本发明属于保健品技术领域,主要涉及一种食用茉莉花花蕾及其加工方法。
背景技术
茉莉为木犀科素馨属植物,原产于印度,现在我国江苏、广东、四川、福建、云南等地大量栽培。据《本草纲目》记载,茉莉花,辛、甘、凉、理气、和中,煎服治下痢腹痛,煎水洗治眼结膜炎;茉莉根,苦、凉、有毒,麻醉、镇痛、止痛,捣烂酒炒包敷患处治跌打损伤、筋骨疼痛,研末熟鸡蛋黄调匀塞龋孔内治龋齿,磨水服治失眠。据《中医大辞典》记载,茉莉叶,辛、凉,清热解表、理气,煎服治外感发热、腹胀腹泻。除药用外,茉莉目前的主要用途:是用于窨制茉莉花茶,使茶增香;二是提取茉莉香精油用于食品、轻化工产品调香与增香。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种食用茉莉花花蕾及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种食用茉莉花花蕾,所述食用茉莉花花蕾的原料组份及重量份配比为:茉莉花花蕾100-150份、食用植物油30-45份、紫苏叶5-8份、茯苓粉2-4份、大黄1-10份、玫瑰花花蕾5-10份、苦参1-5份、三七5-10份、西红花8-10份、石斛1-5份、栀子1-5份、凌霄花1-5份、蒲公英1-10份、葛根5-10份。
所述食用茉莉花花蕾的原料组份及重量份配比为:茉莉花花蕾100份、食用植物油30份、紫苏叶5份、茯苓粉2份、大黄1份、玫瑰花花蕾5份、苦参1份、三七5份、西红花8份、石斛1份、栀子1份、凌霄花1份、蒲公英1、葛根5份。
所述食用茉莉花花蕾的原料组份及重量份配比为:茉莉花花蕾150份、食用植物油45份、紫苏叶8份、茯苓粉4份、大黄10份、玫瑰花花蕾10份、苦参5份、三七10份、西红花10份、石斛5份、栀子5份、凌霄花5份、蒲公英10份、葛根10份。
一种所述食用茉莉花花蕾的制备方法,所述方法的具体步骤如下:
步骤(1)按重量配比称取各原料,粉碎,过筛;
步骤(2)粉碎后的原料加1-5倍水煎煮提取两次,每次提取3-6h,合并两次提取液,过滤,浓缩得浓缩液;
步骤(3)将步骤(2)所得浓缩液在50-60℃烘干后粉碎成细粉,按重量份比为(5-8)∶300加水溶解,过滤得滤液;
步骤(4)滤液中加入乙醇进行醇沉,边加边搅拌,然后静置过夜,取上清液,对沉淀物重复醇沉2次,合并上清液;
步骤(5)上清液静置,滤过,得澄清溶液,分装。
具体实施方式

所述食用茉莉花花蕾的原料组份及重量份配比为:茉莉花花蕾100份、食用植物油30份、紫苏叶5份、茯苓粉2份、大黄1份、玫瑰花花蕾5份、苦参1份、三七5份、西红花8份、石斛1份、栀子1份、凌霄花1份、蒲公英1、葛根5份。

所述食用茉莉花花蕾的原料组份及重量份配比为:茉莉花花蕾150份、食用植物油45份、紫苏叶8份、茯苓粉4份、大黄10份、玫瑰花花蕾10份、苦参5份、三七10份、西红花10份、石斛5份、栀子5份、凌霄花5份、蒲公英10份、葛根10份。

2.根据权利要求1所述的食用茉莉花花蕾,其特征在于,所述食用茉莉花花蕾的原料组份及重量份配比为:茉莉花花蕾100份、食用植物油30份、紫苏叶5份、茯苓粉2份、大黄1份、玫瑰花花蕾5份、苦参1份、三七5份、西红花8份、石斛1份、栀子1份、凌霄花1份、蒲公英1、葛根5份。

4.一种权利要求1所述食用茉莉花花蕾的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法的具体步骤如下:
步骤(1)按重量配比称取各原料,粉碎,过筛;
