本发明涉及一种小麦草泡腾片及其制备方法,属于食品加工技术领域。
背景技术
泡腾片是由碳源和酸源构成,经过压片处置,制成的片剂状的物质。最早的使用是在医药制品上,1970年海外已经有成熟的医用泡腾片制品。泡腾片本身具有一些非常直观地有点,例如体积较小,极易携带等,并且本身泡腾片不仅仅是简单的携带碳源和酸源的作用,而且能够掺加一些风味物质,着色物质,从而能对泡腾片的外观颜色起到改善作用。因为泡腾片中含有酸性物质和碳源物质,所以泡腾片碰到水后会发生大量的气泡,气泡的产生在一定程度上改善了消费者在饮用泡腾饮品时的口感。
中国专利CN201710093044.7 提供了一种具有抗氧化活性的青钱柳多糖泡腾片及其制备方法,包括青钱柳多糖10~25份,泡腾片填充剂7~15份,泡腾片酸源10~30份,碳酸氢钠10~50份,泡腾片润滑剂0.5~5份,泡腾片粘合剂1~5份。在明确了其配方成分的基础上,进一步匹配了高效的制备方法,所制备的青钱柳多糖泡腾片,青钱柳多糖纯度高,含量大,营养价值高,能够充分发挥其保健功效,有效解决了泡腾片剂型中青钱柳多糖生物活性衰减的问题。目前市场上已经有大量的成熟的泡腾片的产品,从简单的泡腾片的复合饮料到有药物保健作用的红景天泡腾片和妇炎康泡腾片,不论是固体饮料还是药物制剂,这种新型的载体方式使得这种新型产品有着广阔的市场和发展前景。

(1)原料混合:将小麦草粉,变性淀粉、蔗糖、酒石酸、碳酸氢钠、柠檬酸按配方比例进行干混,搅拌均匀;
(2)制粒:将PEG 6000加入干混料湿混后制粒;
(3)压片:干燥后加入无水乙醇,混匀后进行压片。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种小麦草泡腾片的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)所述的原料混合前需粉碎至0.1mm以下。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种小麦草泡腾片的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)所述的干燥为在60℃温度下鼓风干燥至含水量小于3%。
