Abstract

本发明公开了一种线缆连接器组件及其制造方法,本发明线缆连接器组件包括插头连接器、转接电路板、线缆组件、内模、应力释放元件以及外模,插头连接器包括导电模组和金属外壳,金属外壳包括固定段和对接段;转接电路板分别电性导通插头连接器和线缆组件,线缆组件包括理线件、复数芯线以及绝缘层;内模镶嵌成型于转接电路板、理线件以及固定段的外围;应力释放元件镶嵌成型于绝缘层和部分内模的外围,内模和应力释放元件在线缆组件的延伸方向部分重叠;外模镶嵌成型于内模和部分应力释放元件的外围。本发明线缆连接器组件成型时不需要加顶针即可制造完成,不会在外模上造成顶针孔等,因此,制造简单、外形美观,可以满足客户更加严格的要求。

Description

线缆连接器组件及其制造方法
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种线缆连接器组件及其制造方法。
【背景技术】
随着电子行业日新月异的发展,数据线已经成为我们生活中不可或缺的部分,广泛用于数据传输和通信目的。如公开号为CN102412474的中国发明专利公开了一种线缆连接器组件,该线缆连接器组件包括有成型于线缆外围的应力释放组件及设置于金属内壳和应力释放组件外围的套体。该线缆连接器组件在成型时尾部为了固定线缆都会需要加顶针,如此一来,自然会在外模上留下顶针孔,影响产品外观及性能。
因此,针对上述技术问题,有必要设计一种新的线缆连接器及其制造方法,以克服上述缺陷。
【发明内容】
本发明提供一种制造简单、外形美观的线缆连接器组件及其制造方法。
本发明的线缆连接器组件用以对接至插座连接器,包括:插头连接器,所述插头连接器包括导电模组和包覆于所述导电模组外的金属外壳,所述导电模组电性导通至所述插座连接器,所述金属外壳包括固定段和与所述固定段相连的对接段;转接电路板,所述转接电路板电性导通至所述导电模组;线缆组件,所述线缆组件电性导通至所述转接电路板,所述线缆组件包括理线件、配置于所述理线件的复数芯线以及包覆于所述芯线外的绝缘层;内模,所述内模镶嵌成型于所述转接电路板、所述理线件以及所述固定段的外围;应力释放元件,所述应力释放元件镶嵌成型于所述绝缘层和部分所述内模的外围,所述内模和所述应力释放元件在所述线缆组件的延伸方向部分重叠;外模,所述外模镶嵌成型于所述内模和部分所述应力释放元件的外围。
本发明的线缆连接器组件的制造方法,至少包括以下步骤:(1)提供插头连接器和转接电路板,将所述插头连接器焊接至所述转接电路板使两者达成电性导通,所述插头连接器包括导电模组和包覆于所述导电模组外的金属外壳,所述金属外壳包括固定段和与所述固定段相连的对接段;(2)提供线缆组件,将所述线缆组件焊接至所述转接电路板使两者达成电性导通,所述线缆组件包括理线件、收容于所述理线件的复数芯线以及包覆于所述芯线外层的绝缘层;(3)注塑成型内模,所述内模镶嵌成型于所述转接电路板、所述理线件以及所述固定段的外围;(4)注塑成型应力释放元件,所述应力释放元件镶嵌成型于所述绝缘层和部分所述内模的外围,所述内模和所述应力释放元件在所述线缆组件的延伸方向部分重叠;(5)注塑成型外模,所述外模镶嵌成型于所述内模和部分所述应力释放元件的外围。
本发明的线缆连接器组件及其制造方法具有以下有益的效果:
本发明线缆连接器组件分别镶嵌成型内模、应力释放元件以及外模,不需要加顶针即可制造完成,不会在外模上造成顶针孔等,因此,本发明线缆连接器组件制造简单、外形美观,可以满足客户更加严格的要求。

请参照图1及图2,图1为本发明线缆连接器组件的立体分解示意图,图2为本发明线缆连接器组件的立体组合示意图。本发明线缆连接器组件用以对接至插座连接器(未图示),本发明线缆连接器组件包括插头连接器1、电性导通至所述插头连接器1的转接电路板2、电性导通至所述转接电路板2的线缆组件3、分别镶嵌成型的内模4、应力释放元件5以及外模6。
所述插头连接器1包括导电模组(未标示)和包覆于所述导电模组(未标示)外的金属外壳11,所述导电模组(未标示)电性导通至所述插座连接器(未图示)和所述转接电路板2,所述金属外壳11包括固定段111和与所述固定段111相连的对接段112。
所述线缆组3件电性导通至所述转接电路板2,所述线缆组件3的延伸方向垂直于所述插头连接器1的插接方向,所述线缆组件3包括理线件31、配置于所述理线件31的复数芯线32以及包覆于所述芯线32外的绝缘层33。
请同时参照图3至图6,所述内模4镶嵌成型于所述转接电路板2、所述理线件31以及所述固定段111的外围,所述内模4由硬质材料制成。所述内模4包括第一收容段41和与所述第一收容段41相连的第二收容段42,所述固定段111设置于所述第一收容段41内,所述转接电路板2和所述理线件31设置于所述第二收容段42内,如图2、图3所示,所述第一收容段41与所述第二收容段42相交处为弧形。
请同时参照图6,所述应力释放元件5镶嵌成型于所述绝缘层33和部分所述内模4的外围,所述内模4和所述应力释放元件5在所述线缆组件3的延伸方向部分重叠。所述应力释放元件5包括非应力段51和与所述非应力段51相连的应力段52,所述应力段52设有多个应力槽521,所述外模6镶嵌成型于所述非应力段51外围。
所述外模6镶嵌成型于所述内模4和部分所述应力释放元件5的外围,本实施例中,所述外模6与所述应力释放元件5采用相同的材料,所述外模6与所述应力释放元件5由软质材料制成,所述内模4的材料硬度大于所述外模6的材料硬度。所述外模6包括第三收容段61和与所述第三收容段61相连的第四收容段62,如图2、图3所示,所述第三收容段61与所述第四收容段62相交处为弧形,所述第三收容段61与所述第一收容段41具有相同的外形和不同的尺寸,所述第四收容段62与所述第二收容段42具有相同的外形和不同的尺寸。在本实施例中,所述第一收容段41垂直于所述第二收容段42,所述第三收容段61垂直于所述第四收容段62。
上述线缆连接器组件的制造方法,至少包括以下步骤:
(1)提供插头连接器1和转接电路板2,将所述插头连接器1焊接至所述转接电路板2使两者达成电性导通,所述插头连接器1包括导电模组和(未标示)包覆于所述导电模组(未标示)外的金属外壳11,所述金属外壳11包括固定段111和与所述固定段111相连的对接段112;
(2)提供线缆组件3,将所述线缆组件3焊接至所述转接电路板2使两者达成电性导通,所述线缆组件3包括理线件31、收容于所述理线31件的复数芯线32以及包覆于所述芯线32外层的绝缘层33;
(3)注塑成型内模4,所述内模4镶嵌成型于所述转接电路板2、所述理线件31以及所述固定段111的外围;
(4)注塑成型应力释放元件5,所述应力释放元件5镶嵌成型于所述绝缘层33和部分所述内模4的外围,所述内模4和所述应力释放元件5在所述线缆组件3的延伸方向部分重叠;
(5)注塑成型外模6,所述外模6镶嵌成型于所述内模4和部分所述应力释放元件5的外围。
本发明线缆连接器组件分别镶嵌成型内模、应力释放元件以及外模,不需要加顶针即可制造完成,不会在外模上造成顶针孔等,因此,本发明线缆连接器组件制造简单、外形美观,可以满足客户更加严格的要求。

Claims (10)

1.一种线缆连接器组件,用以对接至插座连接器,其特征在于,包括:
插头连接器,所述插头连接器包括导电模组和包覆于所述导电模组外的金属外壳,所述导电模组电性导通至所述插座连接器,所述金属外壳包括固定段和与所述固定段相连的对接段;
转接电路板,所述转接电路板电性导通至所述导电模组;
线缆组件,所述线缆组件电性导通至所述转接电路板,所述线缆组件包括理线件、配置于所述理线件的复数芯线以及包覆于所述芯线外的绝缘层;
内模,所述内模镶嵌成型于所述转接电路板、所述理线件以及所述固定段的外围;
应力释放元件,所述应力释放元件镶嵌成型于所述绝缘层和部分所述内模的外围;
外模,所述外模镶嵌成型于所述内模和部分所述应力释放元件的外围。
2.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述应力释放元件包括非应力段和与所述非应力段相连的应力段,所述应力段设有多个应力槽,所述外模镶嵌成型于所述非应力段外围。
3.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述内模和所述应力释放元件在所述线缆组件的延伸方向部分重叠。
4.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述内模包括第一收容段和与所述第一收容段相连的第二收容段,所述固定段设置于所述第一收容段内,所述转接电路板和所述理线件设置于所述第二收容段内。
5.如权利要求4所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述外模包括第三收容段和与所述第三收容段相连的第四收容段,所述第三收容段与所述第一收容段具有相同的外形和不同的尺寸,所述第四收容段与所述第二收容段具有相同的外形和不同的尺寸。
6.如权利要求5所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述第一收容段与所述第二收容段相交处为弧形,所述第三收容段与所述第四收容段相交处为弧形。
7.如权利要求6所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述第一收容段垂直于所述第二收容段,所述第三收容段垂直于所述第四收容段。
8.一种线缆连接器组件的制造方法,其特征在于,至少包括以下步骤:
(1)提供插头连接器和转接电路板,将所述插头连接器焊接至所述转接电路板使两者达成电性导通,所述插头连接器包括导电模组和包覆于所述导电模组外的金属外壳,所述金属外壳包括固定段和与所述固定段相连的对接段;
(2)提供线缆组件,将所述线缆组件焊接至所述转接电路板使两者达成电性导通,所述线缆组件包括理线件、收容于所述理线件的复数芯线以及包覆于所述芯线外层的绝缘层;
(3)注塑成型内模,所述内模镶嵌成型于所述转接电路板、所述理线件以及所述固定段的外围;
(4)注塑成型应力释放元件,所述应力释放元件镶嵌成型于所述绝缘层和部分所述内模的外围;
(5)注塑成型外模,所述外模镶嵌成型于所述内模和部分所述应力释放元件的外围。
9.如权利要求8所述的线缆连接器的制造方法,其特征在于:所述内模和所述外模具有相同的外形和不同的尺寸。
10.如权利要求8所述的线缆连接器的制造方法,其特征在于:所述内模和所述应力释放元件在所述线缆组件的延伸方向部分重叠。
