糖、62.8份软水、9份二氧化钛分散液、2份竹炭以及0.2份作为促进剂的氯化鎂。
进一步改进的是,所述步骤四中,包括16份的弹性树脂以及84份的抗菌溶液,所述NaOH溶液的浓度为8%。
进一步改进的是,将涂层好的原纤分别在温度为90摄氏度、110摄氏度以及150摄氏度的烘房内进行烘干。
通过采用上述的技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:几丁聚糖是阳离子型天然聚合物,有良好的抑制微生物/细菌/微菌的作用,具有良好的生物相容性、無毒性、生物可分解性及來源不匮乏等优点,但几丁聚糖只有溶于pH值小于6的溶液时,几丁聚糖才会释放出正电,而所释放出的正电分子会和细菌細胞膜所漏出的蛋白质或其他负电分子形成交链,而且几丁聚糖会选择性的与金属离子结合,本发明通过将几丁聚糖加入二氧化钛分散液制得溶于抗菌溶液中,从而制得抗菌树脂,之后通过碱练使得原纤生成均匀的不规则缝隙后,再通过涂层使得抗菌树脂进入各个不规则的缝隙中,烘干后制得成品,而且分三段烘干可以提高产品的成品率,通过抗菌纤维制得的衣物纤维具有良好的抗菌作用,用本发明树脂制得的衣物不仅穿着舒适,而且可以抗菌效果极好,具有广阔的市场价值。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
本发明提供的一种自动脱色纤维的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:取97.7份软水、2份二氧化钛、0.2份二甲基甲醇、0.05份阳离子分散剂磷酸二钠,充分搅拌使得二氧化钛在溶剂中充分分散,制得二氧化钛分散液;
步骤二:包括96份软水、3份几丁聚糖粉体、1份醋酸,充分搅拌使得几丁聚糖粉体在溶剂中充分分散,制得水溶性几丁聚糖;
步骤三:取10份水溶性几丁聚糖、62.8份软水、9份二氧化钛分散液、2份竹炭以及0.2份作为促进剂的氯化鎂,充分反应后抗菌溶液,将原纤加入抗菌溶液;
步骤四:取16份的弹性树脂,加入84份抗菌树脂当中,充分反应,制得抗菌树脂,同时将原纤放入浓度为8%的NaOH溶液中浸洗49小时,使得原纤上产生均匀分布的不规则缝隙;
步骤五:将抗菌树脂通过涂刀涂布于原纤上,使得弹性树脂进入各个不规则的缝隙中;
步骤六:将涂层好的原纤分别在温度为90摄氏度、110摄氏度以及150摄氏度的烘房内进行烘干,在各个烘房内的烘干时间分别为8小时,从而得到成品。

1.一种抗菌纤维的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:取95-98份软水、1.5-2.5份二氧化钛、0.1-0.5份二甲基甲醇、0.03-0.1份阳离子分散剂磷酸二钠,充分搅拌使得二氧化钛在溶剂中充分分散,制得二氧化钛分散液;
步骤二:取95-98份软水、2-5份几丁聚糖粉体、0.5-2份醋酸,充分搅拌使得几丁聚糖粉体在溶剂中充分分散,制得水溶性几丁聚糖;
步骤三:取7-12份水溶性几丁聚糖、60-70份软水、8-15份二氧化钛分散液、1-3份竹炭以及0.1-0.3份作为促进剂的氯化鎂,充分反应后抗菌溶液,将原纤加入抗菌溶液;
步骤四:取15-20份的弹性树脂,加入80-85份抗菌树脂当中,充分反应,制得抗菌树脂,同时将原纤放入浓度为7%-10%的NaOH溶液中浸洗49小时,使得原纤上产生均匀分布的不规则缝隙;
步骤五:将抗菌树脂通过涂刀涂布于原纤上,使得弹性树脂进入各个不规则的缝隙中;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌纤维的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中,包括97.7份软水、2份二氧化钛、0.2份二甲基甲醇、0.05份阳离子分散剂磷酸二钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌纤维的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二中,包括96份软水、3份几丁聚糖粉体、1份醋酸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌纤维的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤三中,10份水溶性几丁聚糖、62.8份软水、9份二氧化钛分散液、2份竹炭以及0.2份作为促进剂的氯化鎂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌纤维的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤四中,包括16份的弹性树脂以及84份的抗菌溶液,所述NaOH溶液的浓度为8%。
