2016年6月22日公告的中国专利公开第CN105702327A号揭示了一种插头连接器组件。所述插头连接器组件线缆连接器组件包括用于固定若干芯线的两个固定架、连接于线缆和连接器之间的电路板,两个固定架上下组装在一起以便固定这些暴露在外的芯线,以方便这些芯线焊接至电路板。所述芯线包括接地线及若干信号线,所述接地线及所述信号线被一同固定于所述亮固定架设置的允许芯线通过的固定孔内。此种线缆连接器组件的固定架只能通过一次扣合完成所有线缆芯线位置的固定,通过固定架固定的芯线只能配带所述固定架进行后续的安装操作,无法实现单个或不同类型芯线的分别操作,不利于对不同类型芯线不同处理程序的操作便捷操作。
是以,需要一种改进的插头连接器组件来克服现有技术的不足。
【发明内容】
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种插头连接器组件,所述插头连接器组件的理线块针对不同芯线具有不同的定位方式,便于安装操作。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明可以采用如下技术方案:一种插头连接器组件,其包括壳体及收容于所述壳体内的电路板、电性连接所述电路板的线缆及理线块,所述电路板包括横向排列为一排的第一导电片及位于所述第二导电片后侧的横向延伸的第二导电片,所述线缆包括若干第一芯线及若干第二芯线,所述第一芯线包括第一内导体及包覆所述第一内导体的屏蔽层,所述第二芯线包括第二内导体,所述第一芯线横向排列地固定于所述理线块并将其第一内导体及屏蔽层暴露于所述理线块的前侧,所述理线块设置若干卡槽,所述卡槽贯穿所述理线块,所述第二芯线卡设于所述卡槽内并将其第二内导体暴露于所述理线块的前侧,所述第一芯线的第一内导体排列为一排并可一次焊接于所述电路板的对应的第一导电片,所述第二芯线的第二内导体与所述第一芯线的屏蔽层排列为一排并可一次焊接于所述电路板的第二导电片。
具体实施结构如下:
所述理线块设置若干贯穿理线块的第一固定孔,所述第一芯线穿设并固定于对应的所述第一固定孔。
所述卡槽设置于所述第一固定孔的横向方向的外侧。
所述第二芯线的横截面的半径大于所述第一芯线的横截面的半径。
所述第二导电片为单独的一片,所述第二导电片横向延伸且其横向宽度大于所述第一导电片的横向分布跨度,所述第二芯线的第二内导体焊接于所述第二导电片的外侧部分。
每一所述第一芯线均包括所述第一内导体、包覆于所述第一内导体外围的内绝缘层、包覆于所述内绝缘层外围的所述屏蔽层及包覆于所述屏蔽层外围的外绝缘层,所述第二芯线包括所述第二内导体及包覆于所述第二内导体的外围的接地绝缘层,所述第一内导体暴露于所述内绝缘层,所述内绝缘层暴露于所述屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层暴露于所述外绝缘层,所述第二内导体暴露于所述接地绝缘层,所述第二内导体及所述屏蔽层相互间电性焊接。
所述理线块包括相互卡扣的第一部分及第二部分,所述第二部分卡扣于所述第一部分的底侧。
所述卡槽沿前后方向贯穿所述第一部分,且向上贯穿所述第一部分的顶侧。
所述第一部分与所述第二部分配合后形成的组合体形成台阶状的定位部,所述电路板的后端置于所述定位部的顶侧。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明可以采用如下另一技术方案:一种如上所述的插头连接器组件的制造方法,其顺序地包括如下步骤:
处理所述第一芯线使所述第一芯线的内导体及屏蔽层部分暴露;
将所述第一芯线固设于所述理线块并使所述被暴露的屏蔽层及内导体位于排列于所述理线块的前侧;
处理所述第二芯线使所述第二芯线的内导体部分暴露;
将所述第二芯线卡入对应的第二固定孔并使所述第二芯线的内导体与所述第一芯线的屏蔽层并排排列;
将所述第一芯线的内导体一次焊接于所述电路板的第一导电片;
将所述第二芯线的内导体和所述金属屏蔽层一次焊接于所述电路板的第二导电片。
与现有技术相比,本发明插头连接器组件的理线块设置的第一芯线和第二芯线分次焊接于电路板,所述卡槽允许所述第二芯线与第一芯线分次安装于理线块,进而可允许将第一芯线及第二芯线分开进行处理,便于组装操作。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
如图1-11所示,本发明插头连接器组件100,其包括对接头1、与对接头1电性连接的电路板2、与电路板2电性连接的线缆3、固定于所述线缆3的与电路板2连接的一端的理线块4、成型于所述电路板2与线缆3连接处的内模5、包覆所述对接头1与电路板2连接处、电路板2及内模5的金属屏蔽壳6及包覆于所述金属屏蔽壳6外侧的外绝缘壳7。
请参考图4,所述电路板2包括与所述对接头1电性连接的第一端21、与所述线缆3电性连接的第二端22及连接于所述第一端21和所述第二端22之间的中间部23。所述第二端22的顶面设置若干横向间隔排列的矩形的第一导电片221及一设置于所述若干第一导电片221的后侧的一个第二导电片222。所述第二导电片222沿横向延伸并且其横向宽度大于所述若干第一导电片221的横向分布跨度。所述第二导电片222包括分别位于两侧的两接地部2221及连接于所述两接地部2221之间的连接部2222。
请参考图6,所述线缆3包括若干芯线31及包覆于所述芯线31外侧的绝缘外被32。所述芯线31包括若干延前后方向延伸并横向水平排列的上排芯线311及与所述上排芯线311呈上下相对的下排芯线312。所述上排芯线311包括排列于中部位置的若干高速信号芯线3111及两根分别位于所述高速信号芯线3111两侧的接地芯线3112。所述每一高速信号芯线3111包括内导体3113、包覆于所述内导体3113外围的内绝缘层3114、包覆于所述内绝缘层3114外围的金属编织层3115及包覆于所述金属编织层3115外围的外绝缘层3116。所述接地芯线3112包括接地导体3117及包覆于所述接地导体3117外围的接地绝缘层3118。
请参考图4至图5,所述理线块4包括相互扣合固定的第一部分41及第二部分42。所述第一部分41包括主体部411及自所述主体部411的后端底部向后延伸形成的板状的延伸部412。所述第一部分41自前后前贯通地开设若干允许线缆3的上排芯线311自其中穿过的第一固定孔413,所述第一固定孔413的后部向上贯穿所述延伸部412的顶面以形成弧形凹槽状。所述第一固定孔413中对应所述上排芯线311的位于两侧的接地芯线3112的两个第一固定孔413为卡槽414。所述整个卡槽414贯穿所述主体部411和延伸部412的顶面以使所述卡槽414呈具有一侧开口的弧形卡槽。所述第二部分42包括主体部421及自所述主体部421的后端顶部向后延伸形成的板状的延伸部422。所述第二部分42自前向后贯通地开设若干允许所述线缆3的下排芯线312自其中穿过的第二固定孔423,所述第二固定孔423的后部向下贯穿所述延伸部422的底面以形成具有一侧开口的弧形凹槽状。所述第一部分41的底侧向下延伸形成条状的第一定位条415,所述第一定位条415与所述第一部分41的底侧的后端部分之间形成第一台阶部417,所述第一定位条415与所述第一部分41的底侧的前端部分之间形成第三台阶部418。所述第一部分41于所述第一台阶部417的两端分别凹设固定槽416。所述第二部分42的顶侧的后端部分向上延伸形成条状的第二定位条425,所述第二定位条425与所述第二部分42的顶侧的前端部分之间形成第二台阶部427。所述第二部分42于所述第二台阶部427的两端分别凸设固定柱426。所述第一部分41与所述第二部分42卡固配合时,所述第一部分41的第一台阶部417与所述第二台阶部427于前后方向相互卡合,所述固定柱426被干涉置入所述对应的固定槽416,进而实现第一部分41与所述第二部分42相互卡固。所述第一定位条415、第二定位条425的沿上下方向的厚度与所述电路板2的厚度相等。所述第一部分41和所述第二部分42相互卡扣后所述第二部分42的主体部421的顶侧与所述第一部分41的前端形成一台阶状的定位部(未标示)以定位电路板2的后端。
请参考图7至图10,本发明插头连接器组件100的电路板2、线缆3及理线块4在进行组装时,首先将所述上排芯线311的高速信号芯线3111的外绝缘层3116剥开以暴露其金属编织层3115,并将所述金属编织层3115进行沾锡,以简便后续金属编织层3115的切割;切割所述金属编织层3115以暴露所述内绝缘层3114;继续切割所述内绝缘层3114以暴露所述内导体3113,并将所述被暴露的内导体3113进行沾锡;所述高速信号芯线3111的被暴露的内导体3113的长度保持一致,所述被暴露且被保留的内绝缘层3114的长度保持一致,所述被暴露并且被保留的金属编织层3115的长度保持一致;然后将剥好的高速信号芯线3111穿过所述理线块4的第一部分41对应的第一固定孔413,并保持所述高速信号芯线3111的前端对齐以使高速信号芯线3111的暴露于所述理线块4前端的长度保持一致,以实现上排芯线311的并排固定;将所述上排芯线311的接地芯线3112的接地绝缘层3118切割以暴露所述接地导体3117并进行沾锡,并将所述接地芯线3112自所述理线块4的卡槽414的顶侧压入以卡入所述卡槽414内,同时保持所述被暴露的接地导体3117的的前端与所述被暴露的金属编织层3115的前端对齐;将所述电路板2的后端卡入所述第三台阶部418并置于所述第二部分42的主体部421的前端的顶侧以定位电路板2,同时将所述高速信号芯线3111的已完整沾锡的内导体3113放置于所述电路板2的对应的第一导电片221上,将所述高速信号芯线3111的已沾锡的金属编织层3115放置于所述连接部2222上,将所述接地芯线3112的已沾锡的接地导体3117放置于对应的接地部2221上,由于所述内导体3113、金属编织层3115及接地导体3117均提前进行沾锡处理,沾锡后利于与其与对应导电片的预固定;采用一长度符合高速信号芯线3111的左右方向跨度且宽度符合内导体3113的暴露长度的第一锡条81,并将其沿着左右方向放置于所述内导体3113的顶侧,采用一具有若干符合内导体3113的外围弧度的弧形槽的第一热板91,并使其弧形槽对应每一内导体3113放置于所述第一锡条81上,加热所述第一热板91使第一锡条81被加热并将所述内导体3113与对应的第一导电片221焊接;采用一长度符合上排芯线311的左右方向跨度且宽度符合金属编织层3115的暴露长度的第二锡条82,并将其沿着左右方向放置于金属编织层3115及接地导体3117的顶侧,采用一具有若干符合金属编织层3115及接地导体3117的外围弧度的弧形槽的第二热板92,并使其弧形槽对应相应的金属编织层3315及接地导体3117放置于所述第二锡条82上,加热所述第二热板92使第二锡条82被加热并将所述金属编织层3115与连接部2222、接地导体3117与接地部2221焊接。
请参考图10,被焊接后的上排芯线311的内导体3113与对应的第一导电片221焊接完成,所述金属编织层3115与连接部2222焊接完成,所述接地导体3117与接地部2221被焊接连接,所述金属编织层3115与所述接地导体3117通过焊接电性连接。
本发明插头连接器组件100的理线块4的第一部分41组装接地芯线3112的卡槽414向上贯穿所述第一部分41的顶面,可以便于接地芯线3112与高速信号芯线3111分开处理及分开组装。同时卡槽414因为采用半弧形凹槽状,相较现有技术中大直径的圆孔状的固定孔而言,可以使理线块4的强度得到加强。在处理高速信号芯线3111时,可以先不安装所述接地芯线3112,进而可以排除接地芯线3112对高速信号芯线3111的干扰,使本发明插头连接器组件100的产品良率增加,组装效率得以提升。

Claims (10)

1.一种插头连接器组件,其包括壳体及收容于所述壳体内的电路板、电性连接所述电路板的线缆及理线块,所述电路板包括横向排列为一排的第一导电片及位于所述第二导电片后侧的横向延伸的第二导电片,所述线缆包括若干第一芯线及若干第二芯线,所述第一芯线包括第一内导体及包覆所述第一内导体的屏蔽层,所述第二芯线包括第二内导体,所述第一芯线横向排列地固定于所述理线块并将其第一内导体及屏蔽层暴露于所述理线块的前侧,其特征在于:所述理线块设置若干卡槽,所述卡槽贯穿所述理线块,所述第二芯线卡设于所述卡槽内并将其第二内导体暴露于所述理线块的前侧,所述第一芯线的第一内导体排列为一排并可一次焊接于所述电路板的对应的第一导电片,所述第二芯线的第二内导体与所述第一芯线的屏蔽层排列为一排并可一次焊接于所述电路板的第二导电片。
2.如权利要求1所述的插头连接器组件,其特征在于:所述理线块设置若干贯穿理线块的第一固定孔,所述第一芯线穿设并固定于对应的所述第一固定孔。
3.如权利要求2所述的插头连接器组件,其特征在于:所述卡槽设置于所述第一固定孔的横向方向的外侧。
4.如权利要求1所述的插头连接器组件,其特征在于:所述第二芯线的横截面的半径大于所述第一芯线的横截面的半径。
5.如权利要求4所述的插头连接器组件,其特征在于:所述第二导电片为单独的一片,所述第二导电片横向延伸且其横向宽度大于所述第一导电片的横向分布跨度,所述第二芯线的第二内导体焊接于所述第二导电片的外侧部分。
6.如权利要求5所述的插头连接器组件,其特征在于:每一所述第一芯线均包括所述第一内导体、包覆于所述第一内导体外围的内绝缘层、包覆于所述内绝缘层外围的所述屏蔽层及包覆于所述屏蔽层外围的外绝缘层,所述第二芯线包括所述第二内导体及包覆于所述第二内导体的外围的接地绝缘层,所述第一内导体暴露于所述内绝缘层,所述内绝缘层暴露于所述屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层暴露于所述外绝缘层,所述第二内导体暴露于所述接地绝缘层,所述第二内导体及所述屏蔽层相互间电性焊接。
7.如权利要求1所述的插头连接器组件,其特征在于:所述理线块包括相互卡扣的第一部分及第二部分,所述第二部分卡扣于所述第一部分的底侧。
8.如权利要求7所述的插头连接器组件,其特征在于:所述卡槽沿前后方向贯穿所述第一部分,且向上贯穿所述第一部分的顶侧。
9.如权利要求8所述插头连接器组件,其特征在于:所述第一部分与所述第二部分配合后形成的组合体形成台阶状的定位部,所述电路板的后端置于所述定位部的顶侧。
10.一种如权利要求1所述的插头连接器组件的制造方法,其顺序地包括如下步骤:
处理所述第一芯线使所述第一芯线的内导体及屏蔽层部分暴露;
将所述第一芯线固设于所述理线块并使所述被暴露的屏蔽层及内导体位于排列于所述理线块的前侧;
处理所述第二芯线使所述第二芯线的内导体部分暴露;
将所述第二芯线卡入对应的第二固定孔并使所述第二芯线的内导体与所述第一芯线的屏蔽层并排排列;
将所述第一芯线的内导体一次焊接于所述电路板的第一导电片;
将所述第二芯线的内导体和所述金属屏蔽层一次焊接于所述电路板的第二导电片。
